Abstract

Confidence plays an important role in the academic success of primary school students, with a close link to learning outcomes and influenced by a variety of factors. This study aims to analyze the relationship between confidence and learning outcomes of elementary school students and identify the factors that contribute to its formation. The method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by examining previous research from indexed databases such as Google Scholar, DOAJ, and Garuda. Out of the 200 articles found, the screening process based on abstract and topic relevance resulted in 80 articles. After applying the inclusion and exclusion criteria, there were 15 articles analyzed in depth. The results of the study show that self-confidence has a positive relationship with student learning outcomes, especially in subjects such as mathematics and social sciences. Students with high levels of confidence tend to understand concepts better, have the courage to express their opinions, and are more persistent in facing academic challenges. In addition, factors such as teacher and parent support, a positive learning environment, and interactive learning methods play an important role in increasing student confidence. The implications of this study confirm the importance of learning strategies that can increase student confidence. By understanding the factors that affect student confidence, educators can develop more effective approaches to optimizing student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether Flashcards as visual aids can enrich students' vocabulary acquisition in English as a Foreign Language (EFL). The method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR), which was implemented at Mts Babussalam DDI Kassi by involving 7th-grade students as the population and 25 students from class VII D as a sample selected by random sampling technique. The results of the study showed a significant increase in students' average scores. The score on the diagnostic test was 22.20, the cycle I test reached 56.80, and the cycle II test increased to 90.80. The implementation of the use of Flashcards in learning resulted in a significant difference in scores, namely 34.60 points from the diagnostic test to cycle I, 34.00 points from cycle I to cycle II, and 68.60 points from the diagnostic test to cycle II. These results are supported by a significance value (Sig.) of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. Thus, this study shows that the use of Flashcards as a learning medium can significantly enrich students' vocabulary.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) at UPT SMPN 33 Gresik based on Edward III's policy implementation theory, which includes four main elements: communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were obtained through observation, in-depth interviews, and document studies, which were analyzed using Creswell's model. The results showed that the implementation of P5 in UPT SMPN 33 Gresik has gone well in the aspects of communication, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. Teachers and principals showed high enthusiasm and commitment in implementing P5, while systematic implementation procedures and project modules designed by the facilitator team became important guidelines in implementing the program. However, challenges were found in the resource aspect, such as limited supporting facilities for eco-print projects and the need for additional training for teachers, especially regarding project-based assessment. This study recommends increasing continuous training for teachers, procuring adequate supporting facilities, and strengthening collective reflection as part of ongoing evaluation. By paying attention to the four elements of Edward III's theory, the implementation of P5 is expected to run more optimally and have a significant impact on student character building according to the dimensions of the Pancasila Student Profile. Abstract

In addition and subtraction material in mathematics subjects in grade 2, students still experience difficulties, especially in understanding word problems. Therefore, a learning method or model is needed that can help overcome students' problems or difficulties in learning. One solution that can be done to overcome this problem is the application of the PBL learning model with audio-visual assistance. This research aims to increase understanding of addition and subtraction story problems for grade 2 students at SD N Kliwonan. This research uses a classroom action research method with 2 cycles. The subjects of this research were 32 grade 2 students at SDN Kliwonan, Purworejo District. There were 2 cycles of action in this research (Cycle I and Cycle II). The data collection techniques used in this research are interviews, observation, tests and documentation. The results of the research show that: 1) The application of the problem based learning model in understanding addition and subtraction word problems was carried out in 2 cycles with different results. In Cycle I, the results of observing student activities were 81% (very good). Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has significantly influenced various aspects of life, including the automotive service sector. Currently, Abin Motor Workshop still relies on manual data recording, which is prone to errors and inefficiencies in purchasing spare parts and service transactions. This research aims to design and develop an Android-based motorcycle workshop information system to streamline service processes and improve customer experience. The research adopts the Waterfall development methodology, encompassing stages such as requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Data collection methods include direct observation at Abin Motor Workshop and literature review. The system consists of two main user roles: customers and administrators, enabling customers to book services and purchase spare parts efficiently. The findings indicate that the developed system successfully optimizes service management by reducing manual errors, minimizing customer wait times, and enhancing operational efficiency. Customers can now access services remotely without visiting the workshop in person. This system significantly improves workflow efficiency and provides accurate transaction records, ensuring better customer satisfaction.
