Abstract

In the digital era, innovation in teaching methods is essential to increase student learning interest. One effective solution is the use of technology-based media, such as Quizizz, which offers interactive and engaging learning experiences. At SDN Pademawu Timur 5, conventional teaching methods still dominate, leading to low student participation and interest in Pancasila Education. This research aims to examine the influence of using Quizizz on enhancing the learning interest of 5th-grade students in Pancasila Education. Employing a qualitative approach and a case study method, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research subjects consisted of 5th-grade students and Pancasila Education teachers, with data validity strengthened through triangulation techniques. The findings reveal that the implementation of Quizizz positively contributes to increasing students' learning interest. Students became more enthusiastic and active compared to conventional lecture methods. Quizizz’s gamification features, such as ranking systems and instant feedback, further boosted student motivation. However, some challenges were identified, including limited device availability and student adaptation to technology. To overcome these obstacles, the school provided additional devices as well as capacity-building programs for educators and learners to maximize the effectiveness of Quizizz utilization. Overall, the use of Quizizz has proven effective in increasing student interest in Pancasila Education. The results of this research can function as a valuable reference for educational institutions in incorporating technology into the learning process to improve the overall quality of education.

Abstract

The advancement of technology in the education sector encourages innovation in The advancement of interactive learning media, including the use of Canva as a tool in the learning process at various levels. This literature review aims to analyze research trends related to the development of interactive learning media assisted by Canva in the period 2020–2025. This research applies a literature study method by reviewing various scientific articles, proceedings, and related research reports. The study findings indicate that the utilization of Canva in learning at various levels is increasing, especially in increasing student engagement, teacher creativity, and the effectiveness of material delivery. In addition, the study also shows that Canva has advantages in ease of access, design flexibility, and the ability to support various student learning styles. However, its implementation faces several challenges, including limited access to digital devices and the need for training for teachers. In conclusion, the use of Canva as an interactive learning media has great potential In enhancing the quality of education at various levels, but infrastructure support and training are needed for educators so that its implementation is more optimal. According to the findings of the MOST analysis, there are certain shortcomings in The creation of interactive learning media utilizing Canva. Some of them are the lack of support for independent learning without teacher assistance, the need for additional technology to access the media, and the development carried out on materials with phenomena that are actually easy for students to observe

Abstract

Deep learning is defined as an approach that emphasizes conceptual understanding and critical application of knowledge. The research aims to provide both theoretical and functional assistance in developing deep learning approaches that fit the context of elementary schools especially in mathematics learning. The methods used are qualitative with an engineering triangulation approach, including observations and interviews. The study subjects consisted of teachers and students in elementary schools. The collected data is analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the study show that the application of Deep Learning to mathematical studies has a positive effect on students' understanding. This method encourages students' active involvement through various interactive activities, such as simulations and experiments, making the learning process more meaningful and enjoyable. However, the application of this method is also faced with a number of challenges, such as limited time to complete the curriculum and uneven access to technology among students.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the simultaneous effect of principal leadership, academic supervision and school climate on teacher performance. Quantitative research method with primary data. The research population was all elementary school teachers in Semarang City.Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques with Cronbach alpha which includes validity test, reliability test, Three Box Method analysis and SEM PLS analysis. The results of the study statistically showed that the effect of School Climate on Teacher Performance was significant with a p value <0.05, T statistics> 1.96, and a positive path coefficient of 0.326. The effect of Academic Supervision on School Climate is significant with a p value <0.05, T statistics >1.96, and a positive path coefficient of 0.446. the effect of Academic Supervision on Teacher Performance is significant with a p value <0.05, T statistics >1.96, and a positive path coefficient of 0.206. The indirect effect of Principal Leadership on Teacher Performance through School Climate shows a significance of 0.130 with a path coefficient of 0.130, the p value obtained <0.05. The indirect effect of Academic Supervision on Teacher Performance through School Climate shows a significance of 0.145 with a path coefficient of 0.145. The p value obtained is <0.05. Principal Leadership, Academic Supervision simultaneously have a significant effect on Teacher Performance, indicated by the calculated F value of 270.570> F table (2.629). The contribution of all exogenous variables to teacher performance is 68.4%. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that principal leadership, academic supervision, and school climate simultaneously affect teacher performance in Semarang City.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze 1) How is the implementation of the performance of certified teachers in the learning process at UPTD SD Negeri 122345?; 2) What are the factors that hinder the low performance of certified teachers in UPTD SD Negeri 122345? 3) What efforts have been made by school principals to overcome obstacles in the performance of certified teachers? This study uses a qualitative method at UPTD SD Negeri 122345. The results of the research are 1) The performance of certified teachers is good, both in terms of discipline, namely coming on time, leaving at the specified time, it's just that some older teachers do not understand how to use technology. 2) Factors that hinder the low performance of certified teachers, namely: Low ability (knowledge) and skills in terms of understanding technology, Lack of motivation from, Lack of control or supervision by the principal over various teacher activities in the school, lack of training in making learning tools and not mastering information technology. 3) The efforts made by the principal to the expected performance of certified teachers are to firmly reprimand and sanction certified teachers who are lazy to teach, hold training on making learning tools and must master information technology and conduct continuous evaluation.

Abstract

Based on initial observations, the science learning process at SD N 091254 Batu Onom for the 2024 academic year is not yet optimal. This is proven by the grade IV odd semester report cards with an average score of 69.5. This classroom action research was carried out by applying the Game Based Learning model. The Game Based Learning Model is a learning model with a play approach. The play method in learning functions to increase enjoyment and eliminate student boredom while studying so that it can increase students' enthusiasm for learning. This research aims to find out whether this method can improve students' cognitive aspects. This classroom action research consisted of 2 cycles with the research subjects being 23 students in class IV of SD N 091254 Batu Onom. Data about cognitive aspects was obtained from student test results. Indicators of success in the cognitive aspect must achieve a minimum of 65% completeness from at least 85% of the number of students taking the test. The research results showed an increase in students' cognitive aspects from cycles I to II. The cognitive aspect of cycle I during the pre test was 19.5% to 39.5% during the post test and cycle II during the pre test was 38% to 97.6% during the post test. This learning model can be successful because the question disc game system requires students to answer questions randomly, so that students are responsible for their own answers and knowledge. From the research results, it can be concluded that the application of the Game Based Learning model on the subject of the water cycle and natural events can improve the cognitive aspects of fifth grade students at SD N 091254 Batu Onom.

Abstract

Masalah utama dalam penelitian ini yakni kegiatan pembelajaran masih terfokus pada guru, siswa kurang fokus dalam pembelajaran dan seringkali mengeluh bosan dalam mengikuti pembelajaran. sehingga mengakibatkan hasil belajar matematika rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media pembelajaran fun thinkers book terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas III UPT SPF SD Negeri Cendrawasih 1 Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian quasi eksperimen. Penelitian ini melibatkan dua kelas yang terdiri dari kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 50 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan tes hasil belajar dan lembar observasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis data deskriptif dan uji T-Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar matematika pada kelas kontrol pada pretest mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 48,50 dan setelah penerapan pembelajaran matematika secara kovensional mendapatkan nilai (posttest) 64.80. Pada kelas eskperimen sebelum penerapan media fun thinkers book pada pretest dengan nilai rata-rata 47.60. sedangkan pada posttest meningkat dengan nilai rata-rata 77,60. Hasil analisis uji-t tentang pengaruh penggunaan media fun thinkers book terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas III UPT SPF SD Negeri Cendrawasih 1 Makassar. Menunjukkan hasil bahwa nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh baik yaitu pengaruh media fun thinkes book terhadap hasil belajar matematika (Sig = 0.003) lebih kecil dari nilai alpha yang ditetapkan yaitu 0.05 (0,003 < 0,05). Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa yang H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima yang menyatakan terdapat pengaruh penggunaan media fun thinkers book terhadap hasil belajar Matematika siswa kelas III UPT SPF SD Negeri Cendrawasih 1 Makassar diterima

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the application of transparency in the use of school operational assistance funds (BOS) in SDIT Ulil Albab Pematangsiantar and to describe the application of accountability for the use of school operational assistance funds (BOS) in SDIT Ulil Albab Pematangsiantar. quantitative using questionnaires, instruments and observations, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used data reduction, data exposure and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data using the triangulation technique. The results showed that the application of the principle of transparency in the use of BOS funds in SDIT Ulil Albab Pematangsiantar. When the use of BOS funds was carried out openly, it could be seen that the process of using it was reported to the Education Office offline and online. Reporting on the use of BOS funds is carried out by preparing quarterly financial reports. The publication of reports is carried out through meetings and can also be accessed online via the official E-Bos website. The application of the principle of accountability for the use of BOS funds by SDIT Ulil Albab Pematangsiantar, on the use of BOS funds is in accordance with Permendikbud No.3 of 2019 concerning the technical guidelines for BOS funds which are government policies, in terms of being responsible for schools to prepare financial reports as a form of accountability. With this accountability, it is a reflection that schools have implemented the principle of accountability so that it fosters trust by the community in schools.

Abstract

Mathematics education plays a very important role in shaping attitudes, concepts and mindsets to improve critical thinking skills in learning. Therefore, mathematics learning is very necessary from elementary school (SD) so that students can have mastery where in each mathematics subject students can have the ability to solve and understand the concepts in the questions given. This study aims to identify and analyze the effectiveness of the role playing method in improving elementary school (SD) students' learning motivation in mathematics. The role playing method, which allows students to play an active role in learning scenarios, is expected to make mathematical concepts more concrete and relevant to their daily lives. This study was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach through literature analysis and observation of the application of role playing in the classroom. The results of the study showed an increase in learning motivation and understanding of mathematics material after the application of role playing. Students who were previously less motivated showed increased enthusiasm and active participation in learning. This article also provides guidance on how to design and implement role playing in mathematics learning in elementary school. This classroom action research consisted of 2 cycles with the research subjects being 21 students in class V of SD Negeri 091254 Batu Onom, Siantar District, Siamlungun Regency. Data about cognitive aspects was obtained from student test results. Indicators of success in the cognitive aspect must achieve a minimum of 65% completeness from at least 85% of the number of students taking the test. The research results showed an increase in students' cognitive aspects from cycles I to II. The cognitive aspect of cycle I during the pre test was 42,81% to 57,14% during the post test and cycle II during the post test was 14,28% to 85,71% during the post test. This learning model can be successful because the question disc game system requires students to answer questions randomly, so that students are responsible for their own answers and knowledge. From the research results, it can be concluded that the application of the Game Based Learning model on the subject of the water cycle and natural events can improve the cognitive aspects of class V students at SD Negeri 091254 Batu Onom, Siantar District, Simalungun Regency.
