Pendas : Jurnah Ilmiah Pendidikan Dasar is a journal published twice a year, namely in June and December that aims to be a forum for scientific publications to pour ideas and studies complemented with the results of research related to primary school education. To achieve this, basic education journals will selectively disseminate ideas and studies complemented by quality research results related to basic education, develop an education center to the elementary-school that can produce innovative, creative and original work and tested in the field of education and learning elementary School to be disseminated and implemented for improving the quality of primary-to-national education at the national, regional and international levels.

The principal's leadership is one of the effective forces in school management, school survival, especially in terms of development efforts, the progress of the entire school and is responsible for addressing changes in the world of education. The purpose of this study is to determine how the principal manages learning and continuous improvement in schools, and how the principal's leadership style and strategy affect the school's ability to adapt and transform in responding to changes in the educational environment. Qualitative research methods through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study, the principal as an edupreneur uses a transformational and democratic leadership style by developing superior programs and providing special training to be able to compete to become a superior school.

Kemampuan membaca sangat berperan dalam proses pembelajaran pada semuabidang ilmu. Karena dengan adanya kemampuan membaca dapat memperolehinformasi untuk menambah dan mengembangkan ilmu pengetahuan. Penelitian inimerupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkankemampuan membaca melalui media pembelajaran flashcard pada siswa inklusidi kelas 3 SD. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi. Padapenelitian ini terdapat 2 siklus, yang disetiap siklusnya terdiri dari tahapperencanaan, pelaksanaan dan observasi, dan analisis dan refleksi. Pada siklus Imemperoleh hasil 52,38% dan siklus II memperoleh hasil 85,71% maka dapatdisimpulkan mengalami adanya peningkatan dalam kemampuan membaca.

Poetry Reading Skills is an activity that is still little done in schools. Low students' listening skills will have an impact on their learning achievement. This research aims to improve learning outcomes for reading poetry, the application of audiovisual media can improve the expected poetry reading skills of class X.8 students at SMAN 2 Gowa. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK). Classroom action research aims to improve the quality or solve problems of the subjects studied and observe the level of success or consequences of the actions, to then take additional actions which are perfecting actions or adjustments to conditions and situations in order to achieve good results. In the pre-cycle the average student score was 65 and achieved a KKMP score of 16% or as many as 5 students. In cycle 1 the average student score was 74 and those who achieved KKMP were 58% or 18 students. In cycle II the average student score was 82 and those who achieved KKMP were 100% or as many as 31 students. Based on the results of the research and discussion above, it can be concluded that the application of audiovisual media for learning poetry reading skills in each cycle shows an increase in learning activities which can improve learning outcomes for poetry reading skills in class X.8 students at SMAN 2 Gowa.

Many members of the volleyball extracurricular at SMAN 1 Sindang, both the men's team and the women's team, do not master the basic top passing techniques. The aim of this research is to find out whether basketball media influences top passing skills in volleyball extracurriculars at SMAN 1 Sindang. This research uses a quantitative approach with experimental research methods. The sample in this study was all members of the volleyball extracurricular at SMAN 1 Sindang, totaling 22 people with the sampling technique used, namely using a total sampling technique. The form of research design used is a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The instrument used in this research was the Upper Passing Test (AAHPER face wall-volley test). Data analysis used the SPSS version 26 application. The results of the study showed that there was a significant influence which could be seen in the average results before treatment (treatment) and after treatment (treatment) which experienced a significant increase, namely the pretest mean of 43.18 to the posttest mean of 60. 00. Meanwhile, the calculation results of the Paired Sample T Test hypothesis test with the data obtained from this research is a sig (2-tailed) value of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that there is a significant influence between the average value before treatment and the average value before treatment. average value after treatment. It can be concluded that basketball media can influence top passing skills in volleyball extracurriculars at SMAN 1 Sindang.

Memorizing verses in Qur'an is good for early childhood development if viewed cognitively. To achieve this, it is inseparable from the influence of the right methods and media. This research aims to analyze the application of the sima’i method with murottal audio media on the ability to memorize the Qur'an in early childhood at Boarding School of TAUD SAQU in Karangasem Paciran Lamongan, as well as identifying the faktors that affected the memorization method. This research used a qualitative approach with observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results showed that the application of the sima’i method with murottal audio media on a regular and structured basis was effective in improving children's memorization skills, with the average memorization increasing from 5 verses to 10 verses per week. The faktors that affected the success of this method included children's motivation and concentration, parental support, and a conducive learning environment. This research concluded that the sima’i method with murottal audio media can be used as an effective alternative in learning to memorize the Qur'an in early childhood, with the support of parents and a conducive environment as important faktors supporting its success. This study recommends wider adoption of the sima’i method as well as further research used other media to improve the effectiveness of learning.

This research aims to describe the internal factors that support grade IV students' mastery of English speaking skills. The subjects in this research were three students in class IV-B at SDN Pondok Kelapa 05 Jakarta. The method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out using observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The research results found that there are seven supporting factors that influence the ability to speak English, namely discipline and readiness to learn, intrinsic motivation, social awareness, self-confidence, personality quality, ability to collaborate and social interaction, and strategies for overcoming challenges.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran guru pai dalam mengimplementasikan di mensi imtaq dan gotong royong di sekolah dasar serta mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam mengimplementasikan di mensi imtaq bergotong royong. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data di peroleh dari wawancara dan observasi. Peneliti melakukan penelitian di SDN Kebon Agung 1. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah peran guru PAI dalam mengimplementasikan dimensi imtaq dan gotong royong di sekolah dasar adalah sebagai konselor,tauladan,kolaborator dan motivator. Faktor pendukung dari implemetasi profil Pelajar Pancasila meliputi sarana yang memadai, SDM guru, dukungan dari guru kelas dan guru mata pelajaran lainnya. Sedangkan factor penghambatnya adalah sikap siswa dan factor lingkungan yang tidak mendukung

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : 1) mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis antara kelas yang diberikan model Discovery Learning berbasis budaya dengan kelas yang tidak diberikan model Discovery Learning Berbasis Budaya 2) mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh model Discovery Learning terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa 3) Mendeskripsikan respon siswa terhadap model Pembelajaran Discovery Learning berbasis budaya pada kemampuan pemahman konsep matematis siswa kelas V pada materi bangun ruang. jenis penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V di SDN 7 Serukam yang berjumlah 34 orang. Sampel penelitian ditentukan menggunakan teknik acak sederhana. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik tes berupa soal. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji T-tes dan Effect Size. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa : 1) terdapat perbedaan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran discovery learning berbasis budaya dengan kelas yang tidak menggunakan metode pembelajaran langsung. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil uji T-tes yaitu diperoleh nilai thitung = 1, 754 dan ttabel = 2,199. penggunaan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning berbasis budaya berpengaruh besar terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa pada materi bangun ruang . Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan hasil besarnya efek yang diperoleh dari hasil perhitungan uji effect size yaitu sebesar (2,333) > 0,8. 3) respon siswa positif terhadap model pembelajaran discovery learning berbasis budya terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa kelas V SDN 7 Serukam dengan persentase 87% kategori sangat tinggi. Jadi hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada peningkatan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa dengan model pembelajaran discovery learning berbasis budaya terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika kelas V SDN 7 Serukam.

This study is intended to develop children's songs based on religious characters for elementary school students. The research method used is Research & Development with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). This study produced two songs entitled "Negeriku Yang Indah" and "Alam Semesta". Based on the validation test of music experts on the songs developed, the percentage score was 88.24% (Very Eligible). The validation test of the class teacher got a score of 89.09% (Very Eligible). Furthermore, the research subjects were fourth grade students of SDN Manggarai 01 Pagi, South Jakarta as respondents. Student response test through three stages, namely One to One (3 respondents), Small Group (6 respondents), and Field Test (20 Respondents), obtained an average score of 83.7% (Eligible). The development of the resulting song can be said to be an Eligible educational media. Therefore, the development of children's songs based on characters needs to be further developed.

HR management is the systematic handling of problems related to personnel, including workers, supervisors and other staff members, with the aim of facilitating the operations of an organization or institution to achieve predetermined goals. This research aims to find out how human resource management is related to the planning process, recruitment and selection process, development process and also the evaluation process of qiroati method teachers whose students are at the basic level at TPQ Riyadhul Ghofur in an effort to achieve success in producing a generation of students who excel in Reciting Al-Qur'an. This research is classified as qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive approach because it relies mostly on data obtained from observations and interviews with individuals. This research was conducted on Monday 24 March 2024 at TPQ Riyadul Ghofur involving the chairman of TPQ as the sole and main resource person. The research results show that: First, the TPQ chairman prepares the requirements for prospective Al-Quran teachers, then meets first with the institution's management. Second, the recruitment and selection process is carried out by accepting teaching candidates who already have the Qiroati creed with the criteria of being patient, firm, disciplined and passionate about teaching. Third, TPQ always includes branch MMQ development activities every 3 months and sub-districts every 1 month which contains Tadarus juz 1-30 khataman activities and teaching quality development. Fourth, the TPQ Evaluation Process involves familiarizing Al-Quran teachers before entering the class with briefings and performance evaluations on the spot while the lesson is taking place.
