Abstract

Early childhood Early childhood is a golden period for children's development to obtain an educational process. One way to optimize children's development is to teach them about physical motor development. Kinesthetic intelligence is an intelligence where when we use it we are able to make beautiful and meaningful movements. The aim of this research is to determine the role of kinesthetic intelligence in early childhood through rhythmic gymnastics using ribbon equipment. The method used in this research is the intuitive and deductive method. Intuitive data was obtained by carrying out rhythmic exercise activities carried out by the author himself. Deductive data is carried out by examining reliable theories and opinions such as books, journals, laws and the like. The results of implementing rhythmic gymnastics with ribbon equipment can develop kinesthetic intelligence in early childhood. Using additional media such as ribbons can make children more enthusiastic about doing gymnastics.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of character education in early childhood at Ash-Shibgoh Islamic Kindergarten, Kalijaga Village. Character education has an important role in shaping children's personalities, especially at the age of 0-6 years which is known as the "golden age" phase. Through a qualitative descriptive approach, the subjects and objects of research are the principal and teachers while the object of research is the process of practicing character education in children. Data collection techniques used in this study used observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis method uses an interactive model from Miles and Huberman, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. This study identifies the implementation of character education, supporting factors, and obstacles faced in its implementation. The results showed that the implementation of character education in Ash-Shibgoh Kindergarten was carried out through various strategies including habituation, role modeling, learning, and cooperation with parents. However, there are several challenges such as the lack of parental understanding of character education and limited resources. It can be concluded that character education can be carried out through three strategies, namely habituation, role modeling and learning and cooperation between parents and teachers.

Abstract

It was revealed that students' interest in learning mathematics is still low because students consider mathematics material difficult. Lack of utilization of learning media can be one of the factors in students' low understanding of mathematics subjects. Google sites is one of Google's products as a tool for creating websites that can be used in learning. This study aims to see the feasibility of web-based mathematics learning media using Google Sites and describe the steps and results of developing web-based mathematics learning media using Google Sites. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model consisting of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The subjects of this study were 29 students of class X SMAN 3 Kota Serang. Data collection techniques were through interviews, observations, tests, and questionnaires. The results of the study showed that the average validation score of media experts obtained 89% and the average score of material experts obtained 97%. The results of the student response questionnaire obtained 87.96%, and the teacher obtained 98%. The results of the mathematical concept understanding test obtained 75.37%. Thus, web-based mathematics learning media using Google Sites is feasible, practical, and effective to be used as a learning medium, especially in mathematics subjects.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangakan bahan ajar IPAS berbasis kearifan lokal untuk mengetahui kelayakan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan bahan ajar IPAS berbasis kearifan lokal dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Negeri Blekatuk, Pituruh, Purworejo dengan subjek penelitian siswa kelas IV dengan jumlah 22 siswa. Jenis penelitian yang dipakai pada penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan model pengembangan 4D. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket, tes, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan presentase dan uji paired sample t-test. Hasil penelitian dan pengembangan menghasilkan (1) bahan ajar IPAS berbasis kearifan lokal. (2) Kelayakan media bahan ajar diperoleh dari ahli media dengan presentase 91,07% dan ahli materi dengan presentase 98,33% dengan kategori sangat layak. (3) Hasil angket kepraktisan guru memperoleh presentase 92,87% dengan kategori sangat praktis dan angket kepraktisan siswa memperoleh presentase 93,18% dengan kategori sangat layak. (4) Kefektifan bahan ajar pada uji lapangan pada pretest memperoleh rata-rata presentase 62,27 meningkat pada rata-rata posttest menjadi 83,32, pada uji paired sampele t-test pada uji lapangan memperoleh nilai sig. (2-tailded) 0,000 < 0,05 hal ini menunjukan bahwa bahan ajar IPAS berbasis kearifan lokal efektif untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

This research aims to know the teacher's role in increasing the character of loving the motherland through learning citizenship education at SDN Pabuaran. This type of research is qualitative and uses a descriptive method. The aim is to explain the teacher's role in making students in Civics lessons more characterized by love for the motherland. The research subjects were students at SDN Pabuaran Cilendek, Bogor City. Researchers use primary and secondary data sources to collect information in this study. The primary data source is the class teacher assigned to teach Pkn topics. Secondary data used includes journals and books. Observation and interview are two data collection techniques. Miles and Huberman's interactive model analysis method is used in data analysis methods, namely data reduction, data visualization, and validation inference. The results of the study show that teachers need to play an important role in increasing the character of loving the motherland, giving direct examples of how to be proud of using domestic products such as batik clothes, giving examples of using Indonesian as the language of everyday communication properly and correctly, and introducing various cultures Indonesia as a form of love for the Indonesian homeland through the culture that exists in Indonesia and is a preservation of Indonesian culture

Abstract

Early childhood education is the initial stage of education. Current education is a coaching effort aimed at children from birth to six years of age and is carried out with stimulation. One intelligence that is very important to instill from childhood is interpersonal intelligence. Abstract

Education in Indonesia is increasingly developing in accordance with the times, but the development of science and technology in the world of education not only has a positive impact on students but also has a negative impact with the low character of students in the school environment and community environment. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of educational evaluation on student character education. The approach taken in this study is to use literature studies using scientific sources as a reference in compiling research both obtained from journals, books and related articles that have been validated in previous research. The benefits of this study are 1) knowing the effect of educational evaluation on character education 2) knowing the application of educational evaluation on character education 3) knowing the improvement of student character with the implementation of educational evaluation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how human resource (HR) development can affect employee motivation and work discipline in the digital era and its impact on employees. The type of research used is a literature study conducted based on theoretical studies from searches of previous research journals, books, and other papers. The results of the study show that HR development in improving work motivation and discipline can be through career development, a fair reward and sanction system, work-life balance, good interpersonal communication which can increase motivation and result in increased performance, and the implementation of HR information systems, online attendance systems can be done to improve employee work discipline in the digital era. The conclusion of the influence of HR development on motivation and work discipline where motivation and work discipline can improve employee performance, the higher the motivation the higher the employee performance and the higher the work discipline the more competent the employee is which makes better performance.

Abstract

Learning outcomes are an important aspect in education, because student learning outcomes are used as a starting point for learning activities during students at school. This study was motivated by the low or lack of science learning outcomes of grade IV students of SDN Kembangan Selatan 03 on the material of forces around us. The purpose of this study was to improve students' science learning outcomes on the material of forces around us by using one of the approaches in learning, namely the Scientific Approach. The data analysis technique used was Classroom Action Research which in each cycle includes design, implementation, observation and reflection activities. The results of this study indicate that the application of learning strategies using a scientific approach can improve students' science learning outcomes, as evidenced by the increase in the completion of learning outcomes in each cycle, the completion of students' learning outcomes in cycle 1 meeting II was 83.8% with the number of students' completion whose scores were above the KKTP as many as 26 students. Meanwhile, the completion of the science learning outcomes of students in cycle 2 meeting II was 93.5% with the number of students whose scores were above the KKTP as many as 29 students. After the calculation in cycle I, the results of the science learning of students in meeting 2 were 72% and the average results of teacher activity observations in cycle 1 meeting II were 80%. Meanwhile, the average for cycle 2 meeting 2 was 91% and the average results of teacher activity observations in cycle 2 meeting 2 were 92%, where there was an increase in each cycle. Thus, the increase in the learning process can be seen from the enthusiasm of students to learn which became active after the teacher introduced the scientific approach.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang perencanaan dalam manajemen pendidirian lembaga Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini. Hal ini melatarbelakangi pada pendirian lembaga PAUD yang masih terjadi dikarenakan beberapa hambatan dalam pendirian lembaga PAUD tidak maksimal. Oleh karena itu manajemen mendapatkan sebuah proses perencanaan, pengorganisasian, kepemimpinan dan pengendalian dalam proses pendirian lembaga PAUD. Metodologi penelitian ini adalah studi literatur. Metode ini sistem pengambilan data yang dikumpulkan berasal dari beberapa buku, jurna ataupun sumber lainnya. Teknik analisis data bersifat analisis isi. Hasil kajian penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dalam mendirian suau lembaga harus ada legalitas, ada beberapa persyaratan yang sudah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah, diantaranya yaitu syarat umum, prosedur atau mekanisme pendirian lembaga PAUD.
