Pendas : Jurnah Ilmiah Pendidikan Dasar is a journal published twice a year, namely in June and December that aims to be a forum for scientific publications to pour ideas and studies complemented with the results of research related to primary school education. To achieve this, basic education journals will selectively disseminate ideas and studies complemented by quality research results related to basic education, develop an education center to the elementary-school that can produce innovative, creative and original work and tested in the field of education and learning elementary School to be disseminated and implemented for improving the quality of primary-to-national education at the national, regional and international levels.

Abstract

Quality education requires significant contributions from education personnel. This article aims to explain the importance of educational personnel standards in creating a quality educational environment, as well as referring to the guidelines or guidelines established to regulate the standards of professionalism and qualifications of educational personnel. The research method used is the literature research method or literature review. This approach involves the analysis and synthesis of written works relevant to the research topic being investigated. Educational personnel standards are an important foundation in ensuring that educational personnel have adequate qualifications and are responsible for creating a quality educational environment. Through the implementation of these standards, it is hoped that educational staff can provide a good learning environment, facilitate student development, and meet national education goals. Abstract

This article aims to analyze the Basic Education Assessment Standards regulated in Minister of National Education Regulation Number 23 of 2016. The method used is a documentation study of related policies, as well as a literature review of previous research. The results of the analysis show that basic education assessment standards are designed to ensure that the learning evaluation process can measure the achievement of graduate competencies holistically, covering the domains of attitudes, skills and knowledge. This assessment standard is an integral part of the National Education Standards as mandated by Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System. The implementation of these assessment standards in elementary schools needs to be studied further so that they can be implemented effectively and in accordance with applicable regulations. Abstract

Pancasila education as one of the subject contents in elementary schools plays a crucial role in shaping the character and morals of the Indonesian nation. Through teaching the values contained in Pancasila, students are taught to understand and apply basic principles such as divinity, humanity, unity, populism, and social justice in everyday life. In learning Pancasila education, a teacher is also required to innovate in the use of learning media. Animated video media was chosen as a teaching aid with the hope of improving student learning outcomes. Canva, an easy-to-use online graphic design platform, allows teachers to create attractive and interactive animated videos without requiring in-depth technical skills. This research uses a quantitative approach with a Research and Development (R&D) research type adapted from Borg and Gall. The research results were obtained from processing data, questionnaires, and tests. The results showed that the canva application-based animated video learning media was very feasible to use in learning pancaila education seen from the percentage of material expert and media expert scores which showed a percentage of 91.6% and 79.16%. The results of the student pretest and posttest showed an increase in the average score where in the small group test the pretest average score was 43.3 while the posttest average score was 90.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze basic education financing standards in Indonesia based on Government Regulation no. 18 of 2023 concerning financing standards. The method used in this research is a literature review, namely searching and analyzing various library sources related to the topic of basic education financing. The research results show that basic education financing standards in Indonesia have been regulated in detail in Government Regulation no. 18 of 2023. Financing standards include regulating sources of income and use of education funds for each basic education unit within a period of one year. Apart from that, there are also regulations regarding transparency and financing management through the ARKAS application (School Activity Plan and Budget Application) which must be used by schools. In general, the source of funding for basic education only comes from one source, namely School Operational Assistance (BOS). Keywords: analysis, basic education, financing standards

Abstract

This article aims to examine the standards of the learning process in basic education. The method used is a literature review by examining various sources such as books, journals and related government regulations. The research results show that process standards include planning, implementation, assessment and supervision of the learning process. Learning in elementary schools must be interactive, inspiring, fun, challenging and motivating for students. Each educational unit is required to prepare learning plans, carry out learning processes, and carry out evaluations to increase the effectiveness of achieving graduate competencies. Abstract

Creating an understanding of complex concepts certainly requires an appropriate model to support student stimuli in thinking scientifically, particularly in mathematics learning. Ethnomathematics-based learning is a pedagogical approach that relates to the real world by applying ethnomathematics in the classroom learning process. The implementation of this method is carried out by integrating local cultural elements into the learning materials. This research aims to investigate students' responses to Javanese culture-based teaching modules and to determine the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of Javanese culture-based teaching modules in improving students' mathematical learning outcomes. This type of research employs the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model. The results of the study show that the average validation assessment score from media experts is 4.5%, categorized as "Highly Acceptable". The assessment score from content experts also averages 4.5%, categorized as "Highly Acceptable". Evaluation scores from teachers average 3.75 with a percentage of 93.75% categorized as "Very Interesting". The test results from the fourth-grade students at UPT SPF SDN 101921 Beringin show an average pre-test score of 25.3% and a post-test score of 81.5%, indicating an improvement in the learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at UPT SPF SDN 105359 Sumberjo.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a Javanese culture-based teaching module using the RME model for high-level thinking skills (hots) in flat building material in class IV of SD Negeri 107105, Kuta Baru village. Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) is a learning concept that presents material in the form of problems that must be solved by students based on understanding the concepts of students' daily lives. This research is development research or Research and Development (R&D) which is adapted from the ADDIE development model, with 5 development stages, namely: 1) Analysis (analisys); 2) Design (design); 3) Development (development); 4) Implementation; and 5) Evaluation. The subjects in this research were fourth grade students at SD Negeri 107105 New Kuta Village for the 2023/2024 academic year, while the objects in this research were teaching modules based on Javanese culture. The results of this research were that in trial I, classical completion of the results of students' high-level thinking abilities was 48% (14 students) and in trial II it was 90% (26 students). in trial II it was 90% (26 students). The average student response in trial I was 3.54 (Interested category) and in trial II was 3.64 (Interested category)

Abstract

Education for children with special needs (ABK) requires intensive support from parents and teachers to ensure the child's development and welfare. Parents have an important role in providing love, attention and deep understanding, while teachers have an important role in creating inclusive learning programs. and individualistic. The purpose of writing this scientific article is to find out the role of teachers and parents in the learning of children with special needs (ABK). This research was conducted using qualitative research methods, literature study or literature research. The data taken comes from research that already exists on the internet. The research results show that the role of parents in the education of ABK is very important and multifaceted. They serve as a child's primary advocate, working with schools to plan and implement educational programs that meet their child's unique needs. In addition, parents also provide critical emotional support for their children, helping them overcome obstacles and foster self-confidence. On the teacher's side, this research highlights the importance of in-depth knowledge of a child's special needs and the ability to adapt teaching methods. Teachers are identified as the main agents in implementing an inclusive learning approach and facilitating the social integration of ABK with their peers. The conclusion obtained is that teachers and parents have their respective roles in educating children with special needs, where they have a very important role for education. children with special needs (ABK).

Abstract

This research is titled "Implementation of Cooperative Learning Model Type Team Games Tournament (TGT) in Improving Learning Motivation in Mathematics Subjects, Especially Fractions, at the Elementary School Level II of the Free Curriculum." This research is motivated by the low learning motivation of second-grade students of SDN 02 Manisrejo in Mathematics subjects, especially fractions. Therefore, the aim of this research is to increase the learning motivation of second-grade students. The method used in this research is collaborative classroom action research (PTKK) consisting of 2 cycles of learning. Based on the results of the research in cycles 1 and 2, there was an increase in students' learning motivation. Thus, it can be concluded that implementing learning using the cooperative learning model Type Team Games Tournament (TGT) can increase students' learning motivation.

Abstract

Anak adalah anugerah dari Tuhan. Pengasuhan dan pendidikan anak adalah tanggung jawab orang tua. Sejak usia dini, orang tua harus memperhatikan kemampuan anaknya dalam agama, moralitas sosial, kognisi, bahasa, keterampilan motorik dan seni. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan media pembelajaran berupa Magic Book untuk mempelajari perkembangan kognitif dan motorik halus anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan magic book untuk mencapai perkembangan kognitif dan melatih keterampilan motorik halus pada anak usia 3-4 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data eksploratif yang meliputi penelitian kuantitatif, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan observasi dan wawancara penulis pada penelitian ini, pemanfaatan media magic book sebagai sarana pembelajaran dapat digunakan untuk melatih perkembangan kognitif dan motorik anak usia 3-4 tahun yang tercermin dari kemampuan anak dalam mengenal huruf dan angka dan melatih keterampilan menulis anak
