Abstract

This research aims to improve learning outcomes in data presentation skills through Dabar (Pictured Dice) media for class V students at SDN Lidah Wetan IV Surabaya. The research method used is classroom action research (PTK). The subjects of this research were 18 class V students consisting of 11 male students and 7 female students. The research results showed that there was an increase in learning outcomes in the ability to present data after Dabar media was implemented. The average value of learning outcomes in pre-action was 11.11%, increasing to 83.7 in cycle II when Dabar media was applied in pictogram material data presentation activities. Apart from that, observations also show active participation of students in learning using Dabar media. This shows that Dabar media is effective in improving learning outcomes in the data presentation abilities of class V students at SDN Lidah Wetan IV Surabaya. This research can be used as a reference for teachers and other researchers in developing innovative learning media to improve student learning outcomes. Abstract

Language development is one aspect of development in early childhood that is important to develop, because language is a communication tool in conveying messages, desires, opinions to other people and understanding other people's desires, therefore this research aims to determine whether there is language development. is the application of the storytelling method using finger puppets to the language development of children aged 5-6 years in PAUD Ihsan Fikri, Tampan District, Pekanbaru City. This type of research uses quantitative research with teachers and children as subjects. Meanwhile, the object is the application of the storytelling method using finger puppets to the language development of children aged 5-6 years. Data is collected through observation and documentation. Data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive data analysis techniques. These results show that 37% are developing according to expectations (BSH), 32% are developing very well (BSB), 30% are starting to develop (MB) and 0% are not yet developing (BB). Abstract

The aim of this research is to improve Pancasila Education learning outcomes regarding cooperative lifestyle materials using a collaborative learning model for class IV students at SDN 04 Klegen. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is carried out in two cycles, with four stages, namely: planning; acting; observating; and reflecting. The subjects of this research were 12 students in class IV semester 2 of SDN 04 Klegen. The research results show that students' Pancasila Education learning outcomes have increased. This can be shown by the percentage of completion scores for learning Pancasila Education material on mutual cooperation lifestyle in cycle I of 41.67% or 5 out of 12 students and increasing in cycle II of 91.67%. Completeness of student learning outcomes has increased by 50%. It can be concluded that there is an increase in Pancasila education learning outcomes regarding the cooperative lifestyle material using the collaborative learning model for class IV students at SDN 04 Klegen.

Abstract

Media pembelajaran merupakan salah satu sumber belajar yang dapat membantu guru dalam upaya menambah pengetahuan siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginformasikan desain pengembangan media serta mengetahui kevalidan dan kepraktisan media permainan ular tangga digial pada pembelajaran IPA siswa kelas V SDN 29 Ampenan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari tahap analysis, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDN 29 Ampenan, Kecamatan Ampenan, Kota Mataram. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, dokumentasi dan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) media permaianan ular tangga digital dinyatakan valid untuk digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran di kelas berdasarkan hasil penilaian dari ahli media dengan skor 91,18% dan penilaian ahli materi dengan skor 96,42% sehingga termasuk dalam kriteria sangat valid. 2) media perminan ular tangga digital pada pembelajaran IPA dinyatakan praktis berdasarkan hasil uji coba kelompok kecil terhadap 12 siswa dengan perolehan skor 88,27% dan termasuk kategori sangat praktis sedangkan hasil uji coba kelompok besar terhadap 31 siswa memperoleh skor 93,40% dengan kategori sangat praktis. Berdasarkan tersebut disimpulkan bahwa media permainan ular tangga digital pada pembelajaran IPA materi alat pernapasan pada manusia valid dan praktis sehingga dapat menjadi referensi bagi guru untuk melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran yang inovatif dan edukatif.

Abstract

Pengembangan sumber daya manusia memiliki peran vital dalam upaya mengembangkan diri, mengarahkan, memiliki kemampuan, dan melakukan pelatihan dalam mencapai kebutuhan organisasi akan keahlian di masa yang akan datang. Proses pengembangan untuk karyawan jika diberikan dengan tepat akan mendorong mereka lebih bekerja keras. Pengembangan karyawan bertujuan dan bermanfaat bagi perusahaan, karyawan, konsumen, atau masyarakat yang mengkonsumsi barang/jasa yang dihasilkan perusahaan. Pengaruh pengembangan SDM terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Pengembangan sumber daya manusia juga berarti memberikan kewenangan pada karyawan (empowerment), memberi kesempatan pada individu untuk mengontrol karir mereka serta untuk mengembangkan pola kehidupannya, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

This research was carried out as one of the efforts to achieve maximum learning, especially in learning that teachers and students felt experienced obstacles. This effort was carried out by developing electronic learning media, student worksheet based on Google Sites, materializing cultural diversity in Class IV elementary school students with the aim of increasing students' self-efficacy. This research uses the R&D method with the Borg and Gall development model. The instrument used for data collection was a product validity questionnaire, product feasibility and questionnaires to increase student self-efficacy. Product validity results were obtained through assessments by media experts with a percentage of 85.4%, material experts 92.5%, and language experts 75.5%. The results of the feasibility test were assessed by the teacher with a percentage of 95% in the category, very feasible. The results of increasing student self-efficacy were obtained through a response questionnaire, students with an N-Gain value of 0.81 in the high category. Based on the data obtained, the Google-based electronic student worksheet cultural diversity material sites have been proven to increase the self-efficacy of fourth grade students and are suitable for use.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the implementation of the independent curriculum at Al-Husnayain Panyabungan Mandailing Natal Integrated Islamic High School and find out the impact of the implementation of the independent curriculum and constraints on the implementation of the independent curriculum at Al-Husnayain Panyabungan Mandailing Natal Integrated Islamic High School. This research uses qualitative types. Primary data sources were obtained from teachers, principals, vice principals for curriculum, PAI teachers, administration and students in high school Integrated Islam Al-Husnayain Panyabungan Mandailing Natal. Data collection is done through observation, interviews and documents. Data validity is done by extension of participation, persistence of observation, and triangulation. Data analysis is carried out by data reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that (1) The implementation of the independent curriculum at Al-Husnayain Panyabungan Mandailing Natal Integrated Islamic High School went smoothly, well and actively. (2). The Impact of the Independent Curriculum on Learning of Integrated Islamic PAI Darul Hasan Al-Husnayain Panyabungan Mandailing Natal is: a. Positive impact, namely relevant and contextual learning, development of critical and analytical thinking activities, strengthening moral values and science, developing attitudes of tolerance and openness and increasing student involvement b. Negative impacts, namely curriculum fragmentation, understanding gaps, reduced focus on spiritual aspects and limited resources, resistance from stakeholders, integration of technology and the role of parents and society.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi efektivitas penerapan aktivitas bermain dalam meningkatkan aktivitas gerak lokomotor, nonlokomotor, dan manipulatif di antara siswa kelas 3C di SDN Pakis 1/368 Surabaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan prasiklus, Siklus 1, dan Siklus 2. Data prasiklus menunjukkan skor rata-rata aktivitas gerak sebesar 76, yang meningkat secara signifikan menjadi 81 pada Siklus 1, dan mencapai 85 pada Siklus 2. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan yang konsisten dalam aktivitas gerak siswa setelah diterapkannya intervensi berupa aktivitas bermain. Penelitian ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya pendekatan pembelajaran yang melibatkan aktivitas bermain dalam menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dan interaktif, serta meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dalam pembelajaran. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa integrasi aktivitas bermain dalam kurikulum pembelajaran dapat menjadi strategi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan aktivitas fisik siswa di lingkungan sekolah. Kata Kunci: aktivitas bermain, peningkatan, dan hasil belajar.

Abstract

This research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) adopting the Kemmis and Taggart model. This research aims to improve student learning outcomes on social and cultural diversity material in society through the Problem Based Learning learning model with the Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) approach. The subjects in this research were 32 students in class VII C of Bojonegoro Integrated Model Middle School. The stages of this research were carried out in two cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II, going through four stages, namely planning, implementing actions, observation/observation, and reflection. Data collection in this research uses observation sheets obtained through observations during the learning process as well as through evaluation test results at the end of each learning cycle using test instruments. The results of research carried out in cycle I obtained a completeness score of 31%, which shows that 10 students met the KKM and 22 students did not meet the KKM. In cycle II, a completeness score of 78% was obtained, indicating that there were 25 students who met the KKM and 7 students did not meet the KKM. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model with the Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) approach to material on social and cultural diversity in society can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar matematika peserta didik pada materi statistik pengolahan data (mean, median, dan modus) dengan media lagu. Hasil belajar yang rendah menjadi alasan penulis untuk melakukan penelitian. Penelitian ini diterapkan dengan metode PTK (Penelitian Tindakan Kelas) yang dilaksanakan dengan dua siklus. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SD yang berjumlah 19 peserta didik dengan 12 peserta didik laki-laki dan 7 peserta didik perempuan. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data dillakukan dengan teknik tes soal evaluasi dan non tes berupa observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pada pra siklus dari 19 peserta didik hanya 9 (47,3%) pesera didik tuntas diatas KKTP 75. Setelah diberikan tindakan dengan penerapan media lagu pada siklus I didapatkan dari 19 peserta didik 12 (63,1%) peserta didik tuntas diatas KKTP 75. Selanjutnya pada siklus II memperoleh hasil belajar peserta didik meningkat sebanyak 16 atau (84,2%) peserta didik tuntas di atas KKTP 75 dari 19 peserta didik. Maka dapat diketahui terjadi peningkatan sebesar 15,8% pada pra siklus menuju siklus I, dan peningkatan sebesar 21,1% pada siklus I menuju siklus II. Dengan demikian dapat di simpulkan penggunaan media lagu pada peserta didik kelas V di SDN Oro Oro Ombo dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran Matematika materi Statistik Pengolahan data (Mean, Median, dan Modus)
