Pendas : Jurnah Ilmiah Pendidikan Dasar is a journal published twice a year, namely in June and December that aims to be a forum for scientific publications to pour ideas and studies complemented with the results of research related to primary school education. To achieve this, basic education journals will selectively disseminate ideas and studies complemented by quality research results related to basic education, develop an education center to the elementary-school that can produce innovative, creative and original work and tested in the field of education and learning elementary School to be disseminated and implemented for improving the quality of primary-to-national education at the national, regional and international levels.

The quality of educational services reflects efforts to meet customer needs and expectations through accurate and effective service delivery. This study aims to: (1) determine the influence of principals' managerial skills on the quality of educational services, (2) assess the impact of customer relations on service quality, and (3) examine the combined effect of managerial skills and customer relations on educational service quality. A quantitative approach with a correlational design was employed. The population consisted of 128 teachers, with a sample of 97 selected through random sampling. Data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics, prerequisite tests (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, linearity), and hypothesis testing through simple and multiple linear regressionThe results show: (1) a strong correlation (r = 0.823) between principals’ managerial skills and service quality, with a significant partial effect of 77.7%; (2) a strong correlation (r = 0.857) between customer relations and service quality, with a significant partial effect of 73.4%; and (3) a significant combined effect of managerial skills and customer relations on service quality, with a regression equation of Ŷ = 21.632 + 0.345X1 + 0.771X2, and a determination coefficient of 75.0%. In conclusion, both managerial skills and customer relations significantly influence the quality of educational services. It is recommended that principals enhance supervision, motivation, and coaching to improve teacher performance and service outcomes.

This research discusses the importance of preserving regional culture as the identity of the Indonesian nation in the midst of globalization challenges. The main focus is on a variety of traditional arts and cultures such as dance, regional music, traditional clothing, and traditional musical instruments from various regions of Indonesia. The study also highlights the efforts that have been made to preserve regional culture, such as cultural arts education in schools, participation in art competitions, and the role of family and community. This research aims to foster the awareness of the younger generation of the nation's cultural wealth and encourage the preservation of cultural heritage so that it does not become extinct in the future. This study started from the problem of radicalism found among students of Elementary Teacher Education (ETE). The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of religious education courses in reducing radicalism among ETE students. This study is action research using the Kemmis Tagart model. The study was conducted in one class with 37 students who have different religion. Religious education courses were designed in such a way, starting from the syllabus, learning content, learning process, to media and teaching aids, so that it was ensured to be able to reduce student radicalism. Pretest and posttest data were collected using test techniques to measure the level of student radicalism. The collected data were analyzed using the mean difference test technique with the help of SPSS. The results of the study showed that this course was successful in reducing radicalism among ETE students.

This research writing emerged because of problems in learning Indonesian, especially in reading comprehension skills in elementary school students. This article discusses: 1) what are the objectives of reading comprehension; 2) what are the factors that influence reading comprehension; 3) what are the problems in reading comprehension; 4) how are the solutions to reading comprehension problems. The research method for reading comprehension problems uses the library research method, namely by looking for theories about reading comprehension skills and relevant theories. The results of the research in this article are the identification of reading comprehension problems according to Rahayu et al., which include students' lack of understanding in answering questions with the 5W + 1H elements, difficulty in determining the main sentence, and students' difficulty in drawing conclusions from reading. However, not only discussing what the problems are in learning reading comprehension, the author also adds a discussion of the factors that influence reading comprehension and solutions to these problems.

Learning motivation is an important factor in students' academic success. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Smart Solution and Remedial Enrichment Consulting learning strategies in improving learning motivation of fifth grade students of MIN Kota Bima. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation with teachers and students. The results of the study indicate that the Smart Solution learning strategy is able to improve students' understanding through a problem-solving-based approach. Meanwhile, the Remedial Enrichment Consulting strategy provides opportunities for students with learning difficulties to obtain additional guidance systematically, so that they can catch up and increase their confidence in learning. Thus, the implementation of Smart Solution and Remedial Enrichment Consulting strategies can be an effective solution in improving students' motivation and learning outcomes.

Learning with the application of role playing aims to make students more meaningful to the rules in public places, especially reading the signs around them, and is taught in grade II of Elementary Schools in Surabaya. The research conducted using classroom action research techniques carried out in two stages, namely pre-cycle, cycle one and cycle two. The subjects in the research conducted were grade II students at Elementary Schools in Surabaya, with a total of 28 students. Data collection techniques were through Observation and written tests on students. So that the overall data that has been obtained is then analyzed by: 1) conducting research on data review, 2) calculating the results of the data obtained, 3) presenting the results of the data, and 4) concluding the results of the research. The results obtained after the application of role playing were that there were 14 out of 28 students who were able to complete their learning on the test in the pre-cycle. Then in cycle one there were 24 out of 28 students who were able to complete their learning, the last in the second cycle with the improvement of the role playing approach, there were 26 out of 28 students who were able to complete the learning. So that the ability of students in learning rules in public places from cycle one to cycle two experienced a good increase, with an average understanding of 76,8 to 8,6.

The advancement of technology has driven transformation in education, including the need for interactive learning media that aligns with industry demands. At SMK Negeri 2 Buduran, Informatics learning for 10th-grade Accounting students remains conventional, with limited digital teaching materials supporting Project-Based Learning (PJBL). This results in low student engagement and difficulties in developing practical skills. This study aims to develop an Android-based learning media called PELINFO using Unity to facilitate interactive, project-based learning. The research method employs Research and Development (R&D) with the Waterfall model, covering stages of needs analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation. The app's feasibility was tested through a Likert-scale questionnaire administered to 38 students. The results showed a 99.26% feasibility rate (categorized as Highly Feasible), with the majority of respondents providing positive feedback on interface design, ease of use, and learning benefits. PELINFO successfully integrates theoretical material with PJBL project guidance, featuring multimedia elements and self-assessment tools. Its implementation enhances active student participation and contextual understanding of Informatics concepts. This study proves that technology-based media development can be an effective solution for adaptive, practice-oriented vocational learning. Future recommendations include adding online collaboration features and refining content based on the latest curriculum.

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh motivasi belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran pendidikan pancasila kelas IV sekolah dasar”. Keberhasilan pada proses pembelajaran menjadi tolak ukur penilaian akhir tujuan pendidikan. Dalam kegiatan belajar, motivasi berfungsi sebagai pendorong aktivitas yang dilakukan siswa sehingga siswa dapat mencapai prestasi yang baik. Hakikat motivasi adalah dorongan yang terjadi dari dalam maupun luar diri siswa dalam pembelajaran untuk menghasilkan perubahan tingkah laku, dengan beberapa indikator yang mendukung yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan populasi seluruh siswa kelas IV sampel penelitian ini siswa kelas IV A. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes dan angket serta dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi, dan uji t dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 26. Berdasarkan hasil kuisioner didapati bahwa motivasi siswa cukup baik, siswa merasa senang mempelajari mata pelajaran pendidikan pancasila, siswa selalu mengerjakan PR tepat waktu, dan siswa aktif bertanya ketika pelajaran berlangsung sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa

This study aims to determine the effect of the Cooperative Script learning model assisted by Poster Media on the ability to write procedural texts of class IX students of UPTD SMP Negeri 1 Sei Dadap. This type of research is quantitative research, experimental method using the Two Group Posttest research design. The population of this study was all class IX students of UPTD SMP Negeri 1 Sei Dadap totaling 128 people. In this study, the sampling technique was carried out by random sampling with samples, namely class IX-2 as the control class and class IX-1 as the experimental class. Data collection was carried out by interviews, observations (questionnaires) and tests. Data analysis techniques were carried out by normality tests, homogeneity tests and hypothesis tests. Based on the results of the normality test of the control and experimental classes, the data were normally distributed. The homogeneity test proves that the research sample is homogeneous. And the results of the hypothesis test show that t count> t table, which is 3.8371> 1.67065, so (Ho) is rejected and (H₁) is accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of the use of the Cooperative Script learning model assisted by poster media on the ability to write procedural texts of class IX students at UPTD SMP Negeri 1 Sei Dadap in the 2024/2025 academic year.

This research is motivated by the low activeness and student learning outcomes in IPAS subjects. From the results of observations, it is known that there are still many activeness scores and student learning outcomes that are still below the minimum completeness criteria (KKM), so it is necessary to take action to improve student activeness and learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the discovery learning model, student activeness, and student learning outcomes in IPAS subjects with the research subject of 24 class IV students of UPTD SDN 1 Tegalgirang, Bangodua District, Indramayu Regency. This research uses the PTK method with the discovery learning learning model. The data collection techniques used were test sheets and observation sheets. Based on the results of the research in cycle I, the application of the discovery learning model obtained a score of 50%, increased by 64% in cycle II, increased to 87% in cycle III. Student activeness in cycle I obtained a value of 43% increased by 61% in cycle II increased to 86% in cycle III. Student learning outcomes in cycle I obtained a score of 33.3% increased to 58.3% in cycle II increased to 87% in cycle III.
