Abstract

This study was motivated by the low level of student learning motivation due to the lack of student interest in learning materials, lack of understanding and lack of student self-confidence. In this case, educators can provide positive and negative reinforcement to students to increase the learning motivation of grade 5 students of SDN Serua 01, South Tangerang City. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an influence of positive and negative reinforcement on student learning motivation. This research was conducted at SDN Serua 01, South Tangerang City. The population used in this study were grade VA students and the sample used was 60 students. The instrument given was a questionnaire with a total of 50 statement items. This research was conducted using a descriptive quantitative research method. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire and documentation. The results of the calculations based on this study indicate that there is an influence of positive and negative reinforcement on student learning motivation. This is evident from the results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination which shows a value of 43% on learning motivation and 55.7% is influenced by other external factors.

Abstract

Mahda Risa 037120058. Development of E-Book Teaching Materials Using the Heyzine Application on the Subtheme of Single and Mixed Objects. The research subjects were 32 students of grade V SDN Bojong 02, Kemang District, the research was conducted in the even semester of the 2023/2024 school year. The research method used is the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Analyzing the needs of the learning process still using printed books, then planning the preparation of e-book teaching materials. Continued by developing products that have been designed for media, language, and material experts. Implementing it to grade V SDN Bojong 02 and evaluating the results of student responses to the products that have been developed. The results of the study showed that the development of this e-book teaching material obtained 94% from media experts, 96% from language experts, 100% from material experts in the field of evaluation, and 82.25% from student responses. Based on these results, it can be concluded that e-book teaching materials using applications Heyzine are very suitable for use in the learning process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasari oleh temuan lapangan bahwa banyak peserta didik kelas atas bermain game mobile legends, tujuan untuk mengkaji sejauh mana pengaruh game mobile legends terhadap perilaku sosial siswa kelas atas di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI). Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survei, selain itu instrumen yang digunakan meliputi angket dan dokumentasi sebagai teknik utama dalam pengumpulan data yang akurat dan relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa game mobile legends memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perilaku sosial siswa. Nilai signifikansi antara variabel game mobile legends (X) dengan perilaku sosial (Y) adalah sebesar 0,000, yang mana lebih kecil dari ambang batas 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Hal ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan secara statistik antara kedua variabel. Nilai koefisien determinasi yang diperoleh adalah sebesar 0,831, yang berarti bahwa sebesar 83,1% perilaku sosial siswa dipengaruhi oleh keterlibatan mereka dalam game mobile legends, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 16,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar variabel penelitian ini. Selain itu, nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,487 mengindikasikan bahwa setiap peningkatan 1% dalam intensitas bermain game mobile legends dapat meningkatkan interaksi sosial siswa sebesar 0,487 poin. Berdasarkan temuan ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima, sedangkan hipotesis nol (H0) ditolak. Implikasi secara teoretis memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan teori perilaku sosial dalam konteks digital dan gamifikasi, sedangkan secara praksis dapat menjadi tolak ukur atau acuan bagi pendidik untuk mengoptimalkan aspek positif dari penggunaan game dalam konteks pembelajaran.

Abstract

The Kurikulum Merdeka was introduced as a response to the need for a more contextual and student-centered education system, including the reinforcement of Indonesian language literacy at the elementary school level. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka in strengthening Indonesian language literacy at SDN 004 Salo and to identify its supporting and inhibiting factors. The research employed a qualitative method with a descriptive evaluative approach based on the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, Product). Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews with the principal, teachers, students, and parents, as well as document analysis, including lesson plans (RPP) and curriculum reports. The findings indicate a clear need for literacy enhancement, yet the readiness of teachers and the availability of supporting facilities remain limited. The learning process has started to adopt Kurikulum Merdeka strategies; however, the implementation is still inconsistent. Overall, there has been an improvement in students’ literacy skills, particularly in reading and writing, although it is not evenly distributed. Internal factors such as school leadership and teacher enthusiasm serve as strengths, while external factors such as limited resources and low parental involvement remain challenges. This study concludes that the Kurikulum Merdeka has significant potential to improve student literacy if supported by adequate training, facilities, and collaboration.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the Teacher Professional Education Program (PPG) on the professional development of elementary school teachers with PGSD and non-PGSD educational backgrounds at SDN 004 Salo. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through semi-structured interviews with two teachers from different academic paths and triangulated using school documents. The findings reveal that PPG significantly enhances pedagogical competence, classroom management, holistic assessment practices, and technology-based learning creativity. Non-PGSD teachers faced greater challenges in mastering thematic instructional syntax and understanding the unique characteristics of elementary students but were supported through school-based learning communities and structural support. The study concludes that the effectiveness of PPG is strongly influenced by teachers' initial academic backgrounds and institutional environments. The implication highlights the need for adaptive PPG policies and strengthened continuous professional development systems at the primary education level.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh model pembelajaran "Take and Give" terhadap peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika di SDN Tambakrejo 01 Semarang. Menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Pre-Experiment One Group Pretest Posttest, penelitian ini melibatkan 27 siswa kelas V. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menentukan efektivitas model "Take and Give" dalam meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi siswa selama pelajaran matematika, khususnya pada materi pecahan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pretest dan posttest, diikuti dengan analisis menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji t berpasangan. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata skor dari 71,00 pada pretest menjadi 75,52 pada posttest, yang menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan komunikasi. Uji t berpasangan mengungkapkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000, yang menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan secara statistik antara skor pretest dan posttest. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran "Take and Give" berdampak positif terhadap kemampuan komunikasi siswa, menekankan pentingnya metode pembelajaran interaktif dalam hasil pendidikan.

Abstract

Mind Mapping is considered a suitable instructional approach for elementary education, as it aligns with the natural tendencies of young learners who are more engaged in interactive and enjoyable activities. In the context of Islamic Religious Education (PAI), a cooperative learning strategy integrated with Mind Mapping has been shown to enhance students’ concentration during lessons. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of this approach in improving students’ focus at SD TAQUMA Surabaya. Employing a qualitative research design through a literature review method, data were gathered using observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The findings reveal that implementing a cooperative Mind Mapping strategy fosters active student participation and encourages the development of collaborative skills, a sense of solidarity, and group responsibility. The subjects of this study were students at SD TAQUMA Surabaya. Furthermore, this strategy positively influences students’ learning motivation, as they feel more engaged and involved in the classroom process. Overall, the application of this method not only deepens students’ understanding of Islamic teachings but also supports the cultivation of religious character, piety, and the ability to embody moral values in everyday life.

Abstract

Globalisasi menyebabkan generasi muda Indonesia semakin meninggalkan budaya lokal, yang mengancam keberlangsungan seni dan budaya tradisional sebagai identitas bangsa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pentingnya literasi budaya di masyarakat, mengeksplorasi upaya peningkatannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, serta mengidentifikasi berbagai tantangan yang dihadapi dalam penerapannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dengan pendekatan kualitatif, yang melibatkan analisis terhadap berbagai literatur terkait literasi budaya, gerakan pelestarian budaya, serta dinamika sosial di era global. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi budaya mencakup pemahaman, apresiasi, dan keterlibatan aktif dalam budaya lokal serta menjadi kunci dalam memperkuat identitas nasional. Upaya peningkatan literasi budaya dapat dilakukan melalui pendidikan formal, kegiatan komunitas berbasis budaya, dan pemanfaatan teknologi. Masyarakat juga dapat berperan aktif melalui berbagai kegiatan pelestarian budaya seperti pameran, festival budaya, dan pembelajaran lintas budaya. Namun, terdapat berbagai tantangan yang menghambat keberhasilan gerakan ini, di antaranya pengaruh globalisasi, penetrasi budaya asing, kurangnya kesadaran budaya, serta keterbatasan akses informasi yang akurat dan edukatif. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi yang komprehensif dan kolaboratif dari berbagai pihak agar literasi budaya dapat ditanamkan secara berkelanjutan dalam kehidupan masyarakat.

Abstract

Education now aims not only to improve academic knowledge but also to foster character development, particularly in addressing moral and mental decline among students. Primary schools play an important role in instilling core values through character education programs and daily habits. An important habit that needs to be cultivated is discipline, which is formed through habitual reinforcement of behavior. Discipline is an important activity that involves guidance from adults to support children's growth as social beings. Schools serve as an important environment for character education, requiring cooperation between teachers, school leaders and parents. The implementation of the pre-class marching routine aims to foster discipline, responsibility and respect among Grade 4 students of SDN Pengkol 01. However, observations revealed various challenges, including student indifference and lack of discipline. A qualitative narrative approach was used to investigate the role of teachers in discipline formation through the marching routine, utilizing interviews and participatory observation. Analysis showed that although there were positive developments in student discipline, such as improved punctuality and cohesiveness, inconsistencies were still prevalent. Teacher engagement is crucial for effective implementation, and innovations in routine activities can increase engagement.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of philosophical figures, namely the thought of ibnu miskawaih from biography, the concept of akhaq education thought, and its relevance in contemporary, Education is an important part of human life that can never be abandoned, education is an effort made by someone in order to change towards the better. Ibn Miskawaih is one of the Islamic philosophical figures who contributed thoughts to education. This study uses a qualitative approach with library research with data sources based on literature studies. The results showed that the concept of moral education Ibn Miskawaih argues that the basic concept of akhlaq education is based on the doctrine of al-wasath or the middle way balanced between two extremes and harmony. However, he is more inclined to the definition of balance between extremes of deficiency and extremes of excess is the virtue of morals. the concept of education is very relevant to this education system which includes physical education, mental education and skills education in a unified whole, with moral ties
