Abstract

The objectives of this research are: 1) Flash flood hazard mapping, 2) Analysis of infrastructure and land use affected by flash floods. This type of research uses Quantitative descriptive method. The results of the research are: 1) The hazard classification results are divided into 4 classes with an area of very high (240.18 Ha), high (207.22 Ha), low (325.95 Ha), and very low (425.86 Ha) from a total buffer area of 1,199.21 Ha, 2) The results of infrastructure identification affected by flash floods were 273 units out of 1,637, consisting of 233 buildings out of 1,484 buildings, 18 bridges out of 27 bridges, and 22 roads out of 126 roads. Meanwhile, in terms of land use, 702 households were affected, consisting of 396 households in agricultural land ownership, 243 households in ownership of built-up land, and 63 households in ownership of other uses. The land use identified in the buffer area is 427.97 hectares, consisting of 351.09 hectares of agricultural land, 65.04 hectares of built-up land, and 11.84 hectares of other uses. It can be concluded based on the calculation area of the results of the very high and high classification of flash flood hazards, the area of land use affected is 154.05 Ha, consisting of 128.06 Ha of agricultural land, 16.65 Ha of built-up land, and 9.34 Ha of other uses.

Abstract

This study aims to identify quality strategies in building mutually beneficial relationships between schools and school canteens. The research method used is a case study with qualitative analysis. The results of the study indicate that effective quality strategies in building mutually beneficial relationships between schools and school canteens include: Effective communication: Schools and school canteens must have effective communication to understand each other's needs and expectations. Good cooperation: Schools and school canteens must have good cooperation to achieve common goals. Quality control: Schools must supervise the quality of food and drinks sold in school canteens. Healthy menu development: School canteens must provide healthy and nutritious menus for students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media wordwall terhadap motivasi belajar Pendidikan Pancasila di kelas IV SD Negeri Sembungharjo 01. Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, penggunaan media pembelajaran yang menarik dan menyenangkan dibutuhkan untuk mendukung proses belajar peserta didik. Maka dengan media pembelajaran yang menarik dan menyenangkan tentunya dapat meningkatkan motivasi peserta didik untuk belajar. Pada mata kuliah Pembelajaran Sosial Emosional dalam PPG Calon Guru 2024, peneliti membuat artikel untuk membahas bagaimana tujuan pemanfaatan aplikasi Wordwall sebagai salah satu alternatif media yang dapat digunakan untuk menunjang proses pembelajaran. Kuantitatif dan eksperimen quasi experimental atau eksperimen semu merupakan jenis penelitian yang digunakan. Serta menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu siswa kelas IV A dan IV B yang berjumlah total 59 siswa. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan quasi eksperimen yaitu terdapat kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol dengan pre-test post-test. Selanjutnya, dalam menganalisis data pada penelitian ini, digunakan uji normalitas dengan metode Shapiro-Wilk dan uji hipotesis dengan paired sample t-test. Hasil dari uji tersebut menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan diberikan. Selanjutnya, uji N-Gain Score menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam motivasi belajar siswa setelah penggunaan media Wordwall. Temuan ini mendukung bahwa integrasi media interaktif dalam pembelajaran mampu menciptakan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan dan bermakna.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji efektivitas e-comic berbasis Google Sites sebagai media pembelajaran interaktif dalam mengajarkan sejarah hijrah Nabi Muhammad ke Thaif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Design and Development (D&D) dengan model ADDIE, yang terdiri dari tahap Analisis, Desain, Pengembangan, Implementasi, dan Evaluasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui validasi ahli, pre-test, post-test, dan angket siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-comic secara signifikan meningkatkan pemahaman siswa, sebagaimana ditunjukkan oleh hasil uji N-Gain, di mana 3 siswa masuk dalam kategori tinggi, 12 siswa dalam kategori sedang, dan 3 siswa dalam kategori rendah. Meskipun hasilnya positif, masih diperlukan perbaikan dalam kualitas visual, aksesibilitas teknis, dan variasi latihan interaktif untuk mengoptimalkan hasil pembelajaran. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk berfokus pada efektivitas jangka panjang dan keterlibatan siswa dalam media pembelajaran digital.

Abstract

This study aims to examine various obstacles faced by elementary school teachers in their efforts to strengthen their professional competencies to support the achievement of quality education. Teachers' professional competencies play a crucial role in supporting the improvement of education quality, although many teachers still face difficulties in meeting the demands of competencies relevant to the dynamics of the times. Several factors contributing to this situation include limitations in developing 21st-century skills, such as critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, communication, and digital literacy. To address these challenges, strengthening professional competencies through continuous training, integrating technology into the learning process, and collaboration among educators in learning communities are appropriate approaches. This study uses literature review and empirical research methods to examine in depth the obstacles and strategies in teacher competency development. The results of this study are expected to provide input for efforts to improve the quality of education in the future through strengthening teacher professionalism.

Abstract

The challenges encountered by elementary school students in their initial forays into reading can be considered significant obstacles to their participation in learning. This study aims to analyse the optimisation of the role of parents and teachers in overcoming the difficulties experienced by grade II students at SDN 6 Tambun in beginning reading, and to identify the factors that support and inhibit this process. A qualitative case study approach was employed to collect data through participant observation, in-depth interviews with teachers, parents, students, and documentation studies. The findings revealed a discrepancy: the role of teachers as mentors and motivators was identified as optimal through the implementation of appropriate learning strategies, motivation, and individualised guidance. Conversely, the role of parents as educators and facilitators within the home environment was found to be suboptimal, primarily due to constraints such as time limitations arising from parental employment, a lack of understanding regarding effective methodologies, and an absence of a rich home literacy environment. This finding underscores the necessity for enhancing synergistic collaboration between teachers and parents through socialisation, mentoring, and the implementation of practical strategies to provide comprehensive support for the optimal development of students' reading skills.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik melalui media QR-Uno Math berbasis Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) pada materi bangun datar kelas IV UPT SDN 145 Gresik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas model Kemmis dan Mc Taggart yang meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan observasi, serta refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah 22 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan dokumentasi dengan instrumen rubrik serta lembar observasi keaktifan belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan ketuntasan belajar dari 18% pada pra siklus, menjadi 54% pada siklus I, dan 86% pada siklus II setelah perbaikan media. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa media QR-Uno Math berbasis CRT efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Salah satu cabang matematika yang dipelajari di sekolah dasar adalah geometri yang berhubungan erat dengan pembentukan konsep abstrak. Pembelajaran geometri yang efektif tidak bisa hanya dengan ceramah atau transfer pengetahuan, tetapi harus melalui pembentukan konsep melalui serangkaian kegiatan langsung oleh peserta didik. Di SD 1 Jati Wetan, Kab.Kudus, Jawa Tengah siswa masih menghadapi kesulitan dalam memahami konsep, yang mengakibatkan nilai mereka belum memuaskan pada materi luas bangun datar tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar matematika materi luas bangun datar kelas V dengan model guided inquiry berbantuan tangram. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) subjek kelas V SD 1 Jati Wetan sebanyak 15 siswa sehingga didapatkan hasil belajar siswa, yang dilaksanakan pada 30 Januari – 26 Februari 2025. Dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa model pembelajaran guided inquiry dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dengan persentase 66,67% pada siklus I, sedangkan pada siklus II didapatkan hasil belajar meningkat sebesar 86,67%. Dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran guided inquiry berbantuan tangram dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi luas bangun datar.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the implementation of Floating Raft Aquaponics cultivation in fostering the spirit of mutual cooperation among fifth-grade students at Polokarto 3 Elementary School. This study employs a qualitative research design. The subjects of this research consist of all fifth-grade students at Polokarto 3 Elementary School. Data collection techniques used include interviews, observations, and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques involve data collection, data reduction, and data presentation. The data validity technique employed is triangulation. The results of the study indicate that Polokarto 3 Elementary School has implemented Floating Raft Aquaponics cultivation in developing the character of mutual cooperation within the framework of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project. This activity encourages students to collaborate, share responsibilities, and assist one another in designing, building, and maintaining the floating raft aquaponics system. Observations show an increase in collaborative attitudes and concern among students, while interviews with teachers and students indicate that this process is not only enjoyable but also reinforces values of togetherness and social responsibility. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that the implementation of floating raft aquaponics cultivation in fostering the character of mutual cooperation is very enjoyable for students, enabling them to develop a sense of mutual cooperation independently and without coercion.

Abstract

The management of education funds in Indonesia is an important aspect in improving the quality of education that is equitable and quality. This paper discusses the efficiency and accountability in the management of education funds by emphasizing the application of strategic management in education policies. Through a qualitative approach, an analysis is conducted on the education fund policies implemented by the government, such as the School Operational Assistance Fund (BOS) and the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP), and how these two policies contribute to the equality and improvement of education quality. This paper also explains the challenges faced in fund management, such as the uneven distribution of funds and the lack of transparency in some regions. Recommendations for improving the efficiency and accountability of education fund management include a better monitoring system, fund manager training, and higher transparency in the use of education funds. It is hoped that with the implementation of these recommendations, the management of education funds in Indonesia can be more optimal and have a positive impact on improving the quality of education as a whole.
