The Merdeka Curriculum emphasizes systematic and authentic assessments as integral components of the learning process. An assessment is an integral part of learning process, facilitate learning and providing holistic feedback to teachers and students, enabling them to plan future learning strategies. Authentic assessment refers to evaluation methods rooted in real-world contexts and conducted during the learning process. The assessment is conducted during the learning process and teachers need to conduct authentic assessment. However, implementing such assessments in classrooms poses significant challenges for educators. This research aims to identify the needs and challenges faced by teachers and students regarding authentic assessment. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed using descriptive data analysis collected through teacher and student interviews. Data was also obtained by classroom observations, and questionnaires filled by 24 students. The findings reveal that teachers lack authentic assessment instruments and often rely on multiple-choice tests, which are inadequate for measuring students’ understanding. Based on tes result with 24 students, it reveals that authentic assessment using essay questions on Microsoft Forms provided a deeper measure of students' understanding compared to multiple-choice assessments conducted on platforms like Quizizz, Kahoot, or Gimkit. The finding suggests the need for an authentic assessment instrument utilizing Microsoft Forms, integrated with digital classrooms, to effectively evaluate students' understanding, problem-solving skills, critical thinking, creativity, argumentation abilities, and decision-making competencies.

This study aims to determine the influence of learning discipline, curiosity, and the influence of both simultaneously on the learning achievement of students in the subject of science at SDN No. 143 Inpres Topejawa. The approach used is quantitative with an ex-post facto design. The research sample consisted of students selected through simple random sampling techniques. Data were collected through questionnaires and observations, then analyzed using normality tests, linearity tests, multicollinearity tests, linear regression analysis, and F tests. The results showed that learning discipline had a low and insignificant influence on learning achievement in science. On the contrary, curiosity had a positive and significant influence. Simultaneously, both variables contributed to improving students' science learning achievement. Thus, it can be concluded that curiosity has a greater role in supporting learning achievement compared to learning discipline.

The low ability to read narrative text in class II elementary school students is caused by the minimal use of learning media that is interesting and appropriate to the characteristics of the students. The aim of this research is to develop, test the feasibility, and test the effectiveness of the Jamus Tea Garden Big Book media based on global methods in improving the reading ability of narrative texts for class II students. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method by adapting the Borg & Gall model to the trial use stage. The research subjects consisted of material experts, media experts, teachers, and 26 class II students at Banyubiru State Elementary School. Data collection techniques include observation, questionnaires, as well as pretest and posttest, which are analyzed using the N-Gain test. The validation results show that the media obtained a score of 91.67% from material experts and 90.625% from media experts, which is included in the "Very Decent" category. The effectiveness test shows an increase in students' reading ability with N-Gain of 0.60 in the small group and 0.64 in the large group, which is in the "medium" category. The novelty of this research lies in the development of digital Big Book media which is integrated with the local wisdom of the Jamus Tea Garden and supported by interactive audio features according to global method principles, thereby providing a more contextual and enjoyable learning experience. Thus, the Jamus Tea Garden Big Book media based on global methods was declared feasible and effective for improving the ability to read narrative texts for class II elementary school students.

The purpose of this study is to improve students understanding of the material on the use of capital letters by applying the Team Games Tournament (TGT) cooperative learning model in grade 5 of SDN Karangrejo 04. Initial observations showed that learning completeness was only 14%. The conventional learning method used in the pre-cycle stage is not optimal in increasing students' participation, motivation and understanding of this material. Therefore, this study implements the TGT model in two cycles using the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method which includes the planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The results of the study show that the application of the TGT model can increase students understanding of the use of capital letters. The average student score increased from 52.59 in the pre-cycle to 73.33 in the first cycle and 92.59 in the second cycle. In addition, the percentage of learning completeness increased from 14% in the pre-cycle to 56% in the first cycle and reached 96% in the second cycle. Observation of students' motivation also showed an increase in aspects of enthusiasm, focus, and learning effort. Thus, the TGT learning model has proven to be effective in improving capital comprehension and building student motivation and involvement in learning.

This research was conducted to identify the challenges and strategies of teachers in implementing differentiated learning as part of the Merdeka Curriculum at SDN Kuin Utara 1. The background of the issue lies in the diversity of students' learning styles, namely auditory, visual, and kinesthetic, which require different approaches in the learning process. This study employed an in-depth interview method with two educators as the main informants. The findings revealed that teachers faced challenges such as limited learning facilities, including teaching media and teaching aids, technological skill gaps among senior teachers, and insufficient in-depth training related to differentiated learning. The strategies implemented included initial evaluations of students' learning styles, the integration of teacher learning communities (Kombel), and the implementation of project-based learning (P5). Teachers also emphasized the importance of collaboration between younger and senior teachers in overcoming technological challenges. The conclusion of this research highlights the need for face-to-face training support and improved facilities to ensure the effective and sustainable implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum.

Education is a fundamental right for every individual without exception, including children with special needs (CWSN). Therefore, the education system must ensure equal access and services for all students. The concept of inclusive education emerges as a response to this need, emphasizing the importance of adapting learning processes to align with each child's characteristics and needs. Each CWSN has a unique learning style, thus requiring tailored teaching strategies to ensure they receive equal educational rights. This study aims to identify and describe the teaching practices for CWSN at the inclusive school SDN 131 Kota Jambi. The research employs a qualitative phenomenological approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that the lecture method remains the primary approach used by teachers. In lower grades (Grade II), teachers actively collaborate with Special Education Assistants (GPK) to provide additional explanations directly to CWSN until the material is understood. In contrast, in higher grades, material repetition is conducted only once or twice, as some CWSN are able to follow the lessons independently. One student even demonstrated significant progress to the point of no longer needing assistance from a GPK. These findings suggest that adapting teaching strategies and providing support through GPK are crucial for the learning development of CWSN, and over time, they can achieve independence in the learning process.

This article examines the role of the Learning Organization (LO) and the Professional Learning Community (PLC) in building teacher professionalism. A Learning Organization is an organization that continuously learns and adapts in response to changes to improve its performance. A Professional Learning Community is a concept where educators work collaboratively to improve learning practices and student learning outcomes. This article uses the literature study method to analyze how LO and PLC can be implemented to enhance teacher professionalism. The study finds that these two concepts are closely related in improving the quality of education and teacher professionalism competence. Effective implementation of LO and PLC can create an environment where teachers continuously learn, collaborate, and improve their practices, which ultimately enhances student learning outcomes.
