Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) Is there a difference in the learning outcomes of grade 1 students of SD Negeri 1 Watubelah before and after using Lidi Pelangi media. 2) Does the use of Lidi Pelangi media have a significant effect on improving the mathematics learning outcomes of grade 1 students of SD Negeri 1 Watubelah. This study uses One Group Pretest-Posttest Design research. The instruments used are observation sheets and learning outcome tests. The subjects of the study were grade 1 students of SD Negeri 1 Watubelah. The results showed that the learning outcomes of students before using Lidi Pelangi media obtained an average pretest score of 54,4. While after using Lidi Pelangi media in grade 1 of SD Negeri 1 Watubelah, mathematics learning outcomes increased significantly, with an average posttest score of 86.8, and an increase in affective and psychomotor aspects reaching 88% and 92% respectively, proven by the T- test hypothesis test which obtained a t-test of 14,851 and a significant value of 0.000. Meanwhile, the hypothesis test of the Ngain test obtained 73,6381%. This means that the results of the n-gain test of students in mathematics learning have high criteria. So, it can be concluded that the use of Lidi Pelangi media on student learning outcomes in mathematics learning in class 1 of SD Negeri 1 Watubelah is very effective.

Abstract

Learning motivation is a crucial factor in achieving academic success, particularly in vocational education settings such as vocational high schools (SMK). Recent field observations indicate a notable decline in student motivation, despite adequate school facilities and academic support. This issue is reflected in low classroom participation, limited enthusiasm for lessons, and minimal involvement in practical and extracurricular activities. External factors such as lack of emotional support from parents, family economic pressures, and monotonous teaching strategies further exacerbate the problem. This study aims to examine the influence of student interest, school environment, and family environment on students’ learning motivation at SMK Negeri 4 Halmahera Utara. Employing a quantitative approach with a survey method, the research involved 93 students from grades X to XII selected through simple random sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires based on validated indicators and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) via SmartPLS 3. The results revealed: (1) a positive and significant effect of student interest on learning motivation; (2) a positive but not significant effect of the school environment; and (3) a positive but not significant effect of the family environment. Among the variables, student interest showed the strongest contribution. The findings suggest that enhancing learning motivation requires integrated efforts, including fostering student interest, cultivating a supportive school climate, and encouraging active family involvement. The results provide valuable input for schools, educators, and parents in formulating more effective, student-centered educational strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of school image, service quality, and teacher performance on student satisfaction at SMK Negeri 4 Halmahera Utara. Student satisfaction is a key indicator in assessing the success of educational services in schools. This research employs a quantitative approach with data collected through questionnaires distributed to students. The respondents consist of 93 students from grades X, XI, and XII, selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 26. The results indicate that school image, service quality, and teacher performance simultaneously have a significant effect on student satisfaction. Partially, each of these variables also shows a positive and significant influence. These findings confirm that the better the school image, the quality of service, and the performance of teachers, the higher the level of student satisfaction. This serves as an important input for schools in their efforts to improve the overall quality of educational services.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Tasmi' method on the quality of Al-Qur'an memorization of students at MTsN 1 Makassar City. The background of this study is based on the importance of maintaining the quality of Al-Qur'an memorization through systematic and structured methods. The Tasmi' method is a learning approach that emphasizes the activity of listening to memorization to teachers or peers to get direct correction of the reading. This approach is believed to improve fluency, accuracy of tajwid, and memorization endurance of students. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational research type. The population in this study were all 200 students of the Tahfidz class of MTsN 1 Makassar City. The research sample consisted of 40 students from class IX Tahfidz selected through cluster random sampling techniques. Data collection techniques include questionnaires, observation, documentation, and oral memorization tests. Data analysis was carried out with descriptive and inferential statistics using the Pearson Product Moment correlation test. The results of the study showed a significant relationship between the application of the Tasmi' method and the quality of Al-Qur'an memorization of students. The percentage of influence obtained was 69.3%, while 30.7% was influenced by other factors. Thus, the more intensively the Tasmi' method is applied, the higher the quality of students' memorization, both in terms of fluency, accuracy of recitation, and consistency of memorization.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh guru penggerak dan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka terhadap kualitas pendidikan di SD Negeri Kecamatan Sukarami Palembang. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan sampel seluruh guru penggerak (50 orang), hasil menunjukkan bahwa guru penggerak berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kualitas pendidikan dengan kontribusi 39,2%. Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka juga berpengaruh secara parsial dengan kontribusi 39,3%. Secara simultan, keduanya memberikan pengaruh signifikan sebesar 53,5%. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya peran guru penggerak dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan melalui inovasi dan kepemimpinan, serta efektivitas Kurikulum Merdeka dalam pembelajaran.Oleh karena itu, peran guru penggerak dan keberlanjutan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka perlu terus didorong guna meningkatkan mutu pendidikan secara lebih optimal.

Abstract

Early reading skills are an important foundation in the literacy process that must be mastered by elementary school students, especially in lower grades. However, the reality in the field shows that many second-grade students still experience reading difficulties, such as mispronunciation, inappropriate intonation, and low reading comprehension. This study aims to describe the early reading skills of second-grade students at SDN 3 Ngerangan and identify the factors influencing them. The study employs a descriptive qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and oral tests administered to 20 students, as well as teachers and parents. The results of the study indicate that some students are in the low reading ability category, characterized by difficulties in voice clarity, pronunciation of combined letters, use of intonation, and application of punctuation marks. The identified inhibiting factors include low reading interest, lack of self-confidence, minimal parental involvement, and limited reading materials at home. It is recommended that teachers develop enjoyable and varied reading instruction methods, while parents are encouraged to increase their involvement in children’s reading activities to support early literacy development.

Abstract

Science learning at UPT SDN Tambakboyo 1 has not been optimally implemented. Students' science learning outcomes are still below the Kriteria Ketercapaian Tujuan Pembelajaran (KKTP). This study aims to develop augmented reality-based flashcard learning media called SOFCAR (Solar System Flashcard Augmented Reality) to improve student learning outcomes. Research data were collected from sixth-grade students at UPT SDN Tambakboyo 1, Tambakboyo District, Tuban Regency, East Java. The research method used was Research and Development (R&D), employing the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) development model. The results of the learning media development were found to be highly valid and capable of improving student learning outcomes. Validity testing showed a percentage of 85% from subject matter experts, 82.85% from media experts, and 85% from language experts. Practicality testing showed a percentage of 94% from teacher response questionnaires and 96% from student response questionnaires, indicating that the achieved percentages fall within the criteria for highly practical. The effectiveness test of the product through N-Gain analysis showed that 100% of the students achieved mastery on the post-test sheets from 27 students. Student learning outcomes showed significant improvement compared to the pre-test, where only 12 students achieved mastery of the KKTP. Therefore, the use of SOFCAR or augmented reality-based flashcards is effective for use in the learning process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mendeskripsiskan bagaimana tingkat kepuasan pemustaka pada Layanan Referensi Perpustakaan Universitas Bung hatta. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh anggota aktif Perpustakaan Universitas Bung Hatta sebanyak 5.410 orang. Sampel sebanyak 98 orang yang di tentukan menggunajan rumus slovin, dan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan studi literatur. Instrumen penelitian disusun berdasarkan lima indikator teori LibQUAL+TM, yaitu: Bukti Fisik (Tangibles), Kehandalan (Reliability), Daya Tanggap (Responsiveness), Jaminan (Assurance), Empati (Empathy). Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa kepuasan pemustakan pada kategori cukup puas dengan skor rata-rata 2,95. Dari hasil analisis, diperoleh temuan nilai skor rata-rata pada masing-masing indicator sebagai berikut: Bukti Fisik (2,77), Kehandalan (3,02), Daya Tanggap (3,02), Jaminan (3,00), Empati (2,95). Berdasarkan skala interval hal ini menunjukan bahwa pemustaka menilai bahwa layanan referensi pada Perpustakaan Universitas Bung Hatta telah mampu memenuhi kebutuhan mereka pada tingkat yang memadai. Abstract

Islamic Religious Education (PAI), also known in Muhammadiyah schools as ISMUBA, is one of the important aspects in the character and moral development of elementary school students. However, in practice, ISMUBA learning in many schools still faces challenges in the form of limited methods used, which tend to be monotonous and less engaging for students. This study aims to examine the implementation of ISMUBA learning based on interactive platforms in improving the quality of education at SD Muhammadiyah Pandes Bantul. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, in-depth interviews with teachers and students, as well as the distribution of questionnaires to obtain information related to changes in student motivation and engagement in ISMUBA learning. The collected data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman analysis technique. The research results show that the implementation of interactive platforms in ISMUBA learning at SD Muhammadiyah Pandes brings various benefits, such as flexible access to materials, increased student motivation, and ease of evaluation. The use of applications like Kahoot, Quizizz, and Google Classroom makes students more engaged thanks to elements of gamification and material personalization. However, the challenges faced include limited devices, unstable internet access, and teachers' readiness to utilize technology. To address these challenges, the school has adopted hybrid learning methods, task flexibility, and technology training for teachers. Support for facilities and the development of technological infrastructure are also priorities to ensure the success of this program. With strong collaboration between schools, teachers, students, and the government, ISMUBA learning based on interactive platforms has great potential to improve the overall quality of education.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze in depth the strategies for developing students' religious character through religious development programs. The research adopts a qualitative approach using a case study design. The study was conducted at MTs. Raudlatul Hasaniyah Mojolegi Gading from January to May 2025. Data were collected through interviews, participant observation, and documentation. The data analysis followed the Miles and Huberman model, involving data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results reveal that the strategies for shaping students’ religious character through religious development programs include the Integration Model of Religious Values in Learning, the Habituation Model, the Role Model (Uswah Hasanah) Model, and the Reward–Punishment Model. These findings highlight that the development of religious character cannot rely solely on cognitive instruction but must also involve internalization, habituation, exemplary conduct, and effective implementation of reward–punishment systems.
