Abstract

This study aims to determine the significant effect of the implementation of Madurese Traditional Games on Student Learning Outcomes This study is quantitative with an experimental research type with a Quasi Experimental Design research design and using a Nonequivalent Control Group research design which means that the experimental sample or control sample is not selected randomly. The sample used in this study were 43 fourth-grade students of SDN Pejagan 1 Bangkalan. This study used an experimental class and a control class. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires and multiple-choice tests. The trial of the test instrument used validity, reliability, and difficulty tests. Data analysis used normality and homogeneity tests, Hypothesis testing used independent sample t-test. Based on the results of the independent sample t-test data analysis on the post-test obtained a significance value of 0.001. According to the testing criteria, if the sig value (2-tailed) <0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, The results of the hypothesis test show that there is a significant difference in the implementation of Madurese Traditional Games on the Learning Outcomes of Fourth-grade Students of SDN Pejagan 1 Bangkalan in the Science Subject of Style Material.

Abstract

The role of 21st century schools is very important in education, especially in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 which requires quality improvement through teacher competence and technology integration. However, Pancasila Education learning at SDN Gadang 3 is still conventional, relying on lectures and textbooks, so it is less interesting. Although the facilities are adequate, digital learning media such as Google Sites have not been utilized due to limited teacher capabilities, so that existing facilities are not used optimally. As a result, students feel bored because learning only focuses on sources from textbooks and LKS. This study aims to develop interactive learning media based on Google Sites for Pancasila Education for grade V with a focus on Indonesian cultural diversity. The method used is the Research and Development (R&D) ADDIE model, including analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation, involving media, material, language experts, as well as teachers and students for practicality testing. The results of the feasibility test showed that 94.7% of media experts, 87.5% of material experts, and 95% of language experts, indicated "Very Feasible". The practicality test recorded a score of 94.11% from teachers and 88.75% from students, also "Very Practical". The effectiveness test showed a percentage of 59.37% with the category "Effective". In conclusion, Google Sites-based learning media on the Pancasila Education subject, the material on the diversity of Indonesian culture, is very feasible, practical, and effective for use in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between self-confidence and speaking skill in fifth grade elementary school students. The research used quantitative method with correlational approach. Data collection was done with a questionnaire to measure students' self-confidence and a speaking test with a type of responsive test, namely a simple question and answer test to measure students' speaking skills. The number of samples in this study were 90 students. Data analysis techniques used are normality test, homogeneity test, linearity test, and hypothesis testing in the form of correlation coefficient test. The results of this study indicate a significant positive relationship between the self confidence variable and the speaking skill variable with a correlation coefficient value of 0.408 which is included in the medium category and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, so it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This shows that the higher the students' self-confidence, the higher the speaking skill.

Abstract

Energy.edu is a digital learning media developed as a solution to the low level of students science process skills, especially on Energi yang Bergerak topics. This research aims to develop scratch-assisted energy.edu media based on the Children Learning in Science (CLIS) model to improve elementary school students' science process skills.. This research method utilizes Research and Development (R&D) in conjunction with the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) model. The research sample consisted of 25 experimental class students and 25 control class students in class IV at SDN 1 Munjuljaya. The results showed that the energy.edu media that had passed the product test stage by media experts received a score of 85% with very feasible criteria. Energy.edu is also able to improve KPS better than conventional learning; this can be proven from the comparison of pre-test and post-test results per indicator of science process skills that increase. In addition, energy.edu media also has an effect of using the CLIS model on KPS by 49%. Energy.edu is expected to be an alternative solution in improving students' science process skills on the topic of moving energy, and is recommended to be widely used to utilize technology in teaching media and maximize IPAS learning.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model on the numeracy skills of fourth-grade students at SDN Kalicari 02 Semarang. The background of the research is the students' difficulty in applying mathematical concepts in real life due to conventional learning methods. This research used a quantitative approach with a one group pretest-posttest design. The subject consisted of 27 students. Data were collected through tests, observation, and interviews. The results of the Paired Sample T-Test showed a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating a significant difference between pretest and posttest. The average score increased from 62.96 to 89.44. In addition, 56% of students were categorized as active and 26% as very active during the learning process. These results suggest that the PBL model significantly improves students' numeracy skills and learning engagement.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of LKPD integrated with karapan kaleles traditional games on the creative thinking ability of grade 4 students at SDN Pejagan 1. The method used in this study is quantitative with a Quasi Experimental Non-equivalent Control Group design with the entire population of grade 4 students. Purposive sample sampling technique. The number of samples in this study was 22 in the experimental class and 22 in the control class. The research results show that using integrated LKPD (Student Worksheet) with traditional games can influence students' creative thinking abilities, with a t-test hypothesis testing result of 0.041<0.05. Abstract

This research was motivated by the low learning motivation of students in the subject of Pancasila Education, particularly in fifth grade at SDN Rambutan 03 Pagi. The use of conventional teaching methods has led to passive student engagement and boredom. This study aims to examine the effect of implementing the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model assisted by the Quizalize digital platform on students’ learning motivation. A quantitative method with a quasi-experimental design using a one-group pretest-posttest was employed. Data were collected through a learning motivation questionnaire and analyzed using a paired sample t-test with the aid of SPSS. The results revealed a significant increase in students’ learning motivation after applying the TGT model with Quizalize, as evidenced by a significance value (sig. 2-tailed) of 0.001 < 0.05. These findings indicate that combining cooperative, game-based learning with interactive technology fosters a more engaging and enjoyable learning environment. Therefore, the TGT model supported by Quizalize has proven effective in enhancing student motivation and can serve as an innovative learning strategy, especially for Pancasila Education at the elementary level.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model using the Talking Stick method on the learning outcomes of fourth-grade students in Civic Education (PKn) at SDN 1 Astana. The background of this study is based on the low learning outcomes and lack of student activity in Civic Education lessons, which are often dominated by conventional teaching methods. This quantitative study employed a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group. The sample consisted of two classes selected through purposive sampling, with the experimental class receiving PBL with the Talking Stick method and the control class receiving conventional learning. Data collection techniques included tests, observation, and documentation, while data analysis used the independent sample t-test. The results showed that the experimental class achieved a higher posttest average score than the control class, indicating a significant improvement in students' cognitive abilities. Furthermore, student activity and participation also increased in the experimental class. These findings suggest that the implementation of the PBL model combined with the Talking Stick method can effectively improve students' learning outcomes and foster active participation in Civic Education learning.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the low reading comprehension skills in poetry among elementary school students. The aim of this research was to improve the poetry reading comprehension skills of fourth-grade students through the implementation of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model supported by digital flipbook media based on FlipHTML5. The research method used was Classroom Action Research (CAR) following the Kemmis and McTaggart model, conducted in two cycles. Data collection instruments included essay tests based on five reading comprehension indicators, teacher and student observation sheets, and documentation. The results showed a significant improvement in students’ poetry reading comprehension skills after implementing the CTL model with flipbook media. Based on these findings, the CTL model supported by flipbook media is effective as a learning strategy for enhancing poetry reading comprehension

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of learning independence on the science learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at SDN Batu Sopang District and to analyze the effect of parental attention on the science learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at SDN Batu Sopang District. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational design. Data collection uses a questionnaire for the variables of learning independence and parental attention, while science learning outcomes use student learning outcome scores. The sample used in this study was 212 fourth-grade students. The validity test of the instrument used person's product moment correlation, while the reliability test used Alpha Cronbach. The data obtained were analyzed using simple and multiple linear regression techniques, as well as one-way ANOVA. The results of the study indicate that there is a significant positive effect between the learning independence variable on science learning outcomes of 0.182 with a t count of 2.667 and a significance value of 0.008 <0.05. There is a significant positive influence between the variable of parental attention on science learning outcomes of 0.191 with a t count of 2.809 and a significance value of 0.005 <0.05.
