Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of animated video media in understanding waste management in science and science subjects to improve elementary school students' learning outcomes. The type of research used was Quasi Experiment with Nonequivalent Control Group Design, namely research conducted in two classes, namely the experimental class and the control class. This research was conducted in class V of Daarul Quran International Elementary School, Tangerang city. Data collection techniques using tests and observations. Data validation through content validity, instrument testing, reliability testing. Data analysis uses inferential statistical techniques through normality tests, homogeneity tests, and T tests. Based on the research results, the average learning outcomes test score before being given treatment (pretest) in the experimental class is 45.38, while the average learning outcomes test score afterwards. given treatment (posttest) was 81.54. And the results of the hypothesis test show a sig (2-tailed) result of 0.49 where 0.49 > 0.05 means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is a difference in the use of animated video media in understanding waste management material in science and science subjects in class V of Daarul Quran International Elementary School, Tangerang city between before being given treatment (pretest) and after being given treatment (posttest). So, there is an influence of animated video media in understanding waste management material in the science and sciences subject to improve the learning outcomes of fifth grade elementary school students at Daarul Quran International Elementary School, Tangerang city for the 2023/2024 academic year.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the influence of archery extracurriculars on internalizing independent character values ​​in Daarul Quran International Elementary School students. The research method used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The research subjects consisted of extracurricular teachers, coaches and students who took part in archery extracurricular activities at the school. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. Data validation was carried out through triangulation of sources and methods. Data analysis was carried out using data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results of the research show that the archery extracurricular at Daarul Quran International Elementary School has a positive impact on internalizing students' independent character. Students who take part in this activity show an increase in independence, discipline, decision-making ability, and sports ethics. Therefore, it is recommended that schools continue to support and develop extracurricular activities such as archery as part of efforts to build student character.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research identifies the problem of low activity, critical thinking skills, and student learning outcomes in Civics lessons, the reasons are one-way learning methods, lack of critical thinking stimulation, and meaningless learning. To overcome this problem, the BESTARI learning model was applied. The purpose of this study is to describe teacher activities and analyse student activities, critical thinking skills, and student learning outcomes. The research used a qualitative approach with the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method conducted in four meetings at SDN Pemurus Luar 1 with the subject of 22 students of class VB in the 2023/2024 school year. Data were collected through observations of teacher and student activities and critical thinking skills, as well as written tests to assess student learning outcomes. Data analysis was carried out descriptively with crosstable. The results showed that teacher activity was rated ‘Very Good’ in each meeting, student activity increased from 41% to 91%, students' critical thinking skills increased from 36% to 86%, and the completeness of student learning outcomes increased from 41% to 91%. In conclusion, the BESTARI learning model is effective in improving student activity, critical thinking skills, and learning outcomes. This study recommends that teachers, principals, and other researchers consider the BESTARI model to improve Civics learning. Keywords: Activity, Critical Thinking Skills, Learning Outcomes, BESTARI ABSTRAK Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi masalah rendahnya aktivitas, keterampilan berpikir kritis, dan hasil belajar siswa dalam pelajaran PPKn, sebabnya ialah metode pembelajaran satu arah, kurangnya stimulasi berpikir kritis, dan pembelajaran yang tidak bermakna. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, model pembelajaran BESTARI diterapkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan aktivitas guru serta menganalisis aktivitas siswa, keterampilan berpikir kritis, dan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan dalam empat pertemuan di SDN Pemurus Luar 1 dengan subjek 22 siswa kelas VB pada tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi aktivitas guru dan siswa serta keterampilan berpikir kritis, serta tes tertulis untuk menilai hasil belajar siswa. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif dengan crosstable. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas guru dinilai “Sangat Baik” di setiap pertemuan, aktivitas siswa meningkat dari 41% menjadi 91%, keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa meningkat dari 36% menjadi 86%, dan ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa meningkat dari 41% menjadi 91%. Kesimpulannya, model pembelajaran BESTARI efektif dalam meningkatkan aktivitas siswa, keterampilan berpikir kritis, dan hasil belajar. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar guru, kepala sekolah, dan peneliti lain mempertimbangkan model BESTARI untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran PPKn. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dari hasil observasi bahwa kurangnya inovasi terhadap media pembelajaran yang menggunakan teknologi. Media pembelajaran yang cenderung digunakan adalah media pembelajaran berupa alat peraga yang ada di lingkungan peserta didik dan bersifat konvensional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan multimedia interaktif berbasis Articulate Stooryline 3 pada pembelajaran seni rupa materi ragam hias di kelas V Sekolah Dasar yang valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Model ADDIE terdiri dari 5 tahap yaitu, meliputi analisis (analisis), desain (perancangan), pengembangan (pengembangan), implementasi (penerapan), dan evaluasi (evaluasi). Data penelitian ini menggunakan uji validasi, uji praktikalitas, dan uji efektifitas Subjek uji coba penelitian dilakukan di SDN 15 Ulu Gadut, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan penelitian di SDN 03 Bandar Buat. Hasil dari penelitian pengembangan multimedia interaktif berbasis Articulate Stooryline 3 pada pembelajaran seni rupa materi ragam hias di kelas V Sekolah Dasar adalah valid dengan rata-rata sebesar 90,99% dengan kategori “Sangat Valid”. Untuk hasil praktikalitas di sekolah uji coba diperoleh angket respon guru sebesar 97,14% dan pada angket respon peserta didik sebesar 92,58%. Pada sekolah penelitian diperoleh angket respon guru sebesar 98,57% dan pada angket respon peserta didik sebesar 95,61%. Uji efektifitas yang dilakukan berupa tes evaluasi pada sekolah uji coba diperoleh sebesar 87,5%. Sedangkan pada sekolah penelitian diperoleh persentase efektifitas sebesar 89,25%.

Abstract

Mathematics learning is often found in everyday life, such as fractions. Fractions are part of a whole. There are various kinds of fractions, namely simple fractions and non-simple fractions. Non-simple fractions are fractions whose numerator can still be simplified further by using area-wide image media to improve the ability to add fractions of class IV students at SDN Banjarsugihan 1/116 Surabaya. The purpose of this research is to determine the use of area-wide image media to increase students' ability to add fractions. Class IV students at SDN Banjarsugihan 1/116 Surabaya. The form of this research is Classroom Action Research using the Cycle model. Each cycle consists of 4 stages, namely: planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. As subjects were Class IV students at SDN Banjarsugihan 1/116 Surabaya, totaling 26 students. Subjects were taken using a quantitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation and written tests. The results from cycle I experienced an increase in value of ≥ 0.4 in the moderate improvement category, while in cycle II a value of ≥ 0.7 was obtained in the high improvement category. Based on this research, it can be concluded as follows: The use of area-wide image media can increase the ability to add fractions to class IV students at SDN Banjarsugihan 1/116 Surabaya.

Abstract

This research is a pre-experimental research conducted to find out the description of the science achievements of PGSD FIP UNM Campus VI Bone students who program the Elementary Science Basic Concepts course for the even semester of the 2022/2023 lecture year on the topic of Units through a qualitative-qualitative type isomorphic test. Getting of a profile/description of the science achievements of PGSD FIP UNM Campus VI Bone students who program the Elementary Science Basic Concepts course for the even semester of the 2021/2022 lecture year on the topic of Units through qualitative-qualitative type isomorphic tests is the target to be achieved. To achieve this target, researchers explored the science abilities of students who were the target subjects by giving isomorphic qualitative-type tests. The test is in the form of a written test. The research subjects were PGSD FIP UNM Campus VI Bone students who were programming the Basic Science Concepts Course in the Even Semester of the 2022/2023 Academic Year. Data collection is carried out through recording test results. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the research show that the description of the students' science achievement on the Unit topic through the tests or isomorphic questions of the qualitative-qualitative type is that the average ability is in the "very good" category, the range is 26.66, the minimum score is 66.67 and the maximum score is 93 .33. The variance is 69.96, and the standard deviation is 8.12 or 9.7% of the average, which shows that the data deviation is smaller than 10%. Conclusion: through qualitative-qualitative type isomorphic questions, students achieved Science achievement in the "very good" category on the Unit topic.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Untuk mengetahui seperti apa peran kegiatan Pramuka bagi penanaman nilai-nilai kemandirian peserta didik kelas V SDIT Nurul Islam Singkawang, 2) Untuk menganalisis apa saja hambatan dalam penanaman nilai-nilai kemandirian peserta didik kelas V SDIT Nurul Islam Singkawang, 3) Untuk mengetahui upaya meminimalisir hambatan yang terjadi dalam penanaman nilai-nilai kemandirian peserta didik kelas V SDIT Nurul Islam Singkawang. Jenis penelitian yang dipakai adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas V SDIT Nurul Islam Singkawang dengan Teknik pengambilan subjek purposive sampling. Teknik dan instrument pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) Peran kegiatan pramuka bagi penanaman nilai-nilai kemandirian peserta didik kelas V di SDIT Nurul Islam Singkawang berjalan dengan baik dimana persentase kemandirian peserta didik 60% dengan kategori Berkembang Sesuai Harapan (BSH), 2) Hambatan dalam penanaman nilai-nilai kemandirian peserta didik kelas V di SDIT Nurul Islam Singkawang yaitu waktu yang terbatas dalam penanaman kemandirian, lingkungan sosial di sekolah dan di rumah, pola asuh orang tua, dan lingkungan teman sebaya yang tidak mendorong kemandirian, 3) Upaya meminimalisir hambatan yang terjadi dalam penanaman nilai-nilai kemandirian peserta didik kelas V di SDIT Nurul Islam Singkawang dilakukan dengan beberapa cara yaitu, Pertama adalah pendekatan personal. Kedua, menciptakan lingkungan yang positif. Ketiga, melakukan evaluasi. Keempat, melibatkan orang tua dalam proses pendidikan kemandirian.

Abstract

The challenges of innovation and development in education require collaborative effort between the government, educational institutions, teachers, students, and the wider community to ensure education can meet the demands of the industrial era 4.0. This study aims to evaluate the Kampus Mengajar 5 student program and impact of literacy culture in partner school. This research uses the Goal Oriented Evaluation Model with mixed methods. Quantitative data collected through questionnaries involving tutor teachers, school principals, and field supervisors as well as documentation of the results of the Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) class. Qualitative data were collected through interviews. This research was analyzed with descriptive statistics. The result showed 89,84% and Kampus Mengajar 5 student program was sustainable and had a positive impact on literacy culture in partner school. The Kampus Mengajar 5 student program can prove and has suitability and an important role to support the industrial era 4.0.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low level of achievement of students' mathematics learning mastery, which based on student learning outcomes did not reach the KKM score. This research aims to describe the relationship between learning motivation and learning independence with mathematics learning outcomes; 2) knowing the achievement of learning outcomes in differentiated learning can help students achieve the minimum completeness criteria (KKM). This research method is correlation research with a quantitative approach. The research population was all fourth grade students at SDN 27 Singkawang. The sample in this research was class IV A students at SDN 27 Singkawang, totaling 29 students. Data was obtained through learning outcomes test instruments as well as questionnaires on student learning motivation and learning independence. The data analysis techniques used are Pearson product moment correlation, multiple correlation, and one sample t-test. The results of the research show that 1) There is a relationship between learning motivation and student learning outcomes, obtained by the Pearson product moment correlation coefficient of 0.783 which is in the strong relationship category. 2) There is a relationship between learning independence and student mathematics learning outcomes obtained by the Pearson product moment correlation coefficient. amounting to 0.902 which is in the strong relationship category. 3) There is a relationship between learning motivation and learning independence and student learning outcomes, resulting in a multiple correlation coefficient of 0.906 which is in the relationship category. 4) From the results of calculating student learning outcomes data, the coefficient results are one sample t-test with Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) = 0.000, then 0.000 < 0.05 so it can be concluded that the ability to understand concepts in differentiated learning can help class IV A students at SDN 27 Singkawang achieve the minimum completeness criteria (KKM).

Abstract

To improve mathematics learning outcomes regarding measuring the area of ​​triangles through a mastery learning approach (complete learning) for students who experience stunting. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (PTK) with four stages: planning, action, observation and reflection. The research was conducted in class IV of SDN Cipinang Besar Selatan 15 Pagi in the even semester of the 2023/2024 academic year. The research results show that implementing a mastery learning approach can significantly improve student learning outcomes. In the first cycle, the percentage of students who achieved learning completion increased from 40% to 65%. In the second cycle, this percentage increased further until it reached 85%. Discussion of the research results revealed that the mastery learning approach provides an opportunity for students to master the material thoroughly before moving on to the next material, thereby helping students who experience stunting to catch up on their learning. The conclusion of this research is that the mastery learning approach is effective in improving mathematics learning outcomes for students who experience stunting.
