Pendas : Jurnah Ilmiah Pendidikan Dasar is a journal published twice a year, namely in June and December that aims to be a forum for scientific publications to pour ideas and studies complemented with the results of research related to primary school education. To achieve this, basic education journals will selectively disseminate ideas and studies complemented by quality research results related to basic education, develop an education center to the elementary-school that can produce innovative, creative and original work and tested in the field of education and learning elementary School to be disseminated and implemented for improving the quality of primary-to-national education at the national, regional and international levels.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis game edukasi pada mata pelajaran Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan (TKJ) untuk siswa kelas XI SMKN 1 Linggo Sari Baganti, serta menguji tingkat validitas dan praktikalitasnya. Latar belakang penelitian didasari oleh rendahnya minat belajar siswa, keterbatasan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi, serta kesulitan siswa dalam memahami konsep abstrak pada mata pelajaran TKJ. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE, yang meliputi tahap analisis, perancangan, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Instrumen penelitian terdiri dari angket validasi yang diberikan kepada ahli materi dan ahli media, serta angket praktikalitas yang ditujukan kepada guru dan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa validasi materi memperoleh rata-rata 95,83% dan validasi media 92,30%, keduanya termasuk kategori sangat valid. Sementara itu, uji praktikalitas guru memperoleh rata-rata 83,78% dan praktikalitas siswa 90%, keduanya termasuk kategori sangat praktis. Dengan demikian, media game edukasi yang dikembangkan dinyatakan layak digunakan sebagai alternatif media pembelajaran. Media ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa, mempermudah pemahaman konsep, serta menjadi inovasi pembelajaran berbasis teknologi yang relevan untuk diterapkan di sekolah kejuruan.

A thesis by Terenci Maria Mawa, Student ID Number 2101140174, entitled "TheApplication of Problem-Based Learning Models with Wordwall Media to ImproveStudent Learning Outcomes on Environmental Attitudes and Behavior in Grade II ofNaikoten 1 Public Elementary School." The research question is how to applyproblem-based learning models with wordwall media to improve student learningoutcomes on environmental attitudes and behavior in grade II of Naikoten 1 PublicElementary School. The purpose of this study was to improve student learningoutcomes on Environmental Attitudes and Behavior through the application ofProblem-Based Learning (PBL) models with wordwall media in grade II of Naikoten1 Public Elementary School. This study was a Classroom Action Research (CAR)conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consisted of planning, implementation,observation and evaluation, and reflection. Twenty-eight students participated,comprising 15 boys and 13 girls. Data collection techniques used observationsheets and learning outcome evaluation tests. The results showed an increase instudent learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. In Cycle I, 18 students (64.28%)achieved learning mastery, while 10 students (35.72%) did not. After improvementsin Cycle II, the number of students achieving learning mastery increased to 25(89.28%). Based on the research results above, it can be concluded that theapplication of the problem-based learning model assisted by wordwall media caneffectively improve student learning outcomes in the material on Attitudes andBehavior in Protecting the Environment in class II of Naikoten 1 Public ElementarySchool.

Dalam hidup bermasyarakat pasti kita akan menemui permasalahan kitabelum pernah kita temui sebelumnya. Dan disini peneliti menemukan perilakunarsistik yang dialami oleh beberapa mahasantri di Jember. Peneliti juga akanmelakukan penelitian kepada mahasantri dengan menggunkana metode penelitianeksperimen dengan menggunakan kuesioner untuk mengukur tingkat narsistiksebelum dan setelah dilakukannya penelitian .Perilaku narsistik merupakan salah satu bentuk gangguan kepribadianyang menunjukkan kecenderungan seseorang untuk memiliki rasa cinta diri yangberlebihan, kurangnya empati terhadap orang lain, serta kecenderungan untukmencari perhatian dan pujian dari lingkungan sekitar.Cinema therapy adalah penggunaan film untuk membantu individu belajarmengenai dirinya sendiri dengan memerikasa bagaimana respon merekan terhadappenggambaran peran dan situasi yang berbeda. Cinema theraphy merupakanteknik terapeutik khusus yang didalamnya menggunakan film yangdisesuaikan dengan tema yang mencerminkan masalah atau situasiyangdihadapi.Tujuan umum dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektifitascinema therapy dalam mengurangi perilaku narasistik pada mahasantri. Improving Malay literacy through literary performances is a very good idea, so it can make students more confident in speaking Malay and broaden their understanding of what is learned. Therefore, this community service aims to improve basic Malay literacy and literary appreciation in grade 5/3 students at Srisawan Vithaya School, Southern Thailand. The method used in this community service is Participatory Action Research (PAR) which is carried out in several stages, namely problem identification, goal setting, program planning, program implementation and reflection. As a result, this program is successful in improving students' skills, especially in mastering understanding, expanding new vocabulary according to the script presented. In addition, students' confidence increases in public speaking. The success that supports this program is the enthusiasm of the students themselves. Thus, learning literature in elementary schools can improve Malay literacy and can become a new innovation and tradition that can have a positive sustainable impact at Srisawan Vithaya School, Southern Thailand.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan teknologi digital terhadap kinerja guru di SD 19 Bangkala Barat Kabupaten Jeneponto. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh pentingnya pemanfaatan teknologi dalam mendukung aktivitas pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dan efisien. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket dan lembar observasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 8 orang guru. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah penggunaan teknologi digital (X), sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah kinerja guru (Y). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa instrumen penelitian telah memenuhi uji validitas dan reliabilitas dengan nilai Cronbach’s Alpha sebesar 0,760. Uji normalitas juga menunjukkan bahwa data terdistribusi normal. Uji korelasi Pearson menghasilkan nilai r sebesar 0,917 dengan signifikansi 0,001 yang menunjukkan hubungan sangat kuat dan signifikan antara penggunaan teknologi dengan kinerja guru. Selain itu, hasil uji regresi linear sederhana menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif antara kedua variabel dengan persamaan regresi Y = 48,945 + 0,352X. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,841 mengindikasikan bahwa 84,1% variasi kinerja guru dapat dijelaskan oleh penggunaan teknologi digital. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan teknologi digital berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru. Penerapan teknologi di lingkungan sekolah dasar perlu terus ditingkatkan guna mendukung kualitas pendidikan yang lebih baik

This study aims to analyze the influence of quality of work life and organizational culture on the performance of educational staff, with commitment as a mediating variable in the Regional Education Office of Pesisir Selatan Regency, West Sumatra. The main problem addressed is low employee performance, potentially influenced by work life quality, organizational culture, and commitment levels. A quantitative causal approach was employed, using primary data from 78 respondents via questionnaires. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that organizational culture has a significant positive effect on performance, both directly and indirectly through commitment as a mediator. However, quality of work life has a positive but non-significant direct effect on performance, and commitment does not significantly mediate this relationship. Thus, commitment only mediates the link between organizational culture and performance. These findings suggest that strengthening organizational culture is more effective in enhancing performance through increased employee commitment.

Analisis wacana kritis merupakan pendekatan analisis yang mengurai dan mengevaluasi teks, secara tertulis maupun lisan dalam konteks sosial dan politik. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi kurangnya filter terhadap informasi yang beredar. Hal ini membuat masyarakat kesulitan untuk membedakan antara fakta dan opini, berita yang akurat dan berita hoaks. keterampilan membaca kritis sangat penting dalam memahami teks berita media daring yang kerap membentuk opini publik. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan struktur tekstual, praktik kewacanaan, praktik sosiokultural teks berita pemindahan Ibu Kota Negara dalam media daring serta penggunaannya sebagai sarana pengembangan keterampilan membaca kritis berdasarkan analisis wacana kritis model Norman Fairclough. Penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif serta teknik purposive sampling untuk memilih teks berita yang terbit pada Maret 2024 dari CNNIndonesia.com dan Kompas.com. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam struktur tekstual, seluruh teks berita merepresentasikan aktor negara sebagai sumber otoritatif dan dominan, dengan gaya penyajian netral serta penekanan pada identitas pejabat publik, memuat ideologi tertentu yang mengarahkan pembaca terhadap isu kebijakan. Dalam praktik kewacanaan, teks berita menunjukkan kecenderungan kuat dengan mengandalkan narasi resmi dan institusional wacana. Narasumber utama didominasi oleh pejabat negara dan tidak banyak memberikan ruang bagi masyarakat sipil. Dalam praktik sosiokultural, teks berita memperlihatkan bagaimana wacana pemindahan ibu kota dikonstruksi dalam konteks relasi antara kekuasaan institusional dan struktur sosial-politik yang lebih luas. Media tidak hanya menyampaikan informasi administratif, melainkan juga berkontribusi dalam memproduksi makna - makna ideologis mengenai pembangunan, stabilitas nasional, dan legitimasi kebijakan negara. Seluruh teks berita yang dianalisis menunjukkan potensi besar sebagai bahan ajar yang melatih siswa untuk berpikir reflektif, analitis, dan partisipatif.

This study examines the influence of supervision by the Propam (Professional and Security) Division on the performance and discipline of members of the Indonesian National Police (Polri). Using a qualitative approach with descriptive-exploratory methods, this study aims to uncover how Propam's supervisory mechanisms influence the performance and discipline of Polri members from a human resource management perspective. Through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis, this study explores the meaning of supervision, Polri members' responses to supervision, and its implications for the formation of professional identity and behavior. The results reveal a complex pattern in the relationship between supervision and performance and discipline, mediated by the context of police organizational culture. This research generates theoretical propositions and practical recommendations for developing an adaptive supervisory approach in Polri human resource management.

This study examines the influence of transformational leadership on the performance and discipline of law firm employees. Using a qualitative approach with exploratory descriptive methods, the study aims to uncover how transformational leadership practices influence the dynamics of performance and discipline within the context of human resource management in law firms. Through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis, the study explores the meaning of transformational leadership, employee responses, and its implications for the formation of a professional work culture. The results reveal a complex pattern in the relationship between transformational leadership and performance and discipline, mediated by the cultural context of the law firm organization.

The future development of children is significantly influenced by the current quality of education where the early stages of intelligence, character and personality development are largely formed through education in early childhood, because the early years are a unique and valuable time in life. The implementation of early childhood education requires strong leadership from the education unit. The effectiveness of the implementation of education is a key component of the growth of an institution and it depends on the quality of the school including the level of leadership strength of the principal. A leader plays a role in accountability for policies that shape social values, life skills. The policy of the principal who becomes a leader with various knowledge and experience that a leader has. The principal's leadership strategy in forming teachers is by example, discipline, instructional leadership, and empowerment of all school residents. The example and discipline possessed by the principal will be a good example for teachers and staff to implement these values in daily activities at school (Majid, 2025). Integrated Islamic Schools (SIT) are two schools that were chosen because of the strong character of the school with various peculiarities in providing quality for the school and also the leadership in the school that is able to make the school superior in the context of Integrated Islamic PAUD schools, namely Al'Firdaus Integrated Islamic PAUD and Sabilal Muhradin Integrated Islamic PAUD where both of them provide an integrated Islamic concept based on religion and knowledge processes and the provision of a curriculum that is according to the character of each school. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. In qualitative research, it is greatly influenced by the researcher's views, thoughts, and knowledge because the data is interpreted by the researcher. In accordance with the research approach used, namely the qualitative approach, the data collection instrument is the researcher himself which is termed "the key instrument" (Sugiyono, 2019).
