Abstract

Pendidikan Al-Qur'an menuntut kualitas bacaan (tahsin) yang tinggi (Tartīl, QS. Al-Muzzammil: 4), sementara kebutuhan akan metode pembelajaran massal yang efektif melahirkan Metode Ummi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan merekonstruksi koherensi langkah-langkah metodologis Metode Ummi dengan prinsip Tartīl dan model pengajaran Nabi Muhammad (Ta'līm Nabawi). Penelitian ini merupakan Kajian Kepustakaan (Library Research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif analitis. Data dianalisis menggunakan Analisis Isi Kualitatif terhadap Buku Pedoman Ummi, Al-Qur'an, dan Kutub As-Sunnah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa desain pembelajaran Ummi yang dibangun di atas tiga pilar (Mutu Metode, Mutu Guru, dan Mutu Sistem) sepenuhnya berkoherensi dengan landasan teologi pedagogis Islam. Mutu Metode yang menerapkan talaqqi-musyafahah secara bertahap (tadarruj) adalah implementasi otentik perintah Tartīl untuk menuntaskan hak-hak huruf. Prinsip "mudah dan menyenangkan" (joyful learning) dalam metode ini merupakan representasi nyata dari prinsip Taysīr (kemudahan) dalam Ta'līm Nabawi (HR. Bukhari no. 69). Selanjutnya, Mutu Guru (melalui sertifikasi) dan Mutu Sistem (melalui Munaqasyah) mencerminkan tuntutan Itqān (ketuntasan) dan Muhāsabah (akuntabilitas) keilmuan, yang merupakan ciri khas Ta'līm Nabawi. Kesimpulannya, Metode Ummi tidak hanya efektif secara hasil, tetapi juga memiliki justifikasi syar'i yang kuat. Disarankan adanya penguatan aspek Tarbiyah dan Tadabbur serta studi longitudinal mengenai daya tahan Itqān lulusan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of literacy trees and outdoor study on elementary school students' scientific literacy. This type of research is an experimental study with a quantitative approach. The research design used is a one group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study were all grade V students of Al-Qudwah Integrated Elementary School, Lebak Regency, totaling 90 people who were divided into four classes, namely: 23 students in the control class (regular) in class V-B, 21 students in the experimental class-1 (literacy tree) in class V-A, 24 students in the experimental class-2 (outdoor study) in class V-C, and 22 students in the experimental class-3 (literacy tree and outdoor study) in class V-D. Determination of samples for each class was carried out using a saturated sampling method. The selection of experimental and control classes was carried out randomly. This study used a written test data collection technique in the form of a science literacy test sheet for science learning. The test sheet consisted of a pre-test and a post-test. Data analysis used t-test and ANOVA. The results of the study showed that there was an influence of literacy trees, outdoor study, and the interaction of literacy trees with outdoor study on scientific literacy in Grade V students of Al-Qudwah Integrated Elementary School. Of the four groups, the interaction of literacy trees and outdoor study provided a better influence, as shown by the results of the Games-Howel analysis with the Post Hoc test that the overall p-value was less than 0.05. The implication of this study is that through the use of appropriate media and learning methods, it will have a positive effect on students' scientific literacy abilities at school.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the concepts and theories of curriculum and curriculum planning for Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in schools and madrasas in the context of implementing the Merdeka Curriculum. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method, analyzing various relevant scientific sources. Data were collected through a review of 25 scientific articles from SINTA and DOAJ indexed journals published between 2015-2023, curriculum documents, and related books. The results show that the PAI curriculum in schools and madrasas is developed based on the same national curriculum foundation but with different emphasis and contextual approaches. In madrasas, the PAI curriculum is more intensive, comprehensive, and integrative with general subjects, while in schools, PAI tends to be a separate subject with limited hours. Curriculum planning for PAI must consider aspects of needs analysis, clear objectives, relevant content, appropriate methods, and comprehensive evaluation. The success of PAI curriculum planning is highly dependent on the competence of educators, availability of learning resources, and support from the school or madrasah environment. This research implies the need for a holistic and contextual approach in PAI curriculum planning to improve the quality of religious education in Indonesia

Abstract

The digital transformation era presents both challenges and opportunities for art and cultural education institutions in Indonesia. Leadership in this context requires not only administrative and managerial capabilities but also the ability to integrate digital innovation with local cultural values. This study aims to analyze the model of digital leadership in cultural education institutions and to identify effective strategies for maintaining the balance between technological innovation and cultural preservation. This research employed a qualitative approach using a multiple case study design across three Indonesian art and cultural institutions: the Indonesian Institute of the Arts (ISI) Yogyakarta, the Jakarta Institute of the Arts (IKJ), and the Nusantara Academy of Arts and Culture (AKSBN). Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and institutional document analysis. Thematic analysis was conducted using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña framework. The findings reveal five key dimensions of culturally rooted digital leadership: (1) digital vision grounded in local cultural values; (2) pedagogical innovation in art education through technology; (3) intercultural collaboration and global networking; (4) strengthening institutional digital identity; and (5) ethical and spiritual awareness in digital transformation processes. The proposed Cultural–Digital Leadership Model emphasizes that the success of digital transformation in art institutions is not measured by the level of technology adoption, but by how effectively technology reinforces cultural identity, ethics, and national character. This study contributes theoretically to the development of a culturally grounded educational leadership model and practically provides guidance for policymakers and institutional leaders in designing sustainable and culturally conscious digital transformation strategies for art and cultural education.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the Cooperative Script learning model has an effect on students’ creative thinking skills in the IPAS subject for fourth-grade students at SDN 1 Metro Timur. The method used in this study is a quasi- experimental method (quasi-experimental design) with a non-equivalent control group design. The sampling technique was carried out by a non-probability sampling method with a saturated sampling technique. The population in this study was 50 students, with class IV A as the control group and class IV B as the experimental group. Data collection techniques were carried out through tests and non-tests. Data analysis used a simple linear regression test. The results showed that there was an influence of the Cooperative Script learning model on students' creative thinking abilities in the subject of Science, as evidenced by the significance value in the ANOVA table, namely 0.000 <0.05 and the t-value of 3.43 which was greater than the t-table, namely 2.080.

Abstract

This study examines the role of teachers in developing elementary school students’ speaking skills through group discussion activities at SD Negeri 34 Pontianak Kota. The research background highlights the importance of speaking ability as the foundation of effective communication and self-confidence, as well as the effectiveness of group discussions in fostering interaction, critical thinking, and collaboration. The study focuses on three main teacher roles: as a facilitator who creates a conducive learning atmosphere, a guide who directs group dynamics, and a motivator who nurtures students’ enthusiasm. Employing a qualitative method with a case study design, the research involved three teachers from grades IV, V, and VI, along with 30 students selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and the analysis of documents and audiovisual recordings. The observations focused on teaching strategies and indicators of speaking skills, such as clarity, fluency, and students’ confidence. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction and presentation, followed by triangulation of sources, methods, and time to ensure data validity. Validation was carried out by comparing various findings and verifying them through peer debriefing and member checking, following the framework of Miles and Huberman.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the urgency of implementing academic writing guidelines as an effort to improve academic quality in higher education institutions. The method used is a literature review by analyzing various thesis writing guidelines, scientific articles, and relevant research methodology books. The findings indicate that academic writing guidelines play a significant role in establishing a quality and integrity-based academic culture. Consistent implementation of guidelines can help students understand the correct structure of scientific papers, encourage the use of valid references, and prevent plagiarism. Compliance with writing guidelines contributes to improving research quality, critical thinking skills, and students’ analytical abilities. Higher education institutions that strictly enforce academic writing guidelines tend to produce graduates with higher competitiveness and stronger academic reputations. The success of implementing academic writing guidelines depends not only on the existence of the guidelines but also on the support of academic supervisors, institutional policies, and the availability of supporting facilities. Therefore, collective commitment, academic writing training, and continuous evaluation are required to ensure that the application of these guidelines enhances the quality of scientific works and strengthens the academic reputation of higher education institutions. Abstract

This research examines the role of teachers in cultural arts learning based on local wisdom at SDN Proppo 1 Pamekasan, specifically focusing on third-grade students. The problem identified is that the integration of local wisdom, particularly Kerapan Sapi as Madurese cultural heritage, has not been optimally implemented in arts and culture learning. The research aims to analyze how teachers fulfill their roles as planners, implementers, and evaluators in cultural arts learning. This study employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, where data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that the implementation of teacher's role has been relatively adequate (69% of indicators met), however several critical weaknesses were identified. In planning, local wisdom is only superficially incorporated as visual illustrations without deep exploration. In implementation, learning is dominated by lecture methods and static visual media, resulting in minimal active student engagement and failure to align with the constructivist approach expected in culture-based learning. In evaluation, assessment focuses predominantly on cognitive aspects while neglecting authentic assessment of psychomotor and affective domains due to limited practical activities. Consequently, learning objectives related to aesthetic sensitivity, creativity, artistic skills, and deep appreciation of Madurese cultural heritage have not been optimally achieved. This research concludes that integrated improvements are necessary from teachers, schools, and the Education Office, particularly in mastering constructivist approaches, utilizing interactive media, designing practical activities, and implementing culture-based authentic assessment systems to create more meaningful learning rooted in students' local identity. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini mengkaji peran guru dalam pembelajaran Seni Budaya berbasis kearifan lokal di SDN Proppo 1 Pamekasan, khususnya pada siswa kelas 3. Masalah yang diidentifikasi adalah integrasi kearifan lokal, terutama Kerapan Sapi sebagai warisan budaya Madura belum optimal dalam pembelajaran seni budaya. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis bagaimana guru berperan sebagai perencana, pelaksana, dan evaluator dalam pembelajaran seni budaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, dimana data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi peran guru telah berjalan cukup baik (69% indikator terpenuhi), namun ditemukan beberapa kelemahan krusial. Pada aspek perencanaan, kearifan lokal hanya dijadikan ilustrasi visual tanpa eksplorasi mendalam. Dalam pelaksanaan, pembelajaran didominasi metode ceramah dan media visual statis, mengakibatkan minimnya keterlibatan aktif siswa dan tidak sesuai dengan pendekatan konstruktivis berbasis budaya yang diharapkan. Pada aspek evaluasi, penilaian terlalu fokus pada aspek kognitif dan mengabaikan penilaian autentik terhadap ranah psikomotor dan afektif karena minimnya aktivitas praktik. Akibatnya, tujuan pembelajaran untuk menumbuhkan kepekaan estetis, kreativitas, keterampilan berkarya, dan apresiasi mendalam terhadap warisan budaya Madura belum tercapai maksimal. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa diperlukan upaya peningkatan terpadu dari guru, sekolah, dan Dinas Pendidikan, terutama dalam penguasaan pendekatan konstruktivis, penggunaan media interaktif, desain aktivitas praktik, dan penerapan sistem penilaian autentik berbasis budaya, agar pembelajaran menjadi lebih bermakna dan mampu mengakar pada identitas lokal siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of using terrarium media assisted by the Discovery Learning model on improving students' contextual science understanding of ecosystem material. The problem found in the initial observation was the low level of students' conceptual understanding because learning relied more on visual media and teacher explanations without giving students the opportunity to observe ecosystem phenomena directly. This study used a One Group Pretest-Posttest design with 16 students from class VA of SD Inpres Madawat participating in both tests. Data were collected through learning outcome tests and documentation, while data analysis used the N-Gain formula to determine the effectiveness of learning. The results showed that the average pretest score was 0.41, which is in the moderate category. These results indicate that terrarium media assisted by Discovery Learning is effective in improving understanding of ecosystem concepts through concrete learning experiences and guided exploration activities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas model supervisi digital dalam meningkatkan kualitas feedback dan refleksi bagi guru. Supervisi pendidikan konvensional seringkali terkendala oleh proses pengolahan data manual yang memakan waktu, menghambat pemberian feedback yang tepat waktu dan personal. Melalui studi literatur, penelitian ini mengkaji dampak implementasi platform digital, seperti Learning Management System (LMS), dalam proses supervisi. Analisis literatur menunjukkan bahwa model supervisi digital, dengan tahapan sistematis (perencanaan, pemantauan, evaluasi, dan tindak lanjut), memungkinkan pengumpulan data yang lebih efisien, analisis kinerja guru yang mendalam, serta pemberian feedback yang lebih akurat dan berbasis bukti. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi tantangan dalam implementasi supervisi digital dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk optimalisasi, yang pada akhirnya berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas pengajaran guru.
