Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the performance of teachers at Tahfidz Nurul Musthofa Junior High School through a study of discipline, creativity, and cooperation in the learning process. The evaluation model used is CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product), which allows a comprehensive analysis of the four main components in teacher performance evaluation. This study adopts a qualitative approach with a case study method, where data is collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study show that from the aspect of discipline, most teachers have shown a high commitment in maintaining discipline both in time management and classroom management. However, there are some challenges in ensuring consistent discipline among students. In terms of creativity, teachers at this school have made efforts to implement varied and innovative learning methods, although there is still a need for improvement in the use of educational technology. The cooperative aspect is also a strength in this school, with teachers actively collaborating in designing learning materials and supporting student development. Through the evaluation of CIPP, this study provides recommendations to improve professional training for teachers, as well as further development in the use of technology in learning. This research is expected to contribute to improving teacher performance and improving the quality of learning at Tahfidz Nurul Mustofa Junior High School.

Abstract

This study aims to understand communication strategies in flood disaster risk mitigation in South Kalimantan Province which has a high level of vulnerability. Using a descriptive qualitative research method, this study analyzes social and cultural phenomena that contribute to community preparedness. The results of the study indicate that effective disaster communication, based on innovation diffusion and active community participation, can improve preparedness and reduce the impact of disaster risk. Areas such as Hulu Sungai Tengah, Barito Kuala, and Banjar Regencies require a special approach that considers geohydrological analysis and local conditions. Jaranih and Jejangkit Villages, for example, require community-based strategies such as strengthening volunteers and building evacuation infrastructure. In addition, strengthening Disaster Resilient Villages (Destana) through training and community empowerment is a significant strategic step. The disaster mitigation communication model led by BPBD and integrated with related agencies shows effectiveness in strengthening coordination between the government and the community, in accordance with Law No. 24 of 2007. With this approach, disaster responses can be carried out quickly, precisely, and efficiently. This study emphasizes the importance of synergy between the government, related institutions, and the community in building a sustainable emergency response culture.

Vocational education at Poltekkes focuses on developing practical abilities through a skills-based approach and practices such as health centers, hospitals, laboratories, and clinics. The purpose of the practice is to obtain technical competencies that are relevant to industry needs, especially in the health sector. The purpose of this study was to measure the student satisfaction index towards the practical services of the D-III Medical Laboratory Technology Study Program. This research method is a quantitative approach using a descriptive method with a total sampling of 229 students. The results of the study showed a very satisfactory level of student satisfaction with all aspects with values of 88.21%, 94.32%, 91.27%, 89.52%, 91.79%, 90.74%, 89.69%, 89.52%, 90.22% and 93.54% with an average of 90.88% included in the dangerous category okay. Abstract

The post-truth era is characterized by the increasing spread of information that prioritizes emotions and opinions over objective facts. Social media serves as the main channel for the distribution of this information, often without adequate supervision, increasing the risk of spreading misinformation. In Indonesia, the complexity of this challenge is increasing along with the high penetration of social media and the low level of digital literacy among the public. This article aims to analyze government policies in dealing with disinformation in the post-truth era through social media regulation. This study uses a qualitative approach with a policy analysis method, which includes a review of existing regulations such as the ITE Law, the Regulation of the Minister of Communication and Information, and other initiatives related to digital literacy. The results of the study show that existing regulations are not yet fully effective in dealing with disinformation, due to technical challenges, such as platform algorithms that tend to favor sensational content, as well as normative challenges related to freedom of expression. This study also reveals that collaboration between the government, social media platforms, and civil society is essential to creating a healthy digital ecosystem. The proposed recommendations include increasing digital literacy, strengthening regulations based on human rights, and developing technology to detect disinformation. This article contributes to the development of more effective and inclusive policies in facing the challenges of the post-truth era in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study reveals that information asymmetry in Umrah pilgrimage services arises from disparities in access to and control over information between travel agencies and pilgrims. These disparities are driven by a lack of transparency regarding costs, facilities, and schedules, exacerbated by the limited prior knowledge of the pilgrims. This asymmetry manifests in the form of miscommunication, withholding, and delays in information dissemination. Based on Michel Foucault’s theory of power relations, the control of information serves as a tool to influence pilgrims’ behavior and create an unequal dependency. To address this issue, the study recommends improving transparency in service processes, educating pilgrims about their rights and responsibilities, enhancing service planning, and increasing the professionalism of travel agencies.

Education plays an important role in the progress of a country because the improvement of human resources depends on education. Communication in science is very important because others will not know what to do or plan without it. The Inside Outside Circle (IOC) model enters the learning process and helps students become more active in class. The role of teachers is very important in achieving learning objectives. The Inside Outside Circle type of cooperative learning that uses small and large circle patterns emphasizes cooperation, discipline, independence, and critical thinking of students. This is one strategy that can be used to achieve these goals. and encourage them to actively participate in the learning process. This study is about the application of the inside outside circle learning model to improve students' critical thinking behavior in Islamic Religious Education subjects, and the subjects of this study are Islamic Religious Education teachers and all students at SMA Muhammadiyah 10 Surabaya. This study uses a qualitative method with an Ethnographic approach. This is a classroom action research with three cycles of two meetings each. And for the data collection technique I use observation, interviews, and documentation. Observation is done by observing the learning that takes place. Compared to previous studies, this study measures students' critical thinking skills and their learning outcomes by using the Inside Outside Circle learning model in Islamic religious education lessons at SMA Muhammadiyah 10 Surabaya. The Inside Outside Circle model is a learning model that utilizes real problems as a basis for students to learn and allows them to improve their ability to construct their own knowledge.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of differentiated learning carried out in various inclusive schools by looking at the implementation process and obstacles experienced. The study was conducted using the systematic literature review (SLR) method. Data collection techniques were carried out by selecting relevant literature from various scientific literature ranging from 2019 to 2024. Data analysis was carried out systematically by filtering articles based on the relevance of the title and abstract, followed by an in-depth review to find relevant data. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of differentiated learning is effective in helping diverse students understand the material in a way that accommodates differences in the learning process. However, the results of the study also show the need for teacher training and improved school facilities so that the process of accommodating different learning processes becomes more effective. In addition, holistic cooperation is needed from various elements so that the implementation of differentiated learning can be carried out effectively and sustainably.

Abstract

The synergy between teachers, parents, and the community in anticipating drug abuse in MTsN 3, MTsN 4, and MTsN 1 is going well, but these anticipatory efforts must continue to be strengthened. Drug abuse is a serious violation that has a negative impact on the future of the younger generation. The three educational institutions have taken the right steps, such as working with parents to supervise their children and providing an understanding of the dangers of drugs, both through direct meetings and online media. In addition, the school also collaborates with the Police, BNN, and Health Centers to provide counseling on the negative impacts of drug abuse. These efforts have succeeded in reducing, even eliminating cases of drug abuse in both schools for quite a long time. However, the synergy between schools, families, and the community must continue to be strengthened. Supporting factors include cooperation with competent parties and parental awareness, while obstacles include the influence of social media and lack of parental supervision of children's socializing outside of school.
