Abstract

In response to the growing demand for flexible and high-quality learning, this study developed and tested a contextual and adaptive blended learning model for the Islamic Education Management (MPI) Study Program at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. The aim was to design a model that aligns with the academic needs of MPI students while incorporating digital tools effectively. Using a Research and Development (R&D) method based on a modified Borg & Gall model, the study progressed through seven stages, from initial analysis to final implementation. Data were collected through observations, interviews, questionnaires, documentation, and learning outcome tests (pre-test and post-test), involving 14 lecturers and two student cohorts in semesters IV and VI. The developed model integrated 60% online and 40% offline learning, using e-knows LMS, Google Meet, YouTube, and project-based learning strategies. Results showed significant improvement in student learning outcomes and increased engagement, as confirmed by t-test analysis. The study concludes that the blended learning model is effective, contextually relevant, and meets the need for adaptive education. Further research is recommended to apply the model in other courses, explore the integration of AI-based technologies, and conduct longitudinal analysis to assess its long-term impact.

Abstract

Character education is very important in the world of education. The development and implementation of a character education curriculum will influence learning activities and the output/outcome produced. This article will describe the innovation and implementation of the adab curriculum at the Ar-Risalah Surakarta Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT) using a ta'dib education approach. This study was conducted using a descriptive qualitative method, employing techniques such as interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis utilized qualitative data analysis techniques, including data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions (Miles & Huberman). The findings of this study include: 1. SDIT Ar-Risalah Surakarta innovated the adab curriculum by independently developing an adab curriculum consisting of adab towards oneself, adab towards others, and adab towards the environment. Adab education was incorporated into the intraschool curriculum with an allocation of two hours of class time every week. 2. The implementation of the adab curriculum at SDIT Ar-Risalah Surakarta is divided into three stages: a. the socialization stage, where the adab education program is presented to the entire school community to establish a shared understanding and synergy in its implementation; b. the implementation stage, where adab education is conducted using the concept of ta'dib education as a process of instilling adab and placing students in their proper place, namely at the pinnacle of morality, adab, and ethics. c. The evaluation stage of adab education by conducting assessments to determine whether students have understood the material and are practicing adab education in their daily lives. Key findings from this study indicate that adab education designed independently and implemented systematically can be an effective strategy in shaping students' character. By applying the concept of ta'dib, schools ensure that adab education is not only theory-based but also oriented toward practical application in daily life.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Three Winning Formula as an integrated education management model at SMAIT Ibnu Abbas Klaten. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection through interviews, observations and document studies. Data analysis is carried out through data reduction and checking the validity of data using data triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the integrated education management model 'Three Winning Formula' at SMAIT Ibnu Abbas Klaten is implemented through a structured cycle involving three synergistic units and comprehensive evaluation across all pillars; spiritual, intellectual and managerial. Strengthening aspects of worship, faith and spiritual discipline (for example: congregational prayer, tilawah coaching, dhikr, and Islamic manners). Important findings from research on the Three Winning Formula (Excellent Academics, Tahfidz and Morals, and governance (Good Governance) show that the synergistic integration of the three is the foundation of a strategy in forming an Islamic educational institution that is superior, has character, and is sustainable in the modern era.

Abstract

Quality assurance in education is an important foundation in building a superior and sustainable learning system. This study examines the strategies and implementation of the quality assurance system at SD Muhammadiyah 6 Palembang, as well as its impact on the quality of the learning process and outcomes. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data was collected through observation, interviews, and review of internal school documents. The findings indicate that school has developed a quality assurance system based on Islamic values and active involvement of school stakeholders. Internal supervision processes, teacher training, and school committee involvement are part of a planned quality improvement cycle. These findings emphasize that the success of quality assurance does not rely solely on administrative documents but also on a quality culture embedded throughout the school ecosystem. This study can serve as inspiration for educational institutions to ensure excellent and sustainable quality.

Abstract

Perencanaan kerja sama antara Sekolah Dasar (SD) dan Puskesmas dalam program Usaha Kesehatan Sekolah (UKS) merupakan langkah strategis dalam meningkatkan derajat kesehatan peserta didik secara menyeluruh. Tujuan utama dari kerja sama ini adalah untuk mewujudkan lingkungan sekolah yang sehat, mendukung pencapaian prestasi belajar, dan membentuk perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS) sejak dini. Melalui pendekatan kemitraan lintas sektor, sekolah dan puskesmas memiliki peran yang saling melengkapi, di mana sekolah sebagai pelaksana pendidikan dan puskesmas sebagai pelaksana pelayanan kesehatan berkolaborasi dalam kegiatan pembinaan, penyuluhan, pemeriksaan kesehatan berkala, serta pengelolaan lingkungan sehat. Perencanaan kerja sama ini meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan, penetapan tujuan bersama, pembagian peran dan tanggung jawab, serta mekanisme evaluasi kegiatan. Model kerja sama ini diharapkan dapat memperkuat implementasi Trias UKS (pendidikan kesehatan, pelayanan kesehatan, dan pembinaan lingkungan sehat) secara optimal dan berkelanjutan. Dengan adanya perencanaan yang sistematis dan berbasis kebutuhan lokal, diharapkan kerja sama ini dapat menjadi contoh praktik baik dalam pengembangan UKS yang efektif di tingkat sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Globalisasi telah membawa tantangan baru bagi lembaga pendidikan Islam, termasuk pesantren, untuk beradaptasi dalam meningkatkan daya saing global tanpa menghilangkan identitas keislamannya. Salah satu strategi adaptif yang diterapkan adalah program overseas dan umrah edukatif bagi santri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas dan tantangan implementasi program internasionalisasi pendidikan di Pondok Pesantren As-Syifa Sagalaherang Subang. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, didukung oleh teori experiential learning (Kolb, 2000) dan tinjauan literatur terkait transformasi pendidikan pesantren dalam konteks global. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program ini berhasil meningkatkan kompetensi global santri melalui penguatan kemampuan bahasa, hafalan Al-Quran dan pemahaman lintas budaya, serta penanaman nilai spiritual dan kepemimpinan. Tantangan yang muncul berupa perbedaan bahasa, adaptasi lingkungan, dan tekanan psikologis berhasil diatasi melalui pola pembinaan adaptif berbasis nilai pesantren. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pesantren memiliki potensi besar untuk menjadi aktor utama dalam globalisasi pendidikan Islam, asalkan didukung dengan desain program yang kontekstual, berkelanjutan, dan terintegrasi dengan nilai-nilai lokal.

Abstract

Perencanaan keuangan di lembaga pendidikan merupakan sesuatu yang sangat urgen dan harus dilakukan dengan alur yang tersistematis. Sebab keuangan yang digunakan dalam membiayai program pendidikan merupakan hasil dari serapan berbagai pihak yang terlibat dalam optimalisasi proses pendidikan. Perlu adanya prinsip keadilan, efisiensi, transparansi dan akuntabilitas publik sebagaimana ketentuan hukum yang berlaku. Karena ruanglingkup dari tata keuangan mencakup perencanaan, penggunaan dan pertanggungjawaban, maka semua itu harus dilakukan dengan baik sebagaimana mestinya. Dalam hal ini, Baitul Quran Subang telah melakukan pengelolaan yang baik terhadap alokasi anggaran dengan konsep POAC. Sehingga, pengelolaan anggaran menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan prinsip efisiensi dan transparansi dalam pengelolaan pembiayaan di MTs Al Amin Sindangkasih, khususnya di tengah krisis penurunan jumlah mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, yang melibatkan wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prinsip efisiensi diterapkan melalui restrukturisasi anggaran, optimalisasi sumber daya lokal, dan digitalisasi proses keuangan. Sementara itu, transparansi diaktualisasikan dalam bentuk pelaporan keuangan terbuka, partisipasi panitia madrasah, dan forum evaluatif bersama orang tua dan masyarakat. Penelitian ini juga mengungkapkan tantangan yang signifikan seperti keterbatasan kapasitas manajerial dan rendahnya literasi keuangan publik. Namun, madrasah mampu mengembangkan strategi adaptif berdasarkan nilai-nilai lokal dan spiritualitas, yang melahirkan model konseptual "Ketahanan Keuangan Madrasah". Secara teoritis, penelitian ini memperkaya kajian tata kelola pendidikan Islam dengan pendekatan humanistik dan kontekstual. Secara praktis, temuan ini relevan sebagai acuan kebijakan madrasah swasta dalam membangun sistem keuangan yang inklusif, transparan, dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the forms of school principals' policies, the strategies of school principals, the supporting and inhibiting factors, as well as the impact of school principals' policies in enhancing teachers' understanding of the independent curriculum at MTs YAPDI. Using a Qualitative Descriptive Approach, the data collection methods include: observation, interviews, and documentation. The data were analyzed using an interactive analysis model. The results show that the school principal's policy in enhancing teachers' understanding of the curriculum is very enthusiastic in involving teachers in every training, workshop, or seminar related to the independent curriculum, both offline and online/in-house (IHT). The principal also implements a gradual and sustainable approach along with mentoring for teachers in each class. The principal also facilitates and involves teachers in planning learning during subject teachers' discussions (MGMP), in the implementation of the independent curriculum, and finally conducts regular evaluation meetings for educators at MTs YAPDI. In addition, there are supporting factors such as easy access to the internet and the fact that the teachers are mostly young individuals who are very adept at using social networks. The WKM also assists the principal by developing programs related to learning, managing budgets for training and teacher resources, and providing support to teachers by granting them freedom and facilitating them. The inhibiting factors include, among others, the lack of synchronization in the timing of training for subjects relevant to the available independent curriculum, causing some teachers to miss out on the opportunity, resulting in a minimal understanding of the independent curriculum among teachers. The last obstacle is the limited facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

This research aims to find out human resource management in the formation of a lifelong learning spirit at SDIT Mutiara Insan Sukoharjo. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method of research typefield research. The results of the research on human resource management in the formation of a lifelong learning spirit at SDIT Mutiara Insan Sukoharjo which has been conducted are as follows: a) recruitment and selection, recruitment and selection teacher SDIT Mutiara Insan Sukoharjo is strict in ensuring that teachers have competencies and visions that are in line with the school. b) Professional Development, Professional self-development of teachers towards rapid technological developments and the ever-changing needs of students needs to be done so that teachers can adapt quickly. c) Performance Evaluation, carried out as a control for teachers who may still use old methods that may no longer be suitable for the needs and diversity of today's students in order to build a culture of critical and contextual thinking. d) Motivation and Empowerment, starting to become a teacher Life Long Learnerwhich is fun, can be done such as: creating learning goals, learning from small things, changing the way of learning to be fun, building an ecosystem of learning teachers, leadership support.
