Abstract

This study uses a qualitative research method with a character study approach that is included in the category of library research. A descriptive-analytical approach is used to describe the steps to achieve success, as well as the characteristics of successful people according to Aid al-Qarni's views. The results of the study show Aid al-Qarni's career journey and thoughts in the fields of education, preaching, and Islamic literacy. Aid al-Qarni has made great contributions through his works that have inspired many people. Furthermore, discussing the steps to achieve success as explained in Miftah al-Najah which emphasizes sincerity, discipline, and wise use of time as the keys to success. In addition, the characteristics of successful people according to Aid al-Qarni include strong faith, hard work, and concern for others. Through a combination of spiritual and moral values, individuals can achieve true success that is not only worldly, but also brings blessings. Therefore, educational institutions are advised to integrate Islamic success values ​​into the curriculum, workers and business actors apply Islamic ethics, and society instills a culture of hard work and social concern.

Abstract

Today's education has increasingly seen moral decadence and loss of social values.  One of the most urgent is bullying. In line with that, the role of moral education is needed, because morals are the benchmark of a nation both in civilization and progress. Islamic morals are known as akhlaqul karimah, namely noble behavior or morals, namely behavior or character in accordance with the Qur'an and Hadith which are the main sources of religious law. Similar to Hamka's moral education which focuses on reason and akhlaqul karimah. In connection with this, this research is intended to be able to find answers from the analysis of Buya Hamka's moral education thoughts contained in his writings as a preventive effort from bullying behavior. This research was conducted using the library research method or literature study as the basis for this research. Literature studies that become references are from the book 'Philosophy of Life and Akhlaqul Karimah' and other works that intersect with Buya Hamka and the results of previous studies in the form of journals as other sources. Since this is the core of all behavior, the results of studies that provide insight into the virtues of all people are very important for their daily lives. It will be easier for people to get along and develop a great human personality if the origins of this trait are understood, along with the difficulties they face, so that they can place their temperament in the right position. The values that humans develop truly originate from within, and if disturbed, the situations within humans are not much different from how they are dealt with in the human body. Therefore, it is important to understand this in order to find a solution quickly. After that, virtue is used to name the basic nature of all thoughts. 'Iffah, Shaja'ah, 'Adaalah, and Hikmah are these qualities.

Abstract

This research discusses the utilization of Microsoft PowerPoint media in learning Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at MTs Negeri 1 Surakarta in the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0 and society 5.0. Rapidly developing information technology demands innovation in learning methods, including the use of digital media such as PowerPoint. The results showed that the use of PowerPoint facilitates the delivery of the material, increases student enthusiasm, and supports learning effectiveness. However, obstacles include high license fees and training needs for teachers. In conclusion, PowerPoint is an effective learning medium in supporting Islamic education objectives, subject to the challenges.

Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation and challenges of women's leadership in Aisyiyah organizations at the regional level, especially in Sukabumi Regency. The background of this study is based on the importance of women's leadership in religious organizations that still face gender stereotypes. Using a quantitative-descriptive approach, data were collected through questionnaires and interviews with 20 leaders and 100 members of Aisyiyah. The results of the study show that women's leadership is considered adequate and has a positive impact on the success of the program. However, challenges such as limited resources and cultural barriers are still felt. Leaders use collaborative strategies, training, and participatory approaches to address them. These findings confirm the importance of leadership training and structural support to optimize women's contributions in religious organizations.

Abstract

Penelitian tentang pengelolaan ekstrakurikuler paskibra di Madrasah Aliyah Pembangunan UIN Jakarta penting dilakukan mengingat peran penting pendidikan karakter, khususnya kedisiplinan, dalam pembentukan pribadi siswa yang unggul. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana pengelolaan ekstrakurikuler paskibra dapat membantu siswa Madrasah Aliyah Pembangunan UIN Jakarta menjadi lebih disipliner. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan tinjauan dokumen. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik pengurangan data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, serta memastikan keabsahan data melalui triangulasi metode dan sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan ekstrakurikuler paskibra telah dilakukan dengan baik melalui tahap perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, dan evaluasi. Dengan demikian, pengelolaan ekstrakurikuler paskibra di Madrasah Aliyah Pembangunan UIN Jakarta terbukti efektif dalam membina kedisiplinan siswa, khususnya dalam hal disiplin waktu dan disiplin belajar, yang merupakan komponen penting dalam pengembangan karakter siswa di era pendidikan saat ini.

Abstract

Pada era modern, tingkat keberagamaan masyarakat cenderung menurun karena perhatian lebih banyak tertuju pada urusan duniawi. Banyak orang mulai mengabaikan agama sebagai pedoman hidup. Meskipun masih menjalankan ibadah, pemahaman mereka sering terbatas pada aspek ritual semata. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji konsep tafaqquh fiddin menurut Imam Syafi’i serta pengaruhnya terhadap tradisi keilmuan dalam pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur. Sumber utama yang digunakan adalah karya-karya Imam Syafi’i seperti Al-Umm dan Ar-Risalah, didukung oleh berbagai artikel relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tafaqquh fiddin mencakup kewajiban mempelajari ilmu agama secara mendalam, menjaga diri dari perbuatan dosa, serta membentuk akhlak yang mulia. Imam Syafi’i juga menekankan pentingnya memilih guru yang memiliki sanad keilmuan yang sah, proses belajar yang serius dan terstruktur, serta mengamalkan dan menyebarkan ilmu berdasarkan dalil yang kuat. Tradisi keilmuan dalam pendidikan Islam tidak hanya menekankan pada isi pelajaran, tetapi juga pada metode yang digunakan dalam proses belajar-mengajar. Pendekatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan Islam menghendaki penguasaan ilmu secara menyeluruh—baik secara teoritis maupun praktik—agar nilai-nilai agama benar-benar tertanam dalam kehidupan. Konsep tafaqquh fiddin ini relevan untuk menjawab tantangan rendahnya kesadaran beragama di era modern.

Abstract

Management of Guidance and Counseling Services at Inclusive High School Tarbiyatul Islamiyah Batangan Pati. Inclusive High School Tarbiyatul Islamiyah Batangan Pati is the only madrasa in Batangan sub-district that implements an inclusive education model, the inclusive classroom model is the implementation of teaching and learning activities that accommodate the needs of regular students and students with special needs. From the above background, this study aims to find out: 1) to find out how the implementation of Guidance and Counseling Service Management in Tarbiyatul Islamiyah Inclusive Madrasah Aliyah Batang Pati, 2) to find out what the supporting and inhibiting factors are Guidance and Counseling Service Management in Inclusive Madrasah Aliyah Tarbiyatul Islamiyah Batang Pati. This research is a field research using a qualitative approach, the data collection was obtained using field observation techniques on the management of guidance and counseling services, interviews with the head of madrasah, counseling guidance teachers, special assistant teachers, student representatives, curriculum representatives, public relations officers, madrasah security, subject teachers, students, parents and madrasa alumni. In addition to the primary data, the researchers also used secondary data including student documentation, documentation of guidance and counseling services, and photos of activities, all data were analyzed using data reduction, the main things related to the management of guidance and counseling services, approach models and methods. used in the management of guidance and counseling services, then verification as a conclusion from the analysis. The results showed that: (1) Guidance and Counseling Service Management includes planning, daily service planning, monthly service planning, semester service planning and annual service planning and individual guidance and group guidance planning, organizing includes, the existence of an organizational structure for guidance and counseling services, and division of tasks for guidance and counseling services, actuating includes preventive actions, curative and repressive actions, and evaluations which include monthly evaluations, semester evaluations, annual evaluations and supervision, (2) supporting factors, namely the active role of the foundation, the leadership of the madrasah principal, action fast response counseling guidance teacher. Harmony in the relationship between homeroom teachers and students and communication between counselors and related stakeholders, while the inhibiting factors are the corona virus pandemic, lack of parental response, limited facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis inovasi pemasaran jasa pendidikan dalam  PPDB Indent di MI Muhammadiyah Program Khusus Kartasura. Metode kualitatif studi kasus digunakan dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara (Kepala Sekolah, Humas, dan guru), serta analisis dokumen. Temuan menunjukkan inovasi pemasaran seperti branding kuat, pemanfaatan media sosial, kemitraan, event khusus, testimoni, dan reward pembiayaan berhasil meningkatkan pendaftaran hingga 90% kuota (2025/2026), meski sempat turun di 2024/2025 karena promosi kurang optimal. Tantangan utama adalah persaingan dengan sekolah swasta baru. Simpulan penelitian menegaskan bahwa integrasi pemasaran jasa dan manajemen pendidikan dapat meningkatkan daya saing institusi.

Abstract

Program sekolah hijau (Adiwiyata) merupakan kerjasama antara Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan dengan Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup yang diresmikan pada tanggal 21 Februari 2006. Persoalan pengelolaan sampah di SMPN 13 Malang menjadi salah satu tantangan utama yang dihadapi oleh lembaga pendidikan ini. Namun, setelah melaksanakan program Adiwiyata secara konsisten, transformasi dapat dilihat dari sikap dan kepedulian lingkungan dari peserta didik, pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses pelaksanaan program Adiwiyata berbasis nilai-nilai agama Islam di SMP Negeri 13 Malang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan melakukan observasi partisipan, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi primer. Analisis data melalui pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, display, dan penarikan simpulan. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan program Adiwiyata melalui proses pemahaman konsep lingkungan, integrasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam program Adiwiyata, lingkungan sekolah yang mendukung, dan pada akhirnya akan berdampak pada pembentukan karakter peduli lingkungan siswa. Dampak yang timbul adalah penguatan tanggung jawab siswa, peningkatan kepedulian terhadap lingkungan, pola hidup berkelanjutan, serta penguatan karakter religius dan jiwa sosial siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas sistem manajemen kinerja staf tata usaha dalam pencapaian mutu layanan administrasi di madrasah aliyah negeri persiapan 4 Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penilitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwaHasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan ketatausahaan di MANP 4 Medan melibatkan perumusan tugas dan fungsi layanan administrasi, penetapan tujuan, evaluasi pekerjaan, pengalokasian dana, pengadaan sarana dan prasarana, serta pemecahan masalah. Pelaksanaan ketatausahaan dilakukan dengan baik mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengelolaan, hingga pengawasan. Kegiatan ketatausahaan meliputi administrasi kepegawaian, keuangan, data dan informasi, sarana dan prasarana, serta persuratan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah berfungsinya sistem manajemen ketatausahaan, peningkatan mutu pelayanan administrasi sekolah, serta terjalinnya kerja sama antara pengelola, pendidik dan peserta didik dalam mencapai tujuan tersebut.
