Abstract

Early marriage is still a phenomenon in this country. Several sources say that the rate of early marriage is still high in Indonesia. One of the 2018 Supreme Court annual reports states that Religious Courts (PA) throughout Indonesia issued 13,251 marriage dispensations. According to the Ministry of PPPA (Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection, in 2021 there were 65 thousand cases recorded and in 2022 55 thousand applications for marriage dispensation were submitted. This is directly proportional to the application for marriage dispensation in 2022 in Bojonegoro Regency which was quite high with 532 application cases. When compared with other districts such as Gresik, Lamongan, Tuban, Nganjuk, and Ngawi, the number of cases of early marriage in Bojonegoro is quite high. The formulation of the problem in this research is 1. What do the judges think about solutions to prevent and reduce the level of marriage dispensation in Bojonegoro Regency 2. What are the factors causing the increase in marriage dispensations in the Bojonegoro Religious Courts in 2022? The type of research we use includes qualitative research. Meanwhile, the approach we use is a case study approach. The nature of this research is analytical descriptive, the data collection method. as follows: a) Observation Method, b) Interview Method, c) Documentation. While the author uses data analysis: 1). Data Reduction, 2). Data Display, 3). From the results of the research, the author found the following: 1. Factors causing the high level of marriage dispensation in Bojonegoro Regency are caused by several things, namely: a). Due to promiscuity, b). The bride and groom are getting along like husband and wife, c). The prospective bride is already pregnant, d). The bride-to-be has given birth, e). Permissive Community Culture, f). Local Officials Are Still Weak, g). The existence of a "collapsed" culture, h). Low level of parental education 2. Judge's efforts to reduce marriage dispensation in Bojonegoro: a). Abstract

This article is entitled Clothing Rules in Islam and the Use of the Veil for Muslim Women. The aim of this research is to find out the etiquette of clothing in Islam and the laws regarding the use of the veil for Muslim women. The type of research that the author uses is library research. The author uses a type of library research, namely by collecting information and data originating from previous journals and books related to the discussion of this research. The results of the findings are that the term clothing in the Koran is mentioned in various expressions. Among them are libas, tsiyab, sarabil, hijab, and zina. The function and purpose of clothing in Islam is to cover the private parts, adornment, protection and as an indication of identity. The criteria and etiquette for dressing for a Muslim woman are not sparse and strict, not like men, not like non-Muslims, appropriate and simple, not arrogant clothing. The command to wear the veil for Muslim women is not explained explicitly either in the Koran or in the hadith of the Prophet. What Islamic law commands for women is to wear the hijab. The law on wearing the veil for Muslim women is permissible, not obligatory and not mustahab, and it is the right of Muslim women to get used to it, and it is impossible for anyone to prohibit it, because that is only exercising their personal rights.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the soft skills competencies of students in the Sharia Banking Study Program, Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business (PPZ FEBI) of the State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Kediri based on the perceptions of the management of the Amil Zakat, Infaq and Shadaqah Nahdlatul Ulama Institute (LAZISNU) Kediri. Soft skill competencies are non-technical skills that are very important in the world of work, including communication skills, teamwork, leadership, time management, and problem-solving. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with LAZISNU Kediri administrators who have experience working with PPZ FEBI IAIN Kediri students. The research results show that LAZISNU Kediri administrators generally assess PPZ FEBI IAIN Kediri students as having good soft skill competencies, especially in communication and teamwork. However, several aspects still need to be improved, such as time management and problem-solving abilities. It is hoped that these findings can provide input for study programs in developing curricula and extracurricular activities that are more effective in improving students' soft skill competencies.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the use of the Mind mapping method in Aswaja subjects, student learning achievement in Aswaja subjects, and the influence of the Mind mapping method on Aswaja subjects, and the extent of the influence of the Mind mapping method on Aswaja subjects at MTs Al-Jihadul Chakim Gondang Mojokerto. This research includes quantitative research. The collected research data was analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis techniques and Product Moment statistical techniques. Testing the research hypothesis shows that: (1) The use of the Mind mapping method in the Aswaja subject at MTs Al-Jihadul Chakim can be categorized as Good with a score of 86% in the interval 76% - 100%. (2) Student learning achievement in the Aswaja subject at MTs Al-Jihadul Chakim with a score of 91.7% so it is in the Good category. (3) There is an influence of the Mind Mapping Method on student learning achievement in the Aswaja subject at MTs Al-Jihadul Chakim with an r value of 0.995, indicating it is greater at the 5% and 1% significance levels. (4) The level of influence of the Mind mapping method on student learning achievement in the Aswaja subject at MTs Al-Jihadul Chakim can be classified as very strong, this is proven by the value r = 0.995 which is interpreted in the Product Moment table which is in the interval 0.90 - 1.00.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the PAI learning model in improving the quality of student learning outcomes through a learning innovation approach applied by PAI teachers at Mambaul Ulum Vocational School Wonosari Bondowoso. The research approach used is phenomenology with a qualitative research type. The results of data analysis found that the implementation of learning implemented by class Meanwhile, the innovation provides additional points for students who are active in understanding the lesson material. The learning methods applied are lecture and discussion methods. Meanwhile, the innovation implemented by class XII PAI teachers is Game Based Learning (GBL) and uses lecture and discussion methods. The supporting factor that influences learning innovation by class XI PAI teachers is providing advice to students. Meanwhile, the problem is that most students don't pay attention when the teacher explains the material. Supporting factors that influence learning innovation in class XII are teacher discipline, not being long-winded in explaining the material, and safe and peaceful class conditions. The problem is that there are similarities with other classes, namely students do not pay attention when the teacher explains the material

Abstract

Pesantren Hasan Jufri is not only an Islamic educational institution, but also a driving force in improving the community's economy. Therefore, this study describes the following research focus: 1) How does Pesantren Hasan Jufri try to improve the community's economy? 2) What are the state-owned enterprises (BUM) of Pesantren Hasan Jufri that support efforts to improve the community's economy? 3) What are the partnership agreements used by BUM- Pesantren Hasan Jufri to improve the community's economy. This study aims to. 1) Find out the efforts of Pesantren Hasan Jufri in improving the community's economy. 2) Find out what BUM-pesantren Hasan Jufri supports efforts to improve the community's economy. 3) Find out what cooperation agreements are used by BUM-pesantren Hasan Jufri to improve the community's economy. The type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The data in this study were obtained from primary and secondary data. The techniques used in data collection were observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Then analyzed by means of data reduction, data presentation, and then drawing conclusions. The data validity checking technique uses observation extension, triangulation, and increased persistence. The results of this study are: 1) Efforts by Hasan Jufri Islamic boarding school to improve the community's economy: first, opening up employment opportunities by prioritizing alumni and potential communities. Second, the establishment of a business entity that is run through a cooperation agreement between Hasan Jufri Islamic boarding school and the community. 2) Hasan Jufri BUM-Islamic boarding school that supports efforts to improve the community's economy: Main Store, stalls, printing, student equipment stores, Barbershops, hotels, printing, agriculture, and laundry. 3) Partnership agreements used in Hasan Jufri BUM-Islamic boarding school to improve the community's economy: Musyarakah, ijarah, muzara'ah, mukhabarah, wakalah bil ujrah. mudharabah and Jualah.

Abstract

Every Muslim has an obligation to preach to spread the word of Islam. Da’wah activities are currently dominated by male activists, even though women also have the same obligation to preach, in fact there are matters that women know better, especially those related to feminine issues. Therefore, women are required to preach by paying attention to the limits set by the Sharia. As exemplified by the ummahatul mu’minin and other shahabiyat during the heyday of Islam where they took an active role in spreading the teachings of Islam by forming hadith halaqah and other learning media. This research aims to explore how the contribution of da’wah of Muslim women activists in the digital era 5.0 and the limits set by Islam. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with data analysis method. The results of this study indicate based on the takhrij hadith of the Prophet ﷺ that Muslim women da’wah activists can spread Islam through social media, by maintaining restrictions such as: maintaining aurat and voice, not being tabarruj, not mixing with men, not promoting heretical thoughts, preaching according to their abilities and fields, preaching politely, and also setting an example by practicing what is preached. So it can be concluded that in the digital era 5.0 there are many ways for Muslim women to contribute to spreading Islam, Islam gives full support to Muslim activists who preach according to the corridors of Islam.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education is an integral part of education that requires innovative and effective approaches. This study aims to optimize Islamic Religious Education through the use of interactive media from the perspective of teachers. The research method used is a case study involving ten Islamic Religious Education teachers in a secondary school in Indonesia. The results show that the use of interactive media in Islamic Religious Education can increase students' interest and understanding of the subject matter. The teachers involved in this study also indicate that the use of interactive media provides variation in teaching and helps achieve learning objectives more effectively. This study makes an important contribution to the development of more interactive and effective methods of Islamic Religious Education.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out parenting in QS Yusuf: 4-6 and its relevance in line with the communication patterns of parents and their children in the digital age. This research uses a type of literature by collecting data through the main source, namely the Qur'an and supporting sources in the form of articles, reading books and the web. The data analysis technique applied is to reduce the data, then present the data and finally determine the final result of the conclusion that is in line with the research. The results of his research are that parents usually wear a bad way of communication called laissez-faire, that is, parents are reluctant to chat with their children, from the consequences of freeing their children to wear gadgets that trigger the friendship between parents and their children is stuck. They should emulate Joseph's family relationship with Ya'qub who uses an interpersonal way as well as an interactive approach. Shown by the act of openness, mutual reassurance, emotional closeness in the two, Ya'qub formed it with acts of gentle interaction, civility, obedience and respect for his father and mother, tolerance and concern for his baby. The harmony for this study is that when parents wear the communication pattern recommended in QS Yusuf 4 to 6, of course family ties become harmonious. Children become more confident to express their grievances with their parents than on social media which is vulnerable to crime. Until, all hopes to achieve a happy family in the hereafter have been realized.

Abstract

Islamic education is a system that makes learners able to exert their lives in accordance with what has become the goal and not out of Islamic law and then developed based on the basic abilities of learners towards the maximum point in growth and development. The method used in writing this article is using the Library Study Method (Library Reasearch). Library study is a method of collecting data by knowing and examining the theories created by scholars who have a connection with the research topic. The basics of Islamic education are things that include fundamental principles that become the basis for carrying out education. The aspects contained in Islamic Education are Philosophical aspects which are Academic aspects which are containers or institutions that practice learning activities critical thoughts that are needed in teaching and learning activities. Furthermore, the political aspect provides evidence of the government's seriousness in controlling the education system. There is also a sociological aspect as a mutual interaction between children, teachers, and the entire community in the school environment and finally the economic aspect which is often one of the factors inhibiting children's education in Indonesia
