Abstract

During the pandemic period, economic activities must adjust to limited interactions, minimizing physical contact during the buying and selling process. Of course, the ongoing pandemic period adds to the difficulty of MSME actors, not only to develop, even including maintaining a business. In order to help survive the pandemic, MSME players in Cimahi are deemed necessary to get digital marketing-based training for Cimahi City MSMEs. This service aims to describe the implementation of a digital marketing training program in increasing entrepreneurial motivation for Cimahi City MSMEs. This research is a case study research on MSMEs who take digital-based training. To reveal the data and information, the researchers applied a descriptive study with a qualitative approach, namely revealing the depth of data and information based on research formulations and research questions, namely how to implement a digital marketing training program in increasing entrepreneurial motivation for Cimahi City MSMEs? The digital marketing training system in its cycle is divided into three stages, namely, the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. Of the three cycles, the implementation of digital marketing-based training begins with a needs analysis, then a digital marketing training design is prepared which is followed by the development of digital marketing training materials, the implementation of training and ends with an evaluation

Abstract

Teaching English is not an easy one. Furthermore, writing is still considered difficult because the teacher focuses on the National Examination. In order to make writing a subject as an interesting thing, the teacher should have a creative method. in this article, the writer wants to deliver the importance of media to the English teachers in Subang, to make them aware that there are still many things to do to make the subject easier. And it is only needed simple things such as paper or newspaper. The interview is also held to know the response of the teachers. And the results show that the teachers are enthusiastic and realize that they can do simple things to improve their way of teaching English, especially writing.

Abstract

The Covid 19 pandemic has made all people aware of the importance of maintaining personal hygiene to fight the spread of the virus. The government readily appealed to Indonesian citizens to always wash their hands, wear masks, and keep their distance. However, in remote areas, the government's appeal is not on target. Based on the survey results during the implementation of the 2020/2021 KKND UMPRI, there were still many residents who were ignorant and did not know the appeal. Therefore the aim of this service is to provide information to the village community about awareness about COVID 19 through the media of posters. The method of implementing this service activity includes: surveys, creating posters, and poster publication. The impact of this activity is to increase public awareness of the government's appeal against COVID 19 which is measured by: (1) creating awareness of community members about washing hands, using masks, and maintaining distance; (2) increasing community knowledge about the symptoms, dangers and handling of COVID 19; and (3) increasing public knowledge about prevention measures for transmission of COVID 19.

Abstract

Teachers are the spearhead in conveying information (knowledge) in the world of education. The development and progress of information technology also influence the development of the world of education in achieving the desired goals. Thus, efforts are needed to improve and develop skills and knowledge possessed by teachers as provisions for teaching and learning activities. One of them is through e-learning socrative learning training for teachers, namely utilizing technology, information, and computers through networks (internet, LAN, WAN). The purpose of this training is to improve the ability, skills, and readiness of teachers to carry out and deal with learning in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, especially Indonesian language teachers. The training method used is lectures and practice of operating (using) the social e-learning learning model in Indonesian language learning for Indonesian language teachers in Subang Regency, West Java. The results achieved in this training improve the skills and knowledge of teachers regarding ICT-based learning (Technology, Information, and Computers) in Indonesian subjects, fostering good motivation in teaching and learning activities. The conclusion is the results of the socrative e-learning training, for teachers learning becomes more effective, fun, and enthusiastic. In addition, it is one of the solutions for facing learning in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0

Abstract

In today's era, teachers are required to have more abilities related to the use of technology as a tool in writing scientific papers. This is because there are still a lot of teachers who are still confused in finding reference applications in writing scientific papers. One application that is used to make it easier for teachers to write scientific papers, especially in managing references is the Zotero application. The purpose of this program of activity is to provide training and guidance for teachers who are required to write scientific papers as demand for self-quality improvement and learning in order to increase class in teaching positions. The method used in this Community Service is through the workshop approach method, lectures, questions and answers, and guidance on the use of the application, with the guidance process is expected to provide opportunities for teachers according to the training theme. This community service activity can provide direct benefits to partners in increasing understanding and skills related to reference management applications in the preparation of scientific papers in the form of CAR, indicators of the success of community service activities marked by the enthusiasm of the teachers in participating in training activities.

Abstract

The very rapid changes in society as a result of the revolution in communication technology have made all areas of life more competitive. Likewise with the determination of learning innovations must be adjusted to the consideration of approaches in learning in order to produce quality Human Resources (HR). Therefore, especially in the conditions of Covid 19 which require the holding of distance learning, it is necessary to increase the competence of managers and students by applying information technology-based learning such as the blended learning model. This service aims to describe the implementation of a blended learning training program for learning at the Nurul Falah Smart House, Bandung. To reveal the data and information, the community service team conducted a blended learning training program on learning at the Nurul Falah Smart House, Bandung city by applying the lecture, question and answer, discussion, demonstration and brainstorming methods. The blended learning training system in its cycle is divided into three stages, namely, the planning, implementation and evaluation stages. In practice, it always begins with a needs analysis, then compiles a training design then develops blended learning training materials, conducts training and ends with an evaluation. The results of this training evaluation indicate an increase in the cognitive aspects of the training participants, an increase from before and after training.

Abstract

The role of the teacher in the world of education as a role model in which all his behavior and speech will be an example for his students. The role of teachers in the world of modern education is increasingly complex, not only as mere teachers and academic educators, but also educators of the character, morals, and culture of their students. The learning of politeness in the language is very important because indirectly the way a person speaks will reflect the character and nature of a person indirectly. Likewise for students as students who are close to politeness should be able to reflect the use of polite language. In this modern era teachers and students, even all groups are familiar with the name of social media as a means of delivering information and communicating. The language used on social media is most unethical and is far from what is called politeness in language. This is where the role of the teacher gives direction to students how to use this media wisely because it can be read by many people. This service uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Researchers will note in detail everything that can be investigated empirically With qualitative descriptive methods researchers hope to provide a change in politeness in language on social media.

Abstract

The current global pandemic disaster requires everyone to always be vigilant in accordance with health protocols. However, in reality there are still many people who lack awareness of the importance of improving discipline and habituation of the community in the face of new normal to prevent the spread of Covid19, the community must have habituation to change behavior to be health conscious. In addition, the pattern of providing health services continues to be improved in addition to the appeal of information either directly or through the media that can provide valuable information to the public about the dangers of the spread of covid 19, during the New Normal period. The target is the gathering place of the community in the pancasila market environment through devotional activities, it is expected to provide increased awareness for the community, provide appeals and direction that can be easily accepted and carried out by the community related to the awareness of Discipline and Habituation of the Community in the face of the pandemic outbreak 19 through a clean lifestyle.

Abstract

ICT-based learning is very potential to make the learning process more effective. This training activity was followed by English teachers. The purpose of this activity is to improve teachers’ skills in integrating ICT in the learning process. The steps of activities carried out in community service activities include several stages such as a) the analysis stage, b) the design stage, c) the content development staged) the training stage and e) the evaluation stage. In the analysis stage, the team analyzed difficulties faced by the teacher in English subjects. Then, the results of this analysis stage were used as a reference at the design stage. At the Design stage, the team determined topics used in the training and designed content related to the use of  ICT-based Learning model. Then, in the content development stage, the team developed content in the form of Google classroom development integrated with  Canva and Kahoot. Then, at the implementation stage, training on ICT-based learning models is carried out. The results of this training indicate an increase in teacher competence in the ability to use ICT as a learning medium. Thus, the learning process becomes more effective and becomes more interesting.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini merupakan kegiatan workshop yaitu melakukan pendampingan pembelajaran Inovatif melalui Lesson Study kepada guru-guru di MA Cahaya Harapan di Wilayah Cisarua Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Tujuannya untuk memberikan wawasan kepada guru-guru dalam melakukan pembelajaran inovatif. Kegiatan ini bisa dijadikan sebuah luaran dalam bentuk artikel yang dapat bermanfaat bagi para pembaca. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah metode ceramah, diskusi, dan tanya jawab dan praktek dengan menggunakan Lesson Study.Kegiatan pengabdian ini terdiri dari beberapa tahapan di lapangan diantaranya yaitu : 1). Penyuluhan mengenai Lesson Study dan pembentukan tim , 2). Melakukan Lesson Study yang terdiri atas 3 tahapan yaitu : a) Merencanakan pembelajaran (Plan), b). Melakukan pembelajaran dan observasi (Do), c). Melakukan refleksi (See). Hasil dari kegiatan ini dapat memberikan kontribusi positif di lapangan diantaranya; guru-guru mulai memahami pembelajaran lesson study, guru-guru terbantu untuk menyusun perangkat pembelajaran secara tersusun.
