Abstract

Being a Christian School Chaplain is a very influential position in the world of educational services in Christian schools. As a chaplain, you have many roles because you help the church to grow and develop both in spiritual and physical life. Therefore, the role of a chaplain in the life of the ministry both in the congregation and at school is very important. Therefore, the pastor must prepare well and also organize all things related to the pastoral service where he serves. A pastor not only prepares himself to serve in the pulpit, but a pastor also prepares himself to be a teacher. Because being a pastor is not only being a preacher, but also teaching, being a teacher for the congregation and for students while in school and can be exemplified.

Abstract

Penelitian model kooperatif TGT ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan metode pembelajaran Cooperative teams Games tournament (TGT) dilaksanakan guru PJOK untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar passing atas siswa. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas, terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui pada siklus I pelaksanaan Metode Pembelajaran Cooperative Teams Games Tournament (TGT) dalam pembelajaran PJOK untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar passing atas peserta didik dengan hasil 47,33% dapat dikategorikan rendah. Pada siklus II dengan hasil 64,6% dapat dikategorikan cukup dengan perkembangan meningkatnya motivasi belajar passing atas peserta didik. Hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa Model Pembelajaran Cooperative Teams Games Tournament (TGT) dalam pembelajaran PJOK khususnya pada materi bola voli dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar passing atas peserta didik pada pembelajaran PJOK.

Abstract

English has become an international language that plays an essential role in communication. One way of communicating is speaking, which is practised in all parts of life. So, humans need to learn the language for the way communication occurs to get a piece of information. This implies that the relationship of a speech determines its form and function. Pragmatics is closely related to the study of language and communication in society, particularly speech acts. The purpose of this study is to determine the speech act applied by the actor in The English Teacher films. This study focuses on analyzing the speech performance in the film The English Teacher. This study examines the illocutionary; representatives or assertive, directives, commission, expressive, and declarations produced in the film The English Teacher. The researcher investigates the dialogue scripts of the performers in The English Teacher films. Data collection and analysis were conducted using the qualitative research method. Qualitative research is research that processes descriptive data from the subject in the form of written or spoken language. In qualitative research, the researcher employs sampling technique or targeted sampling to collect specific information about the topic of study. the results show that The forms of illocutionary speech acts in the film “the English Teacher” include representative, directive, expressive and commission speeches. The most dominant form of speech act in the film "The English Teacher" is a representative speech act with a total of 20 representative speech acts

Abstract

The development of the times has had such a big impact on social media in its use. The higher the enthusiasm of social media users, the higher the variety of languages ​​used. Basically, the problem that we want to know is how the form, meaning, and function of slang at the phonological level are compared to standard Indonesian in Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook social media. The scope of the following research is on social media Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook. The research method used is the observation method. Data is concentrated through observation and recording of slang uploaded on social media Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook. The analysis technique is a qualitative descriptive technique to describe, examine and analyze the problems to be studied. The data collected is in the form of seventy slang on social media Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook which have been thoroughly studied so as to obtain conclusions about slang phonemes on Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook social media. Abstract

The online learning system (in the network) is a learning system without face-to-face meetings between teachers and students but is carried out online using the internet network. The teacher must ensure that teaching and learning activities continue, even though students are at home. The solution is that teachers are required to be able to design instructional media as innovations by utilizing online media. According to KBBI, ethics is the science of what is good and bad and about moral rights and obligations (morals). A good understanding of digital ethics will be able to reduce hoaxes, bullying, cyberbullying, hate speech, and leakage of personal data. Morals are the customs of the rules of decency. Benchmarks in behaving morally in accordance with values, ethics, or decency in accordance with the values of the rules or truth. Therefore this study aims to awaken students in morality and ethics even though the lessons take place online.

Abstract

Language as a communication tool to establish interaction between one and another is a tool that is needed or plays an important role in human daily activities. Language is very necessary, including the use of language in store names. The phenomenon that exists today is the presence of shop names that use foreign and regional languages. This is basically not in accordance with what is contained in the Act or even in the Presidential Regulation. The purpose of this research is to describe the phenomenon of the use of foreign and regional languages ​​in the naming of business places in the city of Gorontalo. This type of research is a qualitative research that is descriptive in nature in providing a description of phenomena in terms of sociolinguistics, namely studies of language and social studies or studies that link languages ​​with certain social groups as language users, in this case looking at language variations, namely the diversity of language types. used in naming shop names in Gorontalo City.

Abstract

This study's goal is to determine how the workplace environment, multiple roles, and workload affect their cyberloafing habits. In order to collect quantitative data for this study, questionnaires were distributed and library data were utilised. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with SPSS 25. The data analysis methods used are coefficient of determination (R2), traditional assumption testing, hypothesis testing, and data quality testing. As shown by the significance level F < α (0.000 < 0 .05) and adjusted R square of 0.375, the findings of this study show that workload, multiple roles, and the work environment have an immediate and significant impact on cyberloafing behavior. Research indicates that 37.5% of cyberloafing behavior is caused by workload, multiple roles, and work environment.

Abstract

High learning achievement is necessary to achieve a better life. This study aims to determine the implementation of contextual teaching and learning approach in improving students' learning achievement in fiqh subjects. This research uses a qualitative approach and observation and interview data collection techniques. The results revealed that the application of learning with the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) approach, it can make it easier for students to understand and apply in the daily lives of educated participants. Educators strive for students to be actively involved in the application process so that students can easily apply discover knowledge from their new learning experiences. The application of the contextual approach has been well implemented but not yet maximized.

Abstract

Online learning that has been carried out so far cannot be separated from problems such as unstable internet networks, which result in less than optimal teaching and learning processes. In addition, there is still very limited research that examines online interactions so it needs to be carried out considering that the learning system will not necessarily be carried out normally with a face-to-face process in the classroom. The purpose of this research was to determine the interaction that occurred in the online class of STKIP Muhammadiyan Sungai Full students. The method used by researchers in this study is the mixed method (Mix Method). The sample used in this study was mathematics education students. Sampling is carried out by purposive sampling. The analysis was carried out with stages: making transcripts of teaching and learning processes, coding, classifying online class interaction patterns, model interaction characteristics FIAC (Flander Interaction Analysis Code) and model BIAS (Brown Interaction Analysis System).

Abstract

This study aims to obtain the right dosage of nitrogen and potassium fertilizers as well as the interaction between nitrogen and potassium in increasing the growth and yield of sweet corn (Zea mays var. saccharata). This study used a factorial randomized block design consisting of 2 treatment factors, namely nitrogen and potassium fertilizer treatment, with 3 replications. Factor I Nitrogen fertilizer treatment with the dose: N0: Without nitrogen fertilizer (control), N1: Nitrogen fertilizer 150 kg/ha Urea, N2: Nitrogen fertilizer 300 kg/ha Urea. Factor II Potassium Fertilizer : K0 : Without Potassium Fertilizer (control), KI : Potassium Fertilizer 200 kg/ha K2O, K2 : Potassium Fertilizer 300 kg/ha K2O. The parameters observed in this study were plant height (cm), cob length (cm), cob weight (grams), cob diameter (grams) and dry chestnut weight (grams). The results of the analysis of variance showed that the treatment of nitrogen fertilizers and potassium fertilizers had a significant to very significant effect on all observed variables. The interaction of nitrogen and potassium fertilizers had a significant effect on cob weight and had a very significant effect on plant height, cob diameter and dry matter weight and had no significant effect on cob length.
