Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the effect of Electric Vehicle Technology Mastery and Project Team Collaboration on Automotive Product Innovation, with Student Creativity as a mediating variable among students of the Vocational Automotive Technology Education Program at Universitas Lancang Kuning (Unilak). The study is grounded in the increasing demand for advanced electrification skills and collaborative capabilities required in modern automotive industries. A quantitative explanatory approach was used, involving 100 students participating in electrification-based automotive projects. Data were collected using structured questionnaires and analyzed through validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption tests, multiple regression, and mediation analysis using SPSS. The findings indicate that Electric Vehicle Technology Mastery and Student Creativity have a positive and significant effect on Automotive Product Innovation. Project Team Collaboration shows a significant but negative effect, suggesting that suboptimal teamwork dynamics may hinder the innovation process. Simultaneously, all predictors strongly influence innovation, with an R² value of 0.866. Student Creativity emerges as the most dominant factor. These results highlight the essential role of integrating technical competence, creativity, and collaborative skills to enhance innovation capacity within vocational education settings. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Penguasaan Teknologi Kendaraan Listrik dan Kolaborasi Tim Proyek terhadap Inovasi Produk Otomotif dengan Kreativitas Mahasiswa sebagai variabel mediasi pada mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Vokasional Teknologi Otomotif Universitas Lancang Kuning (Unilak). Latar belakang penelitian didasarkan pada tuntutan perkembangan teknologi otomotif modern yang menekankan penguasaan sistem elektrifikasi dan kemampuan kolaboratif sebagai kompetensi utama pendidikan vokasi. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatori dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 mahasiswa yang terlibat dalam proyek otomotif berbasis elektrifikasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, regresi berganda, dan uji mediasi menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Penguasaan Teknologi Kendaraan Listrik dan Kreativitas Mahasiswa berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Inovasi Produk Otomotif. Kolaborasi Tim Proyek berpengaruh signifikan namun negatif, menunjukkan bahwa dinamika kerja tim yang kurang optimal dapat menghambat proses inovasi. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel independen memberikan pengaruh yang kuat terhadap inovasi, dengan nilai R² sebesar 0.866. Kreativitas Mahasiswa menjadi variabel yang paling dominan dalam meningkatkan inovasi. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi kompetensi teknis, kreativitas, dan kolaborasi dalam pengembangan kualitas pendidikan vokasional. Abstract

Organizational behavior studies have long been dominated by positivistic and rational-economic paradigms that position humans as instrumental actors. Such domination has marginalized moral and ethical dimensions in organizational practices, leading to increasing ethical violations, leadership crises, and declining organizational legitimacy. This study aims to examine the role of philosophy of science as the foundation for developing value- and morality-based organizational behavior theory. A qualitative approach was employed through a critical literature review of scientific publications related to philosophy of science, management, and organizational behavior. The findings indicate that integrating ontological, epistemological, and axiological dimensions enables the repositioning of humans as moral subjects, expands epistemological approaches through interpretive–reflective methods, and reinforces the normative purpose of organizational behavior science. This study concludes that value- and morality-based organizational behavior theory is essential for building ethical, just, and sustainable organizations, particularly within the Indonesian socio-cultural context

Abstract

Abstract: The digital transformation of higher education requires the adaptive and responsible use of Artificial Intelligence (AI). This community service activity aimed to enhance the literacy and readiness of the academic community in utilizing AI to support learning processes and campus governance. The methods included interactive lectures, guided discussions, and demonstrations of AI applications in academic contexts. The results indicate improved participants’ understanding of AI concepts, benefits, and limitations, as well as the formulation of AI implementation recommendations aligned with Learning Outcomes (CPL) and the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) approach. Overall, this activity contributes to strengthening institutional readiness toward the development of an adaptive and data-driven smart campus. Abstract

Abstract: The s-shaped turbine is a hydrokinetic turbine that has the potential to be applied to open channel flows due to its ability to operate at low flow velocities and its simple construction. However, the performance of this turbine is greatly influenced by the surrounding hydrodynamic conditions, including the geometry of the flow domain. This study aims to analyze the effect of variations in the open channel domain angle on the flow characteristics and performance of the s-shaped Savonius turbine using a Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) approach. Simulations were carried out at three variations of domain angles, namely 20°, 30°, and 40°, with an inlet flow velocity of 0.5 m/s, a turbine diameter of 76 mm, and a turbine height of 76 mm. The performance parameters analyzed included torque, power coefficient (Cp), and torque coefficient (Ct), as well as flow characteristics in the form of velocity contours, pressure contours, and streamlines. The simulation results show that variations in the domain angle have a significant effect on the flow distribution, pressure pattern, and torque stability produced by the turbine. The domain with an angle of 20° produces the highest Cp and Ct values, while the 30° domain shows a significant decrease in performance due to the increase in the recirculation zone and pressure imbalance around the rotor. Keyword: S-Shape Turbine; Hydrokinetics; Open Channel; CFD; Domain Angle Abstrak: Turbin tipe s-shape merupakan salah satu turbin hidrokinetik yang potensial untuk diaplikasikan pada aliran saluran terbuka karena kemampuannya beroperasi pada kecepatan aliran rendah dan konstruksinya yang sederhana. Namun, kinerja turbin ini sangat dipengaruhi oleh kondisi hidrodinamika di sekitarnya, termasuk geometri domain aliran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variasi sudut domain saluran terbuka terhadap karakteristik aliran dan performa turbin s-shape menggunakan pendekatan Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). Simulasi dilakukan pada tiga variasi sudut domain, yaitu 20°, 30°, dan 40°, dengan kecepatan aliran masuk 0,5 m/s, diameter turbin 76 mm, dan tinggi turbin 76 mm. Parameter kinerja yang dianalisis meliputi torsi, koefisien daya (Cp), dan koefisien torsi (Ct), serta karakteristik aliran berupa kontur kecepatan, kontur tekanan, dan streamline. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa variasi sudut domain memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap distribusi aliran, pola tekanan, dan stabilitas torsi yang dihasilkan turbin. Domain dengan sudut 20° menghasilkan nilai Cp dan Ct tertinggi, sedangkan domain 30° menunjukkan penurunan kinerja yang cukup signifikan akibat meningkatnya zona resirkulasi dan ketidakseimbangan tekanan di sekitar rotor. Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to design and implement a web-based Optical Line Terminal (OLT) network monitoring system to detect congestion in real-time on Gigabit Passive Optical Network (GPON) architecture. The main problem in GPON networks is the increase in customer traffic which causes bandwidth bottlenecks and decreases Quality of Service (QoS). The research methodology includes analysis of OLT performance parameters (throughput, utilization, packet loss, latency), design of a system architecture based on SNMP and REST API, development of a monitoring dashboard using a web framework, and testing in an operational network environment. The developed system is able to display PON port status, bandwidth utilization level, and automatic notification when the congestion threshold is exceeded. The test results show that the system can detect an increase in utilization above 80% with a response time of less than 5 seconds. The implementation of this system increases the effectiveness of network monitoring and speeds up the troubleshooting process by administrators. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem monitoring jaringan Optical Line Terminal (OLT) berbasis web untuk mendeteksi congestion secara real-time pada arsitektur Gigabit Passive Optical Network (GPON). Permasalahan utama pada jaringan GPON adalah meningkatnya trafik pelanggan yang menyebabkan bottleneck bandwidth dan penurunan Quality of Service (QoS). Metodologi penelitian meliputi analisis parameter performa OLT (throughput, utilization, packet loss, latency), perancangan arsitektur sistem berbasis SNMP dan REST API, pengembangan dashboard monitoring menggunakan framework web, serta pengujian pada lingkungan jaringan operasional. Sistem yang dikembangkan mampu menampilkan status port PON, tingkat utilisasi bandwidth, dan notifikasi otomatis ketika threshold congestion terlampaui. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat mendeteksi kenaikan utilisasi di atas 80% dengan waktu respons kurang dari 5 detik. Implementasi sistem ini meningkatkan efektivitas monitoring jaringan serta mempercepat proses troubleshooting oleh administrator. Kata Kunci: Monitoring Jaringan; OLT; GPON; Congestion; Real-Time.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the implementation of mandatory family support in the basic immunization program for infants based on Law Number 17 of 2023 concerning Health in Kampar Regency, as well as to identify obstacles and proposed solutions. The background of this research is the non-significant coverage of Complete Basic Immunization (IDL) in Kampar Regency, which poses risks to infant health, where family support is a key determinant in immunization schedule compliance. The research method employed is sociological (empirical) legal research using a statute approach and a case approach. Primary data were obtained through interviews with informants from the Kampar Regency Health Office, Community Health Centers (Kuok, Bangkinang, Salo), and families who do not support the immunization program. The results indicate that the implementation of Law Number 17 of 2023 in Kampar Regency faces obstacles such as low family understanding of legal and health responsibilities, as well as constraints from working parents who delegate childcare to others who pay less attention to immunization schedules. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi keharusan dukungan keluarga pada program imunisasi dasar terhadap bayi berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 17 Tahun 2023 tentang Kesehatan di Kabupaten Kampar, serta mengidentifikasi hambatan dan upaya pemecahannya. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah belum signifikan cakupannya angka Imunisasi Dasar Lengkap (IDL) di Kabupaten Kampar yang berisiko pada kesehatan bayi, di mana dukungan keluarga merupakan faktor determinan utama dalam kepatuhan jadwal imunisasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah hukum sosiologis (empiris) dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan kasus. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan informan dari Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Kampar, Puskesmas (Kuok, Bangkinang, Salo), serta keluarga yang tidak mendukung program imunisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi UU Nomor 17 Tahun 2023 di Kabupaten Kampar menghadapi hambatan berupa rendahnya pemahaman keluarga mengenai tanggung jawab hukum dan kesehatan, serta kendala orang tua yang bekerja sehingga pengasuhan diserahkan kepada pihak lain yang kurang memperhatikan jadwal imunisasi. Upaya yang dilakukan mencakup peningkatan edukasi oleh tenaga kesehatan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran keluarga agar tercipta perlindungan hukum dan kesehatan bagi bayi sesuai mandat undang-undang. Abstract

Abstract : Iris species classification is an important topic in the field of data mining and machine learning because it is commonly used as a benchmark dataset for classification methods. This study aims to design and implement an information system that can classify Iris flower species using the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) method. The dataset used in this research is the Iris dataset, which consists of 150 data records with four attributes: sepal length, sepal width, petal length, and petal width, and three classes, namely Iris Setosa, Iris Versicolor, and Iris Virginica. The KNN method works by calculating the distance between test data and training data using the Euclidean distance formula and determining the class based on the majority of the nearest neighbors. The results of the study show that the KNN method is able to classify Iris species accurately with a good level of performance. Based on the testing results, the developed system can assist users in identifying Iris species effectively and efficiently. In conclusion, the K-Nearest Neighbor method can be successfully applied in an information system for Iris species classification. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi yang dapat mengklasifikasikan spesies bunga Iris menggunakan metode K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN). Dataset yang digunakan adalah dataset Iris yang terdiri dari 150 data dengan empat atribut, yaitu panjang sepal, lebar sepal, panjang petal, dan lebar petal, serta tiga kelas yaitu Iris Setosa, Iris Versicolor, dan Iris Virginica. Metode KNN bekerja dengan menghitung jarak antara data uji dan data latih menggunakan rumus Euclidean Distance, kemudian menentukan kelas berdasarkan mayoritas tetangga terdekat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode KNN mampu mengklasifikasikan spesies Iris dengan tingkat akurasi yang baik. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, sistem yang dikembangkan dapat membantu pengguna dalam mengidentifikasi spesies Iris secara efektif dan efisien. Dengan demikian, metode K-Nearest Neighbor dapat diterapkan dengan baik dalam sistem informasi klasifikasi Iris Species. Abstract

Abstract: The management of the Ulfamart boarding house, which is still done manually, causes various obstacles, such as the absence of recording payment history, undocumented tenant data, and the unavailability of financial reports and maintenance history. This problem encourages the development of management information systems to improve operational efficiency and regularity. The object developed is a web-based boarding house management information system using Laravel and MySQL. The system is built through the stages of literature study, needs analysis, design with UML, system implementation, black box testing, and evaluation. Black-box testing was conducted to verify system functionality by providing specific inputs and ensuring the generated outputs align with expectations. The results show that the system is able to support boarding house management more efficiently, transparently, and structurally according to user needs..Keyword: Information System, Boarding House, Laravel.Abstrak: Pengelolaan rumah kos Ulfamart yang masih dilakukan secara manual menimbulkan berbagai kendala, seperti tidak adanya pencatatan histori pembayaran, data penyewa yang tidak terdokumentasi, serta tidak tersedianya laporan keuangan dan riwayat maintenance. Masalah ini mendorong pengembangan sistem informasi manajemen untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan keteraturan operasional. Objek yang dikembangkan adalah sistem informasi manajemen rumah kos berbasis web menggunakan Laravel dan MySQL. Sistem ini dibangun melalui tahapan studi literatur, analisis kebutuhan, perancangan dengan UML, implementasi sistem, pengujian blackbox, dan evaluasi. Pengujian blackbox dilakukan untuk memeriksa fungsi sistem dengan memberikan input tertentu dan memastikan output yang dihasilkan sudah sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mendukung pengelolaan kos secara lebih efisien, transparan, dan terstruktur sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna.Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi, Rumah Kos, Laravel.

Abstract

Abstract: This study examines the effect of digital skills and market feasibility on startup performance, with Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) acting as a moderating variable. The rapid digital transformation has reshaped entrepreneurial ecosystems, making digital competence and market alignment essential for startup survival. Using a quantitative explanatory design, data were collected from 100 startup founders through structured questionnaires. The results show that digital skills have a significant positive effect on startup performance, demonstrating how technological proficiency enhances innovation, operational efficiency, and competitiveness. In contrast, market feasibility reveals a significant but negative effect, suggesting possible misinterpretation of market conditions or oversaturation within competitive industries. TVET training emerges as the strongest predictor, indicating its crucial role in equipping entrepreneurs with practical competencies, hands-on problem-solving skills, and technical readiness. Furthermore, TVET training moderates the effects of digital skills and market feasibility, strengthening the relationship between these predictors and performance outcomes. The findings emphasize the importance of integrating digital literacy and vocational training within entrepreneurial development programs. This study contributes to theoretical understanding and provides practical insights for policymakers, educators, and startup ecosystem stakeholders. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan digital berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja startup, menegaskan bahwa kemampuan teknologi meningkatkan inovasi, efisiensi operasional, dan daya saing. Sebaliknya, kelayakan pasar menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan namun negatif, yang dapat mencerminkan kesalahan interpretasi kondisi pasar atau persaingan industri yang jenuh. Pelatihan TVET menjadi prediktor paling kuat, menegaskan perannya dalam membekali wirausaha dengan kompetensi praktis, kemampuan pemecahan masalah, dan kesiapan teknis. Selain itu, TVET memoderasi pengaruh keterampilan digital dan kelayakan pasar, memperkuat hubungan antara variabel prediktor dan kinerja. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya integrasi literasi digital dan pelatihan vokasional dalam program pengembangan kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis dan wawasan praktis bagi pembuat kebijakan, pendidik, dan pemangku kepentingan ekosistem startup. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the factors that influence new student enrollment in private senior high schools, particularly at SMA Marsudirini Kemang Pratama in Bekasi City. The variables examined include school reputation, facilities, teaching quality/teachers, tuition fees, location, as well as school promotion and marketing. These factors are considered the main reasons parents choose the school for their children, enabling the number of students to increase each year. The study focuses on identifying which factors students consider when deciding to study at the school. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method involving 173 respondents from a total population of 303 tenth-grade students. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results indicate that several variables have a significant influence on new student enrollment, while others have weak or insignificant effects. The variables that show significant influence become the main basis for parents in choosing the school as their children’s educational destination. This article adds the dimension of the phenomenon gap, which highlights an actual problem and provides a logical reason for conducting the study; the research gap, which refers to unexplored areas in previous studies; the urgency of the research, which emphasizes why the study needs to be carried out promptly; and the novelty presented in the introduction section. The findings of this study show that school reputation, facilities, tuition fees, location, and promotion significantly affect new student enrollment in private schools. In addition, the practical implications and long-term impacts of the research findings are outlined in the conclusion. Keywords: New student admissions, private schools, educational marketing strategies, SEM-PLS Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penerimaan siswa baru di SMA swasta, khususnya di SMA Marsudirini Kemang Pratama, Kota Bekasi. Variabel yang diuji meliputi reputasi sekolah, fasilitas, kualitas pengajaran/guru, biaya pendidikan, lokasi, serta promosi dan pemasaran sekolah. Faktor faktor tersebut tentunya yang akan menjadi alasan para orangtua menyekolahkan anaknya untuk beajar di sekolah tersebut, sehingga jumlah muridnya bisa bertambah banyak setiap tahunnyaPenelitian ini memfokuskan pada faktor apa saja yang para siswa pilih sebagi pertimbangan mereka memilih belajar di sekolah tersebut.  Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 173 responden dari total populasi 303 siswa kelas 10, dengan analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beberapa variabel memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap penerimaan siswa baru, sementara variabel lain berpengaruh lemah atau tidak signifikan. Variabel yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan itulah yang menjadi dasar bagi para orang tua untuk memilih sekolah tersebut menjadi tujuan utama Pendidikan anaknya. Artikel ini menambahkan dimensi fenomena gap yang menunjukkan adanya permasalahan nyata dan menjadi suatu alasan logis penelitian harus dilakukan, research gap yang berarti adanya ruang kosong yang belum diteliti, urgensi penelitian yang harus segera dilakukan, dan kebaruan penelitian di bagian pendahuluan. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa temuan bahwa faktor reputasi sekolah, fasilitas, biaya pendidikan, lokasi, dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penerimaan siswa baru di sekolah swasta.
