Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the implementation of the student moral development program. The focus of the study in this research was on three things, namely planning the student moral development program, implementing the student moral development program, and evaluating the student moral development program. The research method used is qualitative based on phenomenology. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The data obtained was then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman technique, namely data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The research results explained that the student moral development program was designed with an integrated three-stage conception. These include designing the program's TOR (Terms of Reference) by adapting the program objectives to the vision and mission of the madrasah, habituation of program rundowns such as honesty cooperative activities, Friday tausiyah, Rohis activities, tahfidz Qur'an, and anti-bullying agent programs, as well as following up up the program by carrying out program evaluation and follow-up using the goal oriented evaluation model. This coaching program forms students who had good morals, are polite, in speech and deeds, noble in behavior, wise, polite and civilized, sincere, honest and holy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to reveal how the collaboration of madrasas and parents as an alliance prevents invisible teachers from occurring in the MTs environment. Raudlatus Sholihin. This research method used a qualitative case study type. MAN 2 Samarinda was the location and object of this research. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews with 6 informants (head of madrasah, Deputy Head of Public Relations, Deputy Head of Curriculum, one of the class teachers, and 2 parents of students), and documentation. The analysis technique applied the interactive analytical model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana by condensing the data, presenting the data, which then draws conclusions. Source triangulation was a technique for checking the validity of data. The results of the study explained that the alliance of madrasah cooperative relations with parents can be an influence on preventing invisible teachers of MAN 2 Samarinda. There were two efforts in this regard, namely volunteering in community groups and routine weekly work meetings using brainstorming techniques. As a member of the community, the teacher acts as a role model for the community around him, both in his personal life and family life. As a community agent, the teacher acts as a mediator between the community and the world of education in schools.

Abstract

This study examined the implementation of an interactive PPT-based TGT learning model to increase student interest. This research was a Classroom Action Research conducted in class IX B SMP Islam As Sakinah Sidoarjo which consists of 22 students. This class was chosen as the research subject because it showed a lower learning interest in Islamic Educationsubjects compared to class IX A with the application of the same learning method. However, according to the Islamic Educationteacher, this class has greater potential if the students’ interest in learning can be improved. Primary data were collected through observation and questionnaires, then analyzed qualitatively and statistically descriptively. Supported by secondary data obtained through interviews and literature studies to find problems and ensure the availability of facilities, and find out student responses to the learning model applied. The results showed an increase in student interest from pre-action by 62% to 94% after implementing the interactive PPT-based TGT learning model. There was also an increase in the number of active students from 16 students to all students in the class (22 students). It can be concluded that the application of interactive PPT-based TGT learning methods can increase students’ interest in Islamic Education learning. Synergizing the TGT learning model with interactive PPT media is one of the right actions to increase student interest in learning. Teachers who find the problem of lack of student interest in learning can apply the TGT learning model by utilizing interactive PPT media as done in this study. In addition, this study can be a reference for further researchers who want to examine the implementation of TGT learning or interactive PPT media in learning.

Using a quasi-experimental design with both experimental and control groups, the research evaluates the impact of Wordwall on student performance through pre-test and post-test assessments. Statistical analyses, including descriptive statistics, normality tests, and Islamic educationred sample T-tests. Specifically, the experimental group showed a significant increase in average scored from 70.33 (pre-test) to 84.25 (post-test), while the control group's scores increased from 65.25 to 73.58. These findings underscore Wordwall's efficacy in creating interactive and engaging learning environments, thereby enhancing student comprehension and achievement in Islamic education. The study emphasized the integration of educational technologies like Wordwall to optimize learning experiences and highlights implications for educational practice and teacher training. It advocated for educators to receive training on effectively incorporating such digital tools into their teaching methodologies, ensuring they leverage the full potential of these resources.
