Abstract

Educational activities require financing to support various activities so that educational goals can be achieved. Education financing is not only concerned with how education is financed. It also concerns how the available funds are allocated. The use of education funds requires analysis to see financing achievements and financing efficiency. Thus, an analysis of education costs is needed in an institution to see whether education financing in that institution can realize the institution's goals. In the context of educational institutions, analysis of the use of education costs is related to budgeting in the institution. This research aims to explain the analysis of the use of education funds. The method used in this research uses literature study techniques/literature methods from various existing sources where the researcher provides an explanation of the Analysis of the Use of Education Funds.

Abstract

The transformational leadership of the head of the Madrasah and boarding school is a unity that supports in determining the success of students to become tahfizd al-Qur'an. Madrasah that applies its learning with  the boarding school system  which is its flagship program is tahfizd al-qur'an. This study used a quantitative approach with a type of survey research.  The total population in this study amounted to 100 people while the sample amounted to 49 people. To obtain data in this study, questionnaires were used, data analysis used SPSS 16 and multiple correlation coefficients. The results showed that the double correlation coefficient analysis obtained a value of 0.788. After being tested significantly with an F test at a significant level of 5%, there was a significant relationship between transformational  leadership and boarding school with students' Qur'anic tahfizd ability and the magnitude of transformational leadership and boarding school  contribution with students' Qur'anic tahfiz proficiency at MA Shaykh Zainuddin NW Anjani of 0.605.

Abstract

Central to the article's inquiry are the innovative teaching methodologies and effective classroom strategies employed in ELT classrooms worldwide. Through a critical examination of theoretical frameworks and practical applications, the article illuminates the diverse pedagogical approaches and instructional techniques used to enhance language acquisition and proficiency among learners. From communicative language teaching to task-based learning and content-based instruction, the article explores the richness and diversity of approaches that educators employ to engage and empower language learners. The article delves into the transformative impact of technological advancements on language education. By examining the integration of digital tools, multimedia resources, and online platforms in ELT pedagogy, the article highlights the potential of technology to enhance language learning outcomes, facilitate authentic communication, and foster learner autonomy. However, it also acknowledges the challenges and complexities associated with technology integration, such as access barriers, digital divides, and the need for digital literacy skills among educators and learners. Abstract

Kreativitas merupakan kemampuan mengimajinasikan, menafsirkan dan mengemukakan gagasan serta usaha yang memiliki daya cipta untuk kombinasi baru dari unsur sebelumnya yang sudah ada sehingga diperoleh peningkatan kualitas mahasiswa dalam pengembangan dirinya. Kreativitas penting dimiliki oleh mahasiswa PGSD sebagai calon pendidik untuk menghadapi era abad ke-21. Era abad ke-21 menuntut pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang berkualitas untuk memfasilitasi peserta didik mengembangkan keterampilan-keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi. Pembelajaran harus dirancang dengan menarik dan inovatif. Tetapi, pada kenyataanya kemampuan kreatifitas mahasiswa masih rendah. Hal ini terjadi karena banyak factor. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan 2 siklus dengan 7 pertemuan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa PGSD semester gasal 2023/2024 dengan jumlah 60 mahasiswa. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan jika terdapat perubahan yang signifikan terhadap kemampuan kreativitas mahasiswa dengan Project based Learning (PjBL). Pembelajaran berbasis proyek (PjBL) dapat meningkatkan kreativitas mahasiswa PGSD pada indikator fluency, flexibility, elaboration, dan originality secara maksimal.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa melalui penerapan model PjBL berbantuan Talking Stick. Metode penelitian yaitu kuantitatif eksperimen dengan desain pre-experimental design (pra-eksperimen desain). Penelitian dilakukan di SDN 01 Kaleo, SDN 02 Kaleo, dan SD Inpres Kaleo dengan jumlah total 69 siswa. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Nonprobability Sampling: sampling purposive. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes objektif dan tes subjektif yang akan dianalisis dengan menggunakan rumus N-gain. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data bahwa terdapat peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa dengan rata-rata 0,41 pada katagori sedang setelah diterapkan model PjBL berbantuan Talking Stick di kelas V SD mata pelajaran IPA materi Siklus air.

Abstract

Physical condition is a prerequisite that an athlete must have in order to improve and develop optimal sporting performance. One of them is the NTB Kabaddi athlete who will compete in the XXI Aceh-North Sumatra PON event in 2024. The problem in this research is what the physical condition of the NTB regional athletes in the Kabaddi sport will be in the 2024 Aceh-North Sumatra PON XXI. The aim is to determine their physical condition. NTB regional athlete in the Kabaddi sport for PON XXI Aceh-North Sumatra in 2024. Physical condition includes Agility, Endurance and Leg Muscle Strength.  This research is a quantitative descriptive study carried out by total sampling on NTB Pelatda Kabaddi athletes, totaling 12 male athletes and 12 female athletes. In the agility test (Illinois Agility Run Test), the average for male athletes was 17.17 in the Fair category, while the female athletes showed an average of 19.14 in the Fair category. The endurance test (MFT or Beep Test) shows that the average endurance test for male athletes is 43.9 in the Poor category, while female athletes have an average of 34.8 in the Poor category. And the leg muscle strength test (Leg Dynamometer) shows that the average score for the leg muscle strength test for male athletes is 229 in the Good category, for female athletes it is 177 in the Good category. From these results, when compared with the previous test, from the results of this evaluation there are still components of physical condition that do not meet the expected criteria, but these results can be used as a benchmark and motivation for athletes to prepare their physical condition better in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategic management of the da'wah of the Prophet Luth 'alaihissalam in his people, namely the sodomites. The sub-problems of the subject matter are as follows: 1. What is the story of the Strategic Management of the Da'wah of the Prophet Luth 'alaihissalam to his people? 2. How was the cultural acculturation of the habits of the sodomites during the time of Prophet Luth 'alaihissalam? The author uses a type of cultural research using qualitative descriptive data analysis, which is research intended to understand phenomena or events regarding the story of the Prophet Luth 'alaihissalam's da'wah journey. The research approaches used are, Anthropological approach, Religious approach, and historical approach. Furthermore, the method of data collection using Library Riset, the author tries to express the object discussed according to reality that happened to the story of the Prophet Luth. The result of this study is to show that there is a synergy between the steadfastness of Prophet Luth called upon his people to worship Allah only and forbid such heinous acts (homosexuality).

Abstract

One of the applications of information technology used to this research is Facebook. It is very most famous and there are many students use it. Therefore, Facebook is used as a learning media for English writing skill in the schools. Many teachers found that most the students used Facebook in class. They ignore to study and only focus on Facebook. This research is to find the influence of Facebook on learning English and students’ motivation in writing skill. Therefore, using Facebook as a learning tool for students is investigated with the title "Facebook Usage in Learning English Writing Skill and In Improving Students’ Motivation”. This research is to know the frequency of students’ use of Facebook for English writing skill and to know the influence of Facebook usage in English writing skill and in improving students’ motivation. The participant is students of STIPAR Soromandi Bima, and the sample is two classes of second Semester that consist of 53 students. Methodology used is in correlation design by using quantitative method. The data collecting technique is giving the questionnaire. The data analyzing technique uses a hypothesis test by using the correlation of product moment formula to measure the variables. The finding of this research shows that students often use Facebook for English writing skill. It is proven by the average score is 82.79, and 17 students very often, 19 students often, and 17 students a little often use Facebook for writing skill. While the result of statistical analysis it is found that rxy1 is 0.995 with the average score is 79.39 and rxy2 is 0.994 with the average score is 84.53 and r-table is 0.279. Because the rxy value was greater than r-table, it can be concluded that there are a positive influence of Facebook on English writing skill and students’ motivation.

Abstract

Media sosial yang didukung teknologi tinggi memberikan kemudahan dalam berkomunikasi dan bersosialisasi. Bahasa merupakan alat komunikasi verbal, tentunya sangat berkaitan dengan masyarakat sebagai pengguna dalam berkomunikasi dan berinteraksi. Konteks sosial tertentu dari penutur dapat mempengaruhi kaidah bahasa. Pemakaian verbal abuse tidak hanya digunakan pada saat marah atau emosi saja, namun dalam penelitian ini ditemukan sebaliknya yaitu dalam suasana keakraban dan situasi santai. Data penelitian ini diambil dari media sosial khususnya dari media WhatsApp dan twitter. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk dan fungsi penggunaan verbal abuse dalam berkomunikasi di media sosial. Metode yang digunakan yaitu: deskriptif kualitatif yaitu menginterpretasikan dan mendeskripsikan makna suatu objek dalam penelitian berdasarkan konteksnya.. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut:  1. Verbal abuse sebagai salah satu bentuk keakraban sosial  dapat digolongkan menjadi dua yaitu: a) verbal abuse berupa kata-kata; yang terdiri dari verbal abuse pada kategori: nomina (kata benda), adjektif (kata sifat), dan kategori verba (kata kerja). b) verbal abuse bentuk frasa. (kelompok kata)..2. Konteks pemakaian verbal abuse dapat dikelompokkan menjadi tiga situasi: a)  situasi bercanda dan santai, b) situasi persahabatan dan keakraban, c) situasi kehangatan. 3. Verbal abuse sebagai bentuk keakraban didasarkan pada tujuan penggunaannya: a) sebagai lelucon dalam persahabatan b) sebagai ekspresi kedekatan dalam suatu hubungan c) sebagai sarana komunikasi efektif.

Abstract

This research aims to find out errors in writing capital letters in writing Indonesian language papers, as well as to find out the factors that cause errors in writing capital letters in writing papers among second semester students of the Sports and Health Education Study Program, so that these errors can be reduced and corrected. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. The research subjects consisted of 35 second semester students of the Sports and Health Education Study Program. The instruments used were interviews and documentation in the form of students' descriptive essays. The data analysis used in this research uses the Miles and Huberman model analysis, where in analyzing the data there are four activities, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of this research found errors in writing capital letters in descriptive essays in second semester students of the Sports and Health Education Study Program, including 465 errors in the high error category with a percentage of 70.77%. Meanwhile, writing errors in punctuation marks in descriptive essays for students in the second semester of the Sports and Health Education Study Program were in the low error category with 192 errors with a percentage of 29.22%. Factors that cause errors in writing capital letters in descriptive essays for students in the second semester of the Sports and Health Education Study Program, namely: Lack of student interest in essay writing activities, low student interest in reading, students' attitudes that are less concerned about writing capital letters, lack of student understanding of the rules. writing capital letters, less varied learning methods, less interesting learning media and current technological developments.
