Abstract

This research aims to determine the extent of the influence of celebrity endorsers and product knowledge on the purchase decision of Maybelline cosmetic products, with brand image as an intervening variable in the city of Pekanbaru. The analysis method used in this study involved data collection through questionnaires filled out by female respondents in the city of Pekanbaru who purchased Maybelline cosmetic products. The results obtained from the Partial Test (t-test) are as follows: a) there is a significant influence of celebrity endorsers on brand image, b) there is a significant influence of product knowledge on brand image, c) there is no significant influence of celebrity endorsers on purchase decisions, d) there is a significant influence of product knowledge on purchase decisions, e) there is no significant influence of brand image on purchase decisions, f) brand image cannot mediate the influence of celebrity endorsers on purchase decisions, g) brand image cannot mediate the influence of product knowledge on purchase decisions. Through an Islamic approach, this research attempts to identify values that can be applied in the business context, such as honesty, halalnes, and integrity in the marketing of cosmetic products. By integrating Islamic values into the analysis, it is hoped that this research can provide additional insights into how businesses can be conducted by considering ethical and moral aspects in the context of the cosmetic industry.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan sejauh mana pengaruh keaktifan mahasiswa, soft skill, dan hard skill terhadap kesiapan kerja di kalangan mahasiswa bidang sosial. Penelitian ini melibatkan tiga variabel independen: keaktifan mahasiswa, soft skill, dan hard skill, serta satu variabel dependen, yaitu kesiapan kerja. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Model Persamaan Struktural (SEM) menggunakan Partial Least Squares (PLS). Data untuk penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang diisi oleh responden, yaitu mahasiswa bidang sosial di kota Pekanbaru yang aktif terlibat dalam organisasi kampus. Hasil penelitian yang di dapatkan berdasarkan Uji Parsial (uji-t), adalah sebagai berikut: a) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan dari keaktifan mahasiswa dalam organisasi terhadap kesiapan kerja. b) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan dari soft skill terhadap kesiapan kerja. c) Tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan dari hard skill terhadap kesiapan kerja. d) Terdapat pengaruh bersamaan yang signifikan dari keaktifan mahasiswa dalam organisasi, soft skill, dan hard skill terhadap kesiapan kerja.

Abstract

The 21st century requires teachers to be able to have professional competence and also master IT. Mastering IT without being accompanied by the values of Islamic Religious Education will result in the birth of a generation that is intellectual but far from religious teachings. This will certainly cause a lot of damage on Earth later. To overcome this, it is necessary to develop an instrument that is able to measure the professional competence of high school mathematics teachers integrated with Islamic Religious Education values based on the 21st century. This ADDIE model is combined with the Andromeda Spiral Integration model. The sample of this study was 210 students at public high schools in Tapung District, Kampar Regency. The data analysis used was using EFA and CFA analysis which was analyzed with the SPSS 21 application. The development results showed that the instrument was successfully developed and met the validity, reliability and practicality for the development of an instrument. This study also succeeded in finding an integration model for the instrument developed which was named Spiral Andromeda Factor Analysis (SAAF).

Abstract

Muhammadiyah as a tajdid (renewal) movement will continue to improve the system in determining the beginning of hijri month through studies, discussions seminars, and research so that the methods and criteria used are truly following the Qur’an, hadith and the Muslims needs in the world. This research purpose to analyze, explore, and discover the transformation and changes in methods made by Muhammadiyah to determine the new month. The research method in this study is a literature study, by conducting a study and book analysis, journals, Suara Muhammadiyah magazines, and related references that have a close relationship with the studies. Based on the study, it shows that Muhammadiyah has made several transformations in its ijtihad to determine the beginning of the new hijri month, starting from the hisab imkanur rukyat sytem, then replaced with the hisab ijtima’ qabl al-ghurub, and the last one was perfected with the hisab wujudul hilal.

Abstract

Education often experiences challenges and developments that continue to occur according to changing times, so it is very important to prepare educators to have the ability to adapt to the transformation of science and technology to develop the potential of students in the future. This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research that refers to historical-factual philosophical research regarding figures with the object of research being the thoughts of a philosopher, using library research techniques. The results of this research is Al-Ghazali has listed several aspects of education, including: educational goals, characteristics that educators and students must have, educational curriculum, and learning methods. Al-Ghazali's thoughts have relevance to Islamic education in Indonesia in terms of educational goals, the importance of the role of educators towards students, apart from that the curriculum classifies fields of knowledge based on the needs and abilities of students. The learning method introduced by Imam Al-Ghazali is considered relevant to the context of Islamic education in Indonesia, considering the diversity of nations with different characteristics and backgrounds. So Al-Ghazali's thoughts regarding the concept of education are quite relevant to use, this can be implemented in Islamic education patterns in Indonesia and can be an inspiration and answer several challenges that arise in the world of education.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how Ma'had students at UIN Suska Riau's learning concentration is affected by the practice of solemn prayer in their psychospiritual growth. This is because pupils frequently struggle to focus when studying, which has a negative impact on learning outcomes. UIN Suska Riau's 133 Ma'had students served as samples for this quantitative study. The sample of 18–21-year-old male and female students was split up into five coaching class groups. A Likert scale model or questionnaire is used to gather data. The 42-statement solemn prayer scale has a Cronbach's alpha rating of 0.945, indicating that the instrument is dependable and dependable. However, the concentration scale consists of 18 items, and the Cronbach alpha reliability test results reached 0.745. The results of the research show that solemn prayer in spiritual formation activities has a positive and significant relationship with study concentration. With a correlation coefficient of 0.487 and a significance of 0.000, it can be concluded that solemn prayer has a significant relationship with study concentration. This shows that the practice of solemn prayer in psychospiritual development activities influences study concentration by 23.7% so that there are 76.3% other factors, such as internal factors, namely physical and spiritual, which originate from the student's mental condition as well as external factors, namely the environment and learning conditions.

Abstract

This research, conducted in March 2024, focused on Islamic education through a Google Scholar database search, sampling 500 articles published between 2014-2024. Utilizing Publish or Perish (PoP) version 8.12 for metadata retrieval, the study analyzed publication trends, researcher productivity, and journal ranks descriptively. Results were exported into PoPCites format, mapped in Ms. Word 2021, and analyzed using VOSViewer (VV) version 1.6.20. Findings revealed fluctuating publication trends, with e-journals contributing the most (405 articles). Notable researchers include Hapza Ali (6 articles), Kemas Imron Rosadi (7 articles), and Rahmat Hidayat (4 articles). VV visualization depicted the research landscape with five clusters: Cluster 1 (6 items), Cluster 2 (6 items), Cluster 3 (4 items), Cluster 4 (2 items), and Cluster 5 (2 items), predominantly focusing on Islamic education and Islam.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada analisis isu-isu gramatikal bahasa Arab dalam Al-Qur'an terkait penciptaan manusia, dengan mengeksplorasi interpretasi dari empat kitab tafsir utama (al-Kasysyaf Zamaksyari, al-Bahr al-Muhith Abu Hayyan al-Andalusy, Tafsir al-Qur’an al-‘Azhim Ibnu Katsir, Ruhul Ma’ani al-Alusy) dan membandingkannya dengan temuan ilmiah modern. Melalui metode analisis linguistik, analisis tafsir, serta pendekatan interdisipliner yang menggabungkan prinsip-prinsip teologi, linguistik, dan ilmu pengetahuan, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap kesesuaian dan perbedaan antara narasi Al-Qur'an dan pemahaman ilmiah tentang penciptaan manusia. Temuan utama menunjukkan adanya kesesuaian dan perbedaan signifikan, serta menyoroti keragaman interpretasi dalam tafsir. Penelitian ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya pendekatan interdisipliner dalam memahami teks-teks agama, memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap pemahaman tentang penciptaan manusia.

Abstract

Nahwu Madhhab Kufah di Indonesia secara tidak langsung sudah diterapkan di Pondok Pesantren namun tanpa disadari oleh para pembelajar Nahwu, dan juga Penerapannya dalam pembelajaran Nahwu dapat menambah khazanah keilmuan dalam bidang bahasa Arab. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implikasi dari Nahwu Madhhab Kufah terhadap peningkatan Maharah Nahwiyah di Pondok Pesantren Bahrul Ulum Tambakberas Jombang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu dengan desain Pretest-Posttest Nonequivalent Control Group. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari dua kelas, yaitu kelas VII-C dan VII-D di MTsN 3 Jombang. Instrumen yang digunakan mencakup pretest dan posttest, sementara analisis data dilakukan dengan uji hipotesis menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata prestasi belajar (post-test) siswa di kelas eksperimen mencapai 89,02, sedangkan di kelas kontrol sebesar 81,46. Dari hasil rata-rata tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran Nahwu dengan menggunakan Nahwu Madhhab Kufah memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran yang tidak menggunakan pendekatan tersebut. Dengan demikian, model pembelajaran dengan Nahwu Madhhab Kufah menjadi salah satu cara untuk mencapai hasil belajar yang baik dan tinggi dalam pembelajaran Nahwu.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and explore the challenges related to the problems faced in Islamic religious education in the super smart era 5.0, as well as the development that must be done on the Islamic religious education curriculum in order to be relevant to the super smart era 5.0. This research uses qualitativ method by using descriptiv-analysis technique to analyze and describe the data and findings of this research. Then the approach used is Library research in the study of research and the data source of this research is obtained from various sources of scientific studies such as articles, journals, books, documents, and other data relevant to this research. The results in this study are (1) the development of technology in the super smart era 5.0 provides challenges in the sustainability of Islamic religious education, such as preventing moral degradation in students, preparing educators and students to be able to integrate the use of technology in education, the difficulty of filtering digital content, the influence of social media, the emergence of addictive properties, providing an understanding of the importance of balance between understanding religion and technology, the difficulty of maintaining data security, and (2) the Islamic religious education curriculum must be developed to answer the problems and needs of society, namely by using Tyler's goal-oriented curriculum development model.
