Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop a volleyball service learning medium based on iSpring Suite for ninth-grade students at SMPN 3 Malang and to measure its validity. This is a research and development study that adopted the ADDIE model by Branch, which includes five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Quantitative descriptive analysis was used to analyze the data collected from the research results using a questionnaire as the data collection instrument. The subjects of this study were 43 students from SMPN 3 Malang. The research product was validated by media experts, subject matter experts, and learning experts, and was also tested on both small and large groups. The results of the large group trial obtained a percentage value of 91%. Thus, this iSpring Suite-based learning media development product can be categorized as highly valid and can be utilized in the PJOK learning process at SMPN 3 Malang. It is hoped that this product can provide a tangible contribution by making it easier for ninth-grade students at SMPN 3 Malang to carry out PJOK learning, especially for volleyball service material.

Abstract

Bahan ajar merupakan sumber belajar atau wahana fisik yang mengandung materi instruksional yang dapat merangsang mahasiswa untuk belajar. Bahan ajar dalam proses pembelajaran merupakan satu unsur yang penting dalam proses pembelajaran, hal tersebut karena bahan ajar merupakan materi yang akan disampaikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan bahan ajar yang yang baik yang dapat meningkatkan kompetensi mahasiswa. Bahan ajar akan menentukan tercapai tidaknya tujuan kompetensi pembelajaran yang diharapkan. Bahan ajar menjadi salah satu perangkat pembelajaran yang sangat penting dalam proses pembelajaran untuk mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pengambangan. Kegiatan penelitian ini dilakukan di Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Medan, dengan melibatkan 90 orang mahasiswa sebagai sampel dan 3 ahli bidang pembelajaran renang dan 3 orang dosen renang. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan buku ajar dengan kerangka buku sebagai berikut: . Sejarah Olahraga Renang. Pengenalan Air, Renang Gaya Bebas, Renang Gaya Dada, Renang Gaya Punggung, Renang Gaya Kupu-Kupu, Start, Finish, dan Pembalikan dan Gerakan Setelah Start dan Pembalikan, Serta Anatomi dan Fisiologis Olahraga Renang Kata Kunci: Pengembangan, Bahan, Ajar, Renang

Abstract

Physical fitness is one of the main aspects in supporting the physical, social and mental development of students at the elementary school level. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the timing of the Indonesian Student Fitness Test (TKSI) in the morning and afternoon on the physical fitness results of phase C students at SDN 2 Gandusari, Blitar Regency. This study is a quantitative study with a comparative descriptive design. The sample of this study was all 38 Phase C students of SDN 2 Gandusari. The instrument used was TKSI, including tests of coordination, accuracy, abdominal muscle strength, agility, and endurance which were carried out at 07.00–09.00 WIB and 12.00–14.00 WIB. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, normality tests, homogeneity tests, and Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The results showed that the average scores in the morning and afternoon were: coordination 2.89 and 3.05; accuracy 2.18 and 2.47; abdominal muscle strength 3.21 and 3.31; Agility scores were 4.26 and 4.44; endurance scores were 4.28 and 4.13. The Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test showed no significant difference between morning and afternoon (Asymp. Sig. = 0.098). This study concludes that the TKSI can be implemented flexibly, either in the morning or afternoon, while still considering students' physical and psychological readiness and environmental factors so that test results accurately reflect their fitness levels

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengembangan media pembelajaran bulu tangkis berbasis Android menggunakan aplikasi iSpring Suite. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada kebutuhan akan media pembelajaran interaktif yang meningkatkan keterampilan praktis sekaligus memperkuat dimensi kognitif dalam pendidikan jasmani. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah Penelitian dan Pengembangan (R&D) dengan memanfaatkan paradigma ADDIE, yang mencakup fase analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Produk akhir adalah media berbasis Android yang terdiri dari materi bulu tangkis yang disajikan dalam bentuk teks, grafik, audio, animasi, dan video demonstrasi. Hasil validasi menunjukkan derajat kelayakan yang tinggi, dengan evaluasi dari ahli materi sebesar 99%, ahli media sebesar 93%, dan ahli pembelajaran sebesar 99%. Uji coba yang dilakukan pada kelompok yang terbatas mencapai rata-rata 98,6%, sementara yang dilakukan pada kelompok yang lebih luas menghasilkan rata-rata 94,75%. Hasil tersebut membuktikan bahwa media pembelajaran ini valid, efektif, interaktif, serta sesuai dengan kebutuhan proses pembelajaran Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Jasmani, Media Pembelajaran, Bulutangkis

Abstract

The issue of athletes' mental health is currently a serious concern for various groups. This study aims to analyze psychological factors on athletes' performance and well-being through a literature review. The method used was a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by examining articles from Google Scholar, Scopus, and ResearchGate. Selection was based on inclusion criteria (articles from 2015–2025, relevant to sports psychology, full-text) and exclusion criteria (proceedings, theses/dissertations, duplicates). From this process, ten main articles were obtained and analyzed using thematic synthesis. The results showed that intrinsic motivation, self-efficacy, and mental toughness contributed positively to performance improvement, while anxiety and burnout had a negative impact on concentration and achievement. Social support, mindfulness, and integrated psychological interventions were also found to maintain athletes' mental well-being. Athletes' success is influenced not only by physical aspects but also by psychological resilience and external support. Practitioners are advised to integrate mental training, while further research needs to explore technology-based interventions.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effect of a multi-sport program on the motor development of early childhood (4-6 years old). The program consists of various physical activities such as throwing, catching, running, jumping, and balancing to improve basic motor skills. A total of 18 boys aged 4 to 6 years old participated in the study. The research design used was a One Group Pre-Post Design, with motor skills measured through pre-tests and post-tests. The data were analyzed using SPSS, with the Shapiro-Wilk normality test to ensure data distribution, as well as the Wilcoxon test and paired-sample t-test to test for significant differences between the pre-test and post-test. The results showed a significant improvement in the children's motor skills, with significant differences in all motor variables tested. These findings indicate that multi-sport programs can effectively improve the motor skills of young children, contributing to their physical and cognitive development.     Keyword: Motor Skills, Early Childhood; MOBAK-KG; Multisport Program

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of interest and motivation of U16 female footballers in the Kencana Muda FC Team in Kenconorejo Village, Batang Regency, Central Java. The method used is descriptive quantitative with a population of all U16 players totaling 23 people and sampled through a saturated sampling technique. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale consisting of 24 statements related to interest and motivation, and observations as supporting data. The results showed that the level of player interest was in the very high category with a percentage of 93.7%, especially in the indicators of interest and desire to be involved (97.4%). Player motivation was also in the very high category with a percentage of 93.3%, with the highest scores in the indicators of enjoyment (97.0%) and challenge/self-development (96.1%). These findings indicate that intrinsic motivation is more dominant than extrinsic motivation. Overall, very high interest and motivation are important assets in the development of early-age female football, and can be the basis for formulating more effective and sustainable development strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the types of injuries, treatments, and recovery outcomes of Bank Jatim women’s volleyball athletes during the 2025 Livoli Championship using a qualitative descriptive approach. Fourteen athletes were examined through total sampling, with primary data collected from structured interviews and direct observations, and secondary data from documentation and team records. Results revealed that almost all athletes experienced injuries at various locations, with the knee being most vulnerable (10 athletes), followed by the shoulder (6), wrist and ankle (3 each), as well as back, waist, and heel injuries. Internal factors included lack of warm-up, incorrect technique, and low muscle flexibility, while external factors related to court conditions. Treatments involved RICE, sport massage, physiotherapy, injections, surgery, kinesiotaping, and painkillers, with RICE considered the most effective. Recovery outcomes varied by injury type, but medical and physiotherapy support, along with athlete motivation, ensured optimal recovery and readiness to compete.

Abstract

This study addresses the declining trend in competitive swimming achievements in Palembang City, despite the sport’s potential to produce elite athletes. The research aims to evaluate the management of athlete development using the POAC framework (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling) to identify strengths, weaknesses, and improvement strategies. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, involving observations, semi-structured interviews, and document analysis with 20 participants, including administrators, coaches, and athletes. The findings reveal that planning is carried out through structured short-term, medium-term, and long-term programs aligned with competition calendars; organizing involves clear role distribution and active coordination among stakeholders; actuating is implemented via systematic training schedules, adequate facilities, and motivational support; and controlling is conducted through regular evaluations of performance and discipline. Scientific evidence indicates that while the organizational structure and program planning are strong, challenges remain in funding, sponsorship, and coach capacity. It is concluded that sustainable competitive success requires increased resource allocation, facility upgrades, and the integration of sports science into training programs

Abstract

The lack of varied and targeted training methods has led to suboptimal forehand stroke performance among table tennis extracurricular students at SMA Islam Az-Zahrah Palembang. This study aimed to design and develop an effective forehand drill training model to address this issue. Using a Research and Development (R&D) approach with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation), the product was validated by a table tennis expert, a coaching science expert, and a certified coach. Validation results indicated a high level of validity (average score = 0.94). Small-scale trials with 10 students achieved an average score of 87.4%, while large-scale trials with 30 students scored 95.16%, both categorized as “very good.” The findings demonstrate that the developed model is valid, practical, and effective in improving the accuracy, consistency, and coordination of forehand strokes in table tennis. It can serve as a reference for coaches and physical education teachers in designing structured and engaging training sessions.
