Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain how the life, types of crime and background of a woman committing a crime; public view; forms of discriminatory behavior in society; as well as the factors that influence the community's discriminatory behavior towards the status of female ex-prisoners. This study uses a qualitative approach and descriptive methods, the location of this research is in the class IIA penitentiary, Tangerang city. Data collection techniques using interviews, documentation and observation. The research subjects were prison heads and managers, assisted residents, and the community. The data collection technique is done by interview, observation, documentation. The results of this study are (1) activities of female prisoners in prison, including: religion, sports, life skills training, equality programs (packages A, B, C), and the arts; (2) the type of crime and the background of a woman committing a criminal act the highest cases are narcotics, secondly child protection, corruption, theft, murder, fraud, and other cases with a small percentage such as decency, persecution, forgery, kidnapping; (3) the public's view of the status of female ex-prisoners varies depending on the cases that ensnared them. (4) Forms of discrimination committed by the community against female ex-prisoners include: negative views, stigma in the form of stereotypes, and injustice. (5) the factors that cause discrimination by the community against female ex-prisoners are caused by: past historical background, socio-cultural and situational developments, personality factors in the frustration of certain people or social groups, and differences in beliefs.

Abstract

Pedagogic competencies include the ability to understand training participants, design and implement learning, evaluate learning outcomes, and develop training participants to actualize their various potentials. This study aims to describe the pedagogic competence of training program instructors in LKP Serang Banten City. This study used a qualitative approach and descriptive methods. The location of this research was LKP Anita and Ghea Serang City. Data collection techniques using interviews, documentation and observation. The research subjects were LKP managers and instructors. The results showed that pedagogic competence has an important role in managing learning and making the class conducive to learning strategies and methods that have been prepared in the lesson plan by taking into account the characteristics of the training participants.

Abstract

One alternative teaching material that can be used in systematic learning activities is textbooks. This article describes the identification of student needs for textbooks containing High Order Thinking Skill (HOTS) questions. Respondents in this study were students of the educational study program outside the FKIP Sriwijaya University school. The results of the study were obtained from distributing questionnaires using google form and discussed again with the lecturer who teaches community education management courses. The questionnaire for identifying the need for textbooks containing HOTS questions was filled in by 59 students. The data collected through a questionnaire will be analyzed descriptively. The discussion of the research object includes: (1) the principles and material aspects that need to be considered in developing textbooks; (2) the model or approach used that makes it easier for students to understand the subject matter; and (3) display and language used in textbooks. The results showed that: (1) the principles and aspects of the material that need to be considered in developing textbooks include the material that is published in accordance with the learning plan that has been agreed between the lecturer and the student, inserts supporting illustrations of the material, and includes instructions for using the book. teach; (2) textbooks containing HOTS questions are expected to use a group learning and evaluation approach with essay and multiple choice questions; and (3) the display used attracts readers and the language used can be understood by all people.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the empowerment of fishing communities in the implementation of empowerment activities in Margasari Village, East Lampung. The activity of empowering coastal fishing communities is a learning process in the context of increasing the capacity of the main players and business actors in the marine and fisheries sector to organize themselves in developing the fisheries business to increase their income and welfare while still paying attention to the preservation of environmental functions. The community plays a very important role in empowering the economy, so that it aims to improve the quality of life of the fishing community, meaning that through the participation that is given, it means truly realizing that development activities are not just an obligation that must be carried out by the government but also demand community involvement which will improve the quality of life. This research is a field research. The research method used in this research is a qualitative approach with sampling techniques through purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used interviews as the main method, observation and documentation as a complementary method. Analysis of data using qualitative analysis with data conclusions using inductive methods. The results show that it was found that 86.4% of the community did not understand empowerment programs, and 4.5% understood empowerment programs.

Abstract

This development research aims to determine the initial conditions of student learning behavior in the social pathology course and to develop a role playing learning model in improving student learning behavior in the social pathology course at the Penmas Study Program, FKIP UNRI. This research procedure is a research and development (R & D), with qualitative data analysis techniques. The flow of the model development process is a preliminary study (literature study, field study of the Role playing learning model that occurs, description and analysis of findings) and development study (development of role playing learning models, and worksheets), validation of development experts and hypothetical models of the results. validation). Data collection techniques using observation with observation sheets. The data validity technique was performed by triangulation, discussion with experts, and extension of observations. The data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative data analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the initial conditions of student learning behavior showed that students did not have good learning behavior in the learning process and the results of validation of the role playing learning model showed that the model was feasible to be tested in a limited and wider manner in the learning process. The final model in this research and development is the formulation of a hypothetical role playing model from the validation results.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji Penyelenggaraan Pembelajaran Program Kesetaraan Paket C di SKB Bulukumba. Fokus masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana Penyelenggaraan Program Kesetaraan Paket C Terkhusus pada Proses Pembelajaran Paket C Di SKB Bulukumba. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Penyelenggaraan Program Kesetaraan Paket C terkhusus pada proses pembelajaran Paket C Di SKB Bulukumba. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini meliputi 4 orang tutor di SKB Bulukumba. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Lokasi penelitian ini bertempat di SKB Bulukumba . Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Hasil penelitian yaitu Keterlibatan pendidik/tutor, di SKB Bulukumba sebelum memulai pembelajaran tutor melakukan persiapan dengan baik seperti Silabus dan RPP, menyiapkan bahan ajar, menggunakan metode dan pendekatan yang memudahkan warga belajar dalam memahami materi yang disampaikan. Keterlibatan warga belajar, Pelaksanaan pembelajaran warga belajar menyiapkan alat tulis yang digunakan untuk mencatat materi yang disampaikan oleh tutor. Dalam penyelenggaraan program kesetaraan di SKB Bulukumba terlihat antusias warga belajar dalam mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran. Kurikulum, di SKB Bulukumba dalam pelaksanaan program kesetaraan paket C terdapat mata pelajaran, jadwal dan ruangan belajar. Mata pelajaran yang diajarkan kepada warga belajar seperti Bahasa Indonesia, Matematika, Bahasa Inggris, Ekonomi, Sosiologi, Geografi, dan PKN. Jadwal ditentukan oleh warga belajar dan tutor sedangkan ruangan belajar disiapkan oleh pengelola SKB.

Abstract

Community behavior becomes one thing that affects the imbalance of life because of the emergence of several behaviors that are considered deviant. So that thebarometer of people's behavior cannot be separated from the norms and values inthat society. Nowadays, the correctional facility is still seen as a place / place thatis solely for giving punishment to people who are considered to have committedacts of social deviation. However, the goal of correctional facilities is a correctionalsystem held in order to form prisoners to become fully human, aware of mistakes,improve themselves and not repeat criminal acts so that they can be accepted againin the community. So that this research, which is conducted through participatoryaction research, is focused on increasing the empowerment of assisted residents inprisons which are developed based on the concept of empowerment. Activitiesassociated with current needs are more directed at the creative industry. Thedecoupage training activity carried out as a form of action goes according to plan.And it can provide benefits in increasing knowledge and skills as well asmotivation in entrepreneurship of the assisted residents so that they can becomeprovisions for the inmates after completing a period of detention.

Abstract

Keterlibatan orang tua dalam pendidikan anak pada Kelompok BermainMona Kelurahan Kenten bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimanabentuk keterlibatan orang tua dalam pendidikan anaknya. Penelitian inimenggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian iniadalah orang tua di Kelompok Bermain Mona yang memiliki anak usiatiga hingga enam tahun, berjumlah lima keluarga. Teknik analisis datayang digunakan dari teori Sugiyono yaitu reduksi data, display data, danverifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orang tua sudahterlibat dalam pendidikan anak tetapi dari empat bentuk keterlibatanorang tua, tiga diantaranya menunjukkan bahwa orang tua sudahsungguh-sungguh terlibat dengan memberikan perlindungan, dukungandan pengawasan bagi anak baik di rumah maupun di sekolah. Sedangkan pada satu bentuk keterlibatan yaitu kerja sama antara orangtua dan sekolah menunjukkan adanya keterlibatan tetapi masihkurangnya antusias orang tua dalam kegiatan sukarelawan danpenerapan pembiasaan membaca doa sebelum dan sesudah belajar.Sehingga bagi orang tua, perlu adanya peningkatan kesadaran dankepedulian dalam memperlancar proses belajar mengajar anak danbekerja sama dengan kelompok bermain melalui kegiatan sepertirelawan dan program parenting.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dan pengaruh modernisasi telah menggeser keberadaan permainan tradisional, sehingga menyebabkan permainan tradisional tidak dianggap menarik untuk dimainkan meskipun permainan tradisional secara umum memiliki pengaruh yang lebih baik bagi anak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi nilai-nilai karakter dalam permainan tradisional cak bur sebagai upaya melestarikan warisan budaya lokal, sehingga anak-anak memiliki karakter cinta budaya lokal. Penelitian ini menggunakan kajian literatur publikasi hasil-hasil penelitian berbasis internet. Hasil identifikasi ditampilkan dalam bentuk tabel dan dianalisis untuk mendapatkan nilai-nilai karakter yang dominan dalam permainan tradisonal cak bur. Hasil identifikasi menunjukkan bahwa permainan tradisional cak bur memiliki nilai karakter yang sangat penting untuk perkembangan sosial, psikologis dan jasmani generasi muda. Aspek karakter individu dan karakter sosial lebih dominan dan menonjol pada permainan tradisional cak bur. Aspek lainnya adalah karakter kebangsaan dan karakter keagamaan.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the planning, implementation, evaluation and collaboration of the implementation of local content in the learning of package C programs at PKBMMitra Harapan Semarang. This study uses a qualitative approach with qualitativedescriptive methods. The subjects in this study were managers, tutors, and students. Datacollection techniques are done through interviews, observation, and documentation. Thedata validity technique uses source and method triangulation. Data analysis techniquesare done through data reduction, data presentation, and verification or drawingconclusions. The results showed that the curriculum used was the 2013 curriculum.Learning materials were designed by RPP dan Silabus. Learning resources used modulesand teaching materials in accordance with the curriculum. Recruitment of students isdone by easing the registration requirements. Tutor recruitment is selected according toexpertise and standards. The facilities and infrastructure to support learning aresufficient. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the implementation oflocal content in the learning of package C programs at PKBM Mitra Harapan Semaranghas been well designed and implemented. Suggestions in this research are expected to addfacilities and infrastructure as well as learning media to create an interesting and notboring learning atmosphere.
