Abstract

This research is an experimental study which is aim to find wether there is or not the effect of TTW learning model on the fift grade students' description text writing skill of SD Inpres Banga Banga, Barru Regency.  The independent variable in this study is the TTW cooperative learning model, while the dependent variable is Indonesian language learning about skills of writing descriptive text.  The population in this study were 112 students of SD Inpres Banga Banga, Barru Regency, while the sample was students of twenty fifth grade students.  The data from this study are the results from the pretest and posttest.  The data analysis technique is descriptive and inferential data analysis.  The significance obtained is a value smaller than 0.05, namely 0.000 <0.05.  Sig.  (2-tailed) <0.05 or 0.000 <0.05 means that there is a difference from pretest (before treatment) and posttest results (after treatment) so that the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted.  It can be concluded that the application of the TTW learning model affects the writing skills of the fifth-grade students of Inpres Banga Banga Elementary School, Barru Regency.

Abstract

The problem in this research is the low learning outcomes of fourth grade students. The problem in this study is how the Preview, Question, Read, Reflect, Recite And Review (PQ4R) learning model improves the learning process for reading comprehension skills in fourth grade students of UPT SD Negeri 22 Pinrang and whether the application of the Preview, Question, Read, Reflect, Recite And Review (PQ4R) can improve the learning outcomes of fourth grade students of UPT SD Negeri 22 Pinrang. This study aims to examine the process and learning outcomes using the Preview, Question, Read, Reflect, Recite And Review (PQ4R) learning model. The approach used is an approach approach and the type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The implementation of this research action was carried out in 2 cycles, starting with pre-action activities then in each cycle consisting of 4 stages which included planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. This research instrument uses observation sheets and final evaluation tests in each cycle. The subjects in this study were teachers and fourth grade students of UPT SD Negeri 22 Pinrang in the 2021/2022 academic year which collected 15 students consisting of 9 boys and 6 students. woman. Data analysis techniques are data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. In the first cycle the research results on the learning process were in sufficient qualification (C) and the learning test results in sufficient qualification (C) while in the second cycle the research results on the learning process were in good qualification (B) and the test learning results were in good qualification (B). The conclusion of this study is that the application of the Preview, Question, Read, Reflect, Recite And Review (PQ4R) learning model can improve the process and student learning outcomes in reading comprehension skills in grade IV UPT SD Negeri 22 Pinrang.

Abstract

Disruptive innovation is a challenge for universities in preparing graduates who have superior human resources. PGSD students need to understand themselves and know the pattern of self-mastery or self-efficacy in order to optimize the development of their potential in achieving lecture targets. Achieving the target of online lectures in the new normal era requires the role of students as learners. The importance of this study aims to reveal the dimensions of self-efficacy of PGSD students who play a role in online lectures in the new normal era. This research was carried out with a qualitative descriptive method. The results reveal the dimensions of self-efficacy of PGSD students, consisting of: efficacy to influence decision making, instructional self-efficacy, disciplinary self-efficacy, efficacy to enlist lecturer involvement, efficacy to enlist community involvement and efficacy to create a positive learning. It can be concluded that there are 6 dimensions of self-efficacy of PGSD students with very good and good categories that play a role in the achievement of online lectures in the new normal era.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is for the development of authentic assessments of differentiated learning settings in distance learning to realize legitimate, reliable, objectiv and practical learning freedom. The Development Model of the assessment tool used in this study refers to the 4-D model consisting of defining, designing, developing, and deploying as discovered by Thiagarajan. The subjects in this study included 40 students of class VII of PGRI Mawah Junior High School. The trial was conducted using a pre-experimental design type one-shot case study. Data analysis techniques use qualitative descriptive. Instrument validation by experts and education practitioners using check list sheets with a likert scale of 1 (very lacking) – 4 (excellent). The test before the trial uses the validity formula of Gregory's contents, while the validity test after the trial (empirical validity) uses SPSS software with bivariate pearson analysis. Test the reliability, objectivity and practicality of the instrument using SPSS. Authentic assessment of differentiated learning settings in distance learning to realize independent learning both use guidelines and authentic assessment tools and instruments meet valid, reliable, objective and practical criteria for use because they have gone through revisions and trials.

Abstract

 This research aimed to determine the feasibility of E-Module based on Chemo-Edutainment on chemical equilibrium material to improve students' scientific literacy. The method used is 4D (define, design, develope, and disseminate), but the disseminate stage is not carried out. Based on the validity test, it was found that the E-Module had valid and very valid criteria, covering aspects of presentation obtained 90.67%, linguistic aspects 86.67%, graphic aspects 80.00%, and content aspects 88.14%. Based on the student response questionnaires, result of presentation ≥ 80,1% stated that it was easy to use the E-Module, so it had very practical criteria. The N-gain calculation uses the Pre-Test and Post-Test values which are used to determine the increase in students' scientific literacy with an average N-gain result of 86.30% of students being in high criteria. The results of the Wilcoxon obtained the Asymp value. Sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 (H0 is rejected). Thus, the E-Module based on Chemo-Edutainment on chemical equilibrium material is appropriate to be used to improve students' scientific literacy.

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether there is an effect of using Quizizz learning media on the learning motivation of fifth grade students at SDN 3 Lemba, Soppeng Regency. This study uses a quantitative research approach with the type of experimental research using a True Experimental Design research design. The results showed that there were differences in students' learning motivation between the experimental class and the control class. Then continued with the N-Gain test, the N-Gain Score for the experimental class was 0.4 in the medium category and the N- Gain Score for the control class was 0,2 is in the low category. It can be concluded that the use of quizizz learning media has a significant effect on the learning motivation of fifth grade students at SDN 3 Lemba, Soppeng Regency

Abstract

This research is focused on examining more deeply about the Teacher's Code of Ethics. This study uses a descriptive approach and uses data collection techniques in the form of observation and literature study, namely library research where the sources are obtained through books and journal articles related to the subject of research material. The results and conclusions of this study include: a) The teacher's code of ethics is the values or norms as a unit that aims to regulate and direct how a teacher expresses himself both in attitude and behavior by reinforcing his position and role as well as protecting his profession. b) The teacher's code of ethics can only be established by the highest organization that oversees the teaching profession and applies to bind its members. c) Determination of the code of ethics for teachers may not be done individually or individually. This means that in determining the teacher's code of ethics, it can only be determined if it has been discussed and decided in a joint meeting.

Abstract

This article attempts to harmonize the results of Sternberg’s research with the four pillars of education that Unesco proclaimed as an educational concept that can optimize students abilities in carrying out their roles in the community. This article offers three formulations: (1) is learning the main goal for all students? (2) what is the concept of the four pillars of education launched by Unesco? (3) why do students learning objectives in the era of independent learning need to be improved?. This article is a qualitative research type of literature (library research) with data collection techniques, namely the indentification of discourse from sources, in the form of articles, journals and books that are relevant to the main source of this research, namely the the results of the book review Innovation in Edu Psychology by Sternberg on the results of the Student goals research that done by Siegler et al. the results of the study indicate an understanding of the concept of Unesco’s education pillars which can be used as a basis for education actors to improve learning objectives.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the effect of the SAS Method on the ability to read Beginning of second grade students of SD Negeri 221 Pattiro Bajo, Sibulue District, Bone Regency. This type of research is an experimental one group pre-test-posttest design. Of the 19 populations taken as a whole as a sample. Data collection techniques used are tests, journals and observations. The data analysis technique used parametric tests which included descriptive statistical analysis, inferential. The early reading ability of second grade students at SD Negeri 221 Pattiro Bajo, Sibulue District, Bone Regency was still dominantly low (not fluent). This is evidenced by the results of the initial reading ability test before the experiment where only 6 out of 19 students 32 percent of students were declared quite fluent and complete with a score of 75. There was an increase in the initial reading ability of second grade students at SD Negeri 221 Pattiro Bajo, Bone Regency after the application of the SAS method in learning. This is evidenced by the results of the students' initial reading ability test after the treatment where the level of completeness increased to 89 percent from the previous only 32 percent. The SAS (Structural Analysis Synthetic) method has a significant effect on the early reading ability of second grade students at SD Negeri 221 Pattiro Bajo, Sibulue District, Bone Regency.

Abstract

The Independent Learning Campus Independent Program (MBKM) at Darussalam University Ambon is currently only run by two faculties, namely the Faculty of Engineering and the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education. This is due to the low level of knowledge and the lack of availability of policies, as well as facilities and infrastructure to support MBKM. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of knowledge, readiness and effectiveness of the implementation of MBKM at Darussalam University Ambon by using a mix method consisting of survey methods and Focuss Group Discussions. The results of the survey research indicate that the level of knowledge of lecturers, education staff, students, and heads of study programs is in the good category, while the level of readiness and effectiveness is low. The survey results were further discussed in a focus group discussion by presenting external and internal speakers and attended by students, lecturers, education staff and leadership elements from study programs, faculties, and universities. The results of the FGD were in the form of recommendations containing: Adjustment of the STATUTA of Darussalam University Ambon, Adjustment of the Academic Regulations of Darussalam University of Ambon, Preparation of Quality Standards Related to MBKM, Preparation of guidelines for the MBKM Program of Darussalam Ambon University, and Provision of instruments for implementing and evaluating the MBKM program for each MBKM activity
