Abstract

Kinerja pegawai pada instansi pemerintah menjadi faktor penting dalam mendukung efektivitas pelayanan publik, khususnya di Kantor Sekretariat DPRD Sukoharjo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja, motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, baik secara persial maupun simultan, serta mengidentifikasi variable yang paling dominan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatf deskriptif dengan populasi seluruh pegawai Kantor Sekretariat DPRD Sukoharjo sebanyak 40 pegawai menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh negative dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara simultan, ketiga variable berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kesimpulannya, peningkatan kinerja pegawai dapat dicapai melalui pengelolaan beban kerja dan penguatan motivasi kerja secara optimal.

Abstract

The learning of novel review writing in class XI of SMA Ahmad Yani 2 Baureno was considered less effective because it still relied on the lecture method. Therefore, the researcher used the Wattpad application as an alternative learning medium. The purpose of this study is to find out how the planning, implementation, and student learning outcomes occur in novel review writing learning assisted by the Wattpad media. This type of research is qualitative. The research sample consisted of class XI students of SMA Ahmad Yani 2 Baureno, totaling 26 students. The sampling technique used in this study was total sampling, in which all 26 students of class XI were taken as the sample because the number was relatively small and allowed for a comprehensive investigation.The data collection techniques used were documentation, observation, and tests. Based on the research findings, it was revealed that: (1) the planning stage involved the preparation of a teaching module with complete components based on student needs; (2) the implementation of the learning process went well, as shown by teacher activity categorized as very good with a percentage of 92.30% and student activity also categorized as very good with a percentage of 93.7%; and (3) the learning outcomes showed that 25 students achieved mastery while 1 student did not. The student learning mastery rate was categorized as very good with a percentage of 90.19%, indicating that the application of Wattpad was effective for class XI of SMA Ahmad Yani 2 Baureno.This research strongly recommends that Indonesian language teachers utilize Wattpad as an alternative medium for teaching novel review writing to enhance students’ interest, creativity, and digital literacy.Pembelajaran menulis resensi novel di kelas XI SMA Ahmad Yani 2 Baureno kurang efektif karena pembelajaran masih menggunakan metode ceramah, sehingga peneliti menggunakan aplikasi Wattpad sebagai media alternatif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana perencanaan, penerapan, dan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran menulis resensi novel berbantuan media Wattpad. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Sampel penelitian ini kelas XI SMA Ahmad Yani 2 Baureno yang berjumlah 26 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan total sampling, yaitu seluruh siswa kelas XI SMA Ahmad Yani 2 Baureno yang berjumlah 26 orang dijadikan sebagai sampel, karena jumlahnya relatif kecil dan memungkinkan untuk diteliti secara menyeluruh. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik dokumentasi, observasi, dan tes. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa (1) perencanaan berupa modul ajar disusun dengan komponen lengkap berdasarkan kebutuhan siswa, (2) penerapan pembelajaran berjalan dengan baik yang dibuktikan aktivitas guru berkategori sangat baik dengan presentase 92.30% aktivitas siswa berkategori sangat baik dengan presentase sebesar 93,7%, (3) hasil belajar siswa terdapat 25 siswa yang tuntas belajar dan 1 siswa yang tidak tuntas belajar. Ketuntasan belajar siswa berkategori sangat baik dengan presentase sebesar 90,19% atau efektif untuk diterapkan dikelas XI SMA Ahmad Yani 2 Baureno. Penelitian ini sangat direkomendasikan agar guru Bahasa Indonesia memanfaatkan media Wattpad sebagai alternatif pembelajaran menulis resensi novel untuk meningkatkan minat, kreativitas, dan literasi digital siswa.

Abstract

The background of this research is the desire to address complex problems in mathematics learning within the Merdeka Curriculum, especially those stemming from teachers lack of understanding of students initial characteristics, which impacts student learning outcomes.This study aims to determine the effect of the differentiated learning approach on the mathematics learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at gugus state primary school XIX Bengkulu City. This research employs a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method. The research design used is the matching only pretest-posttest control group. The sampling technique applied in this study is cluster random sampling, consisting of two groups: the experimental group, which implements the differentiated learning approach, and the control group, which follows the scientific approach. The data from this study were analyzed using statistical tests. The average posttest scores of the experimental and control groups were 79,10 and 69,23, respectively. The statistical test results indicate that the sig. (2-tailed) value for the posttest is 0,000 (0,000 < 0,05), and the t-value is 4,269, which is greater than the t-table value of 1,680. This indicates a significant difference in the posttest mean scores between the experimental and control groups Which is caused by the different treatments applied to each group. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the differentiated learning approach has a significant effect on the mathematics learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at gugus state primary school XIX Bengkulu City. Therefore, this approach can be an effective strategy to enhance students conceptual understanding of mathematics and improve the quality of learning in elementary schools. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh keinginan untuk mengatasi permasalahan kompleks dalam pembelajaran matematika dalam Kurikulum Merdeka, terutama yang bersumber dari kurangnya pemahaman guru terhadap karakteristik awal siswa, yang berdampak pada hasil belajar siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendekatan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas IV SDN Gugus XIX Kota Bengkulu. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen kuasi. Desain  yang digunakan adalah the matching only pretest-posttest control group. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu cluster random sampling  dengan sampel terdiri dari dua kelompok, yaitu kelompok eksperimen yang menerapkan pendekatan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dan kelompok kontrol dengan pendekatan saintifik. Data dari penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik. Nilai rata-rata posttest kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol adalah sebesar 79,10 dan 69,23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai sig. (2-tailed) pada posttest adalah 0,000 (0,000 < 0,05), serta nilai thitung sebesar 4,269 lebih besar dari ttabel 1,680 yang artinya terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan nilai rata-rata posttest antara kelompok eksperimen dan  kontrol yang disebabkan adanya perlakuan yang berbeda pada setiap kelompok. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pendekatan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas IV SDN Gugus XIX Kota Bengkulu. Oleh karena itu, pendekatan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep matematika dan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Pendidikan mempunyai peran yang paling penting dalam pembangunan karena pendidikan berorientasi dalam meningkatkan sumber daya manusia. Guru adalah bagian yang paling penting bagi pendidikan, namun tidak banyak guru yang mengetahui bagaimana kinerja guru profesional. Terutama dijenjang sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi sikap profesionalisme yang dimiliki oleh guru untuk meningkatkan efektivitas kinerja yang dimiliki pada guru sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan pada peneliti adalah metode studi pustaka. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah dengan cara mengumpulkan literatur dari penelitian terdahulu atau sebelumnya yang relevan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu  analisis isi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan : (1) fakta pengaruh sikap profesionalisme yang dimiliki guru melalui kedisiplinan, (2) upaya peningkatan kedisiplinan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas kinerja guru sekolah dasar. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu faktor eksternal dan internal dapat mempengaruhi sikap profesionalisme yang dimiliki oleh guru. Salah satunya faktor kedisiplinan memiliki pengaruh sangat besar dalam kinerja yang dimiliki oleh seorang guru sekolah dasar.

Abstract

This mixed-methods (quantitative and qualitative) study aims to gain in-depth insight into the learning difficulties faced by fourth-grade students in mathematical sentences and calculations at SD Negeri 3 Kutasari. The subjects were 20 fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 3 Kutasari. Data collection techniques included essay tests, observations, and interviews. Data analysis employed descriptive statistical analysis and qualitative data description. Data were obtained through interviews with five low-skilled students to describe the students' difficulties faced in mathematical sentences and calculations. The study found that students made 23.47% errors in reading and understanding questions, 20.40% errors in transformation, 21.43% errors in calculation, 12.24% errors in process skills, and 22.44% errors in conclusions. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that students experience learning difficulties in mathematical sentences and calculations. The results of this study can be used as information for teachers in addressing mathematics learning difficulties in the core material of mathematical sentences and calculations. They can also be used as a basis for research on mathematics learning difficulties in different mathematical materials.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian mixed methods (kuantitatif dan kualitatif) yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara mendalam mengenai kesulitan belajar peserta didik pada materi pokok kalimat matematika dan perhitungan di kelas IV SD Negeri 3 Kutasari. Subyek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas IV SD Negeri 3 Kutasari yang berjumlah 20 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa soal tes uraian, observasi dan wawancara peserta didik. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif dan deskripsi data kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui  wawancara kepada 5 orang peseta didik dengan kategori rendah untuk mendekripsikan kesulitan peserta didik pada materi pokok kalimat matematika dan perhitungan. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan kesalahan peserta didik dalam membaca dan mamahami soal (23,47%), kesalahan transformasi (20,40%), kesalahan perhitungan (21,43%), kesalahan keterampilan proses (12,24%) serta kesalahan kesimpulan (22,44%). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat kesulitan belajar peserta didik pada materi pokok kalimat matematika dan perhitungan. Hasil peneltian ini dapat digunakan sebagai bahan informasi bagi guru dalam menangani kesulitan belajar matematika materi pokok kalimat matematika dan perhitungan, juga dapat digunakan sebagai dasar penelitian kesulitan belajar matematika pada materi matematika yang berbeda.

Abstract

This study investigates the perceptions of elementary school teachers and students toward the use of Wordwall Budaya a culturally contextualized digital media—in writing instruction, particularly in the development of short stories. The study aims to uncover how Wordwall Budaya influences students' literacy engagement and cultural awareness within the Indonesian elementary education context. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, involving in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis. Data were collected from three teachers and five sixth-grade students at SD Negeri 3 Tukulrejo. Thematic analysis was used to code and interpret the data, and findings were validated through triangulation and member checking to ensure credibility. Teachers perceived Wordwall Budaya as a digital tool that fosters student motivation and integrates cultural values into literacy instruction. Students expressed enjoyment and enthusiasm while using the tool, and they demonstrated increased ability in generating story ideas, structuring narratives, and applying cultural vocabulary. Both groups showed a willingness to continue using or adapting the media in future lessons. While existing studies often focus on the use of digital tools in general literacy development, few examine how culturally grounded digital media support narrative writing and cultural identity among elementary students. This study bridges that gap by demonstrating how Wordwall Budaya promotes meaningful literacy practices while reinforcing local cultural knowledge in primary education.

Abstract

This quantitative study investigated the effect of STEAM-PBL-based learning videos on the mathematical problem-solving abilities of fifth-grade students in Cluster XIV of Bengkulu City. Using the Matching Only Pretest-Posttest Control Group design, this study involved fifth-grade students from SDN 42 and 45 of Bengkulu City who were selected through Cluster Random Sampling. The instrument in the form of an essay test (pretest and posttest) was used to measure problem-solving abilities. Data analysis included descriptive, prerequisite tests, and hypothesis tests (t-tests). The results showed that the average mathematics score of the experimental class (72.36) was significantly higher than the control class (30.94), with an average difference of 41.42 and a Sig.(2-tailed) value = 0.000 <0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of STEM-PBL-based learning videos has a significant effect on students' mathematical problem-solving abilities.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak dari penggunaan video pembelajaran berbasis STEM-PBL terhadap kemampuan siswa kelas V dalam memecahkan masalah matematika di Gugus XIV Kota Bengkulu. Menggunakan desain penelitian The Matching Only Pretest-Posttest Control Group, siswa dari kelas V A SDN 42 dan 45 Kota Bengkulu dijadikan subjek penelitian melalui metode Cluster Random Sampling. Kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa diukur dengan instrumen tes esai yang terdiri dari pretest dan posttest. Untuk menganalisis data, penelitian ini melibatkan sejumlah tahapan, termasuk analisis deskriptif, uji prasyarat, serta uji hipotesis menggunakan uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata kemampuan matematika siswa di kelas eksperimen (72,36) jauh lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol (30,94), dengan selisih rata-rata sebesar 41,42 dan nilai Signifikansi (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 yang berarti lebih kecil daripada 0,05. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan video pembelajaran yang berbasis STEM-PBL memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa.

Abstract

Collaboration is a crucial 21st-century skill that should be nurtured from an early age. Traditional instructional methods often lack opportunities to develop students’ collaborative competencies effectively. Therefore, innovative and engaging strategies are needed to foster positive social interaction and support character education in elementary schools. This literature review explores the potential of the "Ranjau Sepatu" game as a pedagogical strategy to enhance students’ collaborative skills. As an active and cooperative learning activity, the game offers a contextual and enjoyable experience that promotes trust, communication, and joint problem-solving. The review synthesizes findings from several national journal articles discussing theoretical foundations and practical applications of similar educational games. The results indicate that the "Ranjau Sepatu" game can be an effective approach to instilling values of collaboration in elementary education.Kerja sama adalah keterampilan abad ke-21 yang penting ditanamkan sejak dini. Pembelajaran konvensional kurang mendukung pengembangan kolaborasi siswa. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan strategi pembelajaran inovatif dan menyenangkan yang mendorong interaksi sosial positif dan memperkuat pendidikan karakter di sekolah dasar. Tinjauan pustaka ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran permainan Ranjau Sepatu sebagai strategi pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kerjasama siswa sekolah dasar. Kemampuan bekerjasama merupakan kompetensi sosial yang penting dikembangkan sejak dini. Permainan Ranjau Sepatu sebagai bentuk pembelajaran aktif dan kolaboratif memberikan pengalaman kontekstual yang menyenangkan serta mendorong kepercayaan, komunikasi, dan penyelesaian masalah secara bersama. Kajian ini mengulas beberapa artikel jurnal nasional yang menjelaskan landasan teori dan praktik penggunaan permainan edukatif serupa. Kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa permainan Ranjau Sepatu dapat menjadi strategi yang efektif dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai kerjasama dalam pendidikan dasar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya pemahaman siswa terkait konsep pembagian. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Menghasilkan desain awal pengembangan bahan ajar, 2) Mengetahui penilaian ahli mengenai bahan ajar, 3) Menghasilkan produk akhir bahan ajar, dan 4) Mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa setelah uji coba bahan ajar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah D&D dengan model ADDIE. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, angket, dan tes dengan teknik analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas III SD. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu bahan ajar “Misi Pian” berbasis PMRI berada pada kategori sangat layak dengan rata-rata skor dari validator pertama yaitu 94,05% dan validator kedua 94,75% serta memperoleh n-gain sebesar 0,64 yang termasuk kategori cukup efektif. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pengembangan bahan “Misi Pian” berbasis PMRI berada pada kategori sangat layak digunakan sebagai upaya meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa pada materi pembagian bilangan cacah.

Abstract

In this digital era, technological developments are rapidly advancing and undoubtedly influencing various aspects of life. One such area is education. Driven by these rapid technological advancements, the education sector is required to adapt to technological progress in order to create a more effective and interactive learning process that engages students and meets the needs of the times. This study aims to conduct a literature review analysis on the use of augmented reality (AR) media. The method used in this study is a Systematic Literature Review of 20 articles, namely 10 national articles and 10 international articles from 2020 to 2025. The articles were selected according to the criteria to be analysed. The results show that augmented reality (AR)-based learning media has consistently proven to be feasible, practical, and effective in various subjects. Augmented reality (AR) can increase motivation, conceptual understanding, critical thinking skills, numeracy literacy, interest in reading, and even student learning outcomes.
