Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of various STAD type coopera-tive learning models in an effort to improve student learning outcomes. This research was conducted using a systematic literature review method. Data sources that later became the sub ject of this study consisted of 10 selected articles based on a review of keywords and the year of publication of rele-vant scientific articles and books, the keywords used were 'STAD', 'learning outcome', 'students achievement'. The article database comes from Google Scholar, Scopus.com, and Doaj.com. The data analysis technique in this re-search uses descriptive analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the application of the STAD type cooperative learning model can be ap-plied to various levels of education, besides that its application can also be adapted to various subjects which have proven to be quite effective in con-tributing to improving student learning outcomes. It was identified through 10 studies reviewed that students tend to be more active and able to collabo-rate in completing their assignments when teachers apply this learning model. So that this learning model can certainly be adopted by other subject teach-ers.

Abstract

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is growing rapidly now-adays. This enables the adoption of technology in every sector of human life including work routines. However, training on the use of the Word Pro-cessing Machine (Microsoft Word) computer program received less attention so that knowledge and skills in operating the Word Processing Machine (Mi-crosoft Word) became lacking. Therefore, this study aims to provide basic competence in using a computer program, namely a Word Processing ma-chine (Microsof Word) to Kepohk idul village officials for publishing infor-mation and village administration services. Such training reduces the digital gap, enriches the potential of village officials, and promotes more use of public services. Fairness in developing communities. Kepohkidul Village is a village located in Kedungadem Subdistrict, Bojonegoro Regency, East Java Province. Currently Kepohkidul Village in terms of publishing information and administrative services has not been maximized. Efforts to improve the capabilities of Kepohk idul Village Officials, village heads and village secre-taries aim to make training this is to maximize the role of Kepohkidul village officials in providing services to the community, the method of implement-ing this service is in service training and on service training. The result of this activity is that Kepohkidul village officials have been able to operate word processing machines (microsoft word), so they are able to support publica-tions village information and daily administrative services to the community.

Abstract

In the digital era, E-modules have become one of the learning media used for news writing education. News writing is a language sk ill that aims to promote public transparency. The objectives of this research are (1) to identify the utilization of E-module (Book Creator) as a learning media for news writing to support public transparency, and (2) to understand the relationship between news and public transparency. Data collection techniques involved collecting relevant research findings from previous studies published in national and international journals. A total of 25 articles were selected as the objects of study, with 21 articles from national journals and 4 articles from international journals. The data analysis technique used was comparative narrative analysis. The research findings revealed that (1) the identification of E-module (Book Creator) utilization as a learning media for news writing to promote public transparency includes the following aspects: E - modules can assist the village's social media PIC (Person in Charge) in developing critical think ing skills, facilitating self-directed learning, encouraging interaction and active participation, as well as providing accessibility and affordability in learning. (2) News serves as a means of promoting public transparency. Based on the results of this study, the development of E-modules (Book Creator) as a learning media for news writing to promote public transparency in the village is necessary.

Abstract

The development of digital technology makes administrative management sk ills have to adapt so that the bureaucracy that organizes Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) can be maximally implemented. This research is a pre-liminary study that aims to analyze the administrative problems of the PKK through a needs analysis for education and training, including: (1) how ad-ministration is managed; (2) what factors influence administrative manage-ment; and (3) what efforts are needed to resolve administrative problems. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. The research subjects involved as informants consisted of 10 PKK managers using non-test data collection techniques accompanied by instruments, namely observa-tion sheets and lists of questions. The data analysis technique used is de-scriptive analysis technique. The results of the study found that PKK admin-istrative management was still done manually with administration books, not yet implemented digitally. Factors affecting the administration are internal and external factors. While answering the portrait of PKK administrative management, efforts that can be made are digitizing the PKK administration by making digital applications and training in using the PKK administration application. The results of this study serve as a reference for developing ap- plications as learning media for education and training programs to improve administrative learning practices.

Abstract

Mathematics is a subject that is less attractive to students because it is con-sidered difficult to solve the problems, plus when learning they are often lazy which can cause many problems such as lack of understanding of con-cepts, not developing creative thinking patterns, and decreased academic achievement. Therefore, this study intends to identify the needs of Android-based digital learning media that are able to facilitate students learning math-ematics in a more fun and participatory way. The research method is quanti-tative research, with the data collection instrument, namely a questionnaire. The sample involved in this research consisted of 17 fifth grade elementary school students (5). Responses from the questionnaire were then analyzed descriptively with percentages. The results of this research indicate that stu-dents are used to using Android smartphones, they also often use them, only not for learning but for watching YouTube and playing games. Most of them also want a learning application with the material content being mathematics, so they can learn the material when at home, and in the end students have more time to study than watching Youtube when playing their smartphones, so it is necessary to develop an Android-based learning media for mathematics.

Abstract

This article discusses the design and product development of PJOK learning media in elementary schools in the form of wordwall educational game applications and to determine the effectiveness of using wordwalls in PJOK learning as measured by students' understanding of PJOK material using wordwalls. The research was conducted to support teacher competency in Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) abilities. The research approach used is a mixed method with a 4-D development model design, namely define, design, develop, and disseminate. Data obtained by means of questionnaires, documentation, and interviews. The results of the study were 1) wordwall product designs were made based on an analysis of teacher needs for learning media in elementary schools and based on curriculum analysis in the form of Basic Competency analysis and its compatibility with the characteristics of grade 2 elementary school students, 2) the resulting product from the research was wordwall educational games in 4 types of games, namely maze chase, airplane, balloon pop, and open the box, and students' ability to understand PJOK material very well through the help of wordwall games. Based on the research results, the wordwall application can be recommended for further development in other Basic Competencies accompanied by learning videos.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the trajectory of learning that is oriented towards mathematical literacy skills and to find out the results of learning that are oriented towards mathematical literacy abilities with problem-based learning in terms of AKM-type questions. This type of research is design research, descriptive model. The research subjects were 20 students in the experimental class and 7 students in the research class. The results of the study were obtained by carrying out 2 learning meetings and 1 meeting for the test. In general, the steps of the research carried out are: (1) provide real problems related to opportunity material on the topic of sample space and sample points, (2) provide problems related to opportunity material on the topic of opportunity events, (3) provide a final test in the form of real problems presented with the AKM type. The learning outcomes after undergoing a problem-based mathematics learning process are: (1) Students can mention the sample space and sample point of an event, (2) students can mention the formula for the probability of an event and the probability of not happening, (3) Students have not fulfilled the 3 basic competencies of mathematical literacy.
