Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve student learning outcomes on the material relations between components of ecosystems and food webs. This research is a classroom action research (PTK) which is conducted in three cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects of this study were the fifth grade students of SD Negeri Kaliwiru Semarang in the 2020/2021 school year, totaling 24 students. Data collection techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Research shows that the application of audio-visual learning media can improve student learning outcomes on the material on the relationship between ecosystem components and food webs in class V SD Negeri Kaliwiru in the 2020/2021 academic year as evidenced by the percentage of learning outcomes in cycle I of 37.5% , in cycle II amounted to 91.5% and cycle III 95.8%.

Abstract

Pada proses pembelajaran metode belajar memengaruhi hasil belajar siswa. Maka rendahnya hasil belajar Matematika dapat dipengaruhi karena kurangnya Metode belajar siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui adanya hubungan positif antara Metode belajar Tutor Sebaya dan hasil belajar Mateatika siswa kelas V A SDN Jatimekar 2 kecamatan Jatiasih tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara metode belajar Tutor Sebaya dan hasil belajar Matematika siswa kelas V A SDN Jatimekar 2 kecamatan Jatiasih dengan tingkat kelulusan KKM rendah yaitu sebesar 28 %.. Berdasarkan analisis dan pembahasan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif antara Metode Belajar Tutor Sebaya dan hasil belajar Matematika siswa kelas V A SDN Jatimekar 2 kecamatan Jatiasih tahun ajaran 2018/2019.

Abstract

Kelompok Bermain Ki Hajar Dewantara merupakan salah satu KB Unggul yang ada di Gandungmangu Cilacap. Selama pandemi, KB Ki Hajar Dewantara menerapkan pembelajaran daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi implementasi sistem pembelajaran daring di KB Ki Hajar Dewantara dalam upaya mengembangkan karakter anak.  Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar wawancara dan lembar observasi. Wawancara dan observasi dilakukan secara bersamaan dengan meninjau dokumen-dokumen yang ada. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pembelajaran daring dalam mengembangakan karakter anak di KB Ki Hajar Dewantara menunjukkan kategori baik. Evaluasi pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring yang dilakukan meliputi partisipasi siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran daring, aplikasi yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran daring, kualitas materi yang diberikan guru selama pembelajaran daring, dan strategi guru dalam menanamkan pendidikan karakter pada anak.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative research. This research method uses phenomenological research methodology, to explore the phenomena that occur and their novelty. This study aims to describe the feasibility of the Covid 19 alert poster as a medium in learning to write narrative for fourth grade students of SD Negeri Keseneng. In addition, this study also aims to determine student responses to the use of the Covid 19 alert poster media in learning to write narrative for fourth grade students of SD Negeri Keseneng. The subjects of this study were 20 students of grade IV SD Negeri Keseneng. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. Data collection tools in this study were observation guidelines, interview guides, and documentation. Based on the discussion conducted, the researchers concluded that the Covid 19 alert poster media was worthy of being used as a medium in learning to write narratives because it was easy to find, practical, and interesting. In addition, it is also known that students' responses to using poster media are good.

Abstract

Penelitian ini di latarbelakangi oleh rendahya hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Matematika materi bangun ruang. Hasil belajar siswa dalam materi tersebut belum mampu mencapai KKM.Tujuan dari adanya penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran make a match untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Matematika .Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru dan seluruh siswa kelas I SDN 2 pangkalan yang berjumlah 6 orang siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, Setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tindakan utama yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi.Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik tes dan teknik observasi.Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskripsi kuantitaif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran make a match dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini terbukti dengan adanya perubahan kemampuan dan meningkatnya nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh siswa setelah melakukan perbaikan pembelajaran.Nilai rata-rata pada kegiatan prasiklus 50,3, siklus I 74,58 dan pada siklus II menjadi 92,5. Dari angka ini dapat dikatakan bahwa ada peningkatan hasil belajar siswa yang cukup baik dilihat dari hasil tes  prasiklus, siklus I sampai siklus II setelah dilakukan perbaikan pembelajaran.

Abstract

Pada model pembelajaran cooperative learning tipe student team achievement divisions (STAD) mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa. Maka hasil belajar siswa dapat dipengaruhi karena model pembelajaran cooperative learning tipe STAD pelajaran pendidikan kewarganegaraan (PKN). Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui adanya hubungan model pembelajaran cooperative learning tipe STAD dengan hasil belajar siswa pada pelajaran PKN kelas V SD Negeri Nomor 077789 Sihareo Kecamatan Somambawa Kabupaten Nias Selatan Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021. Dengan penerapan model pembelajaran cooperative learning tipe STAD pada pelajaran PKN di SD Kelas V, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, serta menumbuhkan interaksi sesama siswa. Sehingga proses pembelajaran dapat berjalan dengan baik yang pada akhirnya tercapai prestasi belajar yang optimal. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran cooperative learning tipe STAD dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa terutama pada pelajaran PKN.

Abstract

Leadership is an ability or strength within a person to lead and influence others in terms of work, with the aim of achieving predetermined targets. A leader is someone who is entrusted with being the chairman (head) of a system in an organization/institution/company. Thus, a leader must have the ability to guide and influence a person or group of people. In the Javanese concept, the ideal leadership is a leader who masters the science of Hasta Brata, namely a leader who has natural characteristics that represent a symbol of the wisdom and greatness of the Creator, namely; the nature of the Earth, the nature of the Sun, the nature of the Moon, the nature of the Ocean, the nature of the Stars, the nature of the Wind, the nature of Fire, and the nature of Water. From Hasta Brata, then by Ki Hajar Dewantara abstracted into the Leadership Trilogy, namely "Ing ngarsa sung tulodho, Ing madya mangun karso, Tut wuri handayani".

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan metode Demonstrasi pada pokok bahasan Sifat-sifat Operasi Hitung pada siswa kelas II Plus SD Swasta Sint Yoseph Kabanjahe tahun pembelajaran 2020/2021. Metode penelitian berupa penelitian tindakan kelas dan subjek penelitian adalah kelas II Plus sebanyak jumlah 27 orang siswa, yang terdiri dari 14 laki-laki dan 13 perempuan. Berdasarkan hasil belajar dari siklus I, diperoleh nilai rata-rata nilai 70,93 meningkat menjadi 82,22 pada siklus II. Ketuntasan belajar individu dan klasikal, pada siklus I sebesar 62,96% dan menjadi sebesar 92,59% setelah siklus II. Dengan demikian pembelajaran pada penelitian ini dapat dikatakan telah tuntas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan menggunakan metode Demonstrasi pada pokok bahasan Sifat-sifat Operasi Hitung pada siswa kelas II Plus SD Swasta Sint Yoseph Kabanjahe tahun pembelajaran 2020/2021 mengalami peningkatan hasil belajar.

Abstract

In mathematics, students' ability to solve problems is very much needed. Every student has different abilities. For this reason, it is necessary to conduct a research in order to find out the students' abilities in solving problems in mathematics, especially in fractional material. In researching, quantitative description is the method chosen by the researcher. In this study using a research instrument in the form of a test to measure students' ability to solve mathematical problems and conducted interviews. Data analysis of the results of mathematical tests about solving fractions of fifth grade students at SD Negeri 2 Kalirejo is in the high category. This is evident from the results of tests at SD Negeri 2 Kalirejo that included in the high category were 61.29%, moderate were 23.80% and the low and very low categories were 12.89%.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the integration of the values of Astha Brata's teachings in Raden Ngabei Ranggawarsita's Serat Aji Pamasa in the transformational and transactional leadership styles of modern society. The research method uses descriptive qualitative by conducting a literature review of previous research to analyze the application of leadership and transformational styles in five institutions or companies in Indonesia. The results of the analysis are then adjusted to the eight elements contained in the teachings of Astha Brata so that qualitative data can be obtained relating to the suitability of transformational and transactional leadership styles with the values of Astha Brata teachings. The results of this study indicate that there is an integration of astha brata teachings in transformational and transactional leadership styles in various companies. The leaders of institutions or companies prioritize human values in determining the rules of working hours, wages, work targets, rewards, and punishments. In addition, in the application of transformational and transactional leadership styles a leader acts as an example and does not just provide an example. This research can be used as a reference in applying transformational and transactional leadership styles in modern society while still prioritizing the noble values of the previous leaders through the teachings of Astha Brata.
