Abstract

State Civil Apparatus (ASN) must have high performance. High-Performance Work Systems (HPWS) can increase employee and organizational productivity. In this study, we examine how HPWS relates to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), how psychological well-being (PWB) influences job satisfaction, and examine how PWB, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction function as mediators of HPWS-OCB interaction with the ASN population in 42 DKI Jakarta Provincial Government Organizations (OPD). Sampling was taken by purposive sampling, with ASN requirements with a minimum working period of 1 year. The survey was conducted in June 2023 to obtain data from 185 respondents who received 33 questions via Whatsapp. The data were evaluated using the Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). HPWS has a significant positive effect on PWB and organizational commitment. HPWS does not affect OCB. The positive HPWS-OCB relationship can be fully moderated by PWB. PWB has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment and will increase OCB. HPWS does not affect job satisfaction. HPWS through PWB mediation and organizational commitment has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Organizational commitment does not mediate the HPWS-OCB relationship. Job satisfaction does not affect OCB. Government organizations should implement HPWS in ASN management so that ASN feels PWB and in the end voluntarily carry out OCB, which leads to improving the quality of excellent service and organizational performance

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership, self-efficacy, and organizational climate on innovative work behavior in manufacturing companies in Indonesia. This research uses a literature and field design with a causal associative approach. This study uses a research instrument test consisting of validity and reliability tests. The quantitative analysis consists of a normality test, regression test, hypothesis test, correlation test, and coefficient of determination. This research concludes that transformational leadership, self-efficacy, and organizational climate have a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior. In the ever-growing digital era, transformational leadership is essential for manufacturing companies to face challenges and take advantage of emerging opportunities. In the digital era, self-efficacy helps employees cope with uncertainty and change, turn challenges into opportunities, and view technological change as a foundation for personal and professional growth. Furthermore, by adopting a pro-innovation organizational climate, manufacturing companies can more easily adapt to technological changes, optimize production processes, and exploit the full potential of the Industrial Revolution 4.0.

Abstract

. This study aims to analyze the effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and Talent Management on productivity, with Innovation as a mediating variable at PT Nesinak Industries, Cikarang. This quantitative research involves a population of employees in the PT Nesinak Industries area, by collecting data using a questionnaire distributed through an application called Google Form. Data analysis was carried out using the Smart PLS method. The results showed several findings that supported the hypotheses. First, OCB does not contribute significantly to productivity, which is influenced by the lack of recognition and reward for organizational citizenship behavior. Second, Talent Management also did not make a significant contribution to productivity, constrained by the lack of clarity in job appraisal. Third, OCB has no significant effect on innovation due to the lack of clear support for innovation. Fourth, Talent Management is able to make a significant contribution to innovation, but is still hampered by the lack of flexibility in the organization. urthermore, innovation did not make a significant contribution to productivity, influenced by the lack of support from leaders. Furthermore, OCB is unable to make a significant contribution to productivity through innovation due to the lack of leader involvement. Finally, Talent Management was also unable to make a significant contribution to productivity through innovation, affected by the lack of recognition and rewards in an innovative context. This research provides an in-depth understanding of the dynamic relationship between OCB, Talent Management, innovation, and productivity in a manufacturing organization environment. Managerial implications and practical recommendations are also discussed, creating a foundation for continuous improvement at PT Nesinak Industries.
