Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh inovasi terhadap kinerja pengelola Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kota Pekanbaru. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 responden yang merupakan pengelola UMKM di wilayah tersebut. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana untuk menguji hubungan antara inovasi dan kinerja UMKM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara tingkat inovasi yang diterapkan oleh pengelola UMKM dengan kinerja bisnis mereka. Penemuan ini mengindikasikan pentingnya inovasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja UMKM, terutama di tengah persaingan pasar yang semakin ketat. Para pengelola perlu terus mendorong ide-ide baru dan berinovasi agar dapat bersaing secara efektif dan mempertahankan keberlangsungan usaha mereka. Hasil penelitian ini juga memberikan masukan bagi pemerintah dan lembaga terkait untuk memberikan dukungan dalam hal pelatihan dan pendampingan agar para pengelola UMKM dapat mengimplementasikan inovasi dengan lebih baik. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi literatur tentang hubungan antara inovasi dan kinerja UMKM, serta memberikan panduan praktis bagi para pengusaha kecil dan menengah dalam mengembangkan bisnis mereka melalui strategi inovatif.

Abstract

Illegal drug trafficking in Indonesia is growing rapidly, supported by the progress and development of information and technology. Drug abuse in Indonesia is increasingly worrying. This statement is reinforced by the results of a national survey on the prevalence of drug abuse in 2023 conducted by the National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN) in collaboration with the National Narcotics Agency (BNN) which showed that the prevalence of drug abuse reached 1.73 percent or equivalent to 3.3 million people from the total population aged 15-64 years. This figure also shows an increase in drug abuse at the age of 15-24 years, which is the zillennial generation (Gen Z). Gen Z or teenagers are the main target of drug dealers because Gen Z is considered a very vulnerable and impressionable group to use and abuse drugs. Drug abuse by Gen Z causes addiction, physical, mental and social health problems in the community, including disruptions in education, crime and death. Drug abuse among Gen Z teenagers certainly has an impact on Indonesia's national resilience, because it can endanger the life of the Indonesian people in the future. For this reason, the team feels need to conduct legal education about drugs in the form of legal counseling for students of SMA 1 Perhentian Raja with the aim that students realize the dangers and legal consequences of drug abuse and have a high commitment to say no to drugs as well as to realize to realize a gen Z that has legal awareness and anti-drug character.

Abstract

This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational method to analyze the relationship between independent variables and dependent variables. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents selected using proportional random sampling techniques. The research instrument used a questionnaire with the variables to be assessed divided into variable indicators using a 5-point Likert scale. The data analysis technique used the classical assumption test, namely: normality test, linearity, autocorrelation, heteroscedasticity, and multicollinearity. The analysis method used was a statistical test of multiple linear regression analysis. The collected data were then analyzed using the Pearson correlation test with the help of SPSS version 30 software. The results showed that leadership competence had a significant effect on managerial competence with a significance level of 49.4%, while the competence of the Leading Teacher had a significant effect with a level of 45.5%. Simultaneously, leadership competence and the competence of the Leading Teacher had a significant effect on managerial competence with a significance level of 84.7%. This finding implies the importance of developing both competencies to increase the effectiveness of the managerial role of the Leading Teacher in transforming learning in elementary schools in Solok Regency.

Abstract

The widespread adoption of e-learning in higher education has persisted beyond the COVID-19 pandemic. By capturing the voices of health sciences students, this study aimed at providing a rich and robust understanding of their experiences with online learning. An exploratory study was conducted at University of 'Aisyiyah Yogyakarta using purposive sampling, involving 30 health sciences students from various disciplines, including nursing, anesthesiology, midwifery, physiotherapy, nutrition, medical laboratory technology, and radiology. Data were collected through in-depth semi-structured interviews and analyzed using content analysis to gain a comprehensive understanding of students' perceptions and experiences regarding online learning. This study found that health sciences students generally perceived online learning positively, highlighting its ease of access, flexibility, and enhanced communication as key advantages. Participants noted that the online format facilitated greater engagement and improved their ability to plan and participate in case-based learning activities presented by lecturers. Despite these benefits, students expressed reservations about the complete substitution of face-to-face instruction. They emphasized that, due to the practical and hands-on nature of health sciences education, online learning should serve as a complementary approach rather than a full replacement for traditional in-person learning.

Abstract

A sustainable employee competency development strategy is crucial for improving organizational performance, particularly in the public service sector, such as PT PLN (Persero). This research is motivated by the lack of a structured employee competency development system at the Lakawan Enrekang ULP as part of continuous learning. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implemented strategy and identify the forms of learning that develop in the workplace, both formal and informal. This research used a descriptive qualitative approach using in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results indicate that formal training at the Lakawan ULP remains top-down and less relevant to actual employee needs. However, informal learning develops naturally through mentoring practices, technical discussions, and case reflections in the field. This learning has proven to be more adaptive and contextual, although it has not yet been institutionalized in the official HR development strategy. This research provides theoretical benefits in strengthening understanding of the importance of continuous learning in the workplace, and practical benefits as input for formulating locally context-based competency development policies at PT PLN (Persero).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of technological literacy and access to capital on the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) managers. The background of this study is based on the importance of MSMEs' abilities in facing the challenges of the digital era and limited access to financing sources which remain a major obstacle in business development. The research method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 90 MSME managers from various business sectors. The results of the study indicate that simultaneously, technological literacy and access to capital have a significant effect on MSME performance with a significance value of 0.000. Partially, both variables also have a positive and significant influence, where access to capital is the most dominant variable. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.627 indicates that 62.7% of the variation in MSME manager performance can be explained by these two variables. This finding supports the Resource-Based View (RBV) theory which states that mastery of internal resources, such as digital capabilities and financial strength, is crucial for business success. This research recommends the need for policy interventions to promote technological literacy among MSMEs and increase access to affordable business financing. Strengthening these two aspects can sustainably improve the performance and competitiveness of MSMEs in the digital era.

Abstract

Kinerja guru memegang peran sentral dalam menentukan mutu pendidikan, terutama di tingkat sekolah dasar yang menjadi landasan pembentukan karakter dan kemampuan siswa. Pencapaian kinerja optimal ini sangat bergantung pada berbagai faktor, termasuk work-life balance dan tingkat stres kerja. Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis dampak kedua faktor tersebut terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Rambah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif melalui metode survei, sebanyak 189 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Kriteria sampel mencakup guru aktif dengan pengalaman mengajar minimal dua tahun. Pengumpulan data dilakukan memakai kuesioner Google Form yang berisi pernyataan sesuai indikator setiap variabel. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda berbantuan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian adalah Pertama, work-life balance memberikan pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Kedua, stres kerja menunjukkan pengaruh negatif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Rambah.Berdasarkan temuan ini, implikasi manajerial yaitu perlunya pengembangan kebijakan kerja fleksibel, penataan ulang beban kerja, serta implementasi program dukungan psikososial. Langkah-langkah strategis ini diharapkan dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih sehat dan produktif bagi guru SD, yang pada akhirnya akan mendongkrak kualitas pendidikan dasar

Abstract

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) play a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of training implementation, particularly in organizations managing human resource development. This study aims to evaluate the level of compliance with SOPs in training programs organized by the Directorate of Competency Development (DPK) at the National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN). The evaluation was conducted on 36 training programs across four categories: National HR, Nuclear Technology, Licensing, and International HR. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing descriptive statistics and a Single Factor ANOVA test to determine differences in compliance levels among training categories. The results indicate that the majority of training programs were conducted in accordance with SOPs, with a compliance rate of 66.7%. The National HR and Nuclear Technology categories exhibited the highest compliance levels (27.8% each), whereas the Licensing training category had the lowest compliance rate, with 19.4% deemed non-compliant. Statistical analysis revealed significant differences in SOP compliance among the training categories, highlighting the need for improvement strategies, particularly in newly introduced or underperforming training categories. These findings emphasize that adherence to SOPs contributes to the effectiveness of training implementation and the quality of competency development programs. Therefore, efforts should be made to enhance SOP understanding, provide training for administrators, and strengthen monitoring and evaluation systems to ensure higher quality standards in training implementation

Abstract

The development of the creative economy in Indonesia is increasing in line with the use of various information technologies that are increasingly supportive and widely implemented by MSMEs, the majority of which are run by housewives. Housewives have the potential to produce valuable products that can be sold to supplement family income. Valuable products can be created from unused materials, and it is essential for housewives to have the knowledge and skills to identify and capitalize on opportunities within the creative industry. Therefore, training/counseling sessions are necessary. The training activities were conducted for housewives in Labuhbaru Timur Village, Payung Sekaki Subdistrict, Pekanbaru City. The results of the activity showed an increase in housewives' understanding that valuable products can be produced from materials considered worthless and the opportunities that can be achieved through the creative economy. Abstract

The climate village program has been transformed into a community program for climate, thereby expanding community awareness. The problem with this program is the lack of enumerator resources, welfare and budget. Therefore, it is necessary to know where the implementation has reached using Edward III's theory. The data used is primary and secondary data, qualitative descriptive analysis. As a result, the transformation of community programs for climate has been implemented but not in all locations. This program is hampered by technological mastery, economic needs have not been met and the need for private sector involvement.
