Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kemudahan penggunaan marketplace terhadap keputusan pembelian Generasi Z dengan frekuensi belanja online sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden Generasi Z yang aktif berbelanja melalui marketplace daring. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa model penelitian memiliki kecocokan yang baik dengan nilai SRMR sebesar 0,033 dan NFI sebesar 0,904. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa kemudahan penggunaan marketplace berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,928 dan p-value 0,000. Sementara itu, frekuensi belanja online tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (p = 0,379) serta tidak memoderasi hubungan antara kemudahan penggunaan marketplace dan keputusan pembelian (p = 0,512). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa keputusan pembelian Generasi Z lebih banyak dipengaruhi oleh kemudahan dan pengalaman pengguna dibandingkan dengan intensitas belanja mereka. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa faktor kemudahan penggunaan menjadi kunci utama dalam mendorong keputusan pembelian konsumen muda di era digital. Oleh karena itu, pengelola marketplace perlu berfokus pada peningkatan pengalaman pengguna (user experience) melalui desain antarmuka yang sederhana, kecepatan transaksi, serta sistem pembayaran yang aman dan efisien.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam pembuatan pelaporan kuangan bagi para pemilik usaha serta memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan agar mampu menyusun laporan keuangan. Pada umummya pelaku usaha hanya fokus membuat dagangan dan berjualan tanpa membuat proses pencatatan atau pembukuan yang lengkap untu laporan keungan, sehingga masih banyak para pemilik Usaha tidak tahu berapa untung atau rugi yang didapatkan dari bisnis. Berdasarkan tanya jawab mengungkapkan bahwa kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelatihan adalah keterbatasan modal, dan masalah pemasaran. Metode kegiatan ini adalah wawancara serta memberikan pelatihan kepada kelompok Usaha ; Andalan Kelompok Usaha-Usaha Peningkatan Pendapatan Keluarga Akseptor (AKU-UPPKA) dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan. Kelompok UPPKA merupakan kelompok akseptor yang melakukan berbagai kegiatan usaha ekonomis produktif yang dapat meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga akseptor. Hasil kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan diharapkan mampu meningkatkan keterampilan dalam pembuatan atau penyusunan laporan keuangan. Kata Kunci: Laporan Keuangan, Pelaku Usaha

Abstract

Accounting is the science of preparing financial statements and various accounting professions so that they can be prepared to continue their studies in the accounting department, while an accountant is a profession that practices accounting. The accounting profession is very diverse, ranging from public accountants, corporate accountants, educational accountants, to government accountants. Each type of accounting profession has different qualifications, duties, and responsibilities. For vocational high school students, knowledge about the accounting profession is still very limited, so there is a need for awareness-raising activities regarding this matter. This community service activity aims to provide a better understanding of the accounting profession. It is hoped that schools can guide their students in choosing an accounting major when continuing their studies at universities, particularly Lancang Kuning University. Therefore, this socialization of the accounting profession can be seen as an opportunity amid the challenges that will be faced in the future. The socialization was conducted in the form of lectures, question-and-answer sessions, and discussions over the course of one day, given the busy schedule of the students at SMK Muhammadiyah 2, Grade XII. The participants were highly enthusiastic about the material presented, as the presenter delivered it in a light-hearted manner tailored to the Gen Z audience of today. The participants were able to follow the material well and actively participated in the question-and-answer session. The final evaluation yielded positive responses and enthusiasm from the students of SMK Muhamadiyah 2 Pekanbaru and the teaching staff involved in the outreach program.

Abstract

Cooperatives play a strategic role as drivers of the village economy, but they still face many challenges in financial governance. This community service program aims to provide basic accounting guidance to the management of the Merah Putih Cooperative in Bulotalangi Village, East Bulango District, Bone Bolango Regency, to strengthen governance from its inception. The implementation method included initial observation, training and workshops, transaction recording practice, and evaluation through pre- and post-tests. The program was attended by 12 participants, consisting of cooperative management, village officials, and community members. The evaluation results showed a significant increase in understanding of basic accounting, with an average pre-test score of 4.2 increasing to 8.1 in the post-test. Furthermore, this activity also raised awareness of the importance of accountability and transparency in financial reporting as the foundation for cooperative sustainability. Overall, this mentoring program was able to improve financial literacy while strengthening professional and sustainable cooperative governance. Abstract

Efficient fertilizer distribution is an urgent need for farmers in Riau Province to ensure optimal agricultural production. The main problem faced by the partner community is the high transportation cost caused by ineffective distribution routes. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide managerial and technical solutions in fertilizer distribution using transportation methods, namely North West Corner (NWC), Least Cost Method (LCM), and optimization with the Stepping Stone Method. The implementation method includes socialization, training, application of calculations to real partner cases, and mentoring in interpreting the results of method comparisons. The results show that the LCM method produces lower distribution costs compared to NWC, and further optimization using the Stepping Stone method leads to even more efficient distribution costs. This activity not only provides direct benefits to the partner in the form of increased logistical efficiency and cost savings but also contributes to the development of knowledge in the field of education, particularly in the teaching of logistics optimization and distribution management through applied research. Thus, this community service program creates a dual impact: enhancing partner capacity in practice while also providing a practical learning model for students and academics to apply transportation optimization theory to real-world problems.

Abstract

Technology-based self-directed training has become strategic in human resource competency development, yet varying completion rates necessitate in-depth evaluation of factors influencing participant success. This study aims to identify determining factors for successful completion of self-directed training through comparative analysis of three training topics: Body Language, Scientific Poster, and 3-Minute Presentation. Analysis was conducted on 186 participants using multivariate approaches including crosstabulation analysis, Chi-Square test, Principal Component Analysis (PCA), multivariate analysis, and Linear Discriminant Function Analysis. Demographic data showed female dominance (59.7%) and students (94.1%). Chi-Square analysis revealed no significant relationship between training topics and non-completion rates (p > 0.05). PCA identified two main dimensions: Techno pedagogical Infrastructure dominated by stable internet access (loading 0.837), technical skills (0.812), and familiarity with BRIN Learning Management System (BRILIANT) platform (0.790); and Personal Motivation and Suitability with career goal alignment as the strongest predictor (loading 0.863). Multivariate analysis confirmed that success determinants are consistent across all training topics (p > 0.05). Discriminant analysis showed that participants who successfully completed training had more stable internet access, stronger intrinsic motivation, and higher learning autonomy compared to those who did not complete. Self-directed training success is more determined by technological infrastructure, intrinsic motivation, and self-regulation capabilities rather than specific learning material characteristics. These findings support Self-Determination Theory and emphasize the importance of addressing digital divides and developing autonomous motivation to enhance self-directed learning effectiveness

Abstract

Writing is a fundamental skill for writers, researchers, lecturers, and students, especially in academic contexts where clarity, structure, and proper referencing are essential. Beyond composing coherent sentences, academic writing demands the ability to integrate references ethically and effectively. One key technique is paraphrasing—rephrasing others’ ideas in one’s own words while preserving the original meaning. This requires linguistic precision and conceptual understanding, yet many educators still struggle with it. Recognizing this challenge, the Community Service (PKM) team initiated a program titled Assistance in the Application of Artificial Intelligence Paraphrasing Tool Technology “Quillbot. The initiative aimed to introduce and train educators in using Quillbot, an AI-powered tool designed to support ethical and plagiarism-free paraphrasing in scientific writing. Delivered through a participatory approach, the training combined theoretical insights with hands-on practice. The results were impactful: 70% of participants had never used Quillbot before, highlighting the program’s success in expanding technological literacy. All participants found the tool helpful in improving writing efficiency and language quality. Many felt newly motivated to write, citing increased confidence and productivity. Beyond technical skills, the program fostered ethical awareness in writing practices. Overall, this initiative significantly contributed to promoting responsible and effective use of AI in education.

Abstract

Higher education institutions continually strive to improve the quality of graduates to ensure their competitiveness in the workforce. Therefore, they strive to equip students with a variety of skills, both hard and soft. Hard and soft skills development is embedded in courses within a competency-based curriculum, incorporating case-based and project-based learning.In addition to the knowledge of hard and soft skills acquired in college, students are also given the opportunity to gain practical experience through internships. Undergraduate Management students undertake internships in their seventh semester as part of the required coursework to earn a Bachelor of Economics degree. In the 2025-2026 academic year, 260 students from the class of 2022 will undertake internships. They will be placed in departments aligned with their respective concentrations, including human resources, marketing, finance, or operations.Students are now actively seeking internships, both in government and private institutions, through various programs offered, through MBKM internships, or through independent internships. Students entering the workforce, particularly through internship programs, often face challenges in understanding and applying professional ethics in the workplace, often in a work environment that is unfamiliar to them. This lack of understanding can negatively impact performance, interpersonal relationships, and the institution's image.

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the low numeracy literacy and critical thinking skills of junior high school (MTs) students in Enrekang Regency, who are still oriented towards memorization and have not yet connected concepts to real-life contexts. The urgency of this research is to find meaningful and relevant learning strategies that address the local agrarian characteristics of Enrekang. The goal is to describe the implementation of contextual teaching and learning (CTL) in improving students' numeracy literacy and critical thinking skills. This research used a descriptive qualitative approach, conducted over three months at one MTs in Enrekang Regency, with key informants selected purposively as teachers and students. Data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. Data were then analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was ensured through triangulation of sources and techniques, member checking, and an audit trail. The results indicate that CTL is effective in increasing student participation, numerical reasoning, and critical reflection.

Abstract

Violence does not discriminate by gender, but it is very clear that violence that occurs in the domestic sphere, namely the household, is very worrying and has become a never-ending conflict. The rate of domestic violence, which tends to increase every year, indicates that victims are beginning to realize that domestic violence is not something that can be normalized, so that victims have the right to fight for the right to a safe and better life. Marriage, which should be a comfortable space for a couple, has instead become the most frightening space for some women. Legal counseling on domestic violence aims to increase public understanding of the forms of violence that occur in the household, their impact on victims, and the legal protection available to those affected. This counseling also aims to prevent domestic violence through education about the rights of victims and legal procedures that can be taken to obtain protection. In addition, this counseling provides information on the role of society in supporting victims of domestic violence and reporting incidents of violence they witness. By understanding the legal and social aspects of domestic violence, it is hoped that the community can be more proactive in addressing and preventing domestic violence. This outreach is expected to increase legal awareness and create a safer and more supportive environment for victims of domestic violence, as well as encourage the creation of a more responsive and effective law enforcement system in handling domestic violence cases.
