Abstract

This study aims to describe the values of tauhid in the character of compulsory twenty and to reveal and analyze the educational values of tauhid contained in the character of compulsory twenty. The methodology used in this research is a literature study concerning monotheistic books such as Kifāyat Al-Awam and also several articles related to this research. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used in this research is a content analysis by understanding the meaning of content to obtain related conclusions. The values of tauhid education in the character of compulsory twenty: First, the nature of God's existence indicates that God exists and only God we worship. In this case, we believe that the existence of Allah oversees all our actions, whether it is good or bad, and kaunuhu bashirān. Second, the Oneness of Allah through His Wahdāniyat, Qudrat, Iradāt, and qiyāmuhu binnafsih characteristics. Third, being able to organize oneself and intending to perform worship only to Allah because Allah has the nature of the supreme Aliman, meaning that Allah knows whatever we intend even in our hearts.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and describe the professionalism of school principals in improving the quality of education based on the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia Number 40 of 2021. The research method is a qualitative case study approach. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation, and documentation. Data processing techniques with reduction, data presentation, and concluding. Data validity technique with source and technique triangulation. Based on the research conducted, the following research results were obtained: aspects of learning development, the principal of Hang Tuah 1 Senior High School Surabaya conducts an annual performance evaluation and competency improvement program for teachers and education staff. In terms of school culture, the principal of Hang Tuah 1 Senior High School Surabaya develops a vision and mission, creates a safe, disciplined school environment, works according to duties, and collaborates. In terms of improving the quality of learning processes and outcomes, the principal of Hang Tuah 1 Senior High School Surabaya conducts coaching, training, supervision, file examination, and evaluation of school programs. In terms of entrepreneurship development, the principal of Hang Tuah 1 Senior High School Surabaya opened a hotel school. In terms of assessing the performance of teachers and education staff, the principal of Hang Tuah 1 Senior High School Surabaya formed a performance appraisal team. In the aspect of teacher guidance and coaching, the principal of Hang Tuah 1 Senior High School Surabaya provided mentoring and teacher competency training.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the improvement of learning outcomes of students' science process skills by applying the Discovery Learning model. This research method uses Classroom Action Research which is carried out over a period of three months, where each cycle contains stages of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting on the actions given. The research subjects were class XI MIPA 1 students with a total of 32 people. The data collection method uses a student science process skills learning outcomes test, which includes ten indicators: observation, grouping, interpreting, predicting, asking, hypothesizing, utilizing tools/materials, conducting experiments, applying concepts, and communicating. The results showed that the average student learning outcomes in the first cycle were obtained at 65.94 with a classical completeness of 68.75% (sufficient category) and an N-Gain Score of 0.37, and cycle II obtained an average student learning outcome of 86.09 with a classical completion of 100% (excellent category) and an N-Gain Score of 0.60. Student learning outcomes between cycle I and cycle II show that through the application of the learning model, discovery learning effectively improves students' science process skills.

Abstract

Online learning through Google Meet is learning carried out through the Google Meet application, which can be accessed online by lecturers and students. The purpose of this study is: first, to find out virtual learning through Google Meet; second, to find out the learning interests of PAI A students Class of 2021; third, to find out the influence of virtual learning through Google Meet on the learning interest of PAI A students class of 2021 in the ulumul hadith course at IAIN Kendari Southeast Sulawesi. The type of research used is conventional quantification research. The population used by the researcher was 40 PAI A students of the Class of 2021, so the sampling technique in this study used non-probability sampling with 40 saturated samples. The results of the research on the influence of virtual learning through Google Meet on the learning interest of PAI A students class of 2021 in the ulumul hadith course at IAIN Kendari Southeast Sulawesi obtained a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, so there is a relationship between the two. And when viewed from the degree of relationship, the result is 0.5 84, where the degree of this relationship shows a relationship that is positive and lies in the degree of moderate correlation because 0.584 is at a Person Correlation value of 0.41 to 0.60.

Abstract

The importance of multicultural education for journalists to serve as a capital in perceiving the reality of facts to shape media reality to build the opinion of the electorate. The research method used is qualitative research with Entman framing analysis. The data collection method uses documentation in the form of news text published by Pacitanku.com and Lintas7.net regarding candidates in the 2020 Pacitan Pilkada. Data analysis uses Entman framing analysis with emphasis, prominence, definitions, explanations, moral reasons, and text recommendations in news discourse. The results of local online media research with emphasis and prominence using identity politics such as; the brother of SBY, Nahdatul Ulama, Gagarin, a member of Nahdatul Ulama, the struggle of clerics with inspiration to build Pacitan, SBY founding father of the Democratic Party, Indrata Nur Bayuaji is similar to Indartato 2020. Local online media framing in perceiving the candidates for regent and deputy regent of Pacitan still uses identity to build public opinion. Increase electability and vote support of candidates. The need for multiculturalism education, especially in local online media as agents of reality construction, by prioritizing the construction of work performance and the quality of candidates. Local online media must become guardians of information to provide useful messages for the welfare of citizens to maintain the integrity of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia by upholding diversity.

Abstract

Islamic religious education must always improve and be developed in all aspects to create an integrative education system or model, because digital progress, intense competition, and complex needs require education to be adaptable and dynamic to produce graduates who are competitive in addition to being ethical and humane. Therefore, this study aims to examine and analyze Al Qabisiy's thoughts as one of the reformers of Islamic education. This research uses a type of qualitative research with a literature study approach, namely the source of the study is taken from data in the form of books, journals, the internet, and other supporting documentation, then the analysis technique uses interpretation (interpretation) which is strengthened by relevant reference sources. The results showed that Al Qabisiy wanted to realize Islamic education that was friendly, complex, balanced, and dignified in accordance with the Qur'an and the morals of the Prophet Muhammad, a complete education with attention to affective, cognitive, and psychomotor aspects, always upholding the honor of students, especially students women, and presents complex learning, namely between the sciences of recitation and ikhtiyari. Thus, Islamic education can run well and will be able to produce graduates who are competent, religious, and ethical who bring benefits to people's lives universally.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Transformational Leadership (TL) on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), the influence of Adversity Quotient (AQ) on teachers' Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), and the influence of Transformational Leadership (TL) on Adversity Quotient (AQ) of state high school teachers in Kalideres sub-district, West Jakarta. This study takes a casual quantitative approach while using the survey method. Data collection, namely employing a questionnaire that the teacher who served as the responder responded to directly, primary data source comes from school principals in Ponorogo district, to obtain data related to teacher management that has been carried out and existing constraints. The population in this study were civil servant teachers at State Senior High School, Kalideres District, West Jakarta City for the 2021/2022 Academic Year, a total of 167 teachers. The samples taken were 118 teachers. The sampling technique of this study used simple random sampling. The results of the study show that: t (1) Transformational leadership has a direct positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). In other words, good transformational leadership can increase organizational citizenship behavior. (2) The adversity quotient has a positive direct effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). That is, a good adversity quotient can increase organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). (3) Transformational leadership has a positive direct effect on the adversity quotient. That is, good transformational leadership can increase the adversity quotient.

Abstract

This study aims to develop inquiry-based student worksheets to improve students’ critical thinking skills and learning motivation. This development research uses the ADDIE (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluations) method. The development of inquiry-based student worksheets is developed on ecosystem materials. The results of the development of inquiry-based Student Worksheets with validity tests obtained an average score of 3.58 with very valid categories, so they have excellent quality and are worthy of use. The results of the development of student worksheets and the teacher response practicality test obtained an average score of 92.83 in the very practical category. From the results of the practicality test obtained, inquiry-based Student Worksheets have very practical qualities. The results of the development of inquiry-based student worksheets have a significant influence on improving students’ critical thinking skills and learning motivation with a test significance value of t 0.000 <0.005. The results of the t-test on improving students' critical thinking skills showed a mean statistics percentage of 83.12 very critical categories. The results of the t-test on increasing student learning motivation showed a mean statistics percentage of 82.8 categories of highly motivated.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: (1) Knowing the activities of the "Majelis Taklim" in increasing the spirituality of the community of Mbangun Hamlet, Sukowinangun Village, Magetan (2) Knowing the supporting factors of increasing community spirituality through the Taklim Assembly activities in Mbangun Hamlet, Sukowinangun Village, Magetan, (3) Knowing the changes that occur in the community Mbangun Hamlet, Sukowinangun Village, Magetan after the "Majelis Taklim" was held. This research is field research that uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a type of phenomenological research and multisite study at the An-Nahdliyah Taklim Council and the Taklim Darussalam Council. The research location is in Mbangun Hamlet (RW 01) Sukowinangun Village, Magetan. Data collection techniques in this study include observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects in this study include the Chairman of RW 01 (Mbangun Hamlet), the Management of the Taklim Council, and Taklim Council Pilgrims. The results of this study include (1) Activities in the taklim tausiyah council and questions and answers, dhikr Asmaul Husna and guardian pilgrimage (2) Supporting factors for increasing community spirituality through the activities of the "Majelis Taklim" there are two, namely: internal factors namely the intention of each self individuals to study religious knowledge and external factors such as environmental and family encouragement, "Majelis Taklim" governance (3) Changes in society after the holding of the "Majelis Taklim" including mosque worshipers or mosque increases, community knowledge is increasingly developing, pilgrims' clothing becomes more Islamic, the social life of the community is more controlled.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the Billing Risk Handling-Based Economic Learning Material Development Model Using the FMEA and RCA Methods. The design and research approach in this study is quantitative where quantitative research is a data collection technique that is answered objectively in strengthening the questionnaire. The results of the study show that: (1) The model for developing economic learning materials can be done using Project Based Learning. Where this model prioritizes project-based economic learning. The project in question is to use the FMEA and RCA methods in the company. (2) SOPs in the company have been prepared properly, from 7 days before the due date to more than 60 days late. However, the field conditions that occurred were not by the existing SOP, resulting in various problems. (3) Factors that become obstacles in the billing process include: it is difficult to contact corporations, which results in unscheduled payments and miss communication with clients. (4) Efforts to improve performance in the billing process are carried out by adding a computerized system, setting procedural operational standards, making KPIs (key performance indicators) on billing, making initial agreements with clients regarding late fees and offering early payments, making billing priority lists, and periodically billing blasts via WA.
