Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intention with subjective norms as a mediating variable among business administration students at universities in Sukabumi City. A quantitative approach was used with a survey method targeting students at Muhammadiyah University Sukabumi and Sukabumi Polytechnic. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results of the study indicate that self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intention. Additionally, subjective norms were found to significantly mediate the relationship between self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention. These findings confirm that students' confidence in their entrepreneurial abilities can increase their entrepreneurial intentions, especially when supported by positive social norms from their surroundings. Abstract

The Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus (APIP) plays a vital role in supporting the success of regional development by ensuring that the implementation of the Regional Budget (APBD) is carried out effectively and efficiently. To fulfill this strategic role, APIP must demonstrate strong performance, which in turn must be supported by improvements in other key elements that influence performance. Through the competency of Inspectorate of Riau Islands Province personnel, this study seeks to assess the influence of work culture, work environment, and education and training on APIP performance. Utilizing a questionnaire instrument, a quantitative research technique was utilized. Data was gathered from 170 respondents selected by purposive sampling. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used to assess the data. While the work environment did not demonstrate a substantial influence on APIP performance, the data suggest that work culture does. Performance was discovered to be positively affected by education and training. In addition, the correlation between competence and both work culture and performance and work environment and performance was demonstrated. There was a correlation

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of work engagement (WE) and perceived organizational support (POS) on organizational commitment (OC), with job burnout (JB) as a moderating variable, among teachers and educational staff at Binekas Elementary School, Bandung. Employing a quantitative-verificative approach with a survey method, data from 60 respondents were analyzed using Moderated Multiple Regression (MMR). The first model demonstrated that WE significantly predicts OC (? = 0.602, p = 0.012), whereas POS was not statistically significant (? = 0.368, p = 0.063). JB did not have a significant direct effect on OC (? = –0.175, p = 0.404). In the second model, the interaction effects between WE and JB (? = 0.015, p = 0.671), as well as between POS and JB (? = 0.016, p = 0.705), were found to be insignificant, indicating that job burnout does not moderate the relationship between WE or POS and OC. The R² change between models was minimal (?R² = 0.008; p = 0.732), further confirming the non-significant moderating effect. These findings highlight the robust role of work engagement in enhancing organizational commitment, while the influence of POS and job burnout remains statistically unsupported within this context.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the low level of teachers' digital competence, as many teachers have limited access to practical training related to digitalized learning. As a result, they face challenges in integrating technology into the teaching and learning process. This issue is influenced by two main factors: school culture and self-development. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of school culture and self-development on digital-based learning among junior high school teachers in Sub Rayon 04, Grobogan Regency. The research uses a quantitative approach with a correlational research design. The population consists of all public junior high school teachers in Sub Rayon 04, Grobogan Regency, totaling 190 individuals. A sample of 129 teachers was selected using proportional random sampling. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, prerequisite tests, and hypothesis testing, including simple and multiple linear regression analyses, with SPSS for Windows Release 28. The results show that school culture has a positive and significant influence on digital-based learning, accounting for 61.6% of the variance, while the remaining 38.4% is influenced by other factors. The regression equation is ? = 17.978 + 0.764X?. Additionally, self-development has a positive and significant influence on digital-based learning, accounting for 31.5% of the variance, with the remaining 68.5% influenced by other factors. The regression equation is ? = 13.074 + 0.784X?.

Abstract

The application of project management is very often used in construction work for mining industry buildings and city facilities, with various methods in line with the demands of the times and technology, so it is necessary to study the application of construction project management that supports the mining process. The literature review aims to systematically obtain information on the development of scientific research in construction project management as a measure of understanding the current and future progress of the production of scientific studies using a quantitative review technique called bibliometric analysis, data taken from the Scopus and Google Scholar databases using publish or software. Perish (PoP) and Mendeley were then analyzed using VOSviewer software. Of the 1009 journal articles, only 867 were selected, based on the most relevant terms and words to be analyzed. The results of the analysis show that in the field of project management, industrial construction buildings and safety are the most dominant topics with the largest cluster, namely project management. The total articles obtained from 2015 to 2023, show that the construction sector cluster topic relating to safety and labor is the latest research. during the pandemic. Overall, this research can be used by researchers as a basis for future research on topics that require further study, namely safety culture and local culture to create good workforce performance as measured by the level of job satisfaction and employee satisfaction as project owners using the latest technology.
