The Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) is a virus that attacks the human immune system, leading to Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS). AIDS emerges after the HIV virus has attacked the immune system for five to ten years or more in individuals affected by HIV. One of the factors related to HIV/AIDS is quality of life, which is essential for the well-being of People Living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA). Peer group support is one of the factors influencing quality of life. This study aims to explore the relationship between Peer Group Support and Quality of Life among individuals with HIV/AIDS in the city of Bandung. The research was conducted in July 2023, with a sample size of 49 respondents selected using purposive sampling technique. Data was analyzed using the chi-square test, resulting in a p-value of 0.03, indicating a significant relationship between peer group support and quality of life among individuals with HIV/AIDS. Peer support groups can impact the quality of life of PLWHA, as they require external factors to enhance their quality of life, one of which is derived from peer group support. Further research is expected to analyze various variables to identify factors influencing the quality of life of individuals with HIV/AIDS.

The research instruments consisted of the UCLA Loneliness Scale Version 3 and RYFF'S Pyschological Well-Being. Statistical analysis used with Pearson correlation test (Product Moment). The independent variable in this research is loneliness, while the dependent variable is the psychological well being of women approaching menopause. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between Lonelinees and Psycological well being of women before menopause. The incidence of hypertension is on the rise with the passage of time, attributed to the increasing prevalence of unhealthy lifestyle changes. The productive age signifies a stage in the evolution of life where individuals are at the peak of activity, characterized by heightened levels of engagement that tend to result in health issues. Hypertension can lead to organ damage, notably the kidneys, as indicated by elevated levels of creatinine in the blood. The aim of this study is to ascertain the levels of blood creatinine in hypertensive patients of productive age at the Cikajang Community Health Center. This descriptive study analyzes blood creatinine levels in hypertensive patients using the Jaffe Reaction method, with a sample size of 30 respondents obtained through accidental sampling technique. The study's findings reveal that 19 participants (64%) have normal creatinine levels, 10 participants (33%) have high creatinine levels, and 1 participant (3%) has low creatinine levels. The study concludes that the majority of respondents have normal creatinine levels, nearly half of the respondents have high creatinine levels, and a small portion of respondents have low creatinine levels

Indonesia is uniquely positioned among the countries in the world where most of the land consists of tropical forests. Besides Haiti and the Bourbon Pacific, Indonesia is among the three largest producers of vetiver oil in the world. Garut Regency is the center of vetiver oil production in Indonesia. Vetiver root (Vetiveria zizanoides L. Nash), is known to contain terpenoid compounds that have antioxidant bioactivity, especially ?-vetivena, ?-vetivenon, and ?-vetivenon compounds. Phytochemical screening is a way to determine the content of secondary metabolites in a natural material. This study aims to determine the content of secondary metabolites in vetiver essential oil from Garut Regency. This research is qualitative in nature using a descriptive design of laboratory experiment method. The vetiver essential oil produced by the steam distillation method was tested for secondary metabolite content using thin-layer chromatography by looking at the stains that appeared on the chromatogram and the Rf value of the tested compounds. Secondary metabolite compounds tested include alkaloids, flavonoids, tannins, steroids, terpenoids, and saponins. Vetiver essential oil contains steroid compounds characterized by the onset of blue stains with an Rf of 0.9 and terpenoid compounds characterized by the onset of bright blue stains with an Rf of 0.54.

Adolescence is the transition to adulthood between the ages of 10 and 19. One of the biological signs of this stage is early menstruation (menarche). Dysmenorrhea occurs at the onset of menstruation. Uterine pain that happens before or during menstruation is a sign of dysmenorrhea. This discomfort disrupts adolescents' activities, making it difficult for them to concentrate while studying, due to dysmenorrhea. The aim of this study is to determine the effectiveness of carrot juice in reducing the intensity of dysmenorrhea pain in adolescents. The design of this study is a one-group pretest-posttest design. All adolescent girls aged 14-19 years at the Ngoro Adolescent Posyandu in Ngoro District participated in this study. A purposive sampling technique was used in this study, with a sample size of 37 adolescent girls. Observation sheets and facial pain scales were used to measure dysmenorrhea in adolescent girls. The independent variable in this study is carrot juice, and the dependent variable is menstrual pain. The results of the Wilcoxon test showed that 20 adolescent girls (54.1%) experienced less pain before carrot juice therapy, and 22 adolescent girls (59.5%) experienced no pain after carrot juice therapy. On the third day, the P-value = 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that H1 is accepted, meaning that the administration of carrot juice has an effect on the intensity of dysmenorrhea pain in adolescent girls in the working area of the Ngoro Public Health Center, Ngoro District, Jombang Regency.

Surgery is a medical procedure that involves invasive actions on certain parts of the body. Fatigue is often experienced by postoperative patients related to changes in hemodynamic status, sedation and so on. It is essential to manage postoperative fatigue in order to prevent delayed recovery and improve quality of life. This literature review aims to identify the nonpharmacological intervention to managing postoperative fatigue. The method use was a narrative review study, The review was conducted several databases ScienceDirect, PubMed, Springer, Sagepub and google scholar, to search data from 2018 to 2024. The keywords used were nonpharmacologic intervention and postoperative fatigue. The results of this study retrieved nine articles reviewed, which were eight article randomized control trials and one article quasi experimental. The review found that the interventions to manage postoperative fatigue are progressive muscle relaxation, Benson relaxation and early exercise. Based on the results of the review, it was found that every specific interventions on specific subject were proven to overcome postoperative fatigue. The study findings provide information for nurses regarding postoperative fatigue management in order to improve the quality of life.
