Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan faktor yaang sangat penting dalam kehidupan manusia. Tujuan utama pendidikan dalam Islam adalah pembentukan akhlak sehingga anak didik menjadi orang yang bermoral, berjiwa bersih, memiliki kemauan yang keras, cita-cita yang benar, mengetahui kewajiban dan melaksanakannya dengan selalu mengingat Allah SWT dalam setiap perbuatannya. Tujuan penelitian ini sebagai berikut: 1. Menganalisis pendidikan akhlak yang terkadung dalam kitab Adabul ‘Alim wal Muta’allim 2. Menganalisis relevansi pendidikan Pendidikan Akhlak perspektif KH. Hasyim Asy’ari dalam kitab Adabul ‘Alim wal Muta’llim dengan Pendidikan di era digital. Metode penelitian kepustakaan (library research) yaitu penelitian yang dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan literature (kepustakaan), membaca dan mencatat serta mengolah bahan penelitian baik berupa buku, catatan, jurnal, dan internet. Menurut penulis, relevansinya nilai pendidikan akhlak dalam kitab adabul alim dengan program merdeka belajar ialah meliputi: 1) Efisiensi waktu pembelajaran, 2) Menilai kompetensi siswa, 3) Survei karakter siswa dan pengembangan literasi, 4) Kompetensi guru dalam mengajar, 5) Pembentukan pribadi guru sebagai pembelajar.

Abstract

Model pembelajaran tipe MASTER adalah salah satu model pembelajaran accelerated learning yang mengajarkan siswa untuk memahami bagaimana cara belajar dan cara berpikir kritis dan komprehensif dengan menggunakan langkah yaitu mind, acquire, search, triger, exhibit, dan reflect. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh dalam penerapan model pembelajaran accelerated learning tipe MASTER terhadap hasil belajar sejarah kebudayaan Islam siswa kelas VIII di MTs Wahid Hasyim Kunir Kabupaten Lumajang tahun pelajaran 2022/2023. Adapun pendekatan penelitian dalam skripsi ini adalah kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksperimen sebenarnya (true experimental). Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah kelas VIII namun karena keterbatasan kondisi dan waktu maka sampel yang digunakan hanya kelas VIII A dan VIII B. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, observasi dan tes. Analisis data menggunakan uji-t. Sesuai dengan analisis data yang berdasarkan dari perhitungan uji t pada taraf sig. 0,05 (5%) dengan data yang dianalisis adalah beda skor hasil belajar antara kelas eksperimen (kelas VIII A) dan kelas kontrol (kelas VIII B). Perhitungan menunjukkan nilai thitung adalah 2,065 > t tabel 2,00758 yang artinya adalah Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Ini menunjukkan ada pengaruh dalam penerapan model pembelajaran accelerated learning terhadap tingkat hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran sejarah kebudayaan Islam siswa kelas VIII di MTs Wahid Hasyim Kunir Kabupaten Lumajang tahun pelajaran 2022/2023. Selain itu, dilakukan juga penghitungan keefektifan relatif (ER) yang menunjukkan nilai sebesar 38,57 % yang artinya bahwa pencapaian hasil belajar siswa dengan model pembelajaran accelerated learning 38,57 % lebih efektif daripada model pembelajaran ceramah.

Abstract

Principal leadership is key in steering educational institutions towards standards of excellence that are relevant to the times. Inclusive education is the main focus in the Era Society 5.0, where every student, including those with special needs, has equal opportunities. Principals need to have effective leadership, not only administrative, but also able to create an inclusive school culture and encourage collaboration between all stakeholders. Literature study became the research method in exploring information related to principal leadership, inclusive education and educational challenges in the Era of Society 5.0. The results showed that the principal's collaborative leadership positively influenced teacher performance, while the role of Islamic boarding schools was recognized as a forum for religious and social education. In facing Society 5.0, literacy skills, including data literacy, technology literacy, and human literacy, are crucial. Analysis of the results shows that school principals play an important role in facing the changing times and advancing education according to the needs of society.

Abstract

Peran Kyai dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan sangatlah dibutuhkan dalam Pondok Pesantren, seperti melakukan pembinaan, mempatkan pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan sesuai kemampuannaya, membagun kerjasama networking dan komunikasi efektif dengan orang tua santri. Begitu pula di Pondok Pesantren Fatihul Ulum Jember, yang mana Kiai menjadi panutan seluruh santri dan juga Masyarakat sekitar. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif, jenis penelitian menggunakan deskripitif. Menentukan subyek penelitian menggunakan metode purposive sedangkan analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumenter. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu; 1) Peran kepemimpinan Kyai dalam meningkatkan mutu input yaitu; a) Input SDM pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan. menempatkan sesuai kemampuannya, b) Input SDM peserta didik, menyebarkan brosur ke sekolah secara langsung dan online c) Input sarana prasarana, membagun kerjasama networking, bisyaroh santri, komunikasi efektif dengan orang tua santri; 2) Peran kepemimpinan Kyai dalam meningkatkan mutu proses; a) Proses belajar mengajar, b) Proses pengelolaan pendidikan, 3) Peran kepemimpinan Kyai dalam meningkatakn mutu Output; a) Output akademik, mengadakan intensifikasi belajar, mengadakan Try Out minimal 6 kali, b) Output non akademik, menyediakan wadah khusus.

Abstract

The development of technology is very useful to support students in learning linguistics. This study aims to explain the design and ground in multimodal communication to facilitate students in learning English grammar. This research is a field research located in the English Literature Study Program, Faculty of Letters, at Universitas Warmadewa, which applies qualitative methods. This study employs the theory of multimodal communication. Databases related to grammar tips and evaluations were added and presented with appropriate design through ELIA. The data were taken from the communication logs, and the learn and practice dashboard. Based on the analysis, the design includes three important parts, namely genre, mode, and discourse. The focus of the design is the mode chosen to deliver information (ground). The mode is presented in the form of text such as grammar materials and MCQs. However, the visual mode is presented in the form of graphs and charts that show the progress of students learning grammar materials.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis penggunaan deiksis sosial dalam konten Instagram seorang selebgram asal Bali, Gek Cantik, yang dikenal konsisten mempromosikan budaya dan bahasa Bali dalam unggahannya. Deiksis sosial merupakan unsur pragmatik yang menunjukkan perbedaan status sosial antara penutur dan lawan tutur dalam sebuah interaksi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, dengan data yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan transkripsi dua video promosi di akun Instagram Gek Cantik. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik kategorisasi untuk mengidentifikasi bentuk-bentuk deiksis sosial, seperti kata “meme” untuk merujuk pada ibu dan “bli” dalam percakapan ini, yang merujuk pada panggilan untuk suami. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa deiksis sosial dalam konten tersebut mencerminkan hubungan keluarga dan hirarki sosial yang khas dalam budaya Bali. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa bahasa Bali, dalam konteks media sosial, mempertahankan kompleksitas dan nuansa sosial yang kuat meskipun digunakan pada platform digital modern. Meskipun penelitian ini terbatas pada analisis konten Instagram dari satu selebgram, hasilnya memberikan wawasan penting tentang bagaimana media sosial dapat berfungsi sebagai media untuk memperkuat identitas budaya dan sosial melalui penggunaan Bahasa.

Abstract

Abstract The development of movies in Indonesia is very diverse, ranging from fiction to documentaries. In 2024, Indonesia was shocked by one of the documentary films that was beyond people's expectations. The movie was titled "Dirty Vote" and directed by Dandhy Laksono. This movie has generated controversy and sparked various public opinions in the community. The purpose of this research is to find out and dig deeper into the movie "Dirty Vote" and whether there are elements implied as propaganda or not. This research uses a critical paradigm and the method used is qualitative with Teun A. Van Dijk's discourse theory model. The results show that although this movie is to educate the public, the production and distribution process is inseparable from the interests of the media to seek profits in the form of increasing the existence of the media and also the target audience. The power formed is a social movement to watch and discuss the Dirty Vote movie. Researchers found propaganda in this film in the form of spreading the ideology of patriotism or nationalism to attract public attention and influence public opinion so as not to vote for certain candidate pairs and spread hatred towards the government. The implication of this research is to open a new paradigm about a movie so that people become critical and open to the messages conveyed in mass media.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Employee performance is a key factor in achieving company goals, and various factors such as work discipline and rewards play an important role in improving employee performance. Self-confidence is also considered a potential mediator in this relationship, but is still poorly understood in the context of private companies in Serang Regency. This research aims to examine the role of self-confidence in mediating the influence of work discipline and rewards on employee performance. The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the influence of work discipline on employee performance, the influence of rewards on employee performance, the role of self-confidence as a mediator in the relationship between work discipline and employee performance. As well as the role of self-confidence as a mediator in the relationship between rewards and employee performance. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey design. Data was collected from 190 employees of private companies in Serang Regency through a questionnaire whose validity and reliability were tested. Data analysis was carried out using path analysis techniques to test direct and mediation relationships. The research results show that work discipline and rewards have a significant positive influence on employee performance. Apart from that, self-confidence has been proven to partially mediate the influence of work discipline and rewards on employee performance. This mediation strengthens the relationship between these variables, showing that self-confidence is a key factor in improving employee performance. These findings indicate that increasing self-confidence among employees can strengthen the positive impact of work discipline and rewards on employee performance. Therefore, companies need to consider training and development programs that focus on increasing self-confidence as part of their human resource management strategy. This research contributes to the literature by emphasizing the importance of self-confidence as a mediator in the context of private companies in Indonesia.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has changed a person's mindset in communicating, especially in terms of social media. This study examines the mindset, trends and dynamics of digital language in the context of social media. The purpose of this study explores how digital language influences social media, including the use of words, language and the dynamics of interaction between social media users. The analysis method used in this study is a literature review, covering various reference sources that are in accordance with the topic discussed. The results of the analysis show that social media has unique patterns and trends, which are influenced by many factors such as cultural background, gender to age and the interaction of social media users can affect language development.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has brought significant changes in the way humans communicate, especially in written form. This article discusses the transformation of written language from short messages (texting) to the use of social media such as Twitter, which demands a more concise, creative and interactive communication style. Using a sociolinguistic approach, this research explores how technical constraints, such as the number of characters in a post, as well as social dynamics in the digital world, influence the structure and use of language. Research findings show that social media encourages the development of new forms of written language, such as abbreviations, acronyms, the use of emoji’s, and code-switching between languages. Apart from that, the phenomenon of viral in social media also contributes to the spread and normalization of new terms in various linguistic communities. In a broader context, these changes not only impact individual communication patterns but also influence language standards in educational, journalistic and professional domains. The implications of this transformation include the need for a deeper understanding of language adaptation in the digital realm and its impact on people's literacy competencies. Apart from that, this research also highlights the importance of linguistic policies that can balance digital language innovation and preserving standard language rules. Thus, this study provides insight into how the digital era has changed the way humans communicate in writing and how these changes continue to evolve as technology advances.
