Abstract

The focus of this research is on PT Permodalan Nasional Madani Pekanbaru Branch Office, using independent variables consisting ofleader member exchange  (LMX), the dependent variable is employee performance, and the intervening variable is the employee's intention to quit work. This research aims to analyze how big the influence of relationship quality isleader member exchange (LMX) on employee performance at PT Permodalan Nasional Madani Pekanbaru Branch Office with intention to quit work as an intervening variable. The sample consisted of 100 employees of AO PT Permodalan Nasional Madani Pekanbaru Branch Office and all employees were taken as samples using the census method. Research data was analyzed using the SmartPLS series 4 application. The data analyzed came from questionnaires distributed to all employees sampled in this research. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the better the quality of LMX, the better the performance of employees at PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PT PNM) Pekanbaru branch office. LMX quality does not significantly influence employee performance through intention to quit work as an intervening variable at PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PT PNM) Pekanbaru branch office.

Abstract

Abstract: Sales of luxury fashion are growing rapidly in Indonesia. Competition from well-known brands is tight, so a separate strategy is needed to build interest in buying this luxury fashion. Consumer behavior in buying luxury goods has its uniqueness, the same thing also happens in interest in purchasing luxury fashion. Consumer purchase intention is influenced by emotional and rational aspects. The main purpose of this research is to formulate the strategy to develop costumer purchase intention of luxury fashion. This research conveys the influence of emotional aspects, namely the influence of brands, experiences, and hedonic behavior, and the influence of rational aspects which include product quality, price, and information, in influencing consumer buying interest in luxury fashion. The research is a quantitative study involving 125 consumers with the criteria of having purchased luxury fashion. The research results show that hedonic behavior, price, and information do not significantly influence consumer buying interest, while product quality, experience, and brand significantly influence consumer buying interest.

Abstract

Qualitative research relies on both primary and secondary data. This research aims to elucidate the implementation of green supply chain management in the tempeh industry, as well as to illustrate how green supply chain management can be applied to effectively manage waste generated by the tempeh industry. The ultimate goal is to promote environmental sustainability and mitigate the issue of industrial waste, thereby ensuring a clean and healthy environment. The findings of this study indicate that the integration of green supply chain management in the tempeh industry has been effectively executed. The utilization of raw resources also aligns with the concepts of green supply chain. In addition to that, there is excellent cooperation within the supply chain. Nevertheless, there are still areas for improvement in the supply chain flow of the green supply chain implementation in the tempe business in North Jakarta. Additional empirical study is required to examine the aspects that contribute to the performance of green supply chains.

Abstract

The issue of customer satisfaction is the focus of attention of stakeholders (government, business people, suppliers, consumers and so on). This is due to their better understanding of the concept of satisfaction as a strategy to win increasingly fierce business competition. In this case, customer satisfaction is important for business owners and managers because customers will pass on information about their expectations to other potential customers, which will then increase the company's integrity. This research consists of several parts. First, the literature review focuses on orientation to the digital marketing concept. Second, the research model and propositions developed in this study are based on a literature review of previous studies, such as the relationship between digital marketing and customer satisfaction, both directly and indirectly through the company's image. Based on studies conducted through theory and previous research, it can be concluded that digital marketing has an influence on customer satisfaction, both directly and indirectly through the company's image.

Abstract

This article aims to present an in-depth analysis of the phenomena, problems, and shortcomings in implementing talent management, especially in the context of assessment and psychological test functions. This effort is aimed at increasing understanding of the complexities and challenges faced by organizations in maximizing optimal utilization of talent. This article uses a quantitative approach, which looks for the relationship between existing variables from problems between independent and dependent variables. The population of this study is several leaders in various Umrah and Hajj Travel companies in Depok and Bekasi, with maximum questionnaire distribution and collected answers that returned as many as 35 respondents. Then this data will be processed. Data analysis after getting questionnaire answers returned with data analysis techniques using SPSS 24, by looking for influences between independent and dependent variables. From the analysis conducted, it can be concluded that both Assessment and Psychological tests have a significant influence on Talent Management. This shows the importance of using holistic assessment methods in managing talent within an organization. Careful assessment of employees not only helps in identifying existing talent but also allows organizations to develop more effective talent management strategies. It is recommended from the results of this article that organizations be advised to involve different types of assessments, including assessments and psychological tests, in their talent management processes. Thus, they can gain a more holistic understanding of employees and maximize the potential of existing talent.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Job Satisfaction and Physical Work Environment on the performance of teachers in SMK Angkasa Lanud Husein Sastranegara Bandung both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study is teachers at SMK Angkasa Lanud Husein Sastranegara Bandung, a total is 43 teachers. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling technique. The method used in this study is Quantitative Methods with data collection using interview techniques, questionnaires, observations, library studies and the researchers documentation concluded that: 1) work packages have significant effects on Teacher’s performance; 2) The physical working environment has a significant effect on the Teacher’s performance. In simultaneous testing, Job Satisfaction and physical work environment have a positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers in SMK Angkasa Lanud Husein Sastranegara Bandung. The magnitude of the effect of Job Satisfaction and physical work environment is shown with the Adjustable R-Square score of 66.7% and the remaining 33.3% are influenced by other variables not studied in the study.

Abstract

This research investigates the influence of Digital Marketing and Brand Articulation Capabilities on SME Marketing Performance in West Lombok Province, Indonesia. The research results show that Digital Marketing has a positive and significant impact on the Marketing Performance of SMEs, and Brand Articulation Ability also plays an important role in improving their performance. In addition, this research reveals that Brand Articulation Ability acts as a mediating variable in the relationship between Digital Marketing and Marketing Performance. These findings have important implications for SME owners and marketing practitioners, highlighting the importance of investing in effective Digital Marketing and developing Brand Articulation Capabilities. The integration of a good Digital Marketing strategy and the ability to convey a clear brand message can help SMEs achieve success in an increasingly digital and competitive business era.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to analyze potential strategies and solutions to efficiently manage liquidity surpluses, increase profitability, and address operational issues, and provide recommendations to company management on concrete steps that can be taken to optimize liquidity surplus management, increase profitability growth, and reduce leverage and gap risks in company operations. This article uses quantitative methods, which look for influences between variables, the population in this study is middle leaders in financial companies with respondents randomly selected from several financial companies with the distribution of questionnaires. The questionnaire returned after being filled out as many as 52 respondents. Data processing in producing results from questionnaires using SPSS 23 in producing research results. Profitability and leverage have a significant influence on a company's liquidity. This suggests that a company's financial performance, such as profitability, and capital structure, such as leverage, play an important role in determining a company's liquidity level. Therefore, the company's financial management needs to pay close attention to these two factors in an effort to maintain and increase optimal liquidity levels. Pay Attention to Profitability Performance: The management of the company must continue to pay attention and improve its profitability performance. This can be done by improving operational efficiency, product innovation, and the right marketing strategy to increase company revenue and profits. It is expected that the company can maintain and increase its liquidity level, so that it can achieve its long-term financial goals more effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Indonesia's mining company's safety performance in the last 2 years has seen a downward trend. The study aims to investigate the mediation effects of job stress on relationships between safety leadership, safety culture and safety performance. The research data is a questionnaire from the production department of coal mining companies in the Eastern Kalimantan Provinces. Sampling method are taken using the proportionate random sampling, with the number of respondents as many as 161 workes. The method of data analysis using of structural equation modelling. The findings of this study suggest that leadership, culture and job stress are having a positive effect on safety performance. The direct influence of safety leadership and the safety culture on safety performance is stronger than through the job stress. The direct influence of safety leadership on the safety performance is more powerful than the influence of the safety culture on the safety performance.

Abstract

The effect of development of digitalization in companies providing goods transportation services (trucking) on supporting strategies to increase competitiveness and customer satisfaction is a scientific article in the literature study within the scope of the field of science. The purpose of this article is to build a hypothesis of the development of digitalization in companies providing goods transportation services (trucking) influence between variables that will be used in further research. Research objects in online libraries, Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The research method with the research library comes from e-books and open access e-journals. The results of this article: 1) development of digitalization in companies providing goods transportation services (trucking has an effect on supporting strategies to increase competitiveness; 2) has an effect on y1; and 2) development of digitalization in companies providing goods transportation services (trucking) has an effect on customer satisfaction.
