Abstract

This research aims to build a new conceptual framework model which is novelty, which is a combination of models or concepts from previous research combined with the conditions of class B hospitals in Jakarta which makes it possible to develop Positive EWOM, Experience, Care Quality, Satisfaction conditions. Regarding the Revisit of Class B Hospital Patient Intentions in Jakarta in order to provide maximum class B Hospital services in Jakarta to patients so that they can continue to compete. Location This research will be carried out at a Class B Hospital in Jakarta. The selection of research locations was based on the number of Class B hospitals in Jakarta compared to other areas. The method used is a qualitative method to obtain hypotheses and conceptual frameworks.

Abstract

The purpose of this research article is to find out whether there is an influence between variables in this study. This study used a quantitative research approach. The population consisted of 65 supervisors, whose online questionnaire was distributed to several manufacturing companies in Jababeka in January – February 2024, resulting in 65 responses. The sample size remains 65 supervisors. The collected data was analyzed through multiple regression analysis using SEM PLS series 4. Before conducting data analysis, several tests were carried out to determine the significance between variables both individually and simultaneously. Leadership is more instrumental in shaping organizational commitment than training. Therefore, companies need to pay attention to leadership development as one of the strategies to increase the level of employee commitment to the organization.

Abstract

Increased work productivity has significant implications for organizations, including revenue growth, greater profits, improved reputation, and the ability to attract and retain top talent.  Therefore, companies are constantly striving to understand the factors that affect the work productivity of employees. The relationship between competence, organizational culture, work ethic, and work productivity is still an area of ever-evolving research. Therefore, this study aims to investigate and further understand how these variables interact and impact each other in an organizational context. The research method used is a quantitative survey study with the use of questionnaires as a data collection instrument. The research sample consisted of employees in various divisions of the company. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that competence, organizational culture, and work ethic have a positive and significant influence on work productivity. These findings support the alternative hypotheses proposed in the study. The implication of the results of this study is that organizations can increase work productivity by paying attention to employee competency development, strengthening organizational culture that supports performance, and encouraging a positive work ethic. This research makes an important contribution in understanding the factors that affect work productivity and provides a foundation for recommendations for improvement in the context of human resource management and organizational culture.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the variables of ease of use, service quality, and promotions have on consumer buying interest in making transactions using e-wallets. The method used is library research and qualitative description by examining various sources related to the research object. The results showed that as many as 876 respondents who used Shopeepay, OVO and Linkaja agreed in terms of ease of use, while 100 other respondents said that even if it is easy, it is not necessarily used. Furthermore, Gopay and Dana, with a total of 190 respondents, stated that there was a significant influence on the service quality variable. Followed by the promotion variable represented by all e-wallet users, with a total of 48 respondents saying that the majority of millennial users have no significant influence on purchase intention, but on the other hand, it has an influence on Gen Z. It can be concluded that the presence of an e-wallet has been widely used by the public in making transactions with various conveniences, quality and promotions provided, but in terms of usage, there are still many who have not explored the e-wallet, so it is hoped that this can be expanded further.

Abstract

Toba Regency is one of the Lake Toba regions hosting the prestigious F1 PowerBoat (F1H2O) competition held in Balige City, Napitupulu Harbor area. Restaurants and eateries have an important role in providing food and drinks to visitors so that they contribute to regional economic growth. This research analyzes the value chain of restaurants and restaurants in Toba Regency after the F1 PowerBoat event through the DMAIC perspective, thus enabling a deeper understanding of the value chain, the added value generated, and the factors that affect business performance. This type of research is qualitative descriptive explorative, data collection methods with observation, interviews, and documentation of 5 restaurants and eatery business actors as key informants and the Kemenkomarves team as supporting informants who coordinate directly with the event organizer, InJourney. Results can be proven from data analysis using Nvivo and processed research data. The results of data coding found the words value chain and added value as words that were widely conveyed by business actors. Visualization of increased visitor data through percentage and total visitor data, PSP Holiday Restaurant 3360 (200%), Labersa Restaurant 3570 (150%), Tepi Danau Restaurant 5600 (200%), Damar Toba Restaurant 3360 (150%) and Balige Beach Restaurant 1736 (150%). The increase in value added in the value chain is an improvised evaluation of restaurants and eatery business actors.

Abstract

The Influence of Service Quality, Perception of Tariffs and Facilities on Customer Satisfaction is a scientific article on literature studies within the scope of the field of science. The aim of this article is to build a hypothesis of influence between variables that will be used in further research. Research objects in online libraries, Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. Research methods using library research come from e-books and open access e-journals. Qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this article: 1) Service Quality influences Customer Satisfaction; 2) Tariff perceptions influence customer satisfaction; and 3) Facilities influence Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract: Pulogebang Integrated Terminal is one of the largest bus terminals in Jakarta which has an important role in serving community mobility. However, in recent years, passenger interest in using this terminal has decreased. Pulogebang Integrated Terminal to increase passenger interest in 2023. Analysis of Integrated Terminal Facilities and Services to Increase Passenger Interest in 2023 is a research article within the scope of the field of marketing management. The purpose of this article is to build a hypothesis of the influence between variables that will be used in further research. Research objects in online libraries, Google Scholar, Mendeley, and other academic online media.  This research method uses quantitative methods with surveys to obtain samples to be calculated, and then data tabulation and statistical calculations are carried out to test existing hypotheses. The results of this article: 1) Facilities affect increasing passenger interest, and 2) Integrated Terminal Services affect Increasing Passenger Interest.

Abstract

This study aims to test and determine whether e- leadership and telework ability put some effects towards employee performance. The research method used is a quantitative method. This study used non-probability sampling with saturated sampling towards 82 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis techniques and to measure research variables, researchers use a Likert Scale. The results of data analysis show that e-leadership consisting of visionary, convener, team sponsor, manager, innovator and mentor has an effect towards the performance of employees of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional II Cirebon. Meanwhile, the data shows that telework ability which consists of knowledge, skills and attitudes also has an effect on employee's performance. However, if further tested together the e-leadership and telework ability variables above have positive and significant effects on the performance of employees of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional II Cirebon.

Abstract

An important task of the HR council is to help the association achieve its goals. To achieve the hierarchical goal of performing authoritative tasks proficiently and actually, techniques/procedures or HR boards are required. The existence of HR value in an association can be a significant resource in the organization that later in the future can be an ally of hierarchical progress. Abstract

K-Pop is currently getting attention from various parts of the world, including Indonesia. Behind the success of K-Pop idols there are fans/fans who get in touch to support the idols they love. They will also voluntarily defend the idol they like, thereby causing feelings between fans and hurling hatred at each other. This event is commonly referred to as Fanwar on social media. Social media, especially Tiktok, is used as a place for K- Pop fans to do Fanwar. This study aims to find out which factors cause fanwar on Tiktok. This study uses a qualitative approach with a Grounded Theory approach to Coding Manual Analysis. Data were collected through interviews with 7 K-Pop fans who had seen or been involved in a fan war on TikTok. Based on the manual coding analysis conducted in this study, there were 2 themes and 8 categories. The theme obtained is that there is self-control with 5 categories, namely age, fanatic, emotion, mindset, and protect. The results of the analysis, it was found that the highest frequency of themes was in the self-control themes and the highest category was in the self-control themes, the fanatic category.
