Abstract

Development of Learning Evaluation Using Educandy on the Topic of Buying andSelling Activities as a Way to Meet the Needs of Grade IV Students. This researchwas conducted at East Cilendek State Elementary School 2, in the even semesterof the 2024/2025 school year. The method in this study uses the Research andDevelopment (R&D) method with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development,Implementation, and Evaluation) development model. This research involved 31students and carried out a validation process and a learning evaluation trial that hadbeen developed. Validation was carried out by four validation experts, namely mediaexperts, linguists, material experts (lecturers), and material experts (teachers).Based on the results of the validation that has been carried out by the validators,namely 96% media experts, 92% linguists, 98% material experts (lecturers), and84% material experts (teachers) with an average result of 92.5% are included in the“Very Feasible” criteria. The results of the test conducted by the students resultedin a final score with an average of 90.25%. This shows that learning evaluation usingeducation and buying and selling activities as one of the ways to meet needs is veryfeasible to use as learning product.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses penerapan media video animasi dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa IPAS di SDN 195 Barae. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 12 siswa kelas lima. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah 1) lembar observasi, dan 2) tes evaluasi (25 soal pilihan ganda). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan 1) teknik observasi dan 2) teknik uji evaluasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data statistik deskriptif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai tes evaluasi siswa pada Siklus I adalah 74,66 dan pada Siklus II adalah 84,66. Rata-rata hasil observasi kegiatan belajar siswa pada Siklus I adalah 67,35% dan pada Siklus II sebesar 84,70%. Disimpulkan bahwa penerapan media video animasi dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas lima SDN 195 Barae Bidang IPA.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan permainan edukasi matematika pada materi pecahan senilai untuk kelas IV Sekolah Dasar dan mengetahui tingkat kelayakan serta kepraktisan media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research dan Development dengan model ADDIE yang meliputi tahapan : Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, serta Evaluation. Subjek penelitian adalah 20 siswa dan 1 guru kelas IV SD Negri 5 Langsa. Data dikumpulkan melalui observsi,wawancara, dan angket validasi serta kepraktisan. Hasil validasi ahli materi mendapati skor 83,63% (sangat valid), ahli media 98% (sangat valid), kepraktisan oleh guru 96,15% dan siswa sebesar 95% (sangat praktis). Dengan demikian, permainan edukasi matematika yang dikembangkan dinilai sangat layak serta sangat praktis diterapkan sebagai media pembelajaran materi pecahan senilai.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an E-LKPD using the website wizer.me, as well as to determine the feasibility and effectiveness of the E-LKPD. The methodology used in this study is research and development with the ADDE development model at SDN Puspanegara 08. The research subjects were 4th grade student totaling 27 students. The research was conducted in the second semester of the 2024/2025 academic year. In this study, validation tests were conducted on the E-LKPD product by medi experts, language experts, and subject matter experts. The validation result from the media expert obtained 100% with a “very feasible” criterion, the language expert obtained 100% with a “very feasible” criterion, and the subject matter expert obtained 92% with a “very feasible” criterion. The result of the students response questionnaire showed 90% with a “very good” category, and the average N-Gain score was 0,71, which falls into the “high” category. The result of the study indicate that the use of E-LKPD via the wizer.me website is highly effective in supporting the learning process and has proven to improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze in depth the architectural legacy of the Karo traditional house, particularly Siwaluh Jabu in Lingga Cultural Village, as a cultural mirror embodying historical, philosophical, and social values, and to explore how its surviving local wisdom can be understood in the context of modern society. The study examines not only its architectural form but also the symbolic meanings it conveys, positioning Siwaluh Jabu as an intangible cultural heritage that integrates material and immaterial aspects. The research adopts a qualitative-descriptive method with an ethnographic and literature-based approach, drawing data from field observation, interviews with traditional leaders, and textual studies. This approach provides a comprehensive understanding of the relationship between architectural form and the social, religious, and ecological values still present in the community of Lingga Cultural Village. The findings reveal that the Karo traditional house functions not only as a dwelling but also as a symbol of collective identity, a space for social interaction, and a medium to foster solidarity. Its stilted structure and distinctive roof reflect ecological awareness and harmony with nature, while its spatial organization represents principles of deliberation, equality, and respect for ancestors. The significant novelty of this study lies in its integration of architectural and cultural perspectives, affirming that preservation should extend beyond physical conservation to revitalization of philosophical, social, and ecological values. This study thus contributes to raising awareness among society and policymakers on the importance of safeguarding Siwaluh Jabu as a living heritage that bridges tradition and modernity.

Abstract

Nirwana S. 2025. Improving Students’ Beginning Reading Skills in Grade II of SDN Tidung Using the Direct Instruction Learning Model Assisted by FlashCards. Thesis. Elementary School Teacher Education Department, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Muhammadiyah University of Makassar. Supervisor 1 Abd Munir Kondongan and Haslinda. The main problem in this study is that students’ initial reading ability is still classified as low. This study aims to describe the improvement in the initial reading ability of second-grade students at Tidung Elementary School using the Direct Instruction learning model assisted by picture cards. This type of research is Class Action Research which consists of two cycles, each cycle is carried out in two meetings. The research procedures include planning, implementation of actions, observation and reflection. The subjects in this study were 20 students of grade II of SDN Tidung, Rappocini District, Makassar City. The collected data were analyzed using quantitative and qualitative analysis.The results of this study indicate that there was an increase in student learning activities from cycle I to cycle II, student learning outcomes increased with an average score difference of 16, the average score of student learning outcomes in cycle I was 64 increasing to 80 in cycle II. Students’ initial reading learning completeness also increased by 45%, in cycle I which was completed individually out of 20 students only 11 (55%) students achieved learning completeness (KKM) and classical learning completeness had not been achieved. While in cycle II of 20 students there were 20 (100%) students who had achieved learning completeness (KKM) and classical learning completeness was achieved. This means that learning completeness in cycle II was achieved classically because the number of students who completed was more than 80%.Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that the initial reading ability of class II students of Tidung Elementary School, Rappocini District, Makassar City through the application of the direct instruction learning model assisted by picture card media has increased.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia guru masih sering menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional akibatnya siswa menjadi bosan dan mudah jenuh dalam belajar bahasa Indonesia. Oleh karena itu peneliti melakukan penelitian berjudul Efektivitas model pembelajaran RADEC (Read- Answer-Discuss-Explain-Create) terhadap kemampuan menulis teks eksposisi pada siswa kelas VIII SMP It Al-Maidani tahun pembelajaran 2023-2024. Jenis penelitian ini yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah quasi experimental design. Eksperimen semu atau quasi experimental design merupakan pengembangan dari true experimental design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP IT AL-Maidani tahun ajaran 2024/2025 yang terdiri atas 2 kelas yaitu kelas VIII-1 dan kelas VIII-2. Yang dipilih oleh peneliti sebagai objek penelitian dalam penelitian adalah Kelas VIII-1 yang berjumlah 40 orang sebagai kelas eksperimen dan Kelas VIII-2 yang berjumlah 40 orang sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa 1) rata-rata hasil pre-test siswa pada kelas sebelum diberikan pembelajaran konvensional di kelas kontrol yaitu 71,875 sehungga dikategorikan baik, 2) rata-rata hasil pre-test siswa pada kelas sebelum diberikan pembelajaran RADEC (Read-Answer-Discuss-Explain- Create) pada kelas eksperimen yaitu 80,10 sehungga dikategorikan baik, 3) berdasarkan hasil deskripsi data nilai kemampuan menulis siswa yang diberi model pembelajaran RADEC (Read-Answer-Discuss-Explain-Create) pada kelas eksperimen diperoleh kategori sangat baik dengan mean sebesar 86,40. Sedangkan data nilai kemampuan menulis siswa yang diberi model pembelajaran konvensional pada kelas kontrol diperoleh kategori baik dengan mean sebesar 79,55, 4) melalui hasil analisis jawaban siswa bahwa telah terjadinya peningkatan yang signifikan pada hasil belajar siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal teks eksposisi yang diberikan, dan peningkatan ini terjadi setelah diberikan model RADEC (Read-Answer-Discuss-Explain-Create) dan 5) Melalui hasil uji t-test untuk data kemampuan menulis teks eksposisi diperoleh nilai thitung = 4,05 dan nilai ttabel = 1,99, karena thitung > ttabel yakni 4,05 > 1,99 maka Ho ditolak dan ha diterima.

Abstract

The main problem in this study is whether the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model supported by the Wordwall application has an effect on the mathematics learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at SD Inpres Malengkeri II. This study aims to determine the effect of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model supported by the Wordwall application on the mathematics learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at SD Inpres Malengkeri II.The study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method and a non-equivalent control group design. The sample consisted of classes IV A (control) and IV B (experimental) with a total of 50 students. The instruments consisted of pretest-posttest questions and observation sheets. Data were collected through tests and observations, analyzed descriptively and inferentially.The results showed a posttest average of 85.28 for the experimental class and 76.84 for the control class. The t-test showed a significance of 0.009 (<0.05), indicating that the implementation of TGT with the help of Wordwalls had a significant effect on students' mathematics learning outcomes.

Abstract

Masalah utama dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis kesulitan siswa dalam menulis paragraf deskripsi dalam mata pelajaran bahasa indonsia kelas IV SD Negeri No. 15 Jawi-Jawi Kabupaten Maros. tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana analisis kesulitan siswa dalam menulis paragraf deskripsi dalam mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia kelas IV SD Negeri No.15 Jawi-Jawi Kabupaten Maros. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskripsi dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi dan wawancara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV SD Negeri No. 15 Jawi-Jawi Kabupaten Maros dan sampel penelitian yaitu seluruh siswa kelas IV SD Negeri No. 15 Jawi-Jawi Kabupaten Maros yang berjumlah 26 siswa. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh diketahui kemampuan peserta didik kelas IV dalam menulis paragraf deksripsi masih rendah dengan presentase 35%. Kesulitan peserta didik dalam menulis paragraf deskripsi pada mata pelajaran bahasa indonesias kela IV SD Negeri No. 15 Jawi-Jawi Kabupaten Maros meliputi beberapa aspek yaitu peserta didik kesulitan dalam penggunaan kosa kata yang tepat dan kesulitan dalam menemukan ide pokok.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of interactive learning media on elementary school students’ understanding of map concepts. The method used was a quasi-experimental design with a nonequivalent control group. Data were collected through pre-test and post-test, then analyzed using normality test, homogeneity test, independent sample t-test, and N-Gain calculation. The results of the normality test showed that the pre-test in the experimental class had a significance value of 0.079 and the control class 0.154, while in the post-test the experimental class was 0.052 and the control class 0.128. All values were greater than 0.05, indicating that the data were normally distributed. The homogeneity test also showed homogeneous data with a significance value of 0.592 for the pre-test and 0.728 for the post-test. The average post-test score in the experimental class was 90.12, higher than the control class with 81.48. The N-Gain average of the experimental class was 81.19 categorized as high and very effective, while the control class reached 68.83 categorized as moderate and fairly effective. The independent sample t-test produced a significance value of 0.000, indicating a significant difference between the two groups. Thus, interactive learning media is more effective than conventional learning in improving students’ understanding of map concepts.
