Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: pengaruh signifikan model pembelajaran ARCS terhadap keterampilan membaca kritis siswa kelas V pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada rendahnya keterampilan membaca kritis siswa, kurangnya motivasi belajar, serta kurangnya kreativitas guru dalam memilih model pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode kuasi eksperimen dan desain pretest-posttest control group. Sampel terdiri dari dua kelas, masing-masing 20 siswa, yaitu kelas VA sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan VB sebagai kelompok kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes keterampilan membaca kritis dalam bentuk pilihan ganda dan uraian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata pretest kelompok eksperimen adalah 59,8 dan meningkat menjadi 80,5 pada posttest. Sementara itu, kelompok kontrol meningkat dari 70,3 menjadi 80,2. Uji independent sample t-test menunjukkan signifikansi 0,012 dan t hitung 2,643 > t tabel 2,024, yang berarti terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara kedua kelompok. Dengan demikian, model pembelajaran ARCS terbukti berpengaruh signifikan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan membaca kritis siswa kelas V SD.

Abstract

Muhamad Altur Muhtar 037121059. Development of Learning Evaluation Using the Wordwall Platform on Food Chain Material. This study aims to develop and test the feasibility of a learning evaluation tool using the wordwall platform in the science subject of food chain material in class V of SDN Bantarkemang 2. This study uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach. The subjects of this study were 37 fifth grade students of SDN Bantarkemang 2, Bogor City. This research was conducted in the even semester of the 2024/2025 academic year. This development research uses the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Information collection was carried out by means of observation, interviews, and questionnaire assessments from media experts, language experts, material experts by lecturers, and material experts by teachers. The results of the study showed that the learning evaluation using the Wordwall platform on food chain material was feasible to use. This can be seen from the results of the validation research of media experts by 94%, language experts by 94%, material experts by lecturers by 94% and material experts by teachers by 100% which were included in the "very feasible" category with an average percentage of 95%. In the limited test phase to 37 students of SDN Bantarkemang 2 Bogor City, a very good response was obtained with a percentage of 95% in the category of "very feasible". Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the evaluation of learning using the Wordwall platform on the food chain material in this study was proven to be valid, very effective, and interesting for students and very feasible to be used as a tool to measure students' understanding related to learning materials.

Abstract

Street children are children who spend a lot of time on the streets starting from their daily activities or just wandering around to make a living from one place to another. The purpose of this study is to find out what underlies street children to decide to go down and live on the streets, what are the views of the community about street children, what are the problems experienced by street children. The research method used is descriptive qualitative by conducting interviews and observations of street children and the community concerned. Research location on Jl. Hero Character, Kec. Medan Perjuangan, Medan City which involved 6 people with 3 street children and 3 people from the community. The results of research on street children that the authors get are social problems that are an interesting phenomenon in social life. The author can meet children who spend most of their lives on the streets at various points in the center of the crowd in big cities, such as markets, terminals, stations, traffic lights, urban centers, and so on. Their street life is mainly related to economic activities, including busking, begging, selling, porters, delivering newspapers, cleaning cars, and so on. Although there are also groups of children who just hang around or gather aimlessly on the streets.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the low learning process and outcomes of students inmathematics in fourth grade at SDN 196/II Taman Agung. This study aims toimprove the learning process and outcomes of students in fourth grade at SDN196/II Taman Agung, Bathin III District.This type of research is classroom actionresearch, examining the situation and conditions of the teaching and learningprocess at school. This study was conducted with 18 students in the secondsemester of the 2024/2025 academic year. The study consisted of two cycles,each consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data forthis study were collected using quantitative and qualitative data analysistechniques.The results of this study can be explained as follows: (1) Theapplication of the make-a-match learning model, as seen from the learningprocess and outcomes in cycle I, with an average of 49.44%, increased in cycle II,with an average of 86.66%. (2) The implementation of the make a match learningmodel is seen from the observation sheet, namely cycle I meeting I from theeducator aspect with a value range of 88.23% while cycle I meeting II with a valuerange of 94.11% and cycle II meetings I and II 100% and the student aspect ofcycle I meeting I with an average value of 68.94% while cycle I meeting II with avalue range of 74.16% and in cycle II there was an increase in the student aspectof cycle I meeting I reaching an average value of 80.55% while cycle II meeting IIreached an average of 92.15% with a very good category. It can be concluded thatthe implementation of the make a match learning model can improve the processand results of learning mathematics.

Abstract

Kemampuan membaca permulaan merupakan keterampilan dasar yang penting dikuasai peserta didik kelas awal sebagai fondasi memahami pelajaran lain. Jika kemampuan ini belum berkembang, maka peserta didik akan kesulitan mengikuti pembelajaran selanjutnya. Berdasarkan pengamatan di kelas I SDN 5 Sungai Raya, masih ada peserta didik yang kesulitan mengenal huruf, membaca kata, serta memahami bacaan sederhana. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan kemampuan membaca permulaan peserta didik kelas I dengan menggunakan instrumen Early Grade Reading Assessment (EGRA). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan subjek empat peserta didik. Instrumen EGRA meliputi lima aspek, yaitu: (1) mengenal huruf, (2) membaca kata, (3) membaca kata yang tidak mempunyai arti, (4) kelancaran membaca nyaring dan pemahaman bacaan, serta (5) menyimak (pemahaman mendengar). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kemampuan peserta didik bervariasi. Dua peserta didik sudah mampu mengenal huruf dan membaca kata dengan cukup lancar, tetapi masih lemah pada suku kata kompleks seperti “ng” dan “ny”. Dua peserta didik lainnya masih kesulitan mengenal huruf dan belum dapat membaca kata dengan baik. Pada aspek menyimak, sebagian besar tergolong baik, meskipun ekspresi saat membaca nyaring belum sesuai isi bacaan. Simpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan kemampuan membaca permulaan peserta didik kelas I SDN 5 Sungai Raya masih perlu ditingkatkan, terutama dalam membaca kata. Oleh karena itu, guru perlu menerapkan strategi pembelajaran bervariasi dan melibatkan orang tua untuk mendukung perkembangan literasi peserta didik.

Abstract

The problem in this research is the low level of student learning process and outcomes in mathematics in grade V of SDN 08/IV Pelangki Village. This research aims to improve the learning process and outcomes of students in grade V of SDN 08/IV Pelangki Village, Batang Masumai District.This research is a classroom action research that examines the situation and conditions of the teaching and learning process at school. This research was conducted with 15 students in the first semester of the 2024/2025 academic year. The implementation of this research consisted of two cycles, each consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The data were collected using quantitative and qualitative data analysis techniques. The results of this study can be explained as follows: (1) The application of the problem-based learning model, as seen from the learning process and outcomes in cycle I, with an average of 55.33%, experienced an increase in cycle II, namely an average of 80.66%. (2) The application of the problem-based learning model, as seen from the observation sheet, namely cycle I meeting I from the educator aspect with a value range of 75%, while cycle I meeting II with a value range of 75% and cycle II meeting I 80% and cycle II meeting II 85%. The student aspect of cycle I meeting I had an average value of 46%. While cycle I meeting II had a value range of 60%. And in cycle II there was an increase in the student aspect of cycle II meeting I reaching an average value of 80%. While cycle II meeting II reached an average of 93% with a very good category. It can be concluded that the application of the problem-based learning model can improve the process and outcomes of mathematics learning

Abstract

This study aims to examine the use of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model integrated with Quizziz and concrete media in improving learning motivation of fifth-grade students at SDN 22 Palu. The research method employed was Classroom Action Research (CAR) based on the Kemmis and McTaggart model carried out in two cycles. Data collection techniques included observation, learning motivation questionnaires, and documentation. The findings reveal that the implementation of PBL combined with Quizziz significantly enhanced students’ motivation. Students became more enthusiastic and actively engaged in group discussions and interactive quizzes. Intrinsic motivation was fostered by curiosity and satisfaction in finding solutions, while extrinsic motivation was encouraged through a point system. In conclusion, integrating PBL with interactive Quizziz , and concrete media proved effective in creating an enjoyable learning environment that boosts students’ motivation in elementary school.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menilai media E-Komik untuk mata pelajaran pendidikan Pancasila kepada siswa sekolah dasar kelas IV, yang berfokus pada validitas dan kepraktisannya di kelas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian dan Pengembangan (R&D) menggunakan model ADDIE. Pengumpulan data dilakukan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan angket validasi yang diisi oleh para ahli, serta lembar umpan balik dari guru dan siswa. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Validasi ahli materi menghasilkan skor 84%, dikategorikan "sangat valid", ahli bahasa memberikan skor 87,5%, juga dinilai "sangat valid", dan ahli media memberikan skor 84%, yang termasuk dalam kategori "sangat valid". (2) Hasil dari uji coba terbatas menunjukkan bahwa para ahli praktik memberi nilai media sebesar 100%, dianggap "sangat praktis", sementara umpan balik siswa mencapai 94,45%, juga tergolong "sangat praktis". Dari hasil penilaian media pembelajaran E-Comic dapat disimpulkan bahwa media E-Komik pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila kelas IV sangat layak diterapkan sebagai media pembelajaran, sehingga diharapkan dapat dijadikan acuan untuk mengkaji lebih lanjut penerapan teknologi dalam pendidikan dan dampaknya terhadap pemahaman siswa serta sebagai dasar untuk penelitian selanjutnya dengan berbagai konteks pembelajaran.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh dari penggunaan media pembelajaran papan pada pembelajaran matematika materi penyajian data, untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Metode dalam penelitian adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain pre eksperimen one group pretest-postest dengan subjek penelitian 16 siswa kelas V SDN Sindanghurip, Salawu, Tasikmalaya. Penelitian dilakukan dengan melakukan observasi terlebih dahulu untuk mengumpulkan data, selanjutnya pemberian soal atau pernyataan berupa esay sebagai pretest, kemudian diberikan perlakuan yaitu penggunaan media pembelajaran papadn diagram, setelah diberi perlakuan maka dilanjutkan dengan postest dengan pemberian soal esay yang sama. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa terdapat peningkatan terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada pembeljaaran matematika materi penyajian data sebelum dan setelah penggunaan media pembeljaran papan diagram berdasarkan uji statistika Paired Sample t-Test yang menunjukkan bahwa nilai sig (2-tailed) adalah 0,000, karena 0,000 < 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sehingga dapat disimulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaraan papan diagram terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa pada materi penyajian data. Uji statistika pada penelittian ini menggunakan program IBM SPSS 23. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh dari penggunaan media pembelajaran papan pada pembelajaran matematika materi penyajian data, untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Abstract

The development of science, technology and information (science and technology) is very fast and globalization nowadays occur positive and negative impacts on people's lives, both individual and social life. The positive impact of the development of science and technology and the globalization of the labor market is opening opportunities in accordance with the needs of society and the state. While the negative impact is the changing values and norms of life that is often in contradiction with the norms and values of life that has existed in the community. In this context, education, especially primary education, plays a very important to preserve and protect the norms and positive life values that already exist in the society of a country from the negative effects of science and technology development and globalization. The education process is right and quality provided supplies and power to maintain the "identity" of the negative effects of globalization, not only for the interests of individual learners, but also for the benefit of society and the state. National policy development of the noble character education into the national education system is a strategic effort to equip future generations with the noble character of the nation as the identity of Indonesia in global competition. With the character education that is applied systematically and sustainably, a child will be emotionally intelligent. Emotional intelligence is important provision in preparing children to meet the future, because someone will be more easily and successfully face all kinds of life challenges, including the challenge to succeed academically.
