Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the use of digital bookkeeping has an effect on cash flow management in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Rappocini District, Makassar City. The background of this study is based on the fact that many MSME owners, particularly in the culinary sector, still use manual financial recording methods. This approach is considered inefficient as it is prone to errors and requires more time to produce financial reports. Digital bookkeeping presents a solution that enables MSMEs to record transactions automatically, generate more accurate and timely financial reports, and monitor cash flow in real-time. This study employed an associative quantitative approach. The variables studied were digital bookkeeping as the independent variable (X) and cash flow management as the dependent variable (Y). Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 164 culinary MSME owners in Rappocini District as the research sample, selected from a total population of 278 MSMEs using the Slovin formula with a five percent margin of error. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression. The results indicate that digital bookkeeping has a positive and significant effect on cash flow management of MSMEs in Rappocini District, Makassar City, with t-count 8.381 > t-table 1.975 and significance value 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) shows that digital bookkeeping explains 30.2% of the variation in cash flow management.

Abstract

Dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) merupakan instrumen kebijakan pemerintah yang strategis dalam mewujudkan pemerataan layanan pendidikan dasar di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji efektivitas penggunaan dana BOS dalam mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah dasar sekaligus menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi optimalisasinya. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) terhadap sepuluh artikel ilmiah yang dipilih secara sistematis dari berbagai jurnal bereputasi nasional dan internasional melalui proses skrining berbasis kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi yang ketat. Hasil kajian menemukan bahwa penggunaan dana BOS secara transparan, akuntabel, dan tepat sasaran berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran melalui tiga jalur utama: (1) penyediaan sarana dan prasarana yang memadai, (2) pengembangan kompetensi tenaga pendidik secara berkelanjutan, dan (3) pembiayaan keberlangsungan kegiatan akademik yang bermakna. Empat faktor kunci yang menentukan efektivitas dana BOS adalah: (1) transparansi dan akuntabilitas pengelolaan, (2) kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah, (3) partisipasi aktif komite sekolah, dan (4) ketersediaan sistem pelaporan digital yang terintegrasi. Temuan ini menegaskan urgensi transformasi tata kelola keuangan sekolah yang mencakup penguatan standar operasional prosedur (SOP), akselerasi digitalisasi pelaporan melalui platform ARKAS, revitalisasi peran komite sekolah sebagai mitra strategis, serta peningkatan kompetensi sumber daya manusia sebagai prasyarat utama efektivitas dana BOS dalam mendukung mutu pembelajaran di era pendidikan berkeadilan.

Abstract

This article aims to reconstruct the concept of leadership in Early Childhood Islamic Education (ECIE) through a philosophical reading of the concept of the prepared environment developed by Maria Montessori. Until now, ECIE leadership has tended to be understood within an administrative and managerial framework, often disconnected from the pedagogical experiences of children. This approach has limited the implementation of inclusivity, which often stops at the policy level rather than actual practice in the learning environment. This research uses a qualitative approach based on literature review with philosophical and hermeneutic analysis of key Montessori literature, inclusive leadership theory, and Islamic education studies. Data were analyzed through a process of concept reduction, thematic categorization, and reflective synthesis to develop a new conceptual framework. The study's primary focus lies in the shift in leadership paradigm from authority to design of learning environments. The results show that the concept of the prepared environment offers a strong theoretical basis for understanding leadership as a design practice that directly shapes children's learning experiences. The environment is positioned as an active medium that enables the realization of inclusivity in a concrete, rather than merely normative, manner. In the context of ECIE in Indonesia, this approach has the potential to be integrated with Islamic educational values, despite facing cultural, structural, and resource challenges. This article contributes to the development of Islamic educational leadership theory by emphasizing the importance of environmental design as a core practice of contextual and reflective inclusive leadership.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Project Based Learning (PjBL) on students' collaborative skills in grade V at SDN 166 Palembang. This research employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method using a nonequivalent control group design. The sample consisted of 54 students divided into experimental and control classes. Data were collected using observation sheets based on collaborative skill indicators, including active contribution, cooperation, responsibility, productivity, and mutual respect. The results showed that the experimental class experienced a higher improvement than the control class. The average posttest score of the experimental class was 80, while the control class was 73,14. The Independent Sample t-test showed a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating a significant effect of PjBL on students’ collaborative skills. Therefore, Project Based Learning is effective in improving collaborative skills in elementary school students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate how inquiry-based outdoor learning can enhance primary school students' science process abilities and learning outcomes. The limited development of students' scientific skills and subpar learning outcomes, which are frequently linked to teacher-centered instructional approaches and the underutilization of the surrounding environment as a contextual learning resource, provide the backdrop for this study. This study used a literature review strategy and a qualitative methodology. Selected scientific journal articles, books, and pertinent earlier research on inquiry-based learning and outdoor learning were the sources of the data. While data analysis employed descriptive qualitative methodologies by organizing, comparing, and synthesizing findings from multiple sources, data collecting was accomplished through a systematic assessment of the literature.Based on the reviewed literature, the results show that inquiry-based outdoor learning helps students build their science process abilities, especially when it comes to observing, classifying, questioning, and conveying discoveries. Additionally, this method is linked to superior learning outcomes, as demonstrated by students' increased academic success and conceptual comprehension. Additionally, outdoor learning activities offer contextualized and meaningful learning opportunities that boost student participation and engagement. Inquiry-based outdoor learning is therefore seen as a pertinent strategy to promote efficient, contextual, and student-centered scientific instruction in primary school.

Abstract

Language literacy is a fundamental competence that supports students’ academic success, particularly at the elementary school level. Teachers play a strategic role in developing students’ language literacy motivation through appropriate and innovative learning strategies. This study aims to describe teachers’ strategies in enhancing language literacy motivation among elementary school students. The study employed a qualitative descriptive approach using a literature review method by analyzing various relevant national journal articles, books, and recent scientific references. The findings indicate that effective strategies include habituating daily reading activities, utilizing engaging learning media, implementing interactive learning, providing reading corners in classrooms, training writing skills gradually, and involving parents in literacy development. In addition, educational games, especially digital-based games, were found to increase students’ enthusiasm, participation, and interest in literacy learning. Positive reinforcement, such as praise and appreciation, also contributes to building students’ confidence and learning motivation. However, several challenges remain, including low reading interest, limited reading resources, excessive gadget use, and lack of parental support. Therefore, collaboration between teachers, schools, and families is essential to create a sustainable literacy culture. It can be concluded that teachers’ strategies significantly influence the development of students’ language literacy motivation and can help produce active, confident, and literate learners prepared for future educational challenges.

Abstract

The Utilization of Canva-Based Digital Literacy Posters in Indonesian Language Learning for Grade X Students at UPT SMKN 1 Sinjai. This study aims to describe the planning, implementation, and assessment of the use of Canva-based digital literacy posters in Indonesian language learning for tenth-grade students at UPT SMKN 1 Sinjai. The study employs a descriptive qualitative approach, focusing on systematically portraying the process of implementing digital poster media within the learning context. Research data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that during the planning stage, teachers and researchers collaborated in developing teaching modules, selecting literacy themes, and designing digital posters using Canva. During the implementation stage, the posters were used as preliminary reading materials to increase students’ reading interest and to facilitate their understanding of information through concise texts and engaging visuals. In the assessment stage, teachers conducted formative evaluations through oral question-and-answer sessions to measure students’ comprehension, confidence, and active participation in responding to the poster content. Overall, the use of Canva-based digital literacy posters proved effective in enhancing student engagement, strengthening their understanding of texts, and creating a more interactive learning environment. Furthermore, the research findings align with Paul Gilster’s concept of digital literacy, which emphasizes the ability to understand, evaluate, and critically interpret digital information. Therefore, Canva-based digital posters are suitable for use as alternative learning media that are relevant to the characteristics of vocational high school students and the demands of 21st-century literacy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengembangan sikap dan karakter positif guru sebagai upaya meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Permasalahan penelitian terletak pada belum optimalnya peran guru dalam menciptakan pembelajaran interaktif dan berbasis karakter akibat kurangnya praktik reflektif dan keteladanan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis mekanisme pengembangan sikap dan karakter positif guru serta dampaknya terhadap kualitas pembelajaran. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kepustakaan melalui pemanfaatan sumber data sekunder berupa jurnal ilmiah, buku, dan literatur akademik yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap guru yang meliputi dimensi kognitif, afektif, dan konatif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap interaksi pembelajaran dan keterlibatan siswa. Selain itu, karakter guru seperti integritas, empati, disiplin, akuntabilitas, dan kesadaran berperan penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif dan berpusat pada siswa. Penguatan karakter guru memerlukan strategi yang sistematis dan berkelanjutan melalui pengembangan profesional, refleksi diri, serta dukungan budaya sekolah. Dengan demikian, kualitas pembelajaran tidak hanya ditentukan oleh kompetensi pedagogik, tetapi juga oleh kekuatan karakter guru sebagai fondasi utama pendidikan.

Abstract

Diversity, encompassing cultural, ethnic, religious, and linguistic aspects, is an integral part of Indonesian society. This reality calls for an education system that can embrace differences while fostering mutual respect. In the National on the National Education System, this principle is reflected in the objectives of national education, which are aimed at shaping individuals who uphold the values of democracy and respect diversity. This study aims to examine understandings of multicultural education within the framework of the National Education System Law as well as its impact on the implementation of education. The method applied in this research is a qualitative approach with a library study type. Data collection is conducted through the examination of various written sources, such as legislation, reference books, and scientific journals obtained via Google Scholar. The sampling technique in this study was designed to identify and select relevant sources published within the last decade. The results of the study indicate that multicultural education in the National Education System Law emphasizes the importance of recognizing and respecting diversity as part of the nation’s identity. However, understanding of this concept in educational practice remains insufficient, particularly regarding its implementation in the curriculum and the learning process. Therefore, targeted and sustained efforts are needed to improve the learning process. Therefore, there is a need for directed and continuous efforts to improve both understanding and the implementation of multicultural education in educational settings.

Abstract

The development of Islamic religious education based on multicultural insights in schools has become an urgent need in the context of an increasingly pluralistic society. This study aims to analyze the concepts, implementation, and challenges in applying multicultural Islamic religious education in schools. The methods used include literature review and descriptive analysis of multicultural education practices in various educational institutions. The findings indicate that a multicultural approach in Islamic religious education can help students understand the values of diversity, respect differences, and strengthen interfaith tolerance. Development strategies include integrating multicultural values into the curriculum, providing teacher training to enhance multicultural competencies, and creating an inclusive learning environment. The challenges faced include a lack of teacher understanding of multicultural education, resistance to change, and limited policy support. Therefore, synergy between the government, schools, teachers, and society is necessary to realize Islamic religious education that aligns with the spirit of pluralism and social justice.
