Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of interactive multimedia on students’ learning motivation based on Self-Determination Theory in English learning at class XI MAN 2 Makassar City. This research employed a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, involving an English teacher and students of class XI MAN 2 Makassar City as the research subjects. The findings showed that the use of interactive multimedia, such as videos, animations, and digital applications, increased students’ attention, enthusiasm, and engagement in learning. Based on the perspective of Self-Determination Theory, students’ learning motivation developed in three main aspects: autonomy, competence, and relatedness. However, students’ participation and engagement were not evenly distributed, and classroom interaction tended to be one-way. Therefore, more participatory and student-centered learning strategies are needed to optimize the use of interactive multimedia in improving students’ learning motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze teacher competence and the availability of facilities and infrastructure as supporting factors in music learning at elementary schools. The study employed a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method based on the PRISMA guidelines. The literature search process was conducted through the Google Scholar database using the Publish or Perish application, covering publications from 2020 to 2025. Based on the selection process, 26 articles that met the inclusion criteria were obtained and analyzed using a qualitative descriptive approach. The results indicate that teacher competence and the availability of facilities and infrastructure play an important role in the success of music learning in elementary schools. The main challenges identified include limited teacher professional competence, lack of mastery of music teaching methods, and insufficient facilities such as musical instruments, learning media, and supporting technology. On the other hand, the use of digital media, simple musical instruments, and creative learning approaches has proven effective in improving students’ motivation, creativity, and musical skills. In addition, proper management of facilities and infrastructure also supports the creation of more effective and enjoyable music learning. Therefore, improving the quality of music learning requires strengthening teacher competence and providing adequate facilities and infrastructure so that the learning process can run optimally

Abstract

Interfaith marriages in Indonesia have long been a complex legal issue, given that existing regulations neither explicitly prohibit nor permit them. This legal vacuum has prompted some parties to seek loopholes through court rulings, whether through Religious Courts or District Courts. The issuance of Supreme Court Circular Letter (SEMA) No. 2 of 2023 marks the highest institutional response within the Indonesian judicial system to this issue. This study aims to analyze three aspects: the legal standing of SEMA No. 2 of 2023 within Indonesia’s religious court system; its legal implications for the jurisdiction of Religious Courts in interfaith marriage cases; and the perspective of legal certainty regarding the transformation of the religious court system following the issuance of this SEMA. This study employs a normative legal research method using a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The results of the study indicate that SEMA No. 2 of 2023 strengthens the position of the Religious Court as a bastion of Islamic legal values, reaffirms the prohibition on the registration of interfaith marriages, and marks a significant institutional transformation, although it still leaves gaps in legal certainty regarding the hierarchy of legislation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keterlibatan kelompok tani dalam memberdayakan masyarakat petani padi di Desa Rasuan Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu Timur. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan melibatkan 13 informan yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan kelompok tani dalam pemberdayaan petani padi telah terlihat pada tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, peningkatan kapasitas petani, serta penyediaan sarana produksi. Kelompok tani berperan sebagai wadah pembelajaran, kerja sama, dan penguatan kapasitas anggota dalam mengelola usaha tani padi. Selain itu, kelompok tani juga membantu petani dalam memperoleh akses terhadap sarana produksi seperti benih, pupuk, pestisida, dan alat pertanian. Namun demikian, pelaksanaan pemberdayaan belum berjalan optimal karena evaluasi kegiatan masih bersifat sederhana dan belum terstruktur secara sistematis, serta partisipasi anggota dalam peningkatan kapasitas belum merata. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penguatan pada aspek evaluasi dan peningkatan partisipasi anggota agar proses pemberdayaan dapat berjalan lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan faktor penyebab terjadinya pernikahan dini di Desa Beruge Darat, Kabupaten Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif, Jumlah sampel penelitian adalah 11 orang responden yaitu, 7 orang pelaku pernikahan dini, dan 4 orang tua pelaku pernikahan dini. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah mengunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, penentuan sumber data pada orang yang diwawancarai dilakukan secara purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tiga faktor utama yang memengaruhi terjadinya pernikahan dini, yaitu faktor lingkungan sosial, faktor ekonomi, dan hamil di luar nikah. Faktor lingkungan sosial dipengaruhi oleh kebiasaan masyarakat yang menormalisasi pernikahan dini serta rendahnya tingkat pendidikan. Faktor ekonomi berkaitan dengan keterbatasan pendapatan keluarga yang bergantung pada pekerjaan sebagai petani karet, petani kelapa sawit, dan buruh tani. Sementara itu, hamil di luar nikah dipengaruhi oleh pergaulan bebas serta kemudahan akses terhadap media massa dan media informasi. Ketiga faktor tersebut saling berkaitan dan menjadikan pernikahan dini sebagai solusi atas permasalahan yang dihadapi.

Abstract

This research is motivated by Formal Physical Education (PJOK) learning in schools is constrained by limited time allocation of only 2 lesson hours per week, resulting in significant variation and inconsistency in students' badminton basic technical mastery. Objective: This study aims to determine and analyze the basic technical skills of badminton games in fifth-grade students at SDN 173 Tanjung Jabung Barat. Methodology: This study used a qualitative approach with an interpretive descriptive method. Data were gathered through field observation, interviews, and documentation techniques to understand the phenomenon naturally. Results: The results showed a dualism in the level of movement mastery based on the Three-Stage Model of Motor Learning. In simple basic techniques (racket grip and forehand stroke), the majority of students have mastered them well and approached the autonomous stage. Conversely, in complex techniques (backhand stroke, service, and footwork), students are still in the cognitive stage. Students' main weaknesses were identified in the indicators of accuracy, coordination, and body balance when moving. As a practical implication, badminton extracurricular activities are recommended as the primary intervention medium to provide repetitive training programs to improve these complex techniques.

Abstract

This study investigates vocational high school students’ perceptions of using YouTube as a digital platform to improve listening comprehension skills in an EFL context. Listening is considered one of the most challenging skills due to limited exposure to authentic English, accent variation, and a lack of engaging learning media. This research employed a descriptive qualitative design involving tenth-grade students at SMK Negeri 5 Surabaya. Data were collected through questionnaires and interviews, and analyzed using thematic analysis. The findings reveal that students generally perceive YouTube positively, as it provides audio-visual support, authentic language exposure, flexibility, and increased motivation. Students reported benefits such as vocabulary acquisition, improved pronunciation, and better contextual understanding. Additionally, YouTube enables personalized learning through features such as replay, subtitles, and adjustable playback speed. However, several challenges were identified, including fast speech, unfamiliar vocabulary, inaccurate or unavailable subtitles, and technical issues such as poor internet connection. Overall, YouTube is considered an effective and engaging platform for improving listening comprehension, although teachers need to guide students in selecting appropriate content and overcoming learning barriers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengevaluasi kelayakan serta kepraktisan sumber belajar berbasis Massive Open Online Course (MOOCs) dalam pembelajaran PJOK di SMP. Sumber belajar MOOCs ini dirancang untuk dapat diakses secara mandiri dan fleksibel oleh siswa, dengan konten interaktif seperti video, infografis, dan kuis berbasis permainan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian dan Pengembangan (R&D) dengan model ADDIE yang mencakup tahap analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Hasil evaluasi kelayakan menunjukkan bahwa produk dinilai sangat valid oleh ahli materi dan media. Uji coba kepraktisan menunjukkan bahwa sumber belajar MOOCs beserta panduannya dinilai praktis hingga sangat praktis oleh siswa, baik dalam uji coba individu maupun kelompok kecil. Penilaian dari guru juga mengkategorikan produk ini sebagai sangat praktis untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran. Dengan demikian, pengembangan sumber belajar MOOCs ini terbukti sangat layak dan praktis untuk diimplementasikan sebagai solusi pembelajaran digital yang inovatif untuk mendukung kemandirian belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PJOK.

Abstract

Indonesia’s criminal justice system is undergoing a paradigm shift from a retributive approach toward a restorative approach. Restorative justice has emerged as a response to the shortcomings of the conventional justice system, which is deemed incapable of restoring relationships between offenders, victims, and the community. This study examines how restorative justice is regulated in Indonesian positive law, how it is applied in criminal law enforcement practice, and what obstacles are encountered in its implementation. The research method used is normative legal research with a legislative and conceptual approach. The results of the study indicate that the normative framework for restorative justice in Indonesia remains partial and scattered across various sectoral regulations. Its application in practice faces obstacles in the form of inconsistencies among law enforcement officials, a lack of public understanding, and the absence of a specific and comprehensive law regulating restorative justice. This study concludes that systematic and integrated legal reform is necessary to realize true restorative justice within Indonesia’s criminal justice system.

Abstract

Perkembangan ekonomi digital telah mendorong pertumbuhan sektor ride-hailing di Indonesia dan menciptakan peluang kerja baru bagi masyarakat melalui sistem kemitraan berbasis platform digital. Namun, di balik fleksibilitas kerja yang ditawarkan, mitra kurir menghadapi berbagai potongan pendapatan yang memengaruhi besarnya take-home pay yang diterima. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak sistem multi-potongan aplikator terhadap pendapatan bersih mitra kurir pada sektor ride-hailing. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode asosiatif eksplanatori. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 mitra kurir aktif yang dipilih menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Variabel penelitian meliputi potongan komisi aplikator, biaya operasional, dan potongan promosi sebagai variabel independen, serta take-home pay sebagai variabel dependen. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata pendapatan bruto mitra kurir sebesar Rp250.000 per hari, sedangkan pendapatan bersih yang diterima hanya sekitar Rp120.000 per hari setelah dikurangi berbagai potongan dan biaya operasional. Potongan komisi aplikator menjadi faktor yang paling dominan dalam menurunkan pendapatan bersih mitra. Selain itu, biaya operasional dan potongan promosi juga terbukti berpengaruh negatif terhadap take-home pay. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa sistem multi-potongan dalam platform ride-hailing memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan mitra kurir sehingga diperlukan transparansi kebijakan, perlindungan pekerja digital, dan sistem kemitraan yang lebih adil dan berkelanjutan.
