Abstract

This study aims to examine the correlation between arm muscle strength and smash accuracy in badminton players through a systematic literature review approach. The smash is a primary attacking technique in badminton that requires a combination of strength, coordination, speed, and precision. Data were collected by reviewing relevant books, journals, and scientific publications, which were subsequently analyzed and classified according to the research needs. The results indicate a significant positive correlation between arm muscle strength and smash accuracy among badminton players. Players with greater arm muscle strength tend to produce more powerful, faster, and more accurate smash shots. Physiologically, improvements in arm muscle strength through structured training such as push-ups, pull-ups, and resistance training have been shown to enhance muscular force production, directly impacting smash precision. Beyond arm muscle strength, smash accuracy is also influenced by hand-eye coordination, mastery of basic techniques, wrist flexibility, and the regularity of training. It is concluded that the higher the arm muscle strength of a player, the better their ability to produce accurate and effective smashes.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the actualization of Pancasila values in students' social media ethics and analyze the inhibiting factors. A qualitative phenomenological approach was employed involving 11th grade students, a Pancasila Education teacher, and the school principal as informants at SMA Negeri 6, Sadu District, Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency. Data were collected through structured interviews, non-participatory observations, and documentation, then analyzed using Miles and Huberman's interactive model. Triangulation of sources and techniques was used to ensure data validity. The findings reveal a significant gap between students' civic knowledge and their civic disposition and civic skills in the digital realm. The value of mutual assistance (tolong-menolong) was the most positively actualized, as students actively used social media for prosocial activities such as spreading donation information and helping peers. However, the values of trustworthiness (amanah), responsibility (tanggung jawab), mutual respect (saling menghargai), and honesty (jujur) remained poorly actualized. Inhibiting factors include low internal self-awareness, weak digital literacy, strong influence of the digital social environment, insufficient parental supervision, and the absence of a structured digital ethics coaching program and written digital regulations from the school. This study concludes that strengthening Pancasila-based digital character education requires sustained synergy among schools, families, and students' personal awareness.

Abstract

The cultural, ethnic, linguistic, and religious diversity of Indonesia presents both opportunities and challenges in building a harmonious social life. This study aims to examine the relationship between cross-cultural understanding and social tolerance in Indonesia through a systematic literature review. A qualitative approach with library research method was employed, using scientific articles, national and international journals, and conference proceedings published between 2022 and 2025 as data sources. Data were analyzed through content analysis and narrative synthesis, organized into four main themes. The findings reveal that: (1) ethnocentrism arising from limited cross-cultural understanding is the primary barrier to social tolerance; (2) constructive cross-cultural communication significantly contributes to the formation of tolerant attitudes; (3) digital media offers both opportunities and challenges for Generation Z's tolerance; and (4) multicultural education serves as a strategic pathway that has yet to be optimally implemented. This study concludes that strengthening cross-cultural understanding through integrated communication, digital, and educational approaches is crucial for fostering social tolerance in Indonesia's pluralistic society.

Abstract

The background of this study is that the fifth-grade students class VC of SDN Rejosari 01 are already able to understand abstract concepts such as unity. However, they still require real-life experiences rather than purely theoretical knowledge, with a method that can connect the concept of unity to everyday experiences in the district/ city environment. The gallery walk method with multi product outcomes provides students with the opportunity to present their work according to their individual abilities. This process fosters the values of cooperation. According to Noppitassari et al. (2023), the indicators of cooperation are teamwork, coordination, empathy, sharing, and maintaining good relationships. This study aims to determine the effect of the gallery walk method with multi product outcomes on the cooperative values of fifth-grade students class VC at SDN Rejosari 01 in the subject of Pancasila Education, Chapter IV: Unity and Cohesion in the district/ city environment. The research used a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental design in the form of a one group pre test post test design. The Population consisted of class VC students at SDN Rejosari 01, with a sample of 28 students. The data collection techniques included tests (pre test and post test) and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used inferential analysis with parametric statistics, specifically the paired samples t test, assisted by SPSS Statistics 26. The results of this study show that the use of the gallery walk method with multi product outcomes has an effect on cooperative values in Pancasila Education, Chapter IV: Unity and Cohesion at SDN Rejosari 01. There was a significant difference between learning outcomes before and after the implementation of the method. This difference was influenced by the pre test and post test scores. The paired samples t test produced a significance value of 0,000 < 0,05, which indicates that there is a significant difference between the pre test and post tes results. Therefore, it can be concluded that the gallery walk method with multi product outcomes has a positive effect on cooperative values in Pancasila Education, particularly in the context of unity and cohesion at the district Keywords: gallery walk, multi product, cooperative values, Pancasila Education
