Abstract

Every educator has duties and functions in working in educational institutions. However, these duties and functions have not been fulfilled optimally by educators. Some educators know their responsibilities and some know their duties and functions but do not carry them out well. In fact, in the Al-Qur'an it is stated in Surah Al-Isra: verse 24 that as an educator you should have an attitude of nurturing, nurturing, and educating. However, in reality, there are still many cases where educators only transfer knowledge. Meanwhile, the caring attitude has not been fully implemented optimally. The purpose of this research is to explain the duties and functions of educators carried out in the Islamic education environment. Second, it explains the Al-Quran's perspective on the duties and functions of educators. The method used in this research uses qualitative research with a case study approach. The object of this research was carried out at Islamic educational institutions, especially educators in the Muhamamdiyah environment in Jember Regency. Data collection techniques use observation of educators' performance, interviews with Muhammadiyah school supervisors, civil service bureaus, school principals, and educators, and documentation. The data analysis technique applies source triangulation. The results of this research found that optimizing the duties and functions of educators in the Islamic education environment can run optimally with policy socialization and scheduled or open evaluations. These duties and functions include online attendance, activeness in recitation, performance evaluation, providing performance allowance rewards, nurturing, nurturing, guiding, perfecting, and building characterful student behavior. Apart from that, the duties and functions of educators are to be mentors for junior educators and as an honest, kind, and open work team. From an Islamic perspective, duties and functions are based on Ali Imran's letter: 104; Surah Ar Rahman: 4; Surah Al-Anbiya:80; Luqman's letter: 13; and Surah Al Isra': 24.

Abstract

Penilaian merupakan hal penting dalam pendidikan dan menjadi bagian tidak terpisahkan dari kegiatan pembelajaran di institusi pendidikan formal. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan menemukan kembali hakikat dari penilaian dimaksud. Penilaian pada hakikatnya bisa dimaknai melalui 3 hal inti, yaitu evaluation, assessment, dan judgement. Sebagai sebuah sistem, penilaian pembelajaran memiliki 7 komponen yang saling berkaitan, antara lain tujuan, jenis penugasan yang bisa memberikan data/bukti, dasar yang digunakan dalam menilai data/bukti, cara pelaporan, dan prosedur moderasi yang diberlakukan. Penilaian pembelajaran juga harus mengacu pada prinsip-prinsip tertentu, yakni komprehensif, reliabel, valid, objektif, kontinu dan bermakna. Penilaian yang efektif atas suatu pembelajaran bisa dilakukan sepanjang direncanakan dengan baik, diimplementasikan secara benar, dan ditujukan untuk memertahankan atau meningkatkan hasil dari penilaian itu sendiri, dengan beberapa hal seperti pelibatan para pemangku kepentingan, penetapan tujuan, perancangan pendekatan yang bijak dalam penilaian, perencanaan tertulis, dan waktu penilaian.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of learning outcomes through the application of snowball throwing learning model assisted by audio-visual media in grade V Indonesian language subjects at MI NU Tholibin This research uses Classroom Action Research method with descriptive qualitative method. The existence of changes in the learning model gives students increased enthusiasm for learning and student learning outcomes. This is evidenced by the data obtained by students in cycle I, namely the completeness of student learning outcomes in the low category with an average of 75 with a percentage of 60% because students are not used to using this learning model. In cycle II based on the data, student learning outcomes increased with an average of 85 and a percentage of 86%. This is because students are getting used to using the snowball throwing model assisted by audio visual media. So it can be concluded that through the application of the snowball throwing learning model assisted by audio-visual media can improve student learning outcomes in Class V Indonesian language subjects at MI NU Tholibin.

Abstract

Assessment is important and often necessary in various contexts such as in the development of children's art and creativity. The focus of the assessment is on the artistic development of children aged 4-6. In particular, the researchers looked at and measured how much progress the students had made at the PAUD schools studied, namely RA Al-Hidayah, RA Baiturrahman, and TK PGRI. This research is conducted to understand the extent of artistic development in children aged 4-6 in the PAUD schools under study, with a focus on RA Al-Hidayah, Baiturrahman, and TK PGRI.

Abstract

This research aims to present the tradition of Naposo Nauli Bulung who are young people who are the hope for the nation and religion, they will be the connecting rope for the future development of our nation and country. This is motivated by the lack of interest in today's easy generation, therefore with the provision of strong knowledge, and mental strength, Naposo Nauli Bulung (youth) in our country will be a very big hope for the future of our country Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The results showed that, the Naposo Nauli Bulung tradition of parents really want their children to be good and virtuous children who are far from the influence of bad environments such as drugs, brawls, sinning, gambling and other forms of crime. Especially in the era of the advancement of technology in the form of cellphones and other electronics, it is a catastrophe that has a very big influence on damaging the morals and character of today's young people. Therefore, Naposo Nauli Bulung plays a very important role in maintaining the values of national and religious education so that they become young people who are useful and useful to the community environment, especially to their families.

Abstract

This article explores the role of Islamic education as a mental reinforcement for schoolchildren who come from broken homes. This study used the qualitative method through interviews to gain in-depth insight into the influence of Islamic education on the perception and mental well-being of children from incomplete family backgrounds. With a focus on religious, moral, and spiritual values, this study aims to identify Islamic education strategies that can provide significant support for children in facing psychological challenges that may arise due to incomplete family conditions. The results of this study are expected to make an important contribution in the development of more holistic and sustainable education programs, especially for children who need additional support in overcoming the negative impacts of broken home situations.This research also found that the role of teachers and educators in the Islamic education environment is very crucial. Teachers not only act as teachers, but also as mentors and spiritual guides who provide positive examples for students. Close interactionbetween teachers and students creates a strong emotional bond, which is important for children's mental well-being. Overall, this research confirms the importance of Islamic education in providing mental and emotional support for children from Broken Homefamilies. It is hoped that the implementation of educational strategies that are integrated with Islamic values can help children develop stronger mental resilience and achieve better well-being. Thus, the findings from this research can be a basis for designing more effective and inclusive educational programs, which can be adapted by Islamic schools in various social and cultural contexts.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPendidikan merupakan hak yang dimiliki oleh seluruh warga negara. Pendidikan mempunyai jenis salah satunya yaitu pendidikan agama islam di mana pendidikan ini memiliki tujuan untuk membimbing dan mendidik seseorang untuk memahami ajaran agama islam dan meningkatkan sikap religius seseorang. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, diperlukan adanya strategi pembelajaran khususnya kepada mahasiswa agar pelaksanaan pembelajaran efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi yang dapat diterapkan dalam mata kuliah agama khususnya seminar pendidikan agama islam terhadap mahasiswa dalam meningkatkan religius mahasiswa. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian memiliki kesimpulan bahwa kualitas Seminar Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam pelaksanaannya telah baik, namun urgensi atau efek dari pelaksanaan SPAI terhadap berpikir kritis maupun sikap religius mahasiswa belum dirasakan secara optimal.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the usefulness and management of YouTube which is used as a learning medium for Islamic Religious Education, as well as the audience's response to YouTube accounts that discuss PAI material. The method in this study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection is carried out through literature study techniques, observation, and documentation on YouTube channels that discuss PAI material. This study analyzed six YouTube Channels related to Islamic Religious Education learning content. The results showed that the use of YouTube as a tool for teachers in explaining PAI material can make it easier for teachers to find teaching materials that are in accordance with the demands of the times. The management of interesting PAI learning media on YouTube is managed by uploading videos and designing content as interesting as possible so that it can be enjoyed by users who use YouTube for their learning needs. Then the response to using YouTube in PAI learning was very liked with positive comments from the Channel. So that YouTube is used as a search medium for PAI material, as an additional medium in finding information related to the material you want to learn, as well as to increase student motivation in learning.

Abstract

Mutu pembelajaran berdampak besar pada kualitas peserta didik di suatu lembaga pendidikan. Madrasah harus memiliki kemampuan untuk menyelenggarakan proses pembelajaran dengan lancar dan berdaya guna agar dapat tercapainya tujuan yang telah disepakati. Salah satu madrasah Aliyah terfavorit yaitu MAN Kota Palangka Raya setiap tahun mempunyai prestasi akademik yang berlimpah, hal ini tidak luput dari penerapan mutu pembelajaran. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan mendeskripsikan kegiatan di MAN Kota Palangka Raya dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran yang berkualitas. Peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif. Dalam mengumpulkan data-data yang diperlukan peneliti menggunakan teknik wawancara/interview, teknik observasi/mengamati dan teknik dokumentasi. Subyek dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari Kepala MAN Kota Palangka Raya, Wakamad Kurikulum, Guru Mata Pelajaran Fisika, Kimia, Biologi dan Matematika Peminatan, sedangkan informan pendukung yaitu peserta didik kelas XI MIPA 1. Triangulasi sumber dan metode yang digunakan sebagai pengabsahan data. Menganalisis data dengan cara merangkum data, menguraikan data dan membuat determinasi. Abstract

Multiculturalism is a plurality in life, one of which is found in the Bali Bina Insani Islamic Boarding School, in this study the author wants to know how the Bina Insani Bali Islamic Boarding School implements the values of tolerance in Islamic education into daily life, as well as what obstacles are faced by the Islamic boarding school and how the efforts are made. to get over it. In this study the authors used qualitative research. The type of research is field research. In collecting the required data, the researcher used three techniques, namely using field observations, interviews, and documentation and supported by literacy from books and scientific journals. The results of this study indicate the values of tolerance in Islamic education contained in the Bali Bina Insani Islamic Boarding School including 1) Respecting the beliefs held by the local community. 2) Enforce regulations for their students by forbidding their students to wear santri attributes such as wearing a cap when leaving the pesantren environment. 3) Not allowed to use TOA in all pesantren activities. 4) Replacing the sacrificial cow with a goat. 5) Islamic boarding schools also participate in social activities in the community around the cottage. The Bali Bina Insani Islamic Boarding School grew up in a community where the majority of the population embraced Hinduism and had experienced obstacles in its development. Among them are lack of trust from the community and consider Islamic boarding schools as a threat. For this reason, Islamic boarding schools apply the values of tolerance and embrace the surrounding community so that these obstacles can be eroded.
