Abstract

21st-century learning is both a challenge and a great opportunity for teachers in presenting learning innovations that are more contextual and meaningful. Local wisdom is considered to contribute positively to shaping the ability to communicate, collaborate, critically thinking, and also an innovation of students' work because the learning patterns presented are concrete and close to daily activities. Need analysis is one way to obtain data related to teacher and student perspectives on local wisdom-based learning. This research uses a qualitative approach based on case studies with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis using Creswell includes data display, data reduction, and conclusions. The findings of this study resulted in; 1) based on the needs analysis of the interview this model needs to be developed; 2) the percentage of teachers is 80.85% in the "needed" category and 61.34 students in the "needed" category; 3) Based on observations and interviews, the model is intended to be developed by presenting products in the form of learning modules.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the innovation of Fiqh learning through the implementation of the Al-Qawaid Fiqhiyyah method for Salafiyah 2 santri in carrying out worship according to Islamic law. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques with interviews with Al-Qawaid Al-Fiqhiyyah teachers, pesantren administrators and some students. In addition, researchers obtained supporting data from observation and documentation. The results found in this study are that the implementation of Al-Qawaid Fiqhiyyah is very important in the process of student development. Because every human activity needs rules that must be applied in accordance with the Al-Quran, Hadith as well as Ulama ‘Opinions. The efforts of the Salafiyah Female Islamic Boarding School in developing Santri worship according to Islamic law by providing provision both in terms of theory and practice. In addition, the advice from the teacher can strengthen them in the development of practicing Al-Qawaid Al-Fiqhiyyah in reality. In the process of character building, there are supporting factors, namely the family and the surrounding environment that contribute to the application. Whereas families who are indifferent and leave everything to the Islamic Boarding School and the environment and friends who are not good become an inhibiting factor in the process of forming students according to Islamic Sharia.

Abstract

This article discusses the important role of education in facing the challenges of the spread of radicalism and intolerance in the educational environment. This research highlights the need to strengthen moderate religious values, such as Wasathiyah Islam, through a systematic and integrated learning approach. Using the critical discourse analysis method, this research identifies strategies to prevent the influence of extremism and intolerance while building a culture of inclusiveness and tolerance. The results show that the values of moderation, tolerance and brotherhood contained in the teachings of Wasathiyah Islam have strong relevance to be applied in education. This strategy includes the integration of these values into the curriculum, cross-subject learning, and extracurricular activities. In addition, this research emphasizes the importance of involving all stakeholders, including teachers, students and parents, to create a conducive and harmonious learning environment. Consistent application of these values is expected to build students' critical awareness of the dangers of radicalism while strengthening their sense of community and social solidarity. Thus, education not only acts as a means of transferring knowledge, but also as an important instrument in maintaining diversity and building an inclusive future.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the characteristics of monopoly media developed and to obtain game-based monopoly media that are feasible to use according to experts and prospective users' responses to monopoly media. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) with the 4D model which consists of four stages, namely Define, Design, Development, and Disseminate. Data collection instruments came from interviews, observations, and questionnaires. The data obtained in this study are qualitative and quantitative data. The respondents in this study were grade IV students of SD Muhammadiyah Suronatan Yogyakarta with a total of 20 people. The results showed the characteristics of game-based monopoly learning media on Pancasila Education material My Country Indonesia consists of components made using Ivory 230gsm paper and ArtPaper 150gsm. The game board measures 30cm x 30cm, the cards are made with a size of 3.5cm x 6.5cm, the storage box measures 34cm x 17cm which is equipped with a locking box to protect the contents of the game components, as well as an A5 guidebook and answer key. The results of the developed product can help students understand the material in a more fun way. The media is classified as very feasible with a score of 4.7 from material experts and media experts, classified in the feasible category with a score of 4.3 from linguists, and classified in the very feasible category with a score of 4.9 from practitioner responses. The developed media received a readability response from prospective users with an average score of 8.15 and a percentage of 91% from 20 students.

Abstract

This research aims to examine how the Merdeka Curriculum can be implemented at Madrasah to improve student's critical thinking skills without sacrificing Islamic religious education, where this research can make a significant contribution to curriculum development at Madrasah and enrich academic literature on education religion and 21st-century skills. This research uses qualitative with case study. Data collection techniques are through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis includes identifying patterns, themes, and nuances from interviews and observations. The research results show that several things can be implemented several things can be implemented in developing an independent curriculum for madrasas. First, develop material that stimulates critical thinking by connecting theory with everyday situations relevant to students. Second, project-based activities involve students actively in the learning process, where they receive information passively and participate actively in knowledge creation. Third, critical thinking in a spiritual context encourages students to accept religious teachings passively and question and understand more profound meanings. Fourth, Self-Reflection and Metacognition can strengthen students' understanding of the material studied.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the ability of motor movement in IT Kautsar Ilmi Kindergarten Tanjung Raja, Ogan Ilir Regency, which has not developed optimally. This is due to the limited learning media used by teachers, so that children are less interested and do not get direct experience in learning. This study aims to develop a valid and practical Sensory Mat media to train motor skills in the kindergarten. The research method uses Research and Development with the ADDIE model, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research subjects were group B at IT Kautsar Ilmi Tanjung Raja Kindergarten, with an initial trial in the Ar-Rahman class of 10 students and the main trial involving the entire group B of 19 students. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, documentation, and interviews, then analyzed using validity and practicality tests with a Likert scale. The validation results showed that the material expert's score was 80 with a very valid category and the media expert was 96.67 with a very valid category. Practicality test based on teacher questionnaire reached 100 with a very practical category. Students' responses showed a value of 75.68 declared practical in the initial trial and 92.35 declared very practical in the main trial. This study concludes that Sensory Mat media is effective, valid, and practical for training children's motor skills at IT Kautsar Ilmi Tanjung Raja Kindergarten.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze optimizing the role of Islamic religious education teachers in fostering the practice of religious values for madrasah students. This research uses a qualitative case study approach. The research subjects were the Head of the Madrasah, Deputy Head of Curriculum, Deputy Head of Student Affairs, Teachers, and Students. Data collection techniques use interview observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The research results show that the role of PAI teachers is very significant in shaping students' religious character. PAI teachers are role models in behavior and interaction and provide intensive guidance in daily religious activities at the madrasah. The practice of religious values such as congregational prayers, reading the Koran, and participating in other religious activities is taught and supervised consistently by PAI teachers. Challenges faced include limited time and resources and differences in levels of religious understanding among students. However, with the right strategies, such as strengthening communication with parents, continuous training for teachers, and integrating technology in teaching, the role of PAI teachers can be more optimal in fostering the practice of students' religious values.

Abstract

Overcoming the weak generation in education is an urgent need to create an inclusive, sustainable, and competitive society. This research was carried out using the maudhȗ'i method which aims to formulate a response solution based on the perspective of the Al-Qur'an. Research data comes from primary and secondary data collected through library research. Data was analyzed qualitatively and descriptively. The results of this research show that overcoming weak generations according to the perspective of the Qur'an is by protecting from the time of choosing a life partner and providing appropriate parenting from an early age.Overcoming the weak generation in education is an urgent need to create an inclusive, sustainable, and competitive society. Abstract

A Muslim, before practicing all its teachings, it is very important to really understand Islam. There are several methods or approaches that can be used in studying Islamic studies. This Islamic studies approach is a way or method used to study and understand Islam in depth. This research aims to analyze what approaches are used in studying Islamic studies. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach (case study design). The case study approach is a form of qualitative research based on understanding and human behavior based on human opinion. The results showed that there are six approaches to Islamic studies, namely: i) normative approach, ii) semantic approach, iii) philological approach, iv) hermeneutic approach, v) discourse approach, vi) historical approach. Islamic studies approaches are very important to learn and know. Because as Muslims we must be able to know about Islamic understandings using approaches and how to apply them to life. The results of this study can be used as initial data for subsequent researchers in studying this problem in different contexts and issues.
