Abstract

Dunia pendidikan berkembang dengan sangat pesat seiring dengan perkembangan dan perobahan zaman. Perkembangan dan perobahan tersebut juga harus diiringi dengan perkembangan dan peningkatan kompetensi guru, agar mampu menjawab tantangan dan mampu mengikuti perkembangan dalam dunia pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru pada MTsN 11 Agam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, yaitu mengungkap fenomena-fenomena yang terjadi secara alamiah dengan menggunakan metode-metode ilmiah yang dipaparkan secara sistematis, faktual dan akurat. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkap bahwa ada beberapa upaya kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru pada MTsN 11 Agam, yaitu: mengadakan loka karya setiap awal tahun ajaran yang berkaitan dengan kompetensi yang dibutuhkan guru, mendorong dan menganjurkan semua guru untuk ikut dan aktif dalam kegiatan musyawarah guru mata pelajaran (MGMP), mendorong dan menfasilitasi guru untuk mengikuti kegiatan pengembangan diri seperti seminar dan diklat, mendorong dan memberikan izin kepada guru-guru yang ingin melanjutkan pendidikan ke tingkat yang lebih tinggi, serta dengan melakukan supervisi akademik secara berkala.

Abstract

Technological advances have created its own challenges for parents in educating their children. The number of child abductions accompanied by the excessive use of gadgets by the alpha generation children, poses a challenge for parents to be able to choose methods or ways to internalize Islamic educational values that are able to attract the attention of their children.  This article discusses alternative models for internalizing the values of Islamic education by prioritizing optimizing the role of parents. The digital era is troubling many parents who are not familiar with technology. The method in this research is using qualitative research with a phenomenological approach starting from observations in the Medali Village environment, interviews with 2 parents, 2 children, and documentation. The results obtained are in line with expectations which show that Alphan generation children are able to internalize the value of politeness towards adults, peers and the surrounding community, children obey their parents' orders by playing with cellphones at least and the harmony of a child becomes visible and real. The aim of this research is to optimize the important role of parents in the Medali village community in terms of internalizing the values of Islamic education through the values of politeness and harmony in the Alpha generation.

Abstract

The use of teaching materials that are limited to textbooks and surrounding objects, as well as the complexity of materials that contain important terms can hinder the achievement of learning objectives. The development of teaching materials based on Google Slides can overcome the limitations of the material and help the process of understanding the material. This study aims to develop teaching materials based on Google Slides for science subjects in class V MI/SD. This study uses the R&D (research and development) method with the 4D development model, namely: define, design, develop, and disseminate. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The study resulted in the development of Google Slides teaching materials for the science subject on the water cycle. The results of the product assessment show that the feasibility assessment by material experts in the final stage obtained a feasibility percentage with a score of 90.6% including the "Very Eligible" category, while based on media experts in the final stage obtained a feasibility percentage with a score of 95% including the "Very Eligible" category. The teacher's responses obtained an eligibility percentage of 80% in the "Suitable" category, while student responses obtained a feasibility percentage of 92% in the "Very Eligible" category. Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of thematic learning K13 classes I and IV at MIN Muara Laung, the obstacles faced by class I and IV teachers, and provide solutions / ideal thematic learning models in the implementation of curriculum 13 thematic learning. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research approach. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data were collected using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. To test the validity of the data, researchers used triangulation techniques. The primary data in this study were 2 thematic teachers from class I and 3 thematic teachers from class IV.

Abstract

This research provides a background for an image that students in early reading have not developed optimally. With the title of the research on "The Effect of Scientific Approach on Early Reading Ability in Early Childhood Group A at Kindergarten Aidil Fitri 2 Palembang". The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is an influence of the Scientific Approach on Early Reading Ability in Early Childhood Group A at Aidil Fitri 2 Kindergarten Palembang. This type of research is an empirical discovery expos that are carried out systematically, the researcher does not control the independent variables. The number of samples amounted to 16 from educators, parents of students and students at Aidil Fitri 2 Kindergarten Palembang. Data collection techniques in the study used observation, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in this study used validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests and hypothesis tests. The results of the study showed that the results of the t-test of the t-value of the calculation (6,015) > the t-value of the table (1,745) with a sig value of 0.001 meant that there was an influence of the Scientific Approach (X) on the ability of Children's Early Reading (Y) at Aidil Fitri 2 Kindergarten Palembang. With the hypothesis value of Ho rejected and Ha accepted, it means that there is a significant influence of variable X on variable Y. With an R Squara value of 0.567 (56.7%). Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the Scientific Approach on Early Reading Ability in Early Childhood Group A at Aidil Fitri 2 Kindergarten Palembang with an actual percentage value of 56.7%, this is stated that the scientific approach has a strong influence on early reading ability in early childhood group A at Aidil Fitri 2 Kindergarten Palembang.

Abstract

The problem in this research is that children learn dance from teachers who are not competent in their field and do not have experience with the Aceh Bungong Jeumpa dance both in terms of theory and practice. Teachers who teach have a sports education background. The teacher only shows the Aceh Bungong Jeumpa dance movements via video to the children but does not mention the names of the movements used. This research aims to describe Acehnese dance in terms of its application to the Kinesteric Intelligence of Early Childhood. Researchers use qualitative methods to collect the data needed by researchers using interviews, observation, and documentation techniques. The results of the research stated that 1) The implementation of Acehnese dance learning in the Pembina Simpang Ulim Kindergarten was carried out when the farewell events at school were approaching. Dance learning is not focused as a subject or only as an activity held when a farewell event is approaching, so in art lessons, teachers only focus on singing activities accompanied by movements that are expected to provide joy to children. 2) The application of Acehnese dance learning to improve the kinesthetic intelligence of early childhood at the Pembina Simpang Ulim State Kindergarten, researchers observed through observation sheets that the researchers carried out for three cycles. In cycle I, children also have not yet memorized the rhythm of the song Bungong Jeumpa so it is still difficult to direct children to follow the movements that are conveyed during the dance activities taught. In cycle II, several obstacles were still encountered, such as children still not focusing enough on learning the dance taught by the teacher, then children still not memorizing the movements according to the bungong jump dance. Meanwhile, in cycle III, children can follow the Acehnese dance movements according to the directions given by the teacher. Therefore, this research is considered successful and there is no need to carry out teaching in the next cycle.

Abstract

Learning discipline makes students regular in learning to produce good achievements, to produce good achievements cannot be separated from the quality of self-control. This study aims, 1) to determine the self-control of students at SMKN 1 Katingan Kuala Kabupaten Katingan, 2) to determine the PAI learning discipline of students at SMKN 1 Katingan Kuala, Kabupaten Katingan, 3) to determine the effect of self-control. The research method used in this research is quantitative. The population of this study was all students of SMKN 1 Katingan Kuala, Katingan Regency, totaling 90 people. The results of this study indicate, 1) the self-control of students at SMKN 1 Katingan Kuala Kabupaten Katingan in the high category with an average value of 121.86 in the interval 103-126, 2) PAI learning discipline of students at SMKN 1 Katingan Kuala Kabupaten Katingan in the high category. with an average value of 121.74 in the interval 103-126, 3) there is a positive and significant influence on self-control in the discipline of learning PAI students of SMKN 1 Katingan Kuala Kabupaten Katingan. This matter can seen from the calculation results obtained by rcount of 0.764 > rtable of 0.207 and the value of sig. 0.000<0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between ICT-assisted learning and children's early reading skills at the Early Childhood Education Foundationin Generasi Cerdas. Beginning reading ability is the first skill that children must master when they learn to read. Utilization of telecommunication technology as part of it. In this study using descriptive qualitative method, descriptive qualitative research that applies research steps that produce descriptive data in the form of written words. The research subjects in this study were teachers, namely the process of reading development stages of children aged 5-6 years totaling 15 people. Data collection techniques obtained are observation, interviews, and documentation. From the data the results of the study of children's beginning reading ability are divided into 4 indicators that are observed, first mentioning letter symbols, second pronouncing letters, third mentioning letter sounds, and the last is stringing letters into words.
