Abstract

This study aims to reveal the pattern of findings from twenty scientific articles that discuss innovation in educational organizations through a strategic approach and its implications for learning quality. The analysis shows that successful educational innovation is supported by strategic leadership, supportive institutional policies, and adaptive organizational culture. In addition, the incentive system, evaluation of innovative potential, as well as technology integration and cross-sector collaboration are determining factors in the sustainability of innovation. A well-designed strategic approach enables educational institutions to respond to external dynamics, strengthen competitiveness and improve the effectiveness of teaching and learning. The findings confirm that strategy and innovation are two inseparable elements in building resilient and relevant education quality in the global era.

Abstract

Language can be a tool to communicate with each other in life, language can make individuals relate to each other. The objective of this research is to find out free morpheme and bound morpheme in the "Perfect" song from Ed Sheeran. In this study, the results are describes use a descriptive qualitative method. A single English song serves as a data source. Data are analyzed using data reduction, submission, and completion. This study aims to examine free morphemes and morpheme associated with the lyrics of Ed Sheeran's song "Perfect". In the results of this study, the overall results of free and bound morphemes were 159 data. With the amount of free morpheme data division found as much as 130 data (81.76%) and the amount of bound morpheme data as much as 29 data (18.24%). The results of this study can be an example and also a reference for students who want to know more about learning free and bound morphemes.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe strengthening the competence of ISMUBA teachers in learning the Koran. This research is a type of qualitative research with a case study method. To obtain research data, data collection techniques were carried out, where this technique has three stages, namely, observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data analysis and data verification. The results of this research are that strengthening the competence of ISMUBA teachers in learning the Koran at SD Muhammadiyah Kutoarjo is carried out by (1) Organizing training and workshops (2) Carrying out ongoing mentoring and coaching (3) Collaborating with experts and educational institutions (4 ) Carrying out the empowerment of various learning resources and teaching methods (5) Increasing understanding of technology in learning (6) Carrying out evaluation and reflection on learning.

Abstract

Arabic language learning in Indonesia has experienced significant developments along with changing times and technological advances. Initially dominated by traditional methods such as sorogan and bandongan, now Arabic language learning has begun to adopt a more innovative, communicative, and contextual approach. This study aims to describe a portrait of innovation in Arabic language learning at various levels of education in Indonesia through a literature review and qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the study show that teaching materials are now more diverse, including textbooks, digital media, and AI-based applications. In addition, various learning methods, such as Thariqah al-Qawā‘id wa at-Tarjamah, Thariqah al-Mubāsyarah, Thariqah al-Ilhīyah, used to adjust learning to the needs of students. This innovation encourages the creation of a more active, relevant, and meaningful learning process. Thus, the development of Arabic language learning must continue to be directed at an adaptive approach to the dynamics of the times and the character of students.

Abstract

Effective learning is learning that is able to condition students to have motivation and enthusiasm for learning, one of the obligations of educators is to use the media in learning activities. Among the media in question is audio visual media. But in reality the learning system at MTs At-Taqwa DDI Jampue that teachers still have minimal use of audio visual media for Fiqh learning material. The formulation of the problem in this study were: 1) What is the implementation of learning by using Audio Visual Media on Jurisprudence in class IX in MTs At-Taqwa DDI Jampue? 2) How do you improve student learning outcomes in Jurisprudence in MTs At-Taqwa DDI Jampue after using audio visual media? This research was a classroom action research. Data was collected through observation and tests, the object of this research was students of class IXMTs At-Taqwa DDI Jampue, amounting to 15 students. This research was conducted in two stages, namely the first cycle and second cycle. At the first cycle stage the results of observations of student activities have a percentage of 65% and in the second cycle increased by 19% and have been very effective at 84%. While for student learning outcomes in the first cycle the average final test was 78.7 with a percentage of classical completeness of 70%. After a reflection of the implementation of the action, in the second cycle the average final test increased by 85.8 with the percentage of classical completeness of 93%. The results of research conducted by researchers prove that there is an increase in learning outcomes of students in participating in Fiqh learning through the use of audio-visual media.

Abstract

Avicenna (Ibn Sina) was a medieval Islamic philosopher who developed numerous theories, especially those related to education. Many educational institutions have long relied on Avicenna's ideas about the goal of education, but the evolution of education, especially Islamic education, has changed in tandem with improvements in technology and knowledge in society. As a result, the purpose of this study is to examine the relevance of Ibn Sina's educational ideas to modern Islamic education through a case study of the Al-Rifa'ie 2 modern boarding school. This study employs a qualitative descriptive technique, with data gathered by document analysis, interviews, and observations. The findings of this study revealed that Avicenna's beliefs on the aim of education in developing students' potential so that they have perfect reason and noble morals are still highly relevant at the Al-Rifa'ie 2 modern boarding school today. Despite this, numerous methods, equipment, and technology utilized in education continue to evolve in response to new advances. Avicenna's Islamic education remains a source of inspiration for many institutions today. This study has ramifications for how modern Islamic education adapts to change while maintaining the values of Avicenna's teachings.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of students' learning motivation in Islamic Religious Education before and after the implementation of project-based learning. Additionally, it seeks to describe the implementation of project-based learning in Islamic Religious Education and assess whether its application is effective in improving students' learning motivation. The primary research question is whether the implementation of project-based learning effectively enhances the learning motivation of Islamic Religious Education students at SDN 160 Salokalama, Enrekang Regency. This research employs an experimental approach, specifically a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The study population consists of 97 students, with a sample of 13 students selected using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques include tests, questionnaires, and documentation. The research instruments comprise pretests, posttests, and questionnaires, while data analysis utilizes descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The findings reveal: (1) The students' learning motivation level before the implementation of project-based learning was categorized as low, with an average pretest score of 30.00. After implementation, motivation increased significantly, with an average posttest score of 84.62. (2) The implementation of project-based learning was effectively applied in the fifth grade of SDN 160 Salokalama, Enrekang Regency. Students actively participated in learning through creative and relevant projects, such as mind mapping, aligned with Islamic Religious Education material. (3) Project based learning proved effective in enhancing students' motivation in Islamic Religious Education, as evidenced by the N-Gain score test, which showed a 0.7654 (76.5%) improvement in learning motivation—classified as effective.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the differences in students' understanding using the cooperative learning script model with the conventional learning model at SMK Bustanul Ulum As-surur. This type of research is a quasi-experimental study with a nonequivalent control group design. The population in this study were all students of SMK Bustanul Ulum As-surur totaling 30 students. The sample of this study was 30 people divided into two classes, namely 15 students in the experimental class and 15 students in the control class. The sample was taken using a saturated sampling technique because the population was small. The subjects in this study were teachers and students, while the object was the effect of the cooperative learning script model on students' understanding of economics. Data collection used observation, tests, documentation. The data analysis technique for this study used the t-test (Independent Sample Test). The results of the study stated that the cooperative learning script learning model had a significant influence on the level of students' understanding of Economics at SMK Bustanul Ulum As-surur. Based on the independent sample t-test obtained at 0.001 with a significance of 0.001 <0.05, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means that there is a significant difference between the level of understanding of students who use the cooperative learning scipt learning model and the level of understanding of students who use the conventional learning model in the subject of Economics at SMK Bustanul Ulum As-surur.

Abstract

This study aims to optimize the development of students' talents and interests in reading yellow books at the Sumber Bunga Islamic Boarding School through the Nubdzatul Bayan method. The scope of the study includes an analysis of the applied learning methods and their impact on students' abilities in understanding yellow books. The method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that the application of the Nubdzatul Bayan method significantly increases students' interests and abilities in reading yellow books. Students involved in this program show a better understanding of classical texts, as well as sharper analytical skills. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of the right method in developing students' talents and interests, as well as the need for ongoing support from the boarding school supervisor to create a conducive learning environment.

Abstract

Indonesian language learning is very important to be mastered by students. The success of this learning can be seen from the learning outcomes obtained by students. However, there are still many problems with learning outcomes in Indonesian language lessons. The purpose of this study is to analyze in depth the implementation of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model at SD Pajagalan I as a strategic effort to improve student learning outcomes in Indonesian language subjects. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method. The subjects in this study were the homeroom teachers of grade VI of SD Pajagalan I, using interview techniques and literature studies. Data analysis techniques use the Miles & Hubeirman modeil which includeis threiei main stageis, nameily data reiduction, data preiseintation and drawing conclusions. Thei reisults of thei study obtaineid thei impleimeintation of PBL baseid on thei school einvironmeint at SD Pajagalan 1 was carrieid out through thei planning, impleimeintation, and eivaluation proceisseis. Thei planning carrieid out was in thei form of preiparing to choosei probleims that weirei in accordancei with thei mateirial, PBL impleimeintation was carrieid out through PBL syntax, and eivaluation of thei PBL modeil baseid on thei school einvironmeint obtaineid that this modeil could improvei studeint leiarning outcomeis.
