Abstract

This paper examines the strategic value of integrase models of contextual learning and character education for Islamic education. The contextual learning model is the right model and can be integrated for character education. The contextual learning model can enrich students' scientific repertoire and deduce knowledge deductively towards inductive knowledge. This model can produce meaningful learning and joyful learning in Islamic education. supporting factors and constraints in integrating contextual learning models and character education in Islamic educational institutions from intrinsic and extrinsic factors of students.

Abstract

Tawhid is the initial foundation for a Muslim in his life in the world and in the afterlife. Of course this must be instilled in every Muslim since he was born into the world. Therefore, in addition to formal learning. Education of monotheism in madrasah diniyah muhamadiyah Siman Ponorogo panceran seek through the preliminary prayer time and recite after maghrib and dawn.The objectives of the research are (1) To know the implementation of tauhid education in children in Madrasah Diniyah Muhammadiyah Pijeran Siman Ponorogo, (2) To know monitoring and evaluation of tauhid education in children In Madrasah Diniyah Muhammadiyah Pijeran, Siman, Ponorogo.The approach of this research is qualitative. Techniques of collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis using descriptive analysis technique, with data reduction flow, display data, and the conclusion of verification, and the thinking model used is inductive.Based on the discussion that has been done previous chapters on Implementation of tauhid education in Madrasah Diniyah Muhammadiyah Pijeran can be drawn conclusion:(1) Implementation of tauhid education applied in Madrasah Diniyah. Muhammadiyah Pijeran is as follows: With the method of memorizing asmaul husna with kinestetik memorize the body movements, hands, feet, natural tadabur that is by inviting students to study in the free to contemplate the creation of Allah SWT. The result of the two methods above is the change of character on the students / santriwati, the prayer becomes more orderly and the students / santriwati increasingly believe in the existence of God so that increasingly its faith. (2) Monitoring and evaluation of education at Madrasah Diniyah Muhammadiyah Pijeran monitoring students by giving control card of prayer and control card to discipline santri then evaluation of tauhid education with periodic system ie uts and uas by inserting tawhid materials in all lessons as for evaluation form can be in the form of written exam and oral examination

Abstract

The background of the learning method that was held and the use of instructional media used in the madrasah diniyah miftahun najah and also analyzed the application of one of the medium of learning that is the use of video learning media Researchers took the research location in Madrasah Diniyah Miftahunnajah Josari Jetis ponorogo on the grounds that researchers have no similar research on Non-formal education institutions, using video media as one of the media in learningactivities. Effectiveness of media usage of video on morals subject to the interest of learning and achievement of students of class II and III Madrasah diniyah miftahun najah, so that researchers can synchronize the relationship between the use of video media in learning morals towards student learning interest and learning achievement with the aim to evaluate teacher's learning in teaching using Media Video, to make it more interesting to understand the clarity of teachers as well as make the atmosphere of learning to be veryfun. The results showed: (1) the use of learning video media has been in accordance with the rules and principles of good and right. (2) learners more interested in the use of video media in learning with percentage of 96% indicates that the use of highly effective learning video media used in learning activities (3) the correlation of the use of video learning media can increase student attendance so that interest in learning is also increased so that the achievement of the results Student learning also increases with a correlation of 0.51 the relationship of interest and learning achievement can be defined quite effectively to be applied in learning activities. (4) the use or utilization of such media is blocked by some madrasah facilities which can not be used because of such; Computer or laptop is damaged, LCD is broken, power outage and some are missing.

Abstract

This research aims to know the implementation reward and punishment for improve students discipline of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Imam Prayungan Sawoo Ponorogo. Discipline students through reward and punishment and also for know the factor that affect existence reward and punishment. This research includes field research using a qualitatife approach. Data collection was done by using observation, interview, and documentation method. Data analysis using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. This research yielded the findings: 1) application reward and punishment for improve students discipline of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Imam Prayungan Sawoo Ponorogo, namely this should be considered and given in accordance with what the learners do, in order not to give a deterrent effect on the learners. Intensity in the application of rewad and punishment is good because reward and punishment used must be in accordance with behavior of learnes and the rules that have been applied in school and outside school. 2) student discipline through the application of reward and punishment is sufficient of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Imam Prayungan Sawoo Ponorogo is actualliy good enough. It’s just that there still needs to be an to increase discipline because of frequent violation of school rules. 3) factors affecting the application of reward and punishment include : factors of teacher education background, factors of teaching experience, and factors of student motivasion. All greatly affect the use of reward and punishment in improving discipline.

Abstract

In MI Ma'arif Panjeng, there are 2nd graders in performing the mahdhah worship practice is still not in accordance with the correct provisions. Like when the prayer is still toll-toleh and criwisan with friends so it does not recite the reading of prayer. Prayer is a special worship in Islam, both seen from the command Muhammad received directly from God and other dimensions. The main rite in the religion of Islam is the prayer that will integrate human life into the spirit and this prayer is also called as the pillar of religion, and the deed of worship that will first be weighed in the next day (akhirat). So there must be perfection in running the prayer, in terms of movement and reading the students are still far from perfection. It should be more we pay attention. A teacher should always have to guide in habituation of students. So the purpose of this study is: to describe the role of teachers in guiding the worship of mahdhah worship in grade 2 students at MI Ma'arif Panjeng Jenangan Ponorogo and to describe the role of the teacher as supervisor in guiding the worship of mahdhah worship in the second grade students at MI Ma 'Arif Panjeng Jenangan Ponorogo. This research uses qualitative approach method, the method used in collecting data is interview, observation, and documentation. The data analysis techniques include data collection and data reduction, display data and conclusion. The results of this study can be concluded:1) Implementation of mahdhah worship practice (dhuha prayer) at MI Ma'arif Panjeng Jenangan Ponorogo. a. Held a schedule of imams and companions habituate prayers dhuha., b. The time policy of praying dhuha practice., c. The purpose of the implementation of prayer dhuha prayer., d. There is guidance about the practice of praying dhuha., e. Provide socialization and supervision., f. Absence., g. The existence of cooperation among teachers., h. Fostering good relationships with learners., i. The existence of sanctions. 2) The impact of mahdhah worship practice at MI Ma'arif Panjeng Jenangan Ponorogo. a. Morals against God: applying gratitude, strengthening faith in Allah SWT and more trust., b. Morals against the human fellow: bridle the rope, have manners on everyone and be able to control the emotions or anger so the heart becomes calm., 3. Teachers as supervisors are supervising the students when the activities of worship in the school so if when the implementation of mahdhah worship service there are students who make mistakes can be directly reprimanded and then directed.

Abstract

The development of digital technology in this era of disruption has had a major impact on the way people think, socialize, and practice religion in modern society. This digital transformation not only provides new opportunities for education, but also poses serious challenges to the understanding of religious values. Islamic Education teachers have a great responsibility to maintain a balance between technological advances and moderate, tolerant, and inclusive Islamic values. This study aims to analyze the role of Islamic Education teachers as agents of religious moderation amid the tide of digital disruption by examining various strategies and challenges faced in learning. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method on twenty scientific sources published between 2015 and 2025. The results of the study show that Islamic Education teachers have three main roles, namely as facilitators of moderation values, role models in digital literacy, and socio-religious mediators. Strengthening digital competence, integrating religious moderation values into the curriculum, and cross-disciplinary collaboration are important strategies for strengthening religious moderation in the educational environment.

Abstract

The teaching of Al-Qur’an Hadith delivered by the 7th-grade Al-Qur’an Hadith teacher at MTs. Darul Fattah Galak Slahung Ponorogo uses a classical method. This is based on direct observations and interviews with the Al-Qur’an Hadith teacher, and it was also found that students' scores are still below the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM). Based on this issue, the researcher is interested in conducting research using the STAD method. The researcher aims to determine the increase in motivation and the extent of improvement in Al-Qur’an Hadith learning outcomes through the STAD method among 7th-grade students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Darul Fattah. This study uses the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method conducted over 2 cycles, with each cycle consisting of 2 sessions. The instruments used are observations of student activities throughout the learning process from beginning to end, while test instruments are used to assess students' cognitive knowledge levels and learning outcomes. The results of activity observation as an assessment of motivation in learning in cycle I showed student activeness at 61.29%, and in cycle II it was 75.10%. There was an increase in the percentage of learning completeness from cycle I at 63.64% to cycle II at 91.18%, an increase of 27.54%. Thus, the STAD method can improve the motivation and learning outcomes of Al-Qur’an Hadith for seventh-grade students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Darul Fattah.

Abstract

Allah SWT created the universe, including the Earth with all its contents such as plants and animals, long before the existence of humans. Therefore, humans have an obligation to love and preserve the environment so that it functions according to its nature for the welfare of all. One effort to preserve the environment is manifested through the Adiwiyata program in schools, which aims to build students' character. This study focuses on MAN 1 Ponorogo, a nationally acclaimed madrasah participating in the Adiwiyata program. The goal is to understand the implementation of the program and its role in shaping students' morals. Using qualitative methods through interviews, observations, and documentation, this study shows significant results. The implementation of the Adiwiyata program at MAN 1 Ponorogo successfully encourages students' creativity in waste management, energy and water conservation, as well as the utilization of organic products. More importantly, this program has been proven to be highly influential in shaping students' character. From being previously indifferent, students have become more responsible, independent, and highly aware of the importance of protecting and saving the environment.

Abstract

Family education is the first stage as an effort to establish children’s morals because family is the first environment for children. From the family, children will get a guidance and coaching especially for religion, so what is gotten from family will be a principle for children in their future life. That principle is expected to establish children’s attitude and mental which accordance with the Islamic law. Children’s association in society becomes a fidgetiness for parents who have teenage children. In this stage, adolescence is a transition period from children to adult which sometimes children rather to follow what they see and what they hear. This research was conducted to know the parent’s strategy in morals establishment of High School level children in Gombang village and to know supporting and inhibiting factors of implemented strategy by parents in establishing children’s morals. The significance of this research are as enriching parents’ insight in knowledge development theoretically and as correction for parents to implement the right strategy in establishing children’s morals. The approach for this research was qualitative approach and the design was descriptive. The data source were primary data and secondary data; parents who have High School level children, village apparatus and High School level children. For the data collection technique, researcher used interview, observation, and documentation. And the data analysis researcher used three steps analysis; data reduction, data display, and conclusion/verification. The result of this research is the strategy which was implemented by parents includes advice giving, controlling all of children’s activity indoor and outdoor, getting used to discipline in praying especially congregational prayer at the mosque, sent the children to the Islamic boarding school, involving children in useful activities and getting used for children to speak politely. The supporting factors are Islamic environment, guiding children to follow useful activities and creating a harmonious family. And the inhibiting factors are children’s association out of family environment, when children are hard to get some guidance, and when children are too busy with their smart phone.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of School-Based Management (SBM) in Madrasah Aliyah in Tulungagung Regency in the era of Society 5.0, identify its supporting and inhibiting factors, and formulate a strategy for integrating Islamic values with technological innovation. Background: Society 5.0 demands that Islamic educational institutions be able to integrate technology with human and Islamic values. SBM, with the principles of autonomy, participation, and accountability, is a strategic approach to improve the quality of education. However, differences in geographical conditions, resources, and organizational culture affect the form of its implementation. Methods: The study used a qualitative approach of multi-case study on three Aliyah Madrasah with different characteristics. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and documentation studies, then analyzed with Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña's interactive models to find patterns within and between cases. Results: All madrasas apply the principles of MBS, but the level of integration of technology and leadership models varies. MA Al-Hikmah implements community-based management with a focus on basic digital literacy, MA Darussalam adopts distributed leadership with the use of the Learning Management System, and MA Nurul Falah develops transformational leadership based on cutting-edge technological innovations. Supporting factors include visionary leadership, multistakeholder collaboration, and Islamic digital literacy training, while barriers include infrastructure limitations, resistance to change, and technology skills gaps. Conclusion: The success of MBS in the Society 5.0 era is influenced by the suitability of leadership vision, resource capacity, and organizational culture. The resulting value-based MBS model can be adapted by other madrasas to manage educational transformation that is in line with technological developments and Islamic principles.
