Abstract

This article aims to discuss the importance of education in forming a superior generation based on the values ​​of the Koran and Hadith. Education has a vital role in developing knowledge and human potential. Through education, individuals can explore and optimize their abilities to face life's challenges and contribute positively to society. This research uses qualitative methods with a library research research approach, and examines various interpretations of the Al-Qur'an and Hadith as well as the opinions of Muslim scholars regarding the goals of education. The results of this research show that education must be based on faith and piety, developing humans to become obedient servants of Allah and responsible caliphs on earth. Education in Islam not only emphasizes cognitive development, but also strengthening character and commendable morals. Education based on the Al-Qur'an and Hadith has a role in forming a generation that is strong, has morals, and is able to carry out its role as a trustworthy and responsible leader. This research underlines that education must have clear and directed goals, and be supported by appropriate strategies to produce individuals who are academically and character competent. With a comprehensive approach, Islamic education can develop superior human beings and can have a positive impact on the people and the country.

Abstract

Discriminatory policies towards Islamic education during the Dutch Colonial period in Indonesia have led to educational problems in Madrasas to this day, including: Madrasas are isolated from the flow of reform, experiencing management weaknesses, and low in actual quality. As a result, madrasas are conditioned by conventional education, and become the second choice after public schools. The aim of this study is to analyze the transformation from conventional madrasas to quality madrasas, by applying quality management reinforcement. The research method uses a qualitative approach to library research (library research), with theories referred to from several sources, namely, journals, books, and articles, as well as other literature relevant to the theory in the theme of this study, both physical and digital sources, to obtain data. valid, the technique used by the researcher is in the form of content analysis, namely a technique that uses text found in various literature or certain media, then the data is processed, analyzed and finally a conclusion is drawn. The results of the study show that transforming conventional madrasas into quality madrasas requires strengthening in management, commitment and mutual cooperation between educational stakeholders in madrasas and continuing to develop by providing service and satisfaction to all customers. Education in madrasas should emphasize transformational touches to implement professional quality management strengthening in madrasas, so that quality madrasas can be realized.

Abstract

Discriminatory policies towards Islamic education during the Dutch Colonial period. Difficulties experienced by students when studying can hinder the teaching and learning process. These learning difficulties originate from within the student as well as from outside the student, so a teacher should provide solutions to these difficulties. Teachers try to be good guides by carrying out their role actively and wisely. When teaching and learning activities take place teachers must behave, act and understand their students with all the consequences. The aim of this research is to find out how to overcome learning difficulties experienced by students in fiqh subjects. Fiqh is an important subject because in fiqh lessons students can know the procedures for worship according to sharia law. Therefore, if there are difficulties in the teaching and learning process, a teacher can overcome the difficulties, one of which is by using various kinds of media. Media has a role in explaining abstract things and showing hidden things. Because the media displays a more interesting appearance in learning so that it attracts students' attention. Ambiguity or difficulties in the teaching and learning process can be helped by the presence of media so that media can play a role in overcoming students' learning difficulties and the objectives of the learning can be achieved. The method used in this research is quantitative research methods. Several stages that researchers carried out to get the right results included the researchers distributing questionnaires. And the data obtained will be analyzed using regression analysis, which was previously also tested for requirements using the Liliefors test and Bartlet test. The results of the research concluded that there was a relationship between learning media and the Fiqh learning outcomes of class VIII students at SMPIT Tahta Syajar Bekasi, which was indicated by the tcount of 3.69 which was greater than the ttable value at the significance level α=0.05, namely 1.734. The pattern of relationship between these two variables is expressed by the regression equation Ŷ = 13.476 + 0.273 This means that the more frequently learning media are applied in Fiqh learning, the better the results of Fiqh learning will be. The magnitude of the contribution of the influence of learning media can be determined by squaring the obtained simple correlation coefficient values. The result of squaring the simple correlation coefficient value is 0.427. Statistically, this value provides an understanding that approximately 42.77% of the increase in learning outcomes is influenced by the application of learning media in learning Fiqh. This means that if all class VIII students at SMPIT Tahta Syajar Bekasi apply learning media in learning Fiqh, then approximately 42.77% of the Fiqh scores are influenced by learning media.

Abstract

Humans, as creations of Allah SWT, possess unique abilities and hold a preeminent status among all living beings. The Quran elucidates that humans are designated as stewards on Earth. In the Hadith of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, it is emphasized that a virtuous individual should exhibit abundant kindness towards their fellow human beings. Human potential can be categorized into physical and spiritual dimensions. Allah SWT fashioned humans to be recipients and practitioners of His teachings, elevating them to an honorable position. These potentials granted to humans fundamentally represent Allah SWT's guidance (hidayah) to enable them to lead lives harmonious with their inherent nature. In the context of Islam, human resource management aligns with the model exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad SAW, grounded in the Islamic conception of humanity. The primary tenets are as follows: 1. Humans are created to worship God, implying that all human endeavors should manifest as acts of worship. 2. Humans serve as vicegerents of Allah on Earth, responsible for its stewardship. The overarching objective of human resource management is to optimize productivity within an organization. Human resources are a sacred trust that demands conscientious stewardship, which holds significance in the afterlife. Thus, effective human resource management should be guided by Islamic Sharia, as illuminated in the Quran, which offers explicit guidance on the management of human resources.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the style of social ethics, referred to as Adab Ijtima'i, contained in Hamka's Al-Azhar commentary. In addition, this study also aims to show that Hamka's tafsir Al-Azhar is characterized by the Adab Ijtima'i approach. The method of interpretation referred to as al-Adab al-Ijtima'ī mainly aims to explain the social instructions given in the Qur'ān. Moreover, the aim is to address and resolve social issues by providing these guidelines in a clear and pragmatic manner that can be easily understood and implemented in daily life. The key element in understanding tafsir adab al-ijtima'i is the harmonious integration of Quranic teachings with people's life behaviors, traditions, and cultural frameworks. This integration facilitates the application of these principles in the problem-solving process. In tafsir al-Azhar, Hamka uses the tafsir adabi ijtima'i approach to examine and explain the verses of the Quran. These clues can be found in various interpretations, which include legal verses and lyric poems referred to as Kauniyah.

Abstract

The study of human language and how humans acquire language is the interesting subject to linguistic experts. The Koran, with Arabic as a religious language, explicitly and implicitly provides globally and comprehensively signals about how humans acquire language. This research aims to: 1) explain the meaning of language and the features of human language from linguists. 2) explain how humans acquire the language perspective of the Koran. Using the literature method, the interpretations of Al-Quran exegetes provide an explanation of how humans acquired their language. Human language has more features and uniquies. In the Al-Qurán, it is explicitly and implicitly explained that language teaching starts to recognize the names of objects, which is the most important part of how humans acquire language through the process. Fundamentally, to introduce formally or informally teaching the names of objects and their functions is an important basis to master a language.

Abstract

The independent curriculum gives freedom and authority to madrasas to develop madrasah operational curricula in accordance with the potential and resources in managing education to improve the quality and competitiveness of madrasas to create independent and high-achieving madrasas. MA PERSIS 297 has a program that is typical of Madrasah Aliyah PERSIS, namely the Khidmah Jamiyyah Training Program (PLKJ). This program is an integrated program between academic abilities and social skills which aims to gain real experience in serving in the community in a directed and measurable way. apply the knowledge gained during education. The approach in this research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a field research type of research with data analysis using the Miles and Huberman model. The agenda of the PLKJ research results is teaching practice, Majlis taklim, Friday sermons, Tabligh akbar, Rihlah Motivation, social service, activities according to local needs, there is an internalization of the values ​​of Rahmatan Lil Alamin's student profile which is integrated into the Pancasila student profile. Strengthening the Pancasila student profile and the Rahmatan Lil Alamin student profile is an optimal means of encouraging students to become lifelong learners who are competent, have character and behave in accordance with the values ​​of Pancasila, and Rahmatan Lil Alamin Islam.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the application of digital-based learning in increasing student creativity at SMP Islam Parlaungan Waru Sidoarjo, Sidoarjo. This research is qualitative research, while data collection uses observation, interviews and documentation methods. The research results show that PAI teachers in delivering lesson material in the classroom use digital media such as PowerPoint, learning videos, and use smartphones as learning aids. By using digital media in the teaching and learning process, it can be concluded that, one of the teacher's methods is to enliven the class atmosphere so that discussions occur between students, making it easier for teachers to convey the material and students easily understanding the material. PAI subject teachers use digital media in their learning by displaying PowerPoint slides and interesting learning videos. By using digital media, the teaching and learning process becomes more effective and efficient. The use of PPT and learning videos can help students understand the material better and spark creative ideas, while smartphones facilitate wider access to information and interaction. Thus, implementing digital-based learning at SMP Islam Parlaungan Waru Sidoarjo can be an effective strategy for increasing student creativity, which can support more active and innovative learning.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Imam Al-Ghazali said that the most important thing as an essential capital to worship Allah is a deep understanding of religion. In fact, such understanding is a pillar of religion. The series of tawhid, faith, and sharia are reflected in civilized humans in this mortal life. Mistakes in understanding the study of monotheism are influenced by the process of getting information very quickly in modern times, which must be balanced with the ability to filter information and the correct sources of knowledge. The thoughts of previous scholars who were qualified in their knowledge are things that still continue and need to be studied and used as the main reference in the right of monotheism. Sheikh Muhammad Muhajirin wrote his thoughts based on his knowledge, which he got from teachers with a chain of transmission that was connected to the Prophet; the book of Matan Jauharoh is a work of tawhid from the famous scholar Sheikh Ibrahim Al-Laqoni, whose book has been studied and used as a reference in studying the science of tawhid. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach, with the Critical Discourse Analysis method; according to Fairclough, AWK focuses discourse attention on language, using discourse points to the use of language as a social practice more than individual activities or to reflect something. It aims to find out Sheikh Muhammad Muhajirin's thoughts on the study of tawhid, which he expressed in Syarh Ala Matn Jauharoh, in relation to discourse, practice, and his role in the study of tawhid. The results showed that Sheikh Muhammad Muhajirin's thoughts on the study of monotheism can be seen from the detailed explanation of each stanza he quoted, which he then reflected in the daily education process he carried out both to his students and the surrounding community.

Abstract

Education is the main basis for building quality human resources, and quality education will give birth to a superior generation, so the key is that competent educators are needed. This research aims to determine the strategies implemented in developing human resources for teaching staff at MTs Annida Al Islamy East Bekasi, which includes developing teachers' pedagogical, personality, social and professional competencies in improving the quality of education at MTs Annida Al Islamy East Bekasi. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, informant interviews and documentation studies. The results of the research show that the human resource development strategy for teaching staff includes aspects of developing teacher pedagogical, personality, social and professional competence through (1) training and workshops, (2) mentoring and spiritual guidance activities, (3) social activities with students and parents, and all school members (4) curriculum development training, subject teacher discussion forums (MGMP), continuous professional training (PKB), educational technology workshops, direction, motivation and appreciation for outstanding teachers, provision of comprehensive scholarships to children of educators studying at MTs. Annida Al Islamy East Bekasi. The impact is to produce students who excel, are intelligent, have noble character and become superior madrasas. One of the constraining factors in developing human resources (HR) for teaching staff at MTs Annida Al Islamy, East Bekasi is the existence of senior teachers who do not understand information technology (IT), so they need intensive coaching and motivation to continually make themselves better at adapting. with the challenges of the times to realize educational ideals.
